Copper(II) salts were reacted with various quinoline aldehyde chalcogensemicarbazones to yield compounds formulated as Cu(HL)X2 · nH2O (I: HL = quinoline aldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HL1), X = ClO4, n = 2; II: HL = quinoline aldehyde 4-C2H5-thiosemicarbazone (HL1a), X = NO3, n = 0; III: HL = quinoline aldehyde semicarbazone (HL2), X = ClO4, n = 3 and IV: HL = quinoline aldehyde 4-Ph-semicarbazone (HL2a), X = NO3, n = 1). Regardless of the reagent ratio, the products were compounds having the metal: ligand ratio of 1: 1, where the organic ligand was coordinated tridentate in a molecular form. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction showed that, depending on the chalcogen atom in the organic ligand (S or O), the substituent in the 4th position (at the terminal nitrogen atom), and the specifics of the acido ligand, complexes I–IV had appreciably differing molecular structure organizations. The structures of I and III are formed by a 1D charged coordination polymer, ClO 4 ? anions, and water molecules and may be described by the formula [Cu(HL)(H2O)(ClO4)] n (ClO4) n · nH2O. Copper(II) coordination polyhedra in I and II are (4 + 2) and (4 + 1 + 1) tetragonal bipyramids, respectively. In II and IV, the structures are monomeric and can be described as [Cu(HL1a)(NO3)2] with the metal coordination polyhedron shaped as a (4 + 1) tetragonal pyramid in II and as [Cu(HL2a)(H2O)(NO3)](NO3) with the metal coordination polyhedron shaped as a (3 + 2) trigonal bipyramid in IV. The structure of II is built of molecular complexes, each comprising, apart from ligand HL1a, two monodentate coordinated NO 3 ? groups. The oxygen atom of one anion together with the NNS donor atom set of ligand HL1a form the base, and the oxygen atom of the other anion is in the apex of the coordination polyhedron. In IV, the structure is ionic and built of NO 3 ? anions and [Cu(HL2a)(H2O)(NO3)]+ complex cations, where a cationic coordination polyhedron has a trigonal-bipyramidal configuration with organic ligand HL2a positioned along the long edge. The bipyramidal base is made up by the oxygen atoms of the coordinated water molecule and monodentate nitrato group and the nitrogen atom N2 of the azomethyne group.  相似文献

The Co(III) complexes with pyridinecarboxylic acid, Na[Co(Pc)2(NO2)2] (I) and NH4[Co(Pc)2(NO2)2] (II), where Pc is the 2-pyridinecarboxylate anion, have been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. In the crystal, the complex anions are combined through the Na+ and NH 4 + cations. In II, the anion and the cation are combined by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Complexes with antimony-containing anions, [Ph3MeP] + 2 [SbI5]2? (I), [Ph3MeP] + 2 [Sb3I12]3? (II), [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb3I12]3? · Me2C=O (III), and [Ph3MeP] + 3 [Sb2I9]3? (IV), were synthesized by reacting triphenylmethylphosphonium iodide with antimony iodide. The central atom in the cations of the complexes has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. In the trinuclear anions of complexes II and III, each of the terminal SbI3 groups is bound to the central Sb atom through two μ2- and one μ3 iodine bridges (SbSbSb angles are 103.0° and 102.2°, respectively). In the binuclear anion of complex IV, antimony atoms are linked with each other via three bridging iodine atoms.  相似文献

