等径通道挤压过程三维有限元模拟   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用三维有限元模型对等径通道挤压过程中变形分布的不均匀性进行了模拟,通过对不同摩擦系数下截面等效塑性应变分布比较发现:沿三个方向截面上的变形分布都不是均匀的,这说明二维有限元模型不能真实模拟等径通道挤压过程中试样中的变形分布。此外,摩擦对等效塑性应变分布及挤压力的影响较大,截面变形不均匀参数和最大等效塑性应变出现的位置随摩擦系数的增大而变化。压力-位移曲线的变化可以结合试样的变形过程来解释。  相似文献

本文采用大变形弹塑性有限元法对金属板条在柱形模中的压弯成形过程进行了数值模拟,并与实验进行了比较,首先给出了纠正的拉格朗日有限元公式和基于弹塑性乘法分解的超弹性塑性本构关系。对接触摩擦问题的处理采用了罚函数法。通过对数值结果的分析得出了些对弯曲工艺的设计有指导价值的结论。  相似文献

本文全面讨论了基于平面弹性--板弯曲模拟关系的薄板有限单元的理论和方法,由于直接对弯矩函数进行插值,c1连续性的要求得以自然避免,薄板单元可以直接在c0连续的层面上加以构造,无需借用Reissner-Mindlin的中厚板理论,由之引发的闭锁问题也得以避免,本文系统地阐明了平面弹性膜单元与薄板弯曲单元的对应关系,及由平面弹性膜单元的向薄板弯曲单元转换的一整套方法。为薄板单元的构造提供了一条新的有余的途径,文中给出了对应于平面弹性膜单元CST,LST,Q4,Q8的薄板单元,我们称之为MPS板单元,MPS板元以挠度和转角为自由度,便于实际应用,和其它板单元相比具有非常高的精度。  相似文献

基于有限变形理论建立了三维金属板料成形过程的刚塑性有限元数学模拟,该数学模型采用物质坐标系中的Update-Lagrange描述,等向强化假设,考虑了板料的厚向异性,对于金属板料与模具有摩擦采用近似的库仑摩擦定律以改善计算的收敛性。为简经计算采用薄膜单元,并根据此模型编制程序。  相似文献

考虑一均匀各向同性薄板结构,在其上下表面离散分布状压电执行元件,在横向外载和电压共同作用下,分析板的弯曲变形,并通过变化作用于执行元件上的电压对板的变形进行控制,根据逆压电效应将电压转换成作用于板上的等效作用量,用Hamilton原理导出压电结构板弯曲变形的有限元公式,并对环形板情况进行数值计算。  相似文献

本文基于三维可压缩Euler方程,采用基于Runge-Kutta时间离散的间断有限元方法(RKDG方法),对三维前台阶、三维Riemann问题和球Riemann等问题进行了模拟。结果表明,本文的RKDG方法能够在很少的网格内清晰地捕捉到三维复杂流场中的激波和接触间断;同时,将球Riemann问题中z=0.4平面压强沿到对称轴距离的分布与文献中的近似精确解相比,吻合较好,这也验证了本文的RKDG方法不仅能够进行三维复杂流场的定性描述,也能够应用于三维复杂流场的定量计算。  相似文献

利用随机骨料生成和投放算法建立沥青混合料两相异质模型,借助ABAQUS软件开展了分别在跨中、偏中20 mm和40 mm不同位置包含预切口的沥青混合料三点弯曲试件断裂行为的扩展有限元模拟,分析了预切口位置对裂纹扩展路径、载荷位移曲线等的影响规律,并与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明,预切口偏离跨中越远,裂纹扩展方向偏离预切口延长线的角度越大,试件的峰值载荷越大,对试件承载能力的削弱越弱.实验和数值模拟结果在定性上的一致性表明,利用扩展有限元方法模拟沥青混合料断裂行为是可行的.  相似文献

针对下游带有障碍物的溃坝流动问题,本文基于两相流动模型,在有限元算法框架下对其进行数值模拟研究。依据水平集(Level Set)方法追踪运动界面,并引入了一个简单的修正技术,保证较好的质量守恒性。为了精确表示运动界面,采用稳定和有效的间断有限元方法求解双曲型Level Set及其重新初始化方程。对于两相统一Navier-Stokes方程,首先利用分裂格式对其解耦,然后通过SUPG(Streamline Upwind Petrov Galerkin)方法进行数值求解。模拟研究了下游带有障碍物的牛顿流体溃坝流动问题,得到的数值结果与文献已有模拟结果及实验结果均吻合较好。此外,还考虑了幂律型非牛顿流体,并分析了不同特性非牛顿流体对于溃坝流动过程和界面形态等的影响。  相似文献

通风和空调出风口的射流特性主要取决于出风口截面之前的一段管道内的流动状况,研究送风口的射流偏转特性有重要实用价值.应用湍流大涡模拟技术结合Taylor-Galerkin有限单元法对工程中常见工况下的风口区管道内的三维流场进行了数值模拟和实验研究,数值计算结果与实验结果符合较好.表明湍流大涡模拟方法适合于边界形状复杂,存在各向异性的大尺度涡的内流情况,能可靠地预报风口区空气流动的射流偏转特性.  相似文献

