An assortment of adhesive materials with permanent tackiness developed by OOO PKF Orgkhimprom is reported. Data on the effect of different factors (viscosity, thickness of the adhesive layer, and content of polymer phase) on the conditions of adhesive processing are discussed. Strength characteristics of adhesives as functions of the polarity of substrate and service temperature of bonded items are considered. Possible uses of suspension copolymers with permanent tackiness as modifying additives controlling the adhesive and cohesive characteristics of adhesive compositions are demonstrated.  相似文献

The results of investigations of the effect of Jeffamine-type curing agents on the adhesion and physicomechanical properties of epoxide compositions modified with rubber are presented. It was shown that epoxy-rnbber oligomers cured with polyoxypropylene tria mine are characterized by high elasticity with good cohesion and adhesion strength, which allows one to obtain adhesive compositions with small quantities of internal stresses on their basis that can be used at negative temperatures under the conditions of dynamic loads and thermal cycles.  相似文献

An epoxy adhesive of cold curing is developed. Its processing characteristics are studied. The properties of the cured adhesive and polymeric composite materials (PCMs) based thereon are examined. Based on the principles of the formation of adhesion contacts with different (including inert) surfaces, a number of physicochemical procedures for an increase in the strength of adhesive joints is developed. These principles are elaborated at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Basic models of the structure of adhesive ensuring the maximum value of adhesive strength are proposed. It is shown that synthesized epoxy-urethane oligomers ideally correspond to one of these models. Adhesive compositions are prepared on the basis of synthesized multifunctional oligomers and their physicochemical and adhesion properties are studied. The high efficiency of these adhesives for bonding a wide spectrum of materials including adherends with low surface energy is revealed. The set of the properties of developed adhesive compositions makes it possible to use them in the production of items designed for highly specialized purposes.  相似文献

The properties of unsaturated polyketone, which is a representative of new-type reactive oligomers, were studied. It was shown that unsaturated polyketone is compatible with a polar plasticizer (dibutyl phthalate), to some extent compatible with a nonpolar plasticizer (transformer oil), and can be cured by dinitrile oxide and EKh-1 quinol ester. An adhesive composition based on unsaturated polyketone cured by quinol ester and epoxy-containing components was developed. It was established that the adhesive composition based on unsaturated polyketone limitedly swells in transformer oil and has two glass-transition temperatures. The adhesive composition based on unsaturated polyketone provides bonding of a high-filled polymer composition with a rigid multilayered substrate.  相似文献

The dependence of the adhesive strength of model glass/binder/glass adhesive compositions cured with aliphatic and aromatic hardeners on the γ-radiation dose was studied. It was shown that the strength of the fullerene-modified binder decreases at low absorbed doses (to 20 kGy), whereas the strength of the composition with the aliphatic binder increases again with an increase in the dose in the range 140–240 kGy, although its does not reach that of the unirradiated composite.  相似文献

Adhesives/sealants are used after suturing to prevent leakage of cerebrospinal fluid from an anastomotic site. Commercial adhesives/sealants have been used to close the cerebral dura. However, swelling of the cured adhesives/sealants induces increased intracranial pressure and decreases the strength of the seal. In the present study, tissue adhesive hydrogels with improved swelling property using inclusion complex composed of α-cyclodextrin (αCD) and decyl group (C10)-modified Alaska pollock-derived gelatin (C10-ApGltn) with a high degree of substitution (DS) (>20 mol%) are developed. Viscosity of C10-ApGltn with a high DS solution remarkably decreased by the addition of αCD. The resulting αCD/C10-ApGltn adhesive hydrogel composed of αCD/C10-ApGltn inclusion complexes and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-based crosslinker showed improved swelling property after immersion in saline. Also, the resulting adhesive has a significantly higher burst strength than fibrin-based adhesives and is as strong as a PEG-based adhesive. Quantitative analysis of αCD revealed that the improved swelling property of the resulting adhesive hydrogels is induced by the release of αCD from cured adhesive, and the subsequent assembly of decyl groups in the saline. These results suggest that adhesives developed using the αCD/C10-ApGltn inclusion complex can be useful for closing the cerebral dura mater.  相似文献

A study of a samples of polyarylsulfones and polyarylsulfidesulfones with a glass-transition point of 210–245°C as received and in the formulations of adhesive compositions has been conducted. It has been shown that the developed adhesive compositions containing polyarylsulfones are capable of forming a film and provide high strength indices of adhesive joints in shear of 23–29 MPa within a temperature range from 20 to 150°C.  相似文献

This study used controlled microwaves to elucidate the response of adhesive components to microwaves and examined the advantages of microwave radiation in curing epoxy adhesives. Curing of adhesives with microwaves proceeded very rapidly, even though each component of the adhesive was not efficiently heated by the microwaves. The reason the adhesive cured rapidly is that microwave heating was enhanced by the electrically charged (ionic) intermediates produced by the curing reaction. In contrast, the cured adhesive displayed lower microwave absorption and lower heating efficiency, suggesting that the cured adhesive stopped heating even if it continued to be exposed to microwaves. This is a definite advantage in the curing of adhesives with microwaves, as, for example, adhesives dropped onto polystyrene could be cured using microwave heating without degrading the polystyrene base substrate.  相似文献

The radiation-resistant cold-setting adhesive compositions with increased elasticity have been developed based on epoxy-diane resin modified by low-molecular two- and three-functional diluents. The presented adhesives can operate in the temperature range of −196 to +150°C, and they yield a high shear strength of the adhesive joint for aluminum alloys (16–23 MPa) and peeling strength for the joint between organic fabrics and aluminum alloys (1.75–2.4 kN/m).  相似文献

The article discusses the technological and strength properties of newly developed elastic coldcuring polyurethane adhesives PU-ELBO. Examples are given of applying adhesives in the units and assemblies of electric and radio components that operate under increased humidity, cyclic variations of temperature, and vibration loads. It is noted that, in a cured state, the developed PU-ELBO adhesive is characterized by minimal levels of gas emissions in vacuum and at high temperatures.  相似文献

The effect of organosilicon additives of various molecular weights—phenyltributyleneglucoxysilan (PBS) and phenyltrioligooxypropyleneglycoxysilan (KMS1052)—on the surface segregation of components of epoxyurethane adhesive compositions and their adhesive behavior is studied It is shown that the surface concentration of components differs considerably from that of the volume as a result of their selective redistribution under the influence of a solid surface. The dependence of the surface segregation of components of epoxyurethane compositions and their adhesive behavior on the concentration of the mentioned additives exhibits an extreme behavior (the effect of small additives).  相似文献

以有机硅改性丙烯酸环氧单酯为树脂配制了一系列紫外光-热混杂固化体系.通过FTIR表征了光-热固化过程双键和环氧特征吸收峰的变化.研究了不同的稀释剂对光固化和光-热混杂固化膜的凝胶率、吸水率、表面水接触角等性能的影响,并用能谱仪(EDS)测试了固化膜表面硅元素的含量.结果表明:光固化膜的凝胶率低于86.5%,而光-热混杂固化膜的凝胶率在97.0%左右.与丙烯酸环氧单酯光-热固化体系相比,有机硅改性丙烯酸环氧单酯光-热固化膜的表面水接触角有显著提高,由62.53°提高到99.27°,EDS测试也表明有机硅有富集于固化膜表面的特性.  相似文献
