We consider subsets F of $\mathbb{R}^n$ generated by iterated function systems with contracting conformal C1+γ-diffeomorphisms whose Hausdorff dimension is s. The unique s-self-conformal probability measure μ agrees with the normalised s-dimensional Hausdorff measure on F. Using the associated dynamical system and ergodic theory we develop a potential theoretic representation of the average densities of μ at almost all points of F. First, we prove the decomposition theorem for the regularities of multifractal Hausdorff measure and packing measure in ” d . This decomposition theorem enables us to split a set into regular and irregular parts, so that we can analyze each separately, and recombine them without affecting density properties. Let {us(x) : s ≥ 0 , x ∈R} be a random string taking values in Rd . The main goal of this paper is to discuss the characteristics of the polar functions of {u s(x) : s ≥ 0 , x∈R} . The relationship between a class of continuous functions satisfying the H¨older condition and a class of polar-functions of {us (x) : s ≥ 0 , x ∈R} is presented. The Hausdorff and packing dimensions of the set that the string intersects a given non-polar continuous function are determined. The upper and lower bounds are obtained for the probability that the string intersects a given function in terms of respectively Hausdorff measure and capacity.  相似文献

In this paper, under the open set condition we have determined the lower and upper bounds of the Hausdorff dimensions and the upper box-counting dimensions of the limit sets of hyperbolic recurrent iterated function systems in terms of the unique zeros h and H of the two pressure functions. In addition, we have estimated the bounds of h, H-dimensional Hausdorff and packing measures. The result in this paper generalizes existing results about fractal dimensions of many other iterated function systems.  相似文献

This paper studies fractal properties of polar sets for random string processes. We give upper and lower bounds of the hitting probabilities on compact sets and prove some sufficient conditions and necessary conditions for compact sets to be polar for the random string process. Moreover, we also determine the smallest Hausdorff dimensions of non-polar sets by constructing a Cantor-type set to connect its Hausdorff dimension and capacity.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove the Lipschitz continuity with respect to the Hausdorff metric of some parametrized families of sets in R3. This implies that many Hausdorff approximation (Hausdorff matching) problems can be reduced to searching a global minimum of a real Lipschitz function of real variables. We say that a domain U ⊂ ℝ n is uniquely determined by the relative metric (which is the extension by continuity of the intrinsic metric of the domain on its boundary) of its Hausdorff boundary if any domain V ⊂ ℝ n such that its Hausdorff boundary is isometric in the relative metric to the Hausdorff boundary of U, is isometric to U in the Euclidean metric. We study the Hausdorff dimension of Poissonian cutout sets defined via inhomogeneous intensity measures on Q-regular metric spaces. Our main results explain the dependence of the dimension of the cutout sets on the multifractal structure of the average densities of the Q-regular measure. As a corollary, we obtain formulas for the Hausdorff dimension of such cutout sets in self-similar and self-conformal spaces using the multifractal decomposition of the average densities for the natural measures.  相似文献

The aim of the present paper is to define a notion of weakly differentiable cochain in the generality of metric measure spaces and to study basic properties of such cochains. Our cochains are (sub)additive functionals on a subspace of chains, and a suitable notion of chains in metric spaces is given by Ambrosio–Kirchheim?s theory of metric currents. The notion of weak differentiability we introduce is in analogy with Heinonen–Koskela?s concept of upper gradients of functions. In one of the main results of our paper, we prove continuity estimates for cochains with p-integrable upper gradient in n-dimensional Lie groups endowed with a left-invariant Finsler metric. Our result generalizes the well-known Morrey–Sobolev inequality for Sobolev functions. Finally, we prove several results relating capacity and modulus to Hausdorff dimension.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the long time behavior for the Drift-diffusion semi-conductor equations. It is proved that the dynamical system has a compact, connected and maximal attractor when the mobilities are constants and generation-recombination term is the Auger model; as well as the semigroup S(t) defined by the solutions map is differential. Moreover the upper bound of Hausdorff dimension for the attractor is given.  相似文献
