The problem of transient free convection in domains partly filled with porous substrates is investigated analytically using Laplace transformation technique. Four configurations are considered which are subject to an isothermal heating boundary condition. 当周期激励频率远小于系统固有频率时,会存在快慢耦合效应,与单项激励不同,参外联合激励不仅会导致快子系统平衡曲线和分岔行为的复杂化,也会产生一些特殊的非线性现象,为此,本文以两耦合Hodgkin-Huxley细胞模型为例,引入周期参外联合激励,探讨在频域不同尺度耦合时该系统的簇发振荡的特点及其分岔机制.通过建立相应的快慢子系统,得到慢变参数变化下的快子系统的各种分岔模式以及相应的分岔行为,结合转换相图,揭示耦合系统随激励幅值变化时的动力学行为及其机理.研究表明,在激励幅值较小时,系统表现为概周期振荡,两频率分别近似于快子系统平衡曲线由Hopf分岔引起的两稳定极限环的振荡频率.概周期解随激励幅值的增加进入簇发振荡,导致这些簇发振荡的主要原因是在慢变参数变化的部分区间内,存在唯一稳定的平衡曲线,使得系统的轨迹逐渐趋向该平衡曲线,产生沉寂态,并随着慢变参数的变化,由分岔进入激发态.同时,快子系统中参与簇发振荡的稳定吸引子随激励幅值的变化也会不同,导致不同形式的簇发振荡.另外,与单项激励下的情形不同,联合激励时快子系统的部分稳定吸引子掩埋在其它稳定吸引子内,从而失去对簇发振荡的影响.  相似文献

The problem of the radial oscillations of a circulating cylindrical fluid mass is investigated in the complete nonlinear formulation. The equations of motion are integrated analytically and numerically and the oscillation characteristics are determined in the linear approximation. Using mathematical simulation, it is established that the oscillations are generally strongly asymmetric but possess clearly expressed isochronism.  相似文献

Ellipsoidal linear and nonlinear oscillations of a gas bubble under harmonic variation of the surrounding fluid pressure are studied. The system is considered under conditions in which periodic sonoluminescence of the individual bubble in a standing acoustic wave is observable. A mathematical model of the bubble dynamics is suggested; in this model, the variation of the gas/fluid interface shape is described correct to the square of the amplitude of the deformation of the spherical shape of the bubble. The character of the air bubble oscillations in water is investigated in relation to the initial bubble radius and the fluid pressure variation amplitude. It is shown that nonspherical oscillations of limited amplitude can occur outside the range of linearly stable spherical oscillations. In this case, both oscillations with a period equal to one or two periods of the fluid pressure variation and aperiodic oscillations can be observed.  相似文献

The plane problem of the motions of a three-layer fluid initiated by the oscillations of a circular cylinder is solved in the linear formulation in the Boussinesq approximation. The cylinder is completely immersed in the linearly stratified middle layer, and the upper and lower layers are homogeneous and bounded by rigid horizontal walls. The fluid is assumed to be ideal and incompressible. The added mass and damping coefficients are calculated as functions of the oscillation frequency of the cylinder and the layer thicknesses.  相似文献

The nonlinear coupled vibrations of an elastic structure and liquidsloshing in a rectangular tank partially filled with liquid, are investigated.The structure on which the liquid tank is attached is vertically subjected to a sinusoidal excitation when the natural frequency of the structure is equal to twicethe natural frequency of one of the sloshing modes. In the theoretical analysis, the modal equations are derivedby taking nonlinear fluid force into account. Responses of the structure and the liquid surface are presented asresonance curves using the harmonic balance method. From this theoreticalanalysis the following predictions are obtained: (a) due to the nonlinearity of the fluid force, harmonic oscillations appear in the structure, while subharmonic oscillations occur on the liquid surface; (b) the shapes of the resonance curves markedly change depending on the liquid level; and (c) when the tuning condition is slightly deviated, amplitudemodulated motions and chaotic oscillations appear during a certain range of the excitation frequency. These were qualitatively in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

We investigate the fully developed flow in a fluid-saturated porous medium channel with an electrically conducting fluid under the action of a parallel Lorentz force. The Lorentz force varies exponentially in the vertical direction due to low fluid electrical conductivity and the special arrangement of the magnetic and electric fields at the lower plate. Exact analytical solutions are derived for fluid velocity and the results are presented in figures. All these flows are new and are presented for the first time in the literature.  相似文献

The paper addresses the dynamic stability of random systems. The dynamic stability bounds are established on the basis of the definition of stability with respect to moment functions. The differential equations for these functions are derived by approximating an exponentially correlated normal random process by a random process with a finite number of states. These results are shown to agree with the well-known results for parametric white noise excitation  相似文献

Influence of localization waves to islands growing on a thin film is investigated. The film is modelled as a fluid layer covered by an inertial surface with the variable density of mass and surface tension. Mathematically, the problem is reduces to analysis of a system of non-linear equations describing the growth of island nuclei and wave propagation in the films. The existence of trapped modes for the corresponding frequency-domain problem is established. We show that for large time wave localization near islands gives some contribution in the increase of the velocity of island growth.  相似文献

The problem of the natural oscillations of a heavy ideal fluid in a vertical elliptic basin (vessel) of finite depth is investigated. The eigenvalue and eigenfunction problem with Neumann boundary conditions is solved using a numerical-analytic approach developed by the authors. For the five lowest oscillation modes the natural frequencies and shapes are determined with high accuracy over a wide range of variation of the eccentricity. Graphical dependences of theoretical and applied interest are constructed and commented on.  相似文献

We study infinitesimal deformations of a porous linear elastic body saturated with an inviscid fluid and subjected to conservative surface tractions. The gradient of the mass density of the solid phase is also taken as an independent kinematic variable and the corresponding higher-order stresses are considered. Balance laws and constitutive relations for finite deformations are reduced to those for infinitesimal deformations, and expressions for partial surface tractions acting on the solid and the fluid phases are derived. A boundary-value problem for a long hollow porous solid cylinder filled with an ideal fluid is solved, and the stability of the stressed reference configuration with respect to variations in the values of the coefficient coupling deformations of the two phases is investigated. An example of the problem studied is a cylindrical cavity leached out in salt formations for storing hydrocarbons.  相似文献
