制备了V取代的磷钼酸H3+xPMo12-xVxO40x=0,1,2)及1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐离子液体([C4mim]Br),并采用离子交换的方法制备了系列杂化材料([C4mim]3+xPMo12-xVxO40,x=0,1,2);采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)对所制备样品进行了表征;以H2O2为氧化剂,考察了所得样品催化苯羟基化制苯酚的活性。结果表明,和相应的离子液体及杂多酸相比,杂化材料的催化活性得到了很大的提高,尤其是催化剂[C4mim]5PMo10V2O40,在优化后的条件下,苯的转化率可达到21%,苯酚的选择性在99%以上。而且,该催化剂具有很好的可重复使用性,连续使用五次后,苯的转化率和苯酚的选择性没有明显降低。  相似文献

Ni-rich layered oxides are the preferred cathode materials for high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries currently used in electric vehicles. In this paper, we present a systematic first-principles evaluation of the deintercalation process in the Li1-xNiO2-ySy. The partial density of states (PDOS) characters of the electrons near the Fermi level, redox behaviors, and thermal stability have been investigated within the GGA+U scheme. The results show that the introduction of sulfur alleviates the lattice distortion during charging, suppresses nickel migration, and enhances the stability of oxygen according to the contribution of sulfur anion redox to the charge compensation for the overcharged Li1-xNiO2-ySy. This study provides a new insight on improving the stability of Ni-rich cathode materials by tuning of the electrochemical behaviors based on sulfur anion redox.  相似文献

Due to the quite sluggish charge-carrier separation in semiconductor photocatalysts, the photocatalytic activity of these materials is still far inferior than anticipated. Herein, a novel approach to reducing the packing factor(PF) of ZnIn2S4 semiconductors to improve the charge-carrier separation is offered. The well-crystallized Zn1-xIn2S4-x(x=0, 0.05, 0.1) powders were productively prepared through solid-state reactions. Their structures were verified by the high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The PF values of Zn1-xIn2S4-x(x=0, 0.05, 0.1) samples were calculated to be 0.683, 0.651, and 0.618, respectively. The reduction of the PF for Zn1-xIn2S4-x with increasing x can promote the separation of photoexcited carriers, and this process was endorsed by their photoelectric response and photoluminescence emission spectra. The Zn0.9In2S3.9 sample with a lower PF value presents roughly 21 times higher photocurrent density and four times higher photodegrading rate of methyl orange than those of pristine ZnIn2S4.  相似文献

Different from the traditional pyrometallurgical recovery process of Li and Co from spent lithium-ion batteries, a new recovery method for Li and Co was established by converting LiCoO2 into water-soluble metal sulfates by roasting a mixture of LiCoO2 and NaHSO4·H2O. The evolution law of the mixture with increased roasting temperature was investigated by thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC), in situ X-ray diffraction(XRD), XRD, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results show that the phase transition of LiCoO2 mixed with NaHSO4·H2O with increased temperature proceeded as follows:LiCoO2, NaHSO4·H2O→LiCoO2, NaHSO4→Li1-xCoO2, LiNaSO4, Na2S2O7, Na2SO4→Li1-xCoO2, Co3O4, LiNaSO4, Na2SO4→Co3O4, LiNaSO4. The reaction mechanism of this roasting process may be as follows:LiCoO2+NaHSO4·H2O→1/2Li2SO4+ 1/2Na2SO4+1/3Co3O4+1/12O2+3/2H2O, Li2SO4+Na2SO4=2LiNaSO4.  相似文献

柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ce1-xZrxO2: 结构及其氧移动性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用 XRF、XRD、Raman、XPS、H2-TPR 以及与氩离子刻蚀相结合的XPS等表征技术对柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的Ce1-xZrxO2 (0≤x≤1)样品的结构及其氧移动性进行了研究. 结果表明, Ce1-xZrxO2 样品的晶型结构对其中氧的移动性有明显影响. 当x≤0.15 时, Ce1-xZrxO2 以立方CeO2相 Ce-Zr-O 固溶体存在, 随着Zr含量的逐渐增加, CeO2晶胞体积减小、氧空位浓度增加, 氧移动性逐渐增强; 当x>0.15时, 形成四方ZrO2相和立方CeO2相Ce-Zr-O固溶体的混合物, 随着Zr含量的逐渐增加, 四方ZrO2相的含量增加、氧空位浓度减小, 氧移动性逐渐减弱. 因此, Ce0.852Zr0.152O2样品具有最高的氧移动性.  相似文献

