An RF system for the CSRe (cooling storage experimental ring) is designed and manufactured domestically. The present paper mainly describes the RF system design in five main sections: ferrite ring, RF cavity, RF generator, low level system and cavity cooling. The cavity is based on a type of coaxial resonator which is shorted at the end with one gap and loaded with domestic ferrite rings. The RF generator is designed in the push-pull mode and the low level control system is based on a DSP+FGPA+DDS+USB interface and has three feedback loops. Finally we give the results of the measurement on our system.  相似文献

上海光源(SSRF)是一台能量为3.5GeV的中能第三代光源. 储存环的设计束流是300mA, 总的束流功率约625kW, 借鉴国际先进经验, 从THALES等公司引进500MHz 300kW (CW)高频发射机(包括速调管和相应的PSM型电源)及350kW (CW)环流器等作为三套高频功率源的主体, 一一供给三套超导高频腔, 加速电子以补偿其同步辐射以及其他功率损耗. 近一年来我们完成了储存环高频厅和其水冷、风冷、配电系统的建设, 4台速调管的制造厂验收测试, 三套发射机的就位安装和调试, 第一套发射机的现场验收测试, 第一台环流器的安装和高功率验收测试, 第一套高频功率源的高功率传输系统在不同反射相位下的满功率老炼. 第二、三套发射机的现场验收测试正在进行中, 预计10月份全部完成. 迄今为止所有的验收项目均达到技术指标. 本文简要地叙述了SSRF高频功率源的选型、技术指标、设计方案、总体布局, 重点介绍了现场验收测试的结果.  相似文献

 设计了上海光源高频低电平控制系统,它是以数字化技术为基础,采用上下变频和IQ调制解调技术,实现幅度、频率和相位的反馈控制。上海光源储存环的束流设计流强为300 mA,为了抑制由此带来的Robinson不稳定性和纵向零模束流振荡,加入了高频直接反馈和零模束流反馈环路。从上下变频技术、IQ调制解调技术、时钟分配及锁相技术等方面对上海光源数字化低电平系统的硬件设计及其实现进行了阐述,给出了该系统试验、高功率下运行的测试结果,实现了设计要求的幅度控制精度±1%、频率控制精度 ±10 Hz和相位控制精度± 1°的技术指标。  相似文献

为突破传统束流堆积方式瓶颈、提高重离子流强,兰州重离子加速器冷却储存实验环(HIRFL-CSRe)将采用移动式脉冲堆积方案(Moving Barrier Bucket)。该方案要求高频系统能产生高精度的单正弦电压,然而由于Barrier Bucket(BB)电压的宽带特性以及高频系统的非线性,高频腔内的BB电压存在着严重的失真问题。针对此问题,在全面分析了BB电压波形特性以及高频系统的频率响应的基础上,设计了BB电压预失真前馈控制方案,并详细描述了该方案的原理、仿真、软硬件设计以及实际测试结果。研究成果将应用于HIRFL-CSRe的BB束流堆积实验以及十二五强流重离子加速器(HIAF)的BB堆积模式。  相似文献

 对高频系统的束流负载效应和Robinson不稳定性条件进行了详细分析;通过对 失谐角、视在失谐角与储存环注入流强限的研究发现,对于合肥光源这样的中能储存环,由于注入状态的电子束能量较低,同步辐射相角接近90°,因此,只要给高频腔馈入一定的功率,再把腔调到一定的失谐角,就可以在环中注到较高的流强,达到二期工程的设计目标。  相似文献

基于建立的不同工艺尺寸的CMOS器件模型,利用TCAD器件模拟的方法,针对不同工艺CMOS器件,开展了不同工艺尺寸CMOS器件单粒子闩锁效应(SEL)的研究。研究表明,器件工艺尺寸越大,SEL效应越敏感。结合单粒子闩锁效应触发机制,提出了保护带、保护环两种器件级抗SEL加固设计方法,并通过TCAD仿真和重离子试验验证防护效果,得出最优的加固防护设计。结果表明,90nm和0.13μm CMOS器件尽量选用保护带抗SEL结构,0.18μm或更大工艺尺寸CMOS器件建议选取保护环抗SEL结构。  相似文献

The 1.3 GHz superconducting radio-frequency (SRF) technology is one of the key technologies for the ILC and future XFEL and ERL projects in China. With the aim to develop 1.3 GHz SRF technology, IHEP has started a program to build an SRF Accelerating Unit. This unit contains a 9-cell 1.3 GHz superconducting cavity, a short cryomodule, a high power input coupler, a tuner and a low level RF system. This program also includes the SRF laboratory upgrade, which will permit the unit to be built and tested at IHEP. The unit will be used for the 1.3 GHz SRF system integration study, high power horizontal test and possible beam test in the future. In this paper, we report the recent R&D status of this program. The first large grain low-loss shape 9-cell superconducting RF cavity made by IHEP reached 20 MV/m in the first vertical test in July, 2010. The prototype tuner and low level RF (LLRF) system are under test. The high power input coupler and cryomodule are under fabrication. Several key SRF facilities for 9-cell cavity surface treatment and pre-tuning were successfully commissioned and are in operation.  相似文献

