Summary A HPLC system, using a strong cation exchanger and isocratic elution, was developed for the separation of the main, components of gentamicin (C1, C1a, C2, C2a) and C2b (sagamicin) in less than 20 minutes. The detection was performed by post-column derivatisation with o-phthalaldehyde and a fluorescence detector. The detection limit was 10ng for gentamicin C1. Some commercial gentamicin samples were analyzed.  相似文献

The ionization energies for methylene (CH2), methyl (CH3), ethynyl (C2H), vinyl (C2H3), ethyl (C2H5), propargyl (C3H3), and allyl (C3H5) radicals have been calculated by the wave-function-based ab initio CCSD(T)/CBS approach, which involves the approximation to the complete basis set (CBS) limit at the coupled-cluster level with single and double excitations plus a quasiperturbative triple excitation [CCSD(T)]. When it is appropriate, the zero-point vibrational energy correction, the core-valence electronic correction, the scalar relativistic effect correction, the diagonal Born-Oppenheimer correction, and the high-order correlation correction have also been made in these calculations. The comparison between the computed ionization energy (IE) values and the highly precise experimental IE values determined in previous pulsed field ionization-photoelectron (PFI-PE) studies indicates that the CCSD(T)/CBS method is capable of providing accurate IE predictions for these hydrocarbon radicals achieving error limits well within +/-10 meV. The benchmarking of the CCSD(T)/CBS IE predictions by the PFI-PE experimental results also lends strong support for the conclusion that the CCSD(T)/CBS approach with high-level energy corrections can serve as a valuable alternative for reliable IE determination of radicals, particularly for those radicals with very unfavorable Franck-Condon factors for photoionization transitions near their ionization thresholds.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations at the post Hartree–Fock level were performed on complexes of acetylene with hydrogen, nitrogen, and argon. Total energies, optimum geometries, and binding energies were calculated, using the 6-311G** and the 6-31+G(2df,2pd) basis sets. Calculations showed the complexes to be more stable than the separate entities, with the exception of the acetylene–hydrogen complex.  相似文献

The kinetics of depletion of ground state Ti(a3F) and electronically excited state Ti(a5F) upon interactions with CH4, C2H2, C2H4, and C2H6 are studied in a fast-flow reactor at a He pressure of 0.70 Torr. No depletion of ground state Ti(a3F) was observed upon interaction with all hydrocarbons studied here. Two alkanes, CH4 and C2H6, were also quite inert for depletion of the excited state Ti(a5F), On the other hand, C2H2 and C2H4 deplete the excited state Ti(a5F) very efficiently. Rate constants were determined to be (266 ± 86) and (476 ± 88) × 10?12 cm3s?1 for Ti(a5F) + C2H4 and Ti(a5F) + C2H2, respectively. These large rate constants compared with the ground state Ti were explained by an electron donor-acceptor interaction model that works in the interaction between C2H4 or C2H2 and the excited state with unfilled 4s orbital.  相似文献

We report a detailed study of the thermodynamic properties of the conventional phonon-mediated superconductors YPd2B2C, YPt2B2C and LaPt2B2C. Our calculations conducted within the framework of the Migdal-Eliashberg formalism show that the experimental values of the critical temperature cannot be properly reproduced using commonly accepted value of Coulomb pseudopotential. Moreover, we proved that the values of universal ratios of conventional superconductivity appearing in the Bardeen-Copper-Schrieffer (BCS) theory are inconsistent with our results obtained from the investigated borocarbides. The observed differences are connected with the strong/medium-coupling and retardation effects existing in the studied systems.  相似文献

Rate constants for the reactions of atomic oxygen (O3P) with C2H3F, C2H3Cl, C2H3Br, 1,1-C2H2F2, and 1,2-C2H2F2 have been measured at 307°K using a discharge-flow system coupled to a mass spectrometer. The rate constants for these reactions are (in units of 1011 cm3 mole?1 s?1) 2.63 ± 0.38, 5.22 ± 0.24, 4.90 ± 0.34, 2.19 ± 0.18, and 2.70 ± 0.34, respectively. For some of these reactions, the product carbonyl halides were identified.  相似文献