The application of transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs) as anode materials in sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) has been hindered by low conductivity and poor cyclability. Herein, we report the synthesis of CoxFe1-xS2 bimetallic sulfide/sulfur-doped Ti3C2 MXene nanocomposites(CoxFe1-xS2@S-Ti3C2) by a facile co-precipitation process and thermal-sulfurization reaction. The interconnected 3D frameworks consisting of MXene nanosheets can effectively buffer the volume change and enhance the charge transfer. In particular, sulfur-doped MXene nanosheets provide rich active sites for sodium storage and restrain sulfur loss during charging/discharging processes, leading the increase of specific capacity and cycling the stability of anode materials. As a result, CoxFe1-xS2@S-Ti3C2 anodes exhibited high capacity, high rate capability and long cycle life(399 mA·h/g at 5 A/g with an 94% capacity retention after 600 cycles).  相似文献

HfO2基铁电电容器,特别是TiN/HfxZr1-xO2/TiN金属-绝缘体-金属电容器,由于其良好的稳定性、高性能和互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)兼容性,在新一代非易失性存储器中有着广阔的应用前景。由于TiN/HfxZr1-xO2/TiN电容器的电性能与HfxZr1-xO2铁电薄膜与TiN电极层界面质量相关,因此控制TiN/HfxZr1-xO2/TiN异质结构的制备和表征至关重要。本文报道了一种三明治结构:HfxZr1-xO2铁电薄膜夹在两个TiN电极之间的新的制备方法,通过超高真空系统互连的原子层沉积(ALD)和磁控溅射设备实现。原位生长和表征结果表明,ZrO2掺杂浓度和快速热退火温度可以调节TiN/HfxZr1-xO2/TiN异质结的铁电性能,并能很好地被互连系统监控。在该体系中,通过在HfO2中掺杂50% (molar fraction, x) ZrO2并且在600 ℃下快速热退火(RTA),获得了21.5 μC·cm-2的高剩余极化率和1.35 V的低矫顽电压。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应,以NaF作助熔剂,在1000 ℃的温度下合成了锕系元素Pu的模拟固化体(Gd1-xCex)2Zr2O7+x (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.7).研究了模拟固化体的物相、热膨胀系数(TEC)、热导率(TC)随温度及组成的变化规律.粉末X射线衍射(XRD)测试结果表明: Gd2Zr2O7基质本身呈弱有序烧绿石结构,而用Ce4+取代Gd3+的模拟固化体都呈缺陷萤石结构. (Gd1-xCex)2Zr2O7+x的Ce(3d) X射线光电子能谱(XPS)有六个峰,结合能分别位于881.7, 888.1, 897.8, 900.4, 907.1, 916.1 eV处,与CeO2的XPS图谱非常相似,说明Ce为四价.随着温度的升高,所有样品的热膨胀系数总体上呈增大趋势.在室温至750 ℃附近,大部分样品的热导率随温度的升高而降低,之后热导率又呈小幅上升.在相同温度下,固化体(Gd1-xCex)2Zr2O7+x (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.7)的热膨胀系数及热导率随组成变化呈相同趋势:在0 ≤ x ≤ 0.1范围内随x的增大而增大,随后在x = 0.1-0.7时逐渐减小.  相似文献

The oxygen permeation properties of mixed-conducting ceramics SrFeCo0.5O3−δ (SFCO), Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ (BSCFO), La0.2Sr0.8Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ (LSCFO) and Ba0.95Ca0.05Co0.8Fe0.2O3−δ (BCCFO) were studied by thermogravimetric method in the temperature range 600–900 °C. The results show that the oxygen adsorption rate constants ka of all material are larger than oxygen desorption rate constants kd and both ka and kd are not strongly dependent on temperature in the studied temperature range. The oxygen vacancy contents δ(N2) and δ(O2) in nitrogen and oxygen and their difference Δδ = δ(N2) − δ(O2) play an important role in determining the temperature behavior of oxygen permeation flux JO2.  相似文献

