This paper deals with the robust stability analysis for uncertain systems with time-varying delay. New delay-dependent robust stability criteria of uncertain time-delay systems are proposed by exploiting appropriate Lyapunov functional candidate. These developed results have advantages over some previous ones in that they have fewer matrix variables yet less conservatism, due to the introduction of a method to estimate the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional candidate without ignoring the additional useful terms. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and the advantage of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with stability analysis for uncertain systems. The systems are based on a new time-delay model proposed recently, which contains multiple successive delay components in the state. The relationship between the time-varying delay and its upper bound is taken into account when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. As a result, some less conservative stability criteria are established for systems with two successive delay components and parameter uncertainties. Numerical examples show that the proposed criteria are effective and are an improvement over some existing results in the literature.  相似文献

We consider a class of linear dynamical systems with bounded, Lebesgue-measurable uncertainties in the system and input matrices as well as in the input itself. A state feedback control is derived, which guarantees global, uniform asymptotic stability of the zero state; this control is continuous, except at the zero state. This paper is based in part on research supported by the National Science Foundation.  相似文献

In this paper, we aim to study robust exponential stabilization for a large-scale uncertain impulsive system with coupling time-delays. Furthermore, we also provide an estimation of the rate of convergence of exponential stabilization. By utilizing the Lyapunov method and Razumikhin technique, we shall design the feedback hybrid controllers in terms of linear matrix inequalities under which the robust exponential stability is achieved for a closed-loop large-scale uncertain impulsive system with coupling time-delays. Moreover, we shall also use the results obtained to design impulsive controllers for a large-scale uncertain continuous system under which the closed-loop continuous system achieves robust and exponential stability. To illustrate our results, one example is solved.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the robust stabilization for a class of uncertain linear dynamical systems with time-varying delay is considered. By making use of an algebraic Riccati equation, we derive some sufficient conditions for robust stability of time-varying delay dynamical systems with unstructured or structured uncertainties. In our approach, the only restriction on the delay functionh(t) is the knowledge of its upper boundh . Some analytical methods are employed to investigate these stability conditions. Since these conditions are independent of the delay, our results are also applicable to systems with perturbed time delay. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the sufficient conditions developed in this paper.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of global asymptotic stability of a class of nonlinear uncertain discrete-time state-delayed systems. The class of systems under investigation involves multiple state delays, norm-bounded parameter uncertainties, and generalized overflow nonlinearities which cover usual types of overflow arithmetic used in practice. A new criterion for the global asymptotic stability of such systems is presented. A numerical example is given to illustrate the applicability of the criterion presented.  相似文献

In this paper, a new and simple approach whereby we derive several sufficient conditions on robust stabilizability for a class of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay is presented. Some analytical methods and the Bellman-Gronwall inequality are employed to investigate these sufficient conditions. The notable features of the results obtained are their simplicity in testing the stability of uncertain dynamical systems with time delay and their clarity in giving insight into system analysis. Finally, several numerical examples are given to demonstrate the utilization of the results. The authors would like to acknowledge the many helpful comments provided by the reviewer. Particularly, in the light of these comments, the proof of Theorem 3.1 has been considerably shortened.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of robust stabilization via dynamic output feedbackcontrollers for uncertain two-dimensional continuous systems described by the Roesser's state space model. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded appearing in all the matrices of the system model. A sufficient condition for the existence of dynamic output feedback controllers guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system for all admissible uncertainties is proposed. A desired dynamic output feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper studies the input-to-state stability (ISS) and integral input-to-state stability (iISS) of nonlinear impulsive systems in the framework of event-triggered impulsive control (ETIC), where the stabilizing effect of time delays in impulses is fully considered. Some sufficient conditions which can avoid Zeno behavior and guarantee the ISS/iISS property of impulsive systems are proposed, where external inputs are considered in both the continuous dynamics and impulsive dynamics. A novel event-triggered delayed impulsive control (ETDIC) strategy which establishes a relationship among event-triggered parameters, impulse strength and time delays in impulses is presented. It is shown that time delays in impulses can contribute to the stabilization of impulsive systems in ISS/iISS sense. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical results is illustrated by two numerical examples.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust reliable control for a class of uncertain switched neutral systems under asynchronous switching, where the switching instants of the controller experience delays with respect to those of the system and the parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded. A state feedback controller is proposed to guarantee exponential stability and reliability for switched neutral systems, and the dwell time approach is utilized for the stability analysis and controller design. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the delay-dependent stability and robust stability criteria for linear systems with time-varying delay and norm-bounded uncertainties. Through constructing a general form of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, and using integral inequalities, some slack matrices and newly established convex combination condition in the calculation, the delay-dependent stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the improvement on the conservatism of the delay bound over some reported results in the literature.  相似文献

