A new type of isatin analog-2,3-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-4-methyl-6-chloro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine — was obtained by oxidation of 4-methyl-6-chloro-1H-pyrrolo(2,3-b]pyridine. Condensation of L-arabinose with 4-methyl-6-chloro-2,3-dihydropyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine and subsequent acetylation and dehydrogenation gave 1-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl--L-arabinopyranosyl)-4-methyl-6-chloropyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine, which served as the starting compound for the synthesis of 1--L-arabinopyranosyl-4-methyl-6-chloropyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine. Oxidation of 1-(2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-L-arabinopyranosyl)-4-methyl-6-chloropyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine gave 1-(2,3.4-tri-O-acetyl--L-arabinopyranosyl)-2,3-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-4-methyl-6-chloropyrrolo [2,3-b]pyridine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1083–1086, August, 1977.  相似文献

Polymethine dyes — benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives — were synthesized, and their spectral properties are discussed. Replacement of a vinylene group by an oxygen or selenium atom in one benzene ring of the 2-benzo[h]quinoline residue in the cyanines causes a large bathochromic shift of the absorption maxima of the dyes as compared with replacement by a sulfur atom. The dyes derived from benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives are more deeply colored than the derivatives of both thionaphtheno[2,3-b]-pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 12, pp.1611–1614, December, 1972.  相似文献

Two compounds — the diethylamides of 1,2-dimethyl-3-carbethoxy-6-carboxyfuro[2,3-f]- and 1,2-dimethyl-3-carbethoxy-5-carboxvfuro[3,2-e]indoles — are formed in the reaction of 1,2-dimethyl-3-carbethoxy-5-hydroxyacetic acid (I) with dimethylformamide and phosphorus oxychloride as a result of subsequent intramolecular cyclization of the intermediates. This constitutes evidence for formylation of the starting acid in the 6 and 4 positions. Formylation of the ethyl ester of acid I gives only the 6-formyl derivative, the intramolecular cyclization of which under the influence of sodium ethoxide gives 1,2-dimethyl-3,6-dicarbethoxyfuro[2,3-f]-indole. Hydrolysis of the latter with alcoholic alkali gives the corresponding dicarboxylic acid. New polymethine dyes — selenonaphtheno[2,3-d]thiazole derivatives — were synthesized. Condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with phloroglucinol afforded 9,11-dihydroxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (6). Construction of an additional dimethylpyran ring onto this skeleton, by alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement, gave access to 6-hydroxy-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (12) and 5-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (13), which were methylated into 6-methoxy-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (14) and 5-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (15), respectively. Osmium tetroxide oxidation of 14 and 15 gave the corresponding (+/-)-cis-diols 16 and 17, which afforded the corresponding esters 18-21 upon acylation. Similarly, condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid with 3,5-dimethoxyaniline gave 11-amino-9-methoxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (23) which was converted into 11-amino-9-hydroxy-12H-benzo[a]xanthen-12-one (24) upon treatment with hydrogen bromide in acetic acid. Alkylation with 3-chloro-3-methyl-1-butyne followed by Claisen rearrangement afforded 6-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3H,7H-benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one (25) and 5-amino-2,2-dimethyl-2H,6H-benzo[a]pyrano[2,3-i]xanthen-6-one (26). The new benzopyranoxanthone derivatives only displayed marginal antiproliferative activity when tested against L1210 and KB-3-1 cell lines. The only compounds found significantly active against L1210 cell line, 16 and 20, belong to the benzo[a]pyrano[3,2-h]xanthen-7-one series, which possess a pyran ring fused angularly onto the xanthone basic core.  相似文献

The synthesis of two novel polycyclic heterocyclic ring systems via photocyclization is described. These are [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-h]quinoline and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]naphtho[2,1-h][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-α]-quinoline. In the 1H nmr spectrum the proton at position 6 is strongly deshielded in the first ring system while the proton at position 6 in the second ring system is shifted considerably upfield while the proton at position 8 in the second ring system is the most deshielded proton in that ring system. The bay regions in both ring systems are severely congested.  相似文献

Summary Condensation of benzo[b]furan-3(2H-one, benzo[b]thiophen-3(2H)-one and benzo[b]selenophen-3(2H)-one with dimedone gives 2-(3-heteryl)dimedones. Acylation of the latter leads to the corresponding tetracyclic pyrylium salts, from which condensed quinolines are obtained. 2-[(-Ethyl-, arylimino)phenethyl]-1,2,4-triazino[2,3-a]benzimidazoles were obtained by reaction of 2-aroylmethyl-1,2,4-triazino[2,3-a]benzimidazol-4H-3-ones with ethyl(aryl)amines or urea. The esterifications of 9-(hydroxyimino)-4-methyl-8,9-dihydrofuro[2,3-h]chromen-2-one (4) with acid chlorides afforded normal oxime-esters 3a-e in 35-78% yields in presence of excessive 4-dimethylaminopyridine as the acid scavenger, whereas the reactions gave unexpected 8-substituted products N-(8-chloro-4-methyl-2-oxo-2H-furo-[2,3-h]chromen-9-yl)amides (5a-c) and 4-methyl-2,9-dioxo-8,9-dihydro-2H-furo[2,3-h]chromen-8-ylcarboxyloates (6d-e) by using excessive acid chlorides. The structures of 10 new compounds were determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and HRMS, and the possible mechanism for the formation of unexpected products 5a--c and 6d-e was also proposed.  相似文献

Derivatives of [1]benzothieno[2.3—d]isoxazole, a new heterocyclic ring system, were synthesized by 1.3-dipolar cyclisations: benzo[b]thiophene-1.1-dioxide and its 3-methyl derivative reacted with nitrile oxides and nitrones to the corresponding substituted [1]benzothieno[2.3—d]isoxazolines and-isoxazolidines. Hydrogenolysis of the latter cleaved the isoxazolidine ring, yielding the corresponding 2-(-phenylamino-benzyl)-3-hydroxy-2.3-dihydro-benzo[b]thiophene-1.1-dioxides.