Ti4+ ions were introduced to the VO43- substituted Li3Fe2(PO4)3 by sol-gel method. Simultaneous substitution of Ti4+ for Fe3+ and VO43- for PO43- in the Li3Fe2(PO4)3 resulted in a net improvement in the rate capability and cycling performance, as compared with the single Ti4+ or VO43- substituted compound.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了复合离子掺杂的尖晶石型锰酸锂Li1.02CraCobLacMn2abcFyO4-y(a,b,c=0,0.01,0.02;y=0,0.02)正极材料. XRD表征合成物均具有良好的尖晶石型结构. 充放电表明多元复合掺杂产物Li1.02Cr0.01Co0.02La0.01Mn1.96F0.02O3.98作为锂离子电池正极材料较未掺杂或仅掺杂阳离子的材料能够更好地抑制可逆容量在充放电循环中的衰减,80次循环充放电比容量(120.1~113.5 mAh•g-1)仍保持94.5%以上. 高温(55 ℃)循环性能也有较大的改善. 交流阻抗测试结果表明该材料在充放电平台附近有较小的阻抗和良好的充放电可逆性.  相似文献

Monodisperse La1-xEuxF3 nanoparticles (NPs) were functionalized by poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) via a one-pot modified hydrothermal method. The morphology, crystal structure, surface groups, and luminescence properties of the as-produced La1-xEuxF3@PAA NPs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. The produced nanoparticles were (7±3) nm in size, water soluble, and buffer stable, with good photostability and biocompatibility. In vitro imaging revealed the low cytotoxicity of the as-synthesized NPs incubated with HeLa cancer cells. Thus, the colloidal La1-xEuxF3@PAA NPs exhibit great potential for use as optical imaging probes in biological applications.  相似文献

绝大部分物质具有热胀冷缩的基本性质,然而近年来的研究发现一些化合物具有反常的负热膨胀性质,其为有效调节物质热膨胀系数(CTE)提供了可行性,尤其调控各向同性化合物热膨胀性质是一个重要的研究方向。本文以双ReO3结构的固溶体(Fe1-xNix)ZrF6为研究对象,对(Fe1-xNix)ZrF6固溶体的制备、晶体结构以及热膨胀调控开展了深入研究。(Fe1-xNix)ZrF6固溶体呈现全程固溶特性,通过Ni2+对Fe2+进行化学替代的方法实现了(Fe1-xNix)ZrF6热膨胀系数在大范围内的有效调控(−3.24×10−6– +18.23 × 10−6 K−1,300–675 K),尤其,在(Fe0.5Ni0.5)ZrF6化合物中得到了零膨胀性能。作为一种典型的框架结构化合物,晶胞中F原子横向热振动的差异是导致各自不同热膨胀差异的本质原因。该研究给我们提供了一个基于开放式框架结构化合物的热膨胀调控方法。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶及高能球磨制得Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C材料,利用多种物理及其电化学技术观察材料形貌,表征材料结构及电化学性能,用电化学原位XAFS等初步研究Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C超理论容量电化学反应机理. 结果显示,Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C的结构为单斜晶系,空间群P21/n. 2.0 ~ 4.0 V电位区间,10 mAh·g-1电流密度,Li3Fe2(PO4)3/C电极的首周期放电比容量为129 mAh·g-1,达到其理论容量. 若电位区间拓宽至2.0 ~ 4.95 V,其首周期放电比容量高达165 mAh·g-1,超出理论的“额外”容量30%. 电化学原位XAFS测试未观察到明显的Fe3+/Fe4+氧化还原对参与电化学反应,初步推测“额外”容量可能来自于该复合材料的高浓度表面缺陷.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the rate constants, for the reactions of hydrated electrons with H atoms, OH radicals and H2O2 has been determined. The reaction with H atoms, studied in the temperature range 20–250°C gives k(20°C) = 2.4 × 1010M-1s1 and the activation energy EA = 14.0 kJ mol-1 (3.3 kcal mol-1). For reaction with OH radicals the corresponding values are, k(20°C) = 3.1 × 1010M-1s-1 and EA = 14.7 kJ mol-1 (3.5 kcal mol-1) determined in the temperature range 5–175°C. For reaction with H2O2 the values are, k(20°C) = 1.2 × 1010M-1s-1 and EA = 15.6 kJ mol-1 (3.7 kcal mol-1) measured from 5–150°C. Thus, the activation energy for all three fast reactions is close to that expected for diffusion controlled reactions. As phosphates were used as buffer system, the rate constant and activation energy for the reaction of hydrated electron with H2PO4- was determined to k(20°C) = 1.5 × 107M-1s-1 and EA = 7.4 kJ mol-1 (1.8 kcal mol-1) in the temperature range 20–200°C.  相似文献