We propose a radio frequency(RF)transfer technique with passive phase noise compensation over a fiber-optic ring.By adopting different frequencies and same wavelength transmission and double sideband(DSB)with carrier suppression(DSBCS)modulation,the impact of backscattering can be effectively suppressed.A stable RF signal can be obtained via frequency mixing at an arbitrary access site along the fiber-optic ring.As the two directional transmissions adopt the same fiber and same wavelength from the same laser,the bidirectional propagation symmetry can be maximally guaranteed.We experimentally demonstrate 2 GHz RF signal transfer along a 100 km standard single-mode fiber-optic ring.  相似文献

A mini-vane four-rod radio frequency quadruple (RFQ) accelerator has been built for neutron imaging. The RFQ will operate at 201.5 MHz, and its length is 2.7 m. The original electric field distribution along the electrodes is not flat. The resonant frequency needs to be tuned to the operating value. And the frequency needs to be compensated for temperature change during high power RF test and beam test. As tuning such a RFQ is difficult, plate tuners and stick tuners are designed. This paper will present the tuners design, the tuning procedure, and the RF properties of the RFQ.

 曲柄式磁压缩系统是北京大学SASE自由电子激光装置中非常重要的部分,通过其对电子束团的压缩为扭摆器提供高流强、短脉冲的电子束,使电子束在扭摆器内较短的距离实现饱和出光。曲柄式磁压缩需要利用偏离高频峰位的加速相位使得电子束产生能量-位置关联,主要讨论高频相位抖动与能量-位置关联的相互关系,高频相位抖动使得束团的能量-位置关联不同,即束团内电子能量随位置分布不同。进而研究其对磁压缩性能的影响,即能量-位置关联不一样会导致磁压缩得到的束团长度出现涨落。  相似文献

In the proposal of the Beijing Advanced Light Source, a compact combination of XERL and XFEL using a common SC linac is being considered. In the meantime, an ERL-FEL test facility is being proposed and will be used for THz radiation. In this test facility, a L-band photocathode RF injector is needed.  对兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环实验环(CSRe)的高频系统功率源的设计作了详细的工程计算,工作频率范围为0.5~2.0 MHz,工作于基波及二次谐波模式,发射机不仅能工作于点频连续波模式,而且还可以工作在扫频调制模式,输出最大功率达到70 kW。满足最高加速或减速电压10 kV的设计要求,能够用于捕获放射性次级束并将束流的能量从400 MeV/u 减速到 30 MeV/u。  相似文献

 合肥光源是一台专用同步辐射光源,它在低能注入积累束流,然后同步地把束流加速到高能并在储存环中稳定运行。在加速过程中,粒子的同步辐射能量损失迅速增加,束流负载效应发生变化,需要相应地调节高频系统参数保持束流稳定。讨论了合肥光源加速过程中高频系统可能的两种高频系统调节方式以及高能情况下高频系统的最佳运行状态。  相似文献

北京大学高功率耦合器谐振环锻炼平台是对北京大学1.3 GHz超导加速器的耦合器进行高功率测试和锻炼的平台,通过谐振环与信号源谐振来产生高功率。在谐振环工作过程中,由于外界扰动会使其共振频率发生变化,故需要对谐振环路进行频率锁定,从而维持其与信号源的共振。将PDH(Pound-Drever-Hall)技术应用在此锻炼平台上,用以锁定微波信号源与谐振环的频率。实验验证表明,该PDH反馈系统能有效维持谐振环的高增益。  相似文献

In this paper we will show a cavity and higher order mode(HOM) coupler designing scheme for the Circular Electron-Positron Collider(CEPC) main ring. The cavity radio frequency(RF) design parameters are shown in this paper. The HOM power is calculated based on the beam parameters in the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR). The damping results of the higher order modes(HOMs) and same order modes(SOMs) show that they reach the damping requirements for beam stability.  相似文献

 合肥800MeV电子储存环的二期升级工程正在进行,其中高频腔的改造和加工将要完成,由于原有高频腔存在较多不合理因数,将要被新腔所替换。为了充分估计在将来运行时,高频腔的耦合阻抗对储存高流强的影响,需要对新旧高频腔宽带耦合阻抗进行比较计算。用电磁场计算软件MAFIA对高频腔的耦合阻抗及电子束在此结构中产生的尾场进行了计算,结果说明旧高频腔的耦合阻抗比新高频腔小。  相似文献