A finite element method is proposed for the analysis of density flow which is induced by a difference of density. The method employs the idea that density variation can be pursued by using markers distributed in the flow field. For the numerical integration scheme, the velocity correction method is successfully used, introducing a potential for the correction of velocity. This method is useful because one can use linear interpolation functions for velocity, pressure and potential based on the triangular finite element. The final equations can be formulated using the quasi-explicit finite element method. A flume in a tank with sloping bottom has been analysed by the present method. The computed results show extremely good agreement with the experimental observations.  相似文献

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is known to be a polymer that shows inherent microstructure formation during cold processing such as paste extrusion. To model such a complex flow, a viscoelastic constitutive equation is proposed that takes into account the continuous change of the paste microstructure during flow, through fibril formation. The mechanism of fibrillation is captured through a microscopic model for a structural parameter ξ that represents the percentage of fibrillated domains of the paste. The proposed viscoelastic constitutive equation consists of a viscous shear-thinning term (Carreau model) and an elastic term (modified Mooney–Rivlin model), the relative contribution of the two depending on ξ. The viscous and elastic parameters of the model are determined by using shear and extensional rheometry on the paste. Finite element simulations based on the proposed constitutive relation with the measured model parameters predict reasonably well the variations of the extrusion pressure with the apparent shear rate and the die geometrical characteristics.  相似文献

为了利用多孔介质模型对翅片管束外流场进行计算,首先利用实体模型计算了局部管束的流场特性以获得多孔介质参数,在验证了多孔介质模型的准确性后,使用该模型对大尺度管束的流场特性进行了计算。结果表明:可以采用多孔介质模型对翅片管束进行简化计算,局部计算得到的多孔介质参数可以应用到增大长度、高度和宽度后的大尺度同型管束区域计算上,多孔介质模型与实体模型的误差基本在10%以内。  相似文献

Many finite element (FEM) formulations have been based on stress potentials defined in the stress field. Nevertheless, there are formulations where potentials defined in the strain-rate field are especially convenient to implement. These include rigid-plastic formulations based on minimum plastic work paths, which can be used for process design as well as for process analysis. Based on a strain-rate potential recently proposed for anisotropic materials exhibiting orthotropic symmetry, a formulation for sheet forming process analysis has been developed using a Cartesian coordinate system in this paper. An efficient formulation to account for material rotation is also included. Earing predictions made for a cup drawing test of a 2090-T3 aluminum-lithium alloy sheet showed good agreement with experiments. However, some discrepancies were observed between predicted and experimental thickness strain and cup height directional trends. The cause of the discrepancies was discussed using a simple analysis based on Lankford (or plastic strain ratio, r) values.  相似文献

本文首先针对含压电材料的一般结构,推导了按位移和电位移求解时的混合变分原理,在此基础上,通过对面电荷取变分,直接得到了含按电压驱动压电片层合壳的有限元方程,最后给出了利用压电片进行静变形和振动控制的仿真算例,并进行了分析。结果表明,本文建立的有限元方程准确、可靠。  相似文献

Finite element simulations are carried out to examine the mechanical behavior of the metallic hollow sphere (MHS) material during their large plastic deformation and to estimate the energy absorbing capacity of these materials under uniaxial compression. A simplified model is proposed from experimental observations to describe the connection between the neighboring spheres, which greatly improves the computation efficiency. The effects of the governing physical and geometrical parameters are evaluated; whilst a special attention is paid to the plateau stress, which is directly related to the energy absorbing capacity. Finally, the empirical functions of the relative material density are proposed for the elastic modulus, yield strength and plateau stress for FCC packing arrangement of hollow spheres, showing a good agreement with the experimental results obtained in our previous study.  相似文献

构建了三维随机分布球形泡孔模型,模拟开、闭孔混合结构泡沫铝材料的微细观结构,并通过有限元方法计算了10~104 s-1应变率范围内、孔隙率35%~65%泡沫铝材料的率相关性以及应变率和相对密度变化对泡沫铝动态压缩力学性能的影响。研究表明:中、低应变率下,泡沫铝材料率相关性能主要取决于基体材料的应变率敏感性;高应变率下,泡沫铝材料率相关性能受基体材料的应变率敏感性以及微结构惯性联合作用,且相对密度较低泡沫铝材料的微结构惯性效应更显著。  相似文献

A finite element solution of the Navier-Stokes equations for steady flow under the magnetic effect through a double-branched two-dimensional section of a three-dimensional model of the canine aorta is discussed. The numerical scheme involves transforming the physical co-ordinates to a curvilinear boundary-fitted co-ordinate system. The shear stress at the wall is calculated for a Reynolds number of 1000 with the branch-to-main aortic flow rate ratio as a parameter. The results are compared with earlier works involving experimental data and found to be in reasonable qualitative agreement. The steady flow, shear stress and branch flow under the effect of a magnetic field have been discussed in detail.  相似文献