Coordination compounds [CoLCl2] (I), [CuLCl(NO3)] (II), CuL(NO3)2 (III), and CuLCl2 (IV) (where L is a chiral pyrazolylquinoline—a derivative of terpenoid (+)-3-carene) were synthesized. X-ray diffraction data showed that crystal structures I and II are built of mononuclear acentric molecules. In the molecule of complex I, the Co2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of bidentate cycle-forming ligand L and two Cl atoms. The coordination polyhedron of Cl2N2 is a distorted tetrahedron. For complex I, μeff = 4.50 μB, which corresponds to a high-spin configuration d 7. In the molecules of II(1), II(2) (which are diastereoisomers of complex II), each Cu2+ ion coordinates two N atoms of bidentate cycle-forming ligand L, the Cl atom, and two O atoms of bidentate cyclic NO 3 ? ion. The ClN2O2 coordination polyhedra are tetragonal pyramids with different degrees of distortion. The structure of complex II consists of supramolecular clusters, i.e., isolated chains incorporating the molecules of II(1) and II(2). The values of μeff for II–IV correspond to the d 9 configuration. The results of EPR and IR study suggest that complex III contains the O4N2 polyhedron, whereas complex IV contains the Cl2N2 polyhedron. Complexes I and IV were found to show a high catalytic activity in ethylene polymerization reaction.  相似文献

Complexes [(4-MeC6H4)4Sb] 2 + [Hg2I6]2? (I), [(4-MeC6H4)4Sb] 2 + [HgI4]2? (II), [(4-MeC6H4)4Sb] 3 + [Sb3I12]2? (III), were synthesized by reactions of tetra-p-tolylantimony iodide with mercury iodide and antimony iodide, respectively. Tetra-p-tolylantimony perrhenate [(4-MeC6H4)4Sb]+[ReO4]? (IV) was prepared from tetra-p-tolylantimony chloride and sodium perrhenate in acetone. Crystal structures of complexes I, II, and IV were determined by X-ray crystallography. Mercury and rhenium atoms have tetrahedral coordinations in these complexes. The Hg-I and Re-O distances in the structures of I, II, and IV vary within 2.7719(13)–2.7908(12)Å, 2.7028(3)–2.9163(3) Å, and 1.693(3)–1.744(3) Å, respectively. Antimony atoms in two crystallographically independent trinuclear centrosymmetric [Sb3I12]2? anions of complex III have an octahedral environment. Each terminal SbI3 fragment (Sb-It, 2.8265(9)–2.8333(10)Å) is bound to the central atom through tree bridging iodine atoms (Sb(2)-Ibr, 3.2275(9)–3.3620(10)Å). The distances between the central Sb atom and bridging iodine atoms are much shorter (Sb(1)-Ibr, 3.0153(6)–3.0316(6) Å; Sb(3)-Ibr, 2.9926(6)–3.0074(6) Å).  相似文献

Reactions of Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O) in EtOH(iso-PrOH) with optically active bis(menthane) ethylene-diaminodioxime (H2L1), pinano-para-menthane ethylenediaminodioxime (H2L2), pinano-para-menthane propylenediaminodioxime (H2L3) and bis(pinane) propylenediaminodioxime (H2L4) were used to synthesize [Ni(H2L1)NO3[NO3 · 2H2O (I), [Ni(HL2)]NO3 (II), [Ni(HL3)]NO3 (III), and [Ni(HL4)]NO3 (IV). X-ray diffraction study of paramagnetic complex Ieff = 3.04 μB and diamagnetic complexes II and III revealed their ionic structures. A distorted octahedral polyhedron N4O2 in the cation of complex I is formed by the N atoms of tetradentate cycle-forming ligand, i.e., the H2L1 molecule, and the O atoms of the NO 3 ? anion acting as a bidentate cyclic ligand. In the cations of complexes II and III, containing a pinane fragment, the coordination core NiN4 has the shape of a distorted square formed on coordination of tetradentate cycle-forming ligands, i.e., anions of the starting dioximes. The structure of diamagnetic complex IV is likely to be similar to the structures of complexes II and III.  相似文献

