本文研究了用原子吸收分光光度法间接测定生物样品中游离脂肪酸(FFA)的方法,用氯仿-正己烷-甲醇混合液萃取样品中FFA,用铜溶液与FFA形成“铜皂”,进入有机相,未反应的Cu~(2+)进入水相,用原子吸收法测定有机相中铜,间接求得游离脂肪酸含量。本法线性范围为10~100nmol,对血浆测定结果的相对标准偏差为<6.59%,回收率为96%~102%。本法的测定结果与比色法的结果基本一致。  相似文献

对血清必需元素测定的样品预处理方法进行了研究,用火焰原子吸收法测定了经不同处理的血清样品中的锌,铜,铁,钙,镁含量,结果显示,预处理方法不同,其测定结果有较大差异,变异系数,镁为7.94%,锌,铜,铁,钙在15.19%~53.53%之间,并对各样品作了精密度和准确度实验。  相似文献

采用微量增样-火焰原子吸收法连续测定了牧草样品中微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜、钼和钴。实验表明,该法具有灵敏度、精密度高,选择性好,试剂消耗量小,快速、经济等优点。本法测定微量元素铁、锰、锌、铜、钼和钴的回收率均在91.5%~104.6%之间,变异系数均小于4.1%。  相似文献

原子吸收光谱法测定铜的报道较多.但未见有关造币镀液中微量铜测定的报道.造币镀液样品中Ni~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-的含量均为50g·L~(-1)左右NH_4~+含量为1~10g·L~(-1)之间.极高量的Ni~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-等对铜的火焰原子吸收测定有一定的抑制作用.将作品适当稀释.控制Ni~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-等离子的含量在不影响测定的范围内,用塞曼效应扣背景-火焰原子吸收法测定造币镀液中的铜.结果满意.  相似文献

建立了用火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一体系中连续测定铋锭中的铜、银、锌的方法。试样用硝酸溶解,在稀盐酸介质中,分别于原子吸收光谱仪波长324.7,328.1,213.8nm处,使用空气-乙炔火焰连续测定铜、银、锌的含量。在最佳实验条件下,铜的质量浓度在0.20~0.80mg/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,加标回收率为94.5%~101.8%。银的质量浓度在0.5~2.0mg/L范围内与吸光度成线性关系,加标回收率为97.3%~102.6%。锌的质量浓度在0.10~0.40mg/L范围内与吸光度成线性关系,加标回收率为96%~106.3%。火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铋锭中的铜、银、锌,相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于8.0%,测定结果与理论值基本一致。  相似文献

近年来,有用原子吸收法测定矿石中微量铟,但方法的灵敏度以及干扰元素的消除等问题,有待进一步改进。本试验在H_2SO_4-KBr介质中,以甲基异丙基甲酮萃取分离铟,并应用柠檬酸、酒石酸-抗坏血酸和硫脲掩蔽铁、铜、锌、铬等等干扰元素,使方法的灵敏度和选择性有所提高,应用于矿石、岩石中锢的测定(含铟量为0.0000x—0.x%),获得较好的结果。本法的灵敏度为0.2ppm/1%,回收  相似文献

Two methods for multi-element preconcentration from copper by reductive matrix precipitation are presented. In systematic investigations on the coprecipitation behaviour of Ag, Al, Au, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Ga, In, Mn, Mo, NJ, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn, Te and Zn during precipitation of the copper matrix as Cu2O or CuSCN, the separation parameters were optimized. By combination with a hexamethyleneammonium hexamethylenedithiocarbamate collector precipitation, a concentration of 8 elements (Cu2O precipitation) or 13 elements (CuSCN precipitation) in a small volume was achieved. The limits of detection of the procedures are, depending on the element, 0.1–5 μg g?1 for flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) and 0.01–0.1 μg g?1 for graphite furnace AAS. The relative standard deviations are about 3%. The analytical performance of the procedures is compared with that of an electrolytic copper separation.  相似文献

A flow injection system is described for the simultaneous determination of copper and zinc with a single detector. Two sample plugs are injected into the same carrier stream sequentially. One is for zinc determination and the other is for the sum of copper and zinc. For zinc determination, copper masking reagent is simultaneously injected into a parallel carrier stream and merged with the sample plug by using the merging zone technique. Zincon is used as the colour reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of copper and zinc. The results for the analysis of serum by the proposed method correspond well with those obtained by an AAS method. The rate of analysis is about 45 samples/hr.  相似文献

The absolute detection limits obtained with 50 μl of sample solutions for 10 elements in an air—hydrogen flame are listed. The values for silver, cadmium, copper and manganese are of the same order of magnitude as those obtained by graphite furnace atomization. A method is described for the determination of beryllium particulates in air by furnace atomic absorption. A small volume of air is filtered through the walls of a porous graphite cup. The cup containing the entrapped particulates is then inserted in a constant temperature graphite furnace. Measurements can be made over the concentration range 2–20 μg/m3 with sample vol of 50 cm3. A method for determination of gold at low concentrations by flame and nonflame AAS is described. After the pretreatment and decomposition of the samples gold is extracted with MIBK containing dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6. The extract is aspirated into a flame or injected into a graphite furnace. Microamounts of solid samples are vaporized by focused laser radiation (Q-switch ruby). The solid aerosol is transported in an Ar gas stream to a hot graphite tube. The determination of trace metals is made by flameless AAS.A dual channel AA spectrometer is used for the investigation of the reproducibility of the absorbance values in indirect laser AAS. The simultaneous determination of Ag-Mn an Pb-Ag in copper standard metals and in pellets of organic powders show that the inhomogeneity of the materials and differences in the material vaporization by the laser light influence the analytical results.The results of the simultaneous determination of Ag, Al, Mn, Ni. and Pb in different solid samples are compared mutually and with the results of flameless AAS determinations of solutions.  相似文献

Abstract

A method for the determination of As in siliceous materials from a fluoboric acid matrix by GFAAS is described. The basic analytical procedure also permits the measurement of major, minor and other trace elements by flame or graphite furnace AAS as appropriate. For As analysis, the incorporation of matrix modification with Ni and of corrective measures to overcome interference by Al, Na and Si are discussed. The validity of the method is demonstrated by the accurate analysis of four international standard reference materials and agreement with instrumental neutron activation analysis results for As in environmental samples. One application to the study of As geochemistry in lacustrine sediments is presented.  相似文献
