The influence of γ-irradiation with a dose of ~104 Gy on the characteristics of LuAG:Ce single crystalline films (SCF) was investigated using ESR and time-resolved luminescence spectroscopy under excitation by synchrotron radiation with the energies ranging from 3.7 to 12 eV. The origin of γ-ray induced radiation defects in LuAG:Ce SCF is discussed. 相似文献

Polycrystalline gallium nitride films with hexagonal structure were prepared by a post-nitridation technique. A strong blue photoluminescence located at 458 nm and a UV photoluminescence located at 368 nm were observed at room temperature. The 368 nm peak is PL from band-edge emission. The blue luminescence is attributed to the transition from deep donor level to the valence band. 相似文献

Rb3C60 single-crystal thin films were prepared on the cleaved (111) surface of C60 single crystal.The photoemission spectrum line shapes of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) derived band at room temperature and 150K were established by synchrotron radiation photoemission spectrum measurements.The density of states near the Fermi level was distinctly affected by temperature.No less than six sub-peaks of the LUMO band were observed even at room temperature.The existence of so many sub-peaks offered the opportunities to analyse in more detail the orientational structure and the electron-Boson interactions of the narrow-band metallic Rb3C60. 相似文献

Epitaxial ZnO films are grown on Al2O3 (0001) by the MOCVD method. These films are high quality wurtzite crystals with (0001) orientation. Big hexagonal crystallites (diameter from several decades to 100 μm) are found on the surface. Inside these crystallites, a stronger luminescence is observed compared with the plain area. Transmission electronic microscopy reveals that the film is thicker inside the hexagonal crystallites than the plain area, and some crystallites are not connected with each other and are slightly rotated with respect to their neighbours. 相似文献

介绍了近年来国内外镥铝石榴石(Lu_3Al_5O_(12),LuAG)基闪烁陶瓷的研究进展,总结了LuAG的晶体结构和物化性能、LuAG基闪烁陶瓷的制备方法和结构缺陷研究、组分调控和材料计算在设计新型LuAG基闪烁材料方面的创新成果等。其中稀土Ce~(3+)和Pr~(3+)掺杂的LuAG闪烁陶瓷研究进展较快,部分组分已经实现闪烁性能优于同类单晶,并向器件化推进。Ce∶LuAG陶瓷因其高光效和优异的抗辐照损伤性能,被列为高能物理新一代电磁量能器的备选材料;Pr∶LuAG具有快衰减时间和高温荧光热稳定性,在核医学PET成像和油井勘测等领域显示了应用潜力。基于缺陷工程和能带工程的思想,通过Mg~(2+)、Y~(3+)等掺杂调控基质组分,Ce∶LuAG和Pr∶LuAG陶瓷在闪烁性能上都获得突破性提升;基于透明陶瓷技术,高光学质量的LuAG基闪烁陶瓷将具有重要的应用前景和发展潜力。 相似文献

Using the methods of atomicforce microscopy, xray diffractometry, and spectrophotometry, we have studied the morphological, structural, and optical characteristics of GRSactive substrates based on original and annealed silver films. We show that the backing temperature during deposition is the factor which exerts the most substantial effect on the morphological and optical properties of silver films and also on their stability with time. The coefficients of the correlation of the deposition rate with the characteristics of the optical density spectra of silver films are calculated. It is found that hightemperature (350°C) annealing of a silver film leads to the selforganization of its surface into a quasiperiodic structure with semiellipsoidal islets. The contribution of the processes of excitation of plasma resonances to the formation of the optical density spectra is discussed. It is shown that as a result of thermal modification the concentration of the crystalline phase of silver in a silver film increases 2–3 times and also the dispersion of the orientation of crystallites decreases. 相似文献

Lu0.1Y0.9AlO3:Ce single crystals in dimensions Φ30×90 mma are successfully grown by the Czochralski method. The light output and energy resolution of the crystal in dimensions Φ14×2mm^3 are 9420 photons/MeV and 12.5% respectively. Dependence of the light output on the thickness of the sample is found and explained by the self-absorption in the range of 320-370nm and the underlying parasitic absorption around 250hm. In addition, the local enrichment of Ce ions and the presence of low-valent impurity ions may cause the deterioration of its light output. In addition, Lu0.1 Y0.9AlO3:Ce has an almost constant fluorescence decay time of 16ns in the temperature range of 80-373 K. 相似文献

Acrylonitrile‐butadiene‐styrene (ABS)/organically modified montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending in an internal mixer, and their morphology, rheological behaviors and mechanical properties were characterized using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), capillary rheometer and tensile, flexural and impact tests. X‐ray diffraction studies revealed the presence of intercalated structure for the prepared nanocomposites and good dispersion of clay layers at low levels of its loading. From the rheological investigations it was observed that the prepared nanocomposites and their pristine counterpart have shear‐thinning behavior, obeying the power law equation. At low shear rates, the steady shear viscosity and shear stress of the nanocomposites increase with increasing of nanoclay content. However, at high shear rates they behave similar to pure ABS. It was shown that the flow activation energy (E) values increase with increasing of nanoclay content. Mechanical tests showed that the flexural moduli of the nanocomposites increase with increase of nanoclay loading, but the flexural strength and the tensile and impact properties decrease with increase of nanoclay content. 相似文献

