Controllable Optical Bistability and Multistability in a Four-Level Atomic System with Closed-Loop Configuration 下载免费PDF全文
We theoretically investigate optical bistability (OB) and multistability (OM) behaviour of a closed-loop configuration atomic system driven by a degenerate coupling- field and a degenerate probe field inside a unidirectional ring cavity. It is found that the OB and OM behaviour can be controlled by adjusting- the intensity and the frequency detuning of the coupling- field, respectively. Interestingly, our numerical results show that it is easy to realize the transition from OB to OM or vice versa by adjusting- the intensity of the coupling- field under a appropriate frequency detuning. The effect of the atomic cooperation parameter on the OB behaviour is also discussed. 相似文献

In the paper, the variable separation approach, homoclinic test technique and bilinear method are successfully extended to a (1 +1)-dimensional Caudry-Dodd-Gibbon-Sawada-Kortera (CDGSK) system, respectively. Based on the derived exact solutions, some significant types of localized excitations such as standing waves, periodic waves, solitary waves are simultaneously derived from the (1+1)-dimensional Caudry-Dodd-Gibbon-Sawada-Kortera system by entrancing appropriate parameters. 相似文献

We present a 9×9 S-matrix and E-matrix. A representation of specialized Birman-Wenzl-Murakami algebra is obtained. Starting from the given braid group representation S-matrix, we obtain the trigonometric solution of Yang-Baxter equation. A unitary matrix \breve{R}(x,φ1,φ2) is generated via theYang-Baxterization approach. Then we construct a Yang-BaxterHamiltonian through the unitary matrix \breve{R}(x,φ1,φ2). We investigate the high resolution absorption spectroscopy of P2 radical, generated in ac glow discharge of PC13 buffered with helium, using optical heterodyne magnetic rotation enhanced concentration modulation spectroscopy in the visible region. The (1, 2), (1, 3) and (2, 3) bands of c^3Ⅱu- b^3Ⅱg in the range 16620-17860cm^-1 are observed and their 3II2 3II2 subbands are rotationally analysed. In this paper, we investigate a class of mixed initial-boundary value problems for a kind of n × n quasilinear hyperbolic systems of conservation laws on the quarter plan. We show that the structure of the pieeewise C^1 solution u = u(t, x) of the problem, which can be regarded as a perturbation of the corresponding Riemann problem, is globally similar to that of the solution u = U(x/t) of the corresponding Riemann problem. The piecewise C^1 solution u = u(t, x) to this kind of problems is globally structure-stable if and only if it contains only non-degenerate shocks and contact discontinuities, but no rarefaction waves and other weak discontinuities. 相似文献

Line positions and intensities belonging to the vibrational system 2nu(2)/nu(4) of ammonia (14)NH(3) are measured and analyzed between 1200 and 2200 cm(-1) in order to improve the molecular database. For this, laboratory spectra are obtained at 0.006 and 0.011 cm(-1) unapodized resolution and with 4% precisions for the intensities using Fourier transform spectrometers located at the Kitt Peak National Observatory and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The observed data contain transitions of the nu(4) fundamental band near 1626.276(1) and 1627.375(2) cm(-1) (for s and a inversion upper states, respectively) and the 2nu(2) overtone band near 1597.470(3) and 1882.179(5) cm(-1) (for s and a inversion states, respectively). A total of 2345 lines with J' = 15 is assigned from which 2114 line positions with J' = 15 are fitted using an effective rotation-inversion-rotation Hamiltonian to achieve an rms of 0.003 cm(-1) with 57 molecular parameters. Over 1200 intensity measurements are modeled to +/-4.7% using 16 terms of the dipole moment expansion. A dyad model is used in order to model all the interactions expected within the 2nu(2)/nu(4) system. The bandstrengths of 2nu(2) (s <-- a), 2nu(2) (a <-- s), and nu(4) (s <-- s and a <-- a) are estimated to be 6.68(24), 0.201(5), and 116(3) cm(-2) atm(-1), respectively, at 296 K. We have measured the cross-section ratios of helium induced by Cq+ and Oq+ (q=1-4) in an energy range from 20 keV/amu to 500 keV/amu, and obtained the two-dimensional spectra by employing the coincidence method combined with the MPA-3 data acquisition system. Hence, we obtain the ratios of total single-ionization cross-sections (SI, SC, SLSI, and DLSI), total double-ionization cross-sections (DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI) and cross-sections of every process (SI, SC, SLSI, DLSI, DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI), which induce the single-ionization and double-ionization, to the total cross sections respectively. The competitive relations between the reaction-channels and the experimental data law of each reaction-channel are revealed explicitly, and the qualitative explanations involved in those results are also presented accordingly. 相似文献
