It is shown that in the quasielliptic space there exist two different sets of respectively quasielliptic congruent curves with the same natural equations =(s), =(s). On the curves of one set the sense of increasing arc length s corresponds with the positive orientation, to say with the sense of increasing x1/x0; on curves of the other set the orientation of s is negativ. Further we prove that the fundamental quantities of surface theory as defined in [3] cannot always characterize an unique parametrized surface apart from quasielliptic motions. Summary It has been observed in many silicon junction detectors that the measured charge produced by an ionising particle depends on the applied bias voltage. It is shown that this effect can be attributed to the back contact of the diode and occurs always when this contact is of non-ohmic nature. At low temperatures this is the case for many industrial samples.For the transmission of the -particle pulse this back contact can be represented by a resistance and a capacitance in parallel. This impedance may cause apparent and unwanted losses of the measured charge.However no loss of charge due to recombination processes could be observed. 相似文献
