Electrophilic substitution of hydrogen in bicyclic 5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1-(6-methyl-2-methylsulfanylpyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-pyrazole occurs exclusively at the C4 atom of the five-membered heteroring. A series of 1-benzyl/aryl-4-{[(1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]methyl}-1H-1,2,3-triazole derivatives were synthesized via Cu(I) catalyzed reaction between terminal alkyne and substituted aryl or benzyl azides. The synthesized triazoles were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and mass spectral techniques. All the synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

3-Polyfluoroalkyl-6,6-dimethyl-7-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones were synthesized with high regioselectivity by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of terminal alkynes (phenylacetylene, hex- 1-yne, hept-1-yne, and but-3-yn-1-ol) to 7-azido-6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones which were prepared by bromination of 6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol- 4(5H)-ones with N-bromosuccinimide in anhydrous carbon tetrachloride, followed by treatment of the corresponding 7-bromo derivatives with sodium azide.  相似文献

A series of novel substituted bis-benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized by reaction of 5,5′-methylenebis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with various substituted o-phenylenediamines in glacial acetic acid. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was elucidated by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR, and MS spectra, and their antimicrobial activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria and antifungal activity were evaluated. The thienyl-substituted derivative showed significant activity against Bacillus licheniformis. Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia (bacteria), and Fusarium solani (fungi). The activities of the fluoro-substituted substituted derivative against some bacterial strains and of the thienyl-substituted derivative against fungi were found to be similar to those of standard drugs.  相似文献

A series of novel 9-{2-[(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]phenyl}-3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-3,4,5,6,7,9-hexahydro-1H-xanthene-1,8(2H)-dione derivatives were synthesized by a click chemistry approach. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, MASS, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. The final analogues showed good to excellent antibacterial and antifungal activities in an agar well diffusion assay. The Schiff base compound (Z)-1-((4-phenylamino)phenylamino)methylene)naphthalen-2(1H)-one has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV–Vis, and X-ray single-crystal determination. Molecular geometry from X-ray experiment of the title compound in the ground state have been compared using the Hartree–Fock (HF) and density functional method (B3LYP) with 6−31G(d,p) basis set. Calculated results show that density functional theory DFT and HF can well reproduce the structure of the title compound. Using the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) and Hartree–Fock (TD-HF) methods, electronic absorption spectra of the title compound have been predicted and a good agreement with the TD-DFT method and experimental ones is determined. The energetic behavior of the title compound in solvent media has been examined using B3LYP method with the 6−31G(d,p) basis set by applying the polarizable continuum model (PCM). The total energy of the title compound decreases with increasing polarity of the solvent. In addition, DFT calculations of the title compound, molecular electrostatic potential (MEP), natural bond orbital analysis (NBO), and non-linear optical (NLO) properties were performed at B3LYP/6−31G(d,p) level of theory.  相似文献

Chromones modified by triazole, amino acids, and dipeptides were prepared by condensation of the N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of 2-(6-ethyl-4-oxo-3-(4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-4H-chromen-7-yloxy)acetic acid with salts of amino acids or dipeptides. Hydrazinolysis of 3-nitropyridin-4(1H)-one and its N-methyl derivative leads to the formation of 1-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)ethanone hydrazone whose structure was confirmed by independent synthesis from authentic 3-acetyl-1H-pyrazole and comparison of the IR and 1H NMR spectra. Oxidation of 1-(1H-pyrazol-3- yl)ethanone hydrazone with potassium permanganate gave 1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid.  相似文献