The transformations of platinum and a heteropoly acid (HPA) in binary systems prepared from H2PtCl6 or H2PtCl4 and H3PMo12O40 were studied using IR and UV-VIS spectroscopy, elemental analysis, XPS, EXAFS, TPR, and HREM. The calcination of platinum chloride with the HPA to 450°C resulted in the formation of a platinum salt of the HPA along with decomposition products (mixture I). The reduction of calcined samples containing Pt: HPA = 1: 1 with hydrogen at 300°C (mixture II) followed by exposure to air resulted in the regeneration of the HPA structure. The resulting solid samples of Pt 1?n 0 Pt n II ClmOxHy) (H3+p PMo 12?p VI Mo p V O40) (III) contained platinum and molybdenum in both oxidized and reduced states. The following association species were isolated from mixtures I and II by dissolving in water: [Pt n II PMo12O40] (I s) (n = 0.3?0.8) and [Pt n 0 PMo 12 red O40] (II s) (n ≈ 1). Under exposure to air, the solutions of I s were stable (pH ~2), whereas Ptmet was released from II s. After the drying of I s, the solid association species (Pt n II ClmOxHy). (H3PMo12O40), where n = 0.3?0.8, m = 0.2?1, and x = 3?0, (I solid) were obtained. The I solid/SiO2 supported samples were prepared by impregnating SiO2 with a solution of I s and drying at 100°C. Platinum metal particles of size ~20 Å and a mixed-valence association species of platinum with the HPA were observed after the reduction of I solid/SiO2 with hydrogen at 100–250°C. These samples were active in the gas-phase oxidation of benzene to phenol at 180°C with the use of an O2-H2-N2 mixture.  相似文献

New copper(II) complexes, [Cu2L1L2] · ClO4 (I) and [Ni(L3)2] (II), where L1 is the monoanionic form of 2-[1-(2-emthylaminoethylimino)ethyl]phenol, L2 is the dianionic form of N,N′-ethylene-bis(2-hydroxyacetophenonylideneimine), L3 is the mono-anionic form of 2-(1-iminoethyl)phenol, were prepared and characterized using elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. In complex I, the Cu(1) atom is coordinated by the NNO tridentate ligand L1 and the two phenolate O atoms of L2, forming a square pyramidal geometry. The Cu(2) atom in complex I is coordinated by the NNOO tetradenate ligand L2, forming a square planar geometry. The Ni atom in complex II is coordinated by two phenolate O and two imine N atoms from two ligands L3, forming a square planar geometry. In the crystal structure of I, the perchlorate anions are linked to the dinuclear copper(II) complex cations through intermolecular N-H...O hydrogen bonds. In the crystal structure of II, the mononuclear nickel complex molecules are linked through intermolecular N-H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a trimer.  相似文献

Heteroligand complexes Ln(L)(iso-Bu2PS2)2(NO3) (Ln = Sm, Tb, Dy; L = Phen, 2,2??-Bipy) (I?CVI) are synthesized. The structure of Dy(Phen)(iso-Bu2PS2)2(NO3) (III) is determined from the data of X-ray structure analysis. The crystal structure of complex III is based on discrete mononuclear molecules in which the Dy atom has distorted dodecahedral coordination (polyhedron N2O2S4). The ligands Phen, iso-Bu2PS 2 ? and NO 3 ? are bidentate-cyclic. According to the X-ray diffraction analysis data, complexes I and II are isostructural to compound III. Complexes I?CVI have photoluminescence in the visible spectral range. The photoluminescence spectra of solid samples of compounds I?CVI exhibit bands corresponding to the radiative electron transitions of the Sm3+, Tb3+, and Dy3+ ions. Among the studied compounds I?CVI, the Tb(III) complexes are characterized by the most intense photoluminescence.  相似文献

