Reactions of 4-(4-fluorophenyl)-, 4-(4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl)-, 4-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-, 4-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-, 4-piperidino-, and 4-(3-pyridyl)thiosemicarbazides with esters gave the corresponding 3,4-disubstituted 4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones and their S-alkyl derivatives. Analogous reactions with methyl 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentanoate and 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentanenitrile afforded, respectively, the acylation and addition products.  相似文献

8-Acetyl-7-aryl-2-arylmethylene-8,9-diaza- and 4,8,9-triazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-9-enes react with4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3,5-dione, following the ene addition pattern. Under similar conditons 7-aryl-2-arylmethylene-8-methyl-8,9-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-9-enes give rise to both mono- and polyadditionproducts. The product structures were studied by 1H and 13C NMR, IR, and UV spectroscopy and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Iminoester hydrochlorides 1 have been synthesized. These compounds were then converted into ester ethoxycarbonyl hydrazones 2, from which in turn a new series of substituted 4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-ones, 3, was then prepared.Finally a set of isatin imine derivatives 4 was obtained from the reaction of compounds 3 with isatin. The structures of all the new synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, (1)H-NMR and (13)C-NMR spectra.  相似文献

Reactions of 3-silylated β-lactams ( 1 ) with α,β-unsaturated ketones give the propylidene-β-lactams 3 and the cycloalkenylidene derivatives 5 . Structure and configuration are elucidated by spectroscopic methods, and the reactivity is discussed. While compounds 5 do not react with dienophiles, the (Z)-isomers of 3 are the favored substrates for Diels-Alder reactions yielding the spiro compounds 6 and 7 .  相似文献

In this study appropriate hydrazide compounds, furan-2-carboxylic acid hydrazide (1) and phenylacetic acid hydrazide (2) were converted into 1,4-substituted thiosemicarbazides 4a-e and 5a-e and 4-amino-5-(furan-2-yl or benzyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols 7 and 10. The 1,4-substituted thiosemicarbazides were then converted into 5-(furan-2-yl or benzyl)-4-(aryl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols 8a-e and 9a-e. In addition, the azomethines 11a-d and 12a-d were prepared from the corresponding arylaldehydes and the 4-amino-5-(furan-2-yl or benzyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiols 7 and 10. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, (1)H-NMR and(13) C-NMR spectra.  相似文献

Reactions of triazolethiones with haloacetic acids were studied with 5-(4-methylphenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione as an example. It was proved for the first time by X-ray diffraction that the cyclocondensation of these compounds proceeds regiospecifically to give 2-(4-methylphenyl)[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazol-6(5H)-one rather than its isomer 3-(4-methylphenyl)[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazol-5(6H)-one.  相似文献

Ethyl imidate hydrochlorides 1 were prepared by passing HCl gas through solutions of substituted benzyl cyanides and absolute ethanol. Ethoxycarbonylhydrazones 2 were synthesized from the reaction of compounds 1 with ethyl carbazate. Treatment of 2 with hydrazine hydrate leads to the formation of substituted 4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-ones 3. Isatin and 5-chloroisatin were added to 3 to form Schiff bases 4 and N-Mannich bases 5 of these compounds were synthesized by reacting with formaldehyde and piperidine. Their chemical structures were confirmed by means of IR, (1)H- and (13)C-NMR data and by elemental analysis.  相似文献

Azetidin-2,3-diones have been used as synthons for the synthesis of C-3 alkylidene/alkylazetidin-2-ones. Some of the 3-alkylazetidin-2-ones are well known for their cholesterol absorption inhibitor activity. A regio and stereoselective Grignard reaction on a keto group followed by dehydration using PPh3/CCl4 reagent is a key step in this synthesis. Hydrogenation of the 3-alkylideneazetidin-2-ones provided stereoselectively cis-3-alkylazetidin-2-ones in very good yields.  相似文献

Reactions of 3,5-dibromo-1-(thiiran-2-ylmethyl)-1,2,4-triazole with 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, 1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydropurine-2,6-dione, 3,5-dibromo-1,2,4-triazole, 2,4,5-tribromoimidazole, and 2-chlorobenzimidazole lead to the formation of 5-azolylmethyl-2-bromo-5,6-dihydrothiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazoles. In the case of 8-bromo-1,3-dimethyl-3,7-dihydropurine-2,6-dione the intermediate thiolate anion undergoes cyclization into 7-[(3,5-dibromo-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl]-1,3-dimethyl-6,7-dihydrothiazolo[2,3-f]purine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione. The structural and conformational features of 4-(2-phenylethyl)-5-(2-furyl)-2, 4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione (1a), which can be related to the biological activity, have been investigated by X-ray diffraction and molecular modeling techniques. Ab initio method (RHF/6-31G) and density functional theory (B3LYP/6-31G(D)) have been used to calculate structural parameters, conformations, and relative energy of two tautomeric specious (1a and 1b) of the title compound. The geometry and the conformation of the thione form, 1a, is well reproduced by the DFT (B3LYP/6-31G(D)) method as compared with X-ray structure in which this form is found. The thione form is also predicted to be 14.42 kcal/mol more stable than the thiol form in the gas-phase by the DFT method.  相似文献
