Conclusions The cardenolide and coumarin composition ofC. varia L. and the closely related speciesC. hyrcana Pril.,C. cretica L., andC. orientalis Müll have been investigated. It has been shown that they all contain the cardiac glycoside hyrcanoside, with the exception ofC. orientalis, in which another, unidentified, glycoside, has also been found.A comparative study of some properties of hyrcanogenin (4-strophanthidin) and pachygenin (5-strophanthidin) connected with conformational features has been carried out.In the species studied, no less than five coumarins have been found of which umbelliferone, scopoletin, and daphnoretin have been isolated.Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 5, No. 3, pp. 141–144, 1969  相似文献

Abstract

Several coordination complexes of cyclobutadiene (I) have been prepared (e.g., cyclobutadiene iron tricarbonyl [1]) and cyclooctatetraene (II) is a well-known compound (for a potentially planar form of cyclooctatetraene, see [2]). Although butalene [3] (III) has not been synthesized so far, octalene (IV) has been obtained by Vogel and co-workers [4,5]. Recently we have carried out a theoretical study of the physical and chemical properties of butalene (III) and octalene (IV), and of the various annelated butalenes and octalenes [6,7] using the HMO and SCF-MO (PPP) quantum-chemical methods as well as the structure-resonance theory and graph theoretical methods. Numerous theoretical data are available in the literature on cyclobutadiene (I) and cyclooctatetraene (II).  相似文献

The class compositions of the lipids of leaf vegetables —Spinacea oleracea (variety Ispolinskii),Latuca sativa (variety Kucheryavets Odesskii), andRumex acetosa (variety Odesskii-17) have been studied. The compositions of their NLs (17 groups of individual compounds were identified), GLs (nine groups of compounds were found), and PhLs (seven groups of compounds have been found) have been determined by physicochemical methods of analysis. The maximum amount of the total lipids and also of the PhLs was possessed by the spinach. Among the FAs of the leaf vegetables, USFAs predominated.M. V. 2-Aroylaminobenzimidazoles (2) have been converted into 1(2-benzimidazolyl)-5-aryl-1H-tetrazoles (4) by treatment with PCl5 followed by azidation with NaN3 in aqueous acetone solution. Pyrolysis of 4 in diphenylether yielded 2-aryl-1H-s-triazolo [1,5-a] benzimidazoles (6). The product of benzylation of 6a has been characterised. Ketal ester 9 has been prepared in five steps from methyl levulinate 4 (scheme 1). The propionate 1, diol 2 and (±) frontalin 3 were prepared from ester 9 employing the routes shown in scheme 2,3 and 4 respectively. The branched chain alkenes 13 and 20 were prepared conveniently from the primary alcohols 11 and 10 following the procedure of S.Wolff. In addition to reported 17,14-friedo lanostane type (I) of triterpene further triterpenes having new rearranged lanostane skeletons, 17,13-friedo lanostane (II) and 8(14→13R) abeo-17,13-friedo lanostane (III), have been isolated from the seed of Abiesmariesii. The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed.