The mixed carboxylate diruthenium complexes trans-[Ru 2 II,III (O2CCH3)2(O2CAr)2Cl] (I) and trans-[Ru 2 II,II (O2CCH3)2(O2CAr)2] (II) (O2CAr = 2,6-di(p-tolyl)benzoate) have been synthesised along with [Ru 2 II,III (O2CAr)4Cl] (III) and the homoleptic complex [Ru 2 II,II (O2CAr)4] (IV). The structures trans-[Ru2(O2CCH3)2(O2CAr)2Cl(thf)]·(thf) and [Ru2(O2CAr)4Cl(η 1-CH2Cl2)] were determined by X-ray crystallography, and display the expected paddlewheel arrangement of the carboxylate ligands around the diruthenium core. The structure of III is a rare example of a structurally characterised dichloromethane complex, highlighting the Lewis acidic nature of the diruthenium axial position. The bulky ?O2CAr ligand protects the axial positions from intermolecular interactions in the absence of strong nucleophiles for III and IV, and the effect this has on the electronic structure of the diruthenium core in these complexes was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, electronic absorption spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility studies.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Pb(IDPT)2(NO3)2] (I) and [Mn(IDPT)(SO4)(H2O)2] (II) (IDPT = imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The results reveal that the complex I belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and complex II belongs to monoclinic crystal system, P21/c space group. The cell parameters are: a = 19.1970(13), b = 7.3875(5), c = 17.3825(12) Å, β = 100.47(10)°, V = 2424.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1488 for I; a = 10.9135(6), b = 7.0230(4), c = 19.7034(10) Å, β = 99.32(10)°, V = 1490.25(14) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 828 for II. In the structure of complex I, the metal center Pb(II) is six-coordinated, displays an octahedral geometry. Each molecule is further connected with neighboring one via π-π interactions into 1D chain. In complex II, Mn(II) is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Compound II displays 1D supramolecular chain formed through hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the fluorescent properties for the complexes were investigated. Complexes I and II exhibit strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 583 and 529 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

Heterometallic complexes [RuNO(NO2)4OHCuPy2(H2O)] (I) and [RuNO(NO2)4OHCuPy3] (II) are described structurally for the first time. In complex I, the ruthenium anion is coordinated to the copper atom by the bridging OH group and two bridging nitro groups; in complex II, by the bridging OH group and one bridging nitro group. Dimers are formed in the crystal lattice of complex II due to the interaction of the copper atom and the nitro group of the ruthenium anion in trans position to the bridging NO2 group.  相似文献

The reaction of pentaphenylantimony with mercury iodide affords the ionic complex [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Hg2I6]2?·Ph2Hg (I). The [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Hg2I6]2? (II) and [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Cd2I6]2? (III) complexes are synthesized from tetraphenylantimony iodide and mercury and cadmium iodides. The [Ph4Sb] 2 + [Hg4I10]2? complex (IV) is prepared from tetraphenylantimony 2,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonate and mercury iodide. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the Sb atom in the [Ph4Sb]+ cations of complex I has virtually ideal tetrahedral coordination (the CSbC angles are 108.09°–109.64°). In the central square fragment Hg2I2 of the [Hg2I6]2? anion, the Hg-Ibr bond lengths are 2.825 and 3.075 Å, and the terminal iodine atoms are more strongly bonded to the mercury atoms (Hg-Iterm 2.691 and 2.700 Å). The [Cd2I6]2? anion in complex III has a similar structure (the Cd-Ibridg and Cd-Iterm distances are 2.865, 2.872 and 2.723, 2.748 Å, respectively). The anions in complex IV are joined by I…Hg (3.651 Å) and I…I (4.058 Å) interactions into an infinite dimeric network.  相似文献

New (C17H20FN3O3)2[CoCl4]2·3H2O (I) and C17H20FN3O3[CoCl4]·H2O (II) compounds, where C17H18FN3O3 is ciprofloxacin (CfH), are synthesized and their crystal structures are determined. Crystallographic data for I: a = 18.441(5) Å, b = 9.030(3) Å, c = 27.551(8) Å, V = 4588(4) Å3, space group Pca21, Z = 4; for II: a = 9.305(3) Å, b = 9.885(3) Å, c = 12.999(4) Å, α = 82.782(4)°, β = 72.954(4)°, γ = 89.736(4)°, V = 1133(1) Å3, P-1 space group, Z = 2. Both structures contain CfH 3 2+ ion pairs bonded by the π-π interaction. Additionally, in the crystal of I there is a stacking interaction between the π clouds of aromatic rings and hydrogen atoms of the cyclopropyl group linking the pairs of molecules with each other. The structure of the centrosymmetric crystal of triclinic phase II is also formed from CfH 3 2+ ion pairs bonded by the π-π interaction, which, in this case, are not independent because they are related by the symmetry center. Hydrogen bonds form a branched three-dimensional network linking the CfH 3 2+ and CoCl 4 2? ions and water molecules.  相似文献