The structural and luminescence properties of nanocrystalline ZrO2 :Er^3+ films are reported. Transparent nano-ZrO2 crystalline films doped with Er^3+ have been prepared using a wet chemistry process. An intense roomtemperature emission at 1527nm with a full width at half-maximum of 46 nm has been observed, which is assigned to the ^4Ⅰ13/2 → ^4Ⅰ15/2 intra-4f^n electric transition of Er^3+. Correlations between the luminescence properties and structures of the nanocrystalline ZrO2 :Er^3+ films have been investigated. Infrared-to-visible upconversion occurs simultaneously upon excitation of a commercially available 980-nm laser diode and the involved mechanisms have also been explained. The results indicate that the nanocrystalline ZrO2:Er^3+ films might be suggested as promising materials for achieving broadband Er^3+-doped waveguide amplifiers and upconversion waveguide lasers. 相似文献

高温固相法合成了Ce3+掺杂的Y3Al5O12(YAG)样品,研究了样品的结构、光致发光和热释发光性质.X射线衍射分析结果表明合成样品为YAG纯相,稀土离子的少量掺杂不改变基质YAG的结构.荧光光谱测试表明在高温空气气氛下Y2.95Al5O12:Ce4+0.05制备过程中存在Ce4+的自还原现象,一部分Ce4+被自还原为Ce3+,导致531nm黄光宽带发射.弱还原气氛下制备的Y2.95Al5O12:Ce3+0.05在紫外光照射后具有黄色长余辉,余辉时间长达35 min.热释光测试表明在Ce3+掺杂的YAG样品中存在热释发光,在弱还原气氛下制备的样品Y2.95Al5O12:Ce3+0.05的热释光随温度变化曲线上有112℃和256℃两个明显的热释光峰;而在空气气氛下制备的样品Y2.95Al5O12:Ce4+0.05的热释光随温度变化曲线上只有128℃一个明显的热释光峰.通过对比研究,热释发光主要来源于YAG基质中缺陷能级所陷俘的Ce3+. 相似文献

ABSTRACTCerium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG: Ce3+) nanopowder phosphors have been elaborated by sol–gel process and annealed at 900°C for 2?h. The prepared phosphors were exposed to gamma radiation, using 60Co source, at different doses ranging from 5 to 100?kGy. The influence of γ-irradiation on the structural, morphological and luminescence properties of YAG: Ce3+ phosphors were investigated in detail by X-ray diffraction, ?eld emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and photoluminescence measurements. The XRD analysis confirmed the presence of single cubic phase for all samples of YAG: Ce3+ nanophosphors independent of γ-rays dose. FESEM micrograph results revealed that the particles present flate-like shapes and high density of dislocation for sample irradiated at 100?kGy of γ-ray. The YAG: Ce3+ nanophosphors showed broad green–yellow emission band in the range of 450–700?nm with maximum intensity at 538?nm assigned to the 5d → 4f transitions of Ce3+ ion. The emission intensity of YAG: Ce3+ phosphors vary with the γ-ray irradiation and reach the maximum for sample irradiated to a dose of 25?kGy. The variation of luminescence intensity is related to the crystallite size and Ce4+ ions content in YAG host nanomaterial. 相似文献

ZrO2 thin films were deposited by using an electron beam evaporation technique on three kinds of lithium triborate (LIB3O5 or LBO) substrates with the surfaces at specified crystalline orientations. The influences of the LBO structure on the structural and optical properties of ZrO2 thin films are studied by spectrophotometer and x-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the substrate structure has obvious effects on the structural and optical properties of the film: namely, the ZrO2 thin film deposited on the X-LBO, Y-LBO and Z-LBO orients to m(-212), rn(021) and o(130) directions. It is also found that the ZrO2 thin film with m(021) has the highest refractive index and the least lattice misfit. 相似文献

The sputtering parameter mediated composition (SPMC) effect of 3.0-μm-thick SmCo-based films is experimentally and theoretically studied. The experimental results give a clear indication that the Sm concentration increases with the decreasing sputtering power or with the increasing Ar gas pressure, which are in agreement with the calculated values when the preferential sputtering effect is disregarded. The SPMC effect provides an opportunity for the same composite target to fabricate films with an Sm concentration varying from 13.8at.% to 17.3at.%, which is reasonable for the magnetic phase transformation (Sm2Co17→SmCo7→SmCo5) and the enhanced coercivity. 相似文献