The issue of robustly exponential stability for uncertain neutral-type systems is considered in this paper. The uncertainties are nonlinear and the delays are time-varying. In terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI), the new sufficient stability condition with delay dependence is presented. The model transformation and bounding techniques for cross terms are avoided based on an integral inequality. Two illustrative examples are proposed to show the effectiveness of our method.  相似文献

Robust stability for stochastic Hopfield neural networks with time delays   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
In this paper, the asymptotic stability analysis problem is considered for a class of uncertain stochastic neural networks with time delays and parameter uncertainties. The delays are time-invariant, and the uncertainties are norm-bounded that enter into all the network parameters. The aim of this paper is to establish easily verifiable conditions under which the delayed neural network is robustly asymptotically stable in the mean square for all admissible parameter uncertainties. By employing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and conducting the stochastic analysis, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to derive the stability criteria. The proposed criteria can be checked readily by using some standard numerical packages, and no tuning of parameters is required. Examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed criteria.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust stabilization problem for a class of linear uncertain stochastic systems with Markovian switching. The uncertain stochastic system with Markovian switching under consideration involves parameter uncertainties both in the system matrices and in the mode transition rates matrix. New criteria for testing the robust stability of such systems are established in terms of bi-linear matrix inequalities (BLMIs), and sufficient conditions are proposed for the design of robust state-feedback controllers. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of our results.  相似文献

This paper presents a discrete and distributed time-delays dependent simultaneous approach to deterministic and uncertain stochastic high-order neural networks. New results are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) by exploiting a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and by making use of novel techniques for time-delay systems. Some constraints of systems are removed, and new results cover some recently published works. Two numerical examples are given to show the usefulness of presented approach.  相似文献

The problem of finite-time stabilizing control design for state-dependent impulsive dynamical linear systems (SD-IDLS) is tackled in this paper. Such systems are characterized by continuous-time, linear, possibly time-varying, dynamics coupled with discrete-time, linear, possibly time-varying, dynamics. The continuous-time part determines the system evolution in any time interval between two consecutive resetting events, while the discrete-time part governs its instantaneous state jump whenever the system trajectory intersects a resetting set, i.e. a region of the state space assumed to be time-independent. By making use of a quadratic control Lyapunov function, the finite-time stabilization of SD-IDLS through a static output feedback control design is specifically discussed in this paper. A sufficient and constructive result is provided based on the conical hulls of the resetting set subregions and on some cone copositivity properties of the chosen control Lyapunov function. Such a result is based on the solution of a feasibility problem that involves a set of coupled Difference/Differential Linear Matrix Inequalities (D/DLMI), which is shown to be less conservative and more numerically amenable with respect to other results available in the literature. An example illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The tracking problem for a robotic manipulator withn controlled degrees of freedom and uncertain dynamics is considered. Based on the deterministic theory of Refs. 1–15 and requiring only knowledge of bounds on the system uncertainty, a classC of continuous feedback controls (adapted from Ref. 11) is proposed with respect to which the uncertain tracking system is practically stabilizable in the sense that, given a feasible path to be tracked and an arbitrarily small neighborhood of the origin in the appropriate error space, there exists a control inC such that the tracking error for the feedback controlled uncertain system is ultimately bounded with respect to . The theory is illustrated in a numerical example of a robot with two degrees of freedom. This paper is based on research supported by the National Science Foundation and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research under Grant ECS-8210324 and by the UK Science and Engineering Research Council under Grants GR/B/32047 and GR/C/43658. Robust control design for a class of mismatched uncertain nonlinear systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
We consider the robust control design problem for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems. The uncertainty in the system may be due to parameter variations and/or nonlinearity. It may be possibly fast, time-varying. The system does not satisfy the so-called matching condition. Under a state transformation, which is based on the possible bound of the uncertainty, a robust control scheme can be designed. The control renders the original uncertain system practically stable. Furthermore, the uniform ultimate boundedness ball and uniform stability ball of the original system can be made arbitrarily small by suitable choice of design parameters.  相似文献