By a condensation reaction of halogenated salicylaldehyde and amantadine, two new Schiff base ligands (HL1 and HL2) were synthesized, respectively. A followed mixture of the ligands and zinc(II) chloride in the presence of NaOH in an alcoholic medium brought out two novel complexes (ZnL 2 1 ) (I) and (ZnL 2 2 (II). These two complexes were characterized by the means of melting point, elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, molar conductance and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that I crystallizes in monoclinic system, P21/c space group, a = 9.7812(5), b = 25.6198(12), c = 27.7381(18) Å, β = 105.881(4), F(000) = 1416, R 1 = 0.0731, wR 2 = 0.1147; II crystallizes in orthorhombic system, Pbca space group, a = 11.1717(10), b = 20.5888(15), c = 27.7381(18) Å, F(000) = 2976, R 1 = 0.1341, wR 2 = 0.1410. Both in I and II, the central zinc(II) atom is four-coordinated via two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from the corresponding Schiff base ligands, forming a distorted tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献

The reactions of a racemic four-coordinate Ni(II) complex [Ni(rac-L)](ClO4)2 with l- and d-alanine in acetonitrile/water gave two six-coordinate enantiomers formulated as [Ni(RR-L)(l-Ala)](ClO4)·2CH3CN (1) and [Ni(SS-L)(d-Ala)](ClO4) (2) (L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclo-tetradecane, Ala? = alanine anion), respectively. Evaporation from the remaining solutions gave two four-coordinate enantiomers characterized as [Ni(SS-L)](ClO4)2 (S-3) and [Ni(RR-L)](ClO4)2 (R-3), respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of complexes 1 and 2 revealed that the Ni(II) atom has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, being coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of L in a folded configuration, plus one carboxylate oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom of l- or d-Ala? in mutually cis-positions. Complexes 1 and 2 are supramolecular stereoisomers, constructed via hydrogen bonding between [Ni(RR-L)(l-Ala)]+ or [Ni(SS-L)(d-Ala)]+ monomers to form 1D hydrogen-bonded zigzag chains. The homochiral natures of complexes 1 and 2 have been confirmed by CD spectroscopy.  相似文献

Methods of synthesis of iron(II) complexes containing cluster closo-borate anions—[Fe(Htrz)3]B10Cl10 (I) (HTrz is 1,2,4-triazole), [Fe(NH2Trz)3]B10Cl10 · 2H2O (II) (NH2Trz is 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole), [Fe{HC(pz)3}2]B10Cl10 (III), [Fe{HC(pz)3}2]B10H10 (IV), and [Fe{HC(pz)3}2]B12H12 · 2H2O (V) (HC(pz)3 is tris(pyrazol-1-yl)methane)—have been developed. The compounds have been studied by the static magnetic susceptibility method (78–500 K) and electronic, IR, and EXAFS spectroscopy. Complexes I and II in the temperature range under consideration remain in the high-spin state. Low-spin complex III shows incomplete spin crossover and decomposes on heating above 440 K. Complexes IV and V are characterized by reversible spin crossover 1 A 1 ? 5 T 2 accompanied by thermochromism (the pink ? white color change). The crossover temperature (T c) for IV and V is 375 and 405 K, respectively.  相似文献

Two Mn(II) sulfoterephthalate complexes, [Mn(HStp)(o-Phen)2] (I) and [Mn(HStp)(2,2′-Bipy)2] (II) (H3Stp = 2-sulfoterephthalic acid, o-Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2,2′-Bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine), were synthesized under hydrothermal condition. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that complexes I and II possess similar structure, in which the center Mn2+ ions are hexa-coordinated with one Hstpanion and two N-donor ligands. For both of them, the formation of 3D supramolecular structures are based on both H-bonds and π...π/C-H...π stacking interactions. Electrochemical properties of complexes I and II have been investigated by means of cyclic voltmetry, which shows that electron transfer between Mn(III) and Mn(II) in electrolysis is quasi-reversible process.  相似文献
