用丝束电极研究模拟碳化混凝土孔隙液中缓蚀剂对碳钢局部腐蚀的抑制行为 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
应用丝束电极(WBE)的电位/电流扫描技术, 研究了含Cl-的模拟碳化混凝土孔隙液中, Q345B碳钢局部腐蚀在空间和时间上的发生和发展特征, 同时比较了四乙烯五胺(TEPA)和亚硝酸钠缓蚀剂对局部腐蚀抑制能力的差异. 结果表明NO-2离子能快速渗透腐蚀产物层, 并抑制锈层下的碳钢活性溶解, 而乙烯胺由于在锈蚀层内的扩散速率低, 初期反而会促进锈层下的局部腐蚀, 随着烯胺分子扩散并吸附于锈蚀层/金属界面处, 碳钢活性溶解才受到抑制. 电化学阻抗谱(EIS)可反映局部腐蚀的萌发, 但难以表征缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的不均匀吸附特征. 基于丝束电极表面电位/电流分布所提出的局部腐蚀因子(LF), 可定量表征腐蚀的不均匀特征以及缓蚀剂对局部腐蚀的修复能力. 相似文献

由于混凝土的隔离和高绝缘性 ,常规的电化学技术、微探针扫描技术均难于获得在腐蚀介质的浸泡下混凝土 /钢筋界面 ,特别是不同深处的混凝土 /钢筋界面的电位分布 .本文提出用阵列电极法并结合电子技术和微机控制技术 ,获得同一水平面上混凝土 /钢筋界面以及不同深处的混凝土 /钢筋界面的电位分布立体信息图 .结果表明 :在NaCl介质中经过一段时间的浸泡 ,混凝土中的钢筋腐蚀可发生并发展 ;而在Na2 SO4 介质中经过一段时间的浸泡 ,虽钢筋腐蚀一般不发生 ,但混凝土可能破坏 .不同深处混凝土 /钢筋界面腐蚀优先发生在混凝土覆盖较浅的部位 . 相似文献

应用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究环境介质中氯离子对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,在测量的频率范围内,钢筋混凝土体系的阻抗谱图包含两个时间常数,分别对应于界面的双电层和钢筋表面的混凝土保护层.其低频段的半圆有些压扁,表明界面双电层的充放电行为偏离理想电容器,可归因于钢筋表面的不均一性.在浸泡后期,低频段出现拖尾,同时电荷转移电阻Rct减小了近两个数量级,这是由于钢筋表面的钝化膜已经破裂,发生活性腐蚀,况且氯离子浓度的增大加速了腐蚀发展过程.讨论了混凝土中在钢筋腐蚀发生,发展的过程中,其腐蚀电位Ecorr以及等效电路中的Rct和Warburg阻抗等元件的变化特征. 相似文献

应用循环伏安法、X射线光电子能谱法、电化学阻抗谱法以及现场椭圆偏光法研究了在弱碱性介质中添加Cl-对铜电极腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明, Cl-的加入能加剧铜电极的腐蚀,使腐蚀电流以及现场椭圆偏振参数Δ的变化范围都增大1个数量级, Cl-对Cu2O的掺杂将使铜电极的表面膜变得疏松,膜的耐蚀性变差.椭圆偏光实验不仅与电化学和能谱实验的结果一致,而且还能定性地、清楚地分辨出铜电极腐蚀过程中Cu2O的生成、Cl-对Cu2O的掺杂、CuO的生成等不同阶段;同时,利用恰当的模型还能定量地确定各个阶段铜电极表面膜的组成、厚度的变化,从而为研究铜电极的腐蚀与防护机理提供更多有用信息. 相似文献

Micron-size ion selective micropipettes can be used in scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM). They can provide excellent spatial resolution. Unfortunately the resistance of these small sensors is high. Their application needs special shielding and slow scanning rates. Usually their lifetime hardly exceeds a few days. Zinc layer or dispersed zinc particles containing films are often used for providing cathodic protection against corrosion in case of metal surfaces. Therefore, in corrosion studies, measurements of local zinc ion concentration can give important information about the nature of the process. For corrosion studies we needed SECM measuring tips for imaging concentration profiles of Zn2+ions involved in surface processes. Based on our earlier experience, solid contact micropipettes for selective measurements of Zn2+ion concentration were prepared with a tip size of a few micrometers. The properties of the micropipettes were investigated. They were also used in SECM imaging. In this paper, details of Zn2+ion selective microelectrode preparation are described. Data about their properties, lifetime, resistance, and ion activity response are shown. Preliminary findings in SECM imaging of zinc ion concentration profiles are shown. The improvement of the scanning rate achieved by lowering tip resistance is a main advantage in potentiometric SECM. 相似文献

通过电化学噪声(ECN)、电化学阻抗(EIS)及极化曲线研究了四乙烯五胺(TEPA)在碳化模拟混凝土孔隙液中对Q345B碳钢点蚀的抑制机理. 结果表明: 通过吸附成膜和隔离Cl-离子对钝化膜的侵蚀, TEPA浓度升高导致碳钢点蚀电位正移. 低浓度的TEPA会造成亚稳态蚀点形核速率略微增加, 但会降低其寿命. 随着TEPA浓度增加, 噪声电阻上升, 而亚稳态蚀点寿命和平均点蚀电量则迅速下降, 表明其明显加速了亚稳态蚀点修复, 当TEPA浓度达0.10 mol·L-1时, 噪声峰消失, 基底电流趋于零, 蚀点全面钝化. TEPA不仅能抑制Cl-离子引起的亚稳态和稳态蚀点生长, 还可吸附于钝化膜表面, 抑制膜的均匀溶解. 形貌观察表明, 亚稳态蚀点主要在稳态蚀点周围形核和生长, 并不断为稳态蚀点所吞并, 造成碳钢表面蚀坑一般沿平面而不是垂直方式扩展. 相似文献

The effect of compressive residual stress on the reactivity of carbon steel in a neutral chloride solution was investigated by means of potentiodynamic polarization and local electrochemical measurement with scanning electrochemical microscope(SECM). Meanwhile, X-ray diffraction, as a nondestructive technique, was employed to determine the levels of residual stress in near-surface layers of carbon steel specimen. The results show that the resi- dual stress existed in the specimen fell into the category of compressive residual stress which was inversely propor- tional to the corrosion sensitivity of carbon steel specimen. By using I/I3 couple as a redox mediator in the current feedback mode of SECM measurements, the Faradaic current on Pt tip, which was relevant to the rate of the I3- ion reduction, fell with the increase of compressive residual stress. The correlation between compressive residual stress and heterogeneous electron transfer rate has been proposed based on the inference of the localized electrochemical reactions occurred on the specimen surface, 相似文献