The 127I NQR, IR absorption and Raman spectra of impurity-doped and mixed lithium iodate Li1−xHxIO3 crystals grown from water solutions with different LiIO3/HIO3 ratios were investigated depending on the content of the impurity hydrogen x. The NQR results suggested that, at small concentration of doping iodic acid x<0.22, the lattice dynamics of the crystal grown from water solution changes significantly though the crystal retains hexagonal symmetry. Spectroscopic studies are compatible with average hexagonal symmetry of the grown doped crystals. From the results of Raman studies at room temperature and 100 K, the concentration range of hydrogen dopant 0.22<x<0.36 was found where disordered solid solution crystals Li1−xHxIO3 are formed.  相似文献

The electronic structure of Na2C2 is studied using ab initio electronic structure methods and is compared to the companion molecule Li2C2. Both the linear Dh and planar structures are minima on the ground state potential surface with the planar D2h conformation being the lowest energy form, similar to Li2C2. At the CCSD(t) level the planar form is more stable that the linear by 11.2 kcal/mol as compared with 7.34 kcal/mol for Li2C2. Both molecules are significantly ionic. The vibrational frequencies, atomization energy at 0 K, D0, and the standard enthalpy of formation, are calculated and compared to those of Li2C2 as well as HCCH, FCCF and ClCCCl. We find D0 and to be 331.1 and 84.92 kcal/mol for Li2C2 and 298.3 and 93.25 kcal/mol for Na2C2. We calibrate these by calculating the same quantities for HCCH, FCCF and ClCCCl.  相似文献

钙钛矿结构SrSnO3因其独特的介电和半导体性质而备受关注,通过掺杂可显著调控其电学、磁学性能,拓宽其应用范围。本研究在单晶SrTiO3(001)衬底上通过脉冲激光方法外延生长了SrSn1-xCoxO3 (x = 0, 0.16, 0.33, 0.5) (SSCO)薄膜,探究了Co含量对薄膜结晶性、微观结构、光学性能以及介电性能的影响。结果表明, SrSn1-xCoxO3薄膜可在SrTiO3(001)衬底上外延生长, Co掺杂不会导致薄膜结晶质量的劣化。薄膜表面形貌平整、致密,膜厚200 nm,表面粗糙度为0.44 nm。随薄膜中Co掺杂量增加,薄膜透过率从90%降至25%,光学带隙从4.24 eV降至2.44 eV。介电性能测试表明,掺杂薄膜在106Hz时介电常数为70.1,比无掺杂SrSnO3薄膜提高57%。室温时SSCO薄膜表面电阻率为172 MΩ,在1000℃范围内薄膜结构稳定。  相似文献

A series of CexPr1−xO2−δ mixed oxides were synthesized by a sol–gel method and characterized by Raman, XRD and TPR techniques. The oxidation activity for CO, CH3OH and CH4 on these mixed oxides was investigated. When the value x was changed from 1.0 to 0.8, only a cubic phase CeO2 was observed. The samples were greatly crystallized in the range of the value x from 0.99 to 0.80, which is due to the formation of solid solutions caused by the complete insertion of Pr into the CeO2 crystal lattices. Raman bands at 465 and 1150 cm−1 in CexPr1−xO2−δ samples are attributed to the Raman active F2g mode of CeO2. The broad band at around 570 cm−1 in the region of 0.3 ≤ x ≤ 0.99 can be linked to oxygen vacancies. The new band at 195 cm−1 may be ascribed to the asymmetric vibration caused by the formation of oxygen vacancies. The TPR profile of Pr6O11 shows two reduction peaks and the reduction process is followed: . The reduction temperature of CexPr1−xO2−δ mixed oxides is lower than those of Pr6O11 or CeO2. TPR results indicate that CexPr1−xO2−δ mixed oxides have higher redox properties because of the formation of CexPr1−xO2−δ solid solutions. The presence of the oxygen vacancies favors CO and CH3OH oxidation, while the activity of CH4 oxidation is mostly related to reduction temperatures and redox properties.  相似文献

在298.15 K下,利用等温环境溶解反应热量计,测定了离子液体[Cnmim][H2PO4] (n= 3, 4, 5, 6) (1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸盐)在水中不同浓度的摩尔溶解热(ΔsolHm),根据Pitzer电解质溶液理论计算得到了标准摩尔溶解焓(ΔsolHm0)和Pitzer焓参数:βMX(0)L, βMX(1)L,和CϕL,并计算了表观相对摩尔焓。通过推导讨论,得到了离子液体[Cnmim][H2PO4](n= 3, 4, 5, 6)同系物每摩尔亚甲基对标准摩尔溶解焓的贡献。  相似文献