Reactivity of positively charged cobalt cluster ions (Co n + ,n=2?22), produce by laser vaporization, with various gas samples (CH4, N2, H2, C2H4, and C2H2) were systematically investigated by using a fast-flow reactor. The reactivity of Co n + with the various gas samples is qualitatively consistent with the adsorption rate of the gas to cobalt metal surfaces. Co n + highly reacts with C2H2 as characterized by the adsorption rate to metal surfaces, and it indicates no size dependence. In contrast, the reactions of Co n + with the other gas samples indicate a similar cluster size dependence; atn=4, 5, and 10?15, Co n + highly reacts. The difference can be explained by the amount of the activation energy for chemisorption reaction. Compared with neutral cobalt clusters, the size dependence is almost similar except for Co 4 + and Co 5 + . The reactivity enhancement of Co 4 + and Co 5 + indicates that the cobalt cluster ions are presumed to have an active site for chemisorption atn=4 and 5, induced by the influence of positive charge.  相似文献

Na2C2 and K2C2: Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Spectroscopic Properties By the reaction of sodium or potassium solved in liquid ammonia with acetylene and subsequent heating in high vacuum Na2C2 and K2C2 could be synthesised as single phase products. The crystal structures described by Föppl could be confirmed by X-ray and neutron diffraction experiments (K2C2) on powdered samples. Both compounds crystallise in a tetragonal structure (I41/acd, no. 142, Z = 8) which can be described as a distorted variant of the antifluorite-structure type. At temperatures above room temperature (Na2C2: 580 K, K2C2: 420 K) a reversible phase transition (1st order transition) to a cubic modification (Fm 3 m, no. 225, Z = 4) has been observed, analogous to the alkaline earth metal acetylides. This high temperature modification represents an undistorted antifluorite structure with disordered C22– dumbbells. The results of raman- and 13C-MAS-NMR-spectroscopic investigations are in agreement with acetylide dumbbells in the title compounds and allow a comparison to the respective monoalkalimetal and alkaline earth metal acetylides.  相似文献

The total synthesis of maremycins A, B, C1/C2, D1, and D2 is achieved starting from the natural amino acids l-isoleucine and S-methyl-l-cysteine, in which the total synthesis of maremycins B, C1/C2, and D2 is accomplished for the first time. The synthesis features a position-selective intramolecular bromination process for the synthesis of key chiral building block, a Pd-catalyzed indole synthesis for the preparation of (2S,3S)-β-methyltryptophan and hydroxylation of oxindoles by molecular oxygen. In addition, the protocol for conversion of maremycins A and B to maremycins C and D was improved.  相似文献

Electron correlation and vibration effects on longitudinal nonlinear optical properties of acetylene (C2H2), fluoroacetylene (HCCF), and difluoroacetylene (C2F2) have been studied using various quantum chemistry methods, including the second‐order perturbation theory (MP2); coupled cluster approach with singles, doubles (CCSD), and noniterative triples (CCSD(T)); and density functional methods (B3LYP and B98). Evaluation of the static and dynamic vibration (nuclear relaxation) contributions was based on the finite field relaxation method. A model complex optical potential (composed of static, exchange, polarization and absorption terms) is employed to calculate the total (elastic and inelastic) electron-atom scattering cross sections from the corresponding atomic wave function at the Hartree-Fock level. The total cross sections (TCS) for electron scattering by their corresponding molecules (C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, C3H6, C3H8 and C4H8) are firstly obtained by the use of the additivity rule over an incident energy range of 10–1000 eV. The qualitative molecular results are compared with experimental data and other calculations wherever available, good agreement is obtained in intermediate-and high-energy region.  相似文献

Neutron diffraction measurements have shown that the body-centered cubic Pr2C3, Nd2C3, and Dy2C3 become antiferromagnetic below 8, 24, and 22°K, respectively, all exhibiting the Tb2C3-type magnetic structure. In the uniaxial moment model having two antiferromagnetic and two paramagnetic body diagonals, the saturation order moments per metal atom are 1.3, 3.0, and 9.5 Bohr magnetons, respectively, being 41, 92, and 95% of the respective free ion values. Pr2C3 shows an exceptionally large crystal field effect. The antiferromagnetic alignment is uninfluenced by the applied field of up to 21 kOe. The crystal structure data at 300 to 1.6°K are also given. A brief review is presented on the physical properties of the rare earth sesquicarbides.  相似文献
