The ground- and excited-state structures of five Re(I) halide glyoxime complexes ReCl(CO)(3)(N(∧)N) (N(∧)N = glyoxime (DHG 1), dimethylglyoxime (DMG 2), cyclohexane dione glyoxime (CHDG 3), dibromoglyoxime (DBG 4), and dimethylformylgloxime (DMFG 5)) have been studied with density functional theory (DFT) and configuration interaction with single excitations (CIS) methods. Time-dependent density functional theory/polarized continuum model (TDDFT/PCM) was carried out to predict the absorption and emission spectra in different media. The effect of substituent and solvent has been researched. It is found that electron-donating groups increase the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy resulting in the increased highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO)-LUMO energy gap. The change leads to their absorption spectra blue shifts in the order 1 > 2 > 3, which arises from the HOMO-1 → LUMO. Just the opposite, electron-withdrawing groups lead to the spectra red shifts (5 > 4 > 1) because of the decreased HOMO-LUMO energy gap. The reorganization energy (λ) calculations show that the relatively balanceable charges transfer abilities of 2 will result in the higher efficiency of organic light emitting devices (OLEDs). In addition, both the absorption and the emission spectra display red shifts in different extents with the decrease of solvent polarity.  相似文献

Reactions of anhydrous CoX2 (X?=?Br?, SCN?) and Ni(ClO4)2 with N,N,N′,N′-tetraisobutylpyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dbpt), N,N,N′,N′-tetraisopropyl pyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dppt), and N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dithiocarboxamides (S-dept) lead to the formation of [Co(S-dbpt)Br2] (1), [Co(S-dppt)(SCN)2] (2), and [Ni(S-dept)2]·(ClO4)2·H2O (3), respectively. The X-ray crystal structures of the three S-dapt ligands and three complexes along with spectroscopic analyzes are presented. The molecular structure investigations of the S-dapt ligands show that the thiamide planes are twisted with respect to the pyridine ring, which is more in the case of phenyl groups. The structures of the Co(II) complexes reveal that an increase in steric crowding on the amide side arms of the ligands has no substantial effect on the geometry adopted by the corresponding complexes. The Co(II) gives only 1?:?1 five-coordinate, ion-paired complexes with a distorted square pyramidal geometry. Ni(II), on the other hand, prefers an octahedral geometry with 1?:?2 metal–ligand ratio. The coordination behavior of S-dapt has been compared to the analogous oxo(O-daap) ligands. Lesser propensity of S atom to get involved in H-bonding interactions ensures an S-N-S type of tridentate coordination by S-dapt.  相似文献

6N(N-formyl-D-phenylalanyl)-deoxyamino--cyclodextrin and 6N(N-formyl-L-phenylal-anyl)-deoxyamino--cyclodextrin (I andII) were prepared. These new hosts formed intramolecular host-guest complexes and included naphthyl derivatives preferentially with a stoichiometry of 1:1. The inclusion behavior was different between I and II because the cavity shape formed with the CD cavity and the phenylalanine moiety of I was different from that of II.  相似文献

A new 1,2-diamine ligand, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)stilbenediamine (L), has been prepared by reduction of the condensation product of benzaldehyde with 2-aminoethanol with Al amalgam. Mononuclear complexes of the [CuL(H2O)]X2 type where X=Cl or AcO with CuII and PdLCl2 with palladium(II) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis and i.r., u.v.–vis. or 1H-n.m.r. spectroscopy.  相似文献

New poly(benzimidazoles) containing piperazine rings have been prepared via the reductive polyheterocyclization of poly(o-nitroamides) synthesized through the interaction of the new monomer N, N′-di(3-amino-4-nitrophenyl)piperazine with dichlorides of aromatic dicarboxylic acids. The title compound N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamide (DEAP) forms a 1:1 complex with anhydrous CuCl2, [Cu(DEAP)Cl2], (1) which was crystallized from EtOH solution in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constant, a = 10.024(1); b = 13.122(1); c = 14.404(1) Å β = 101.31(1)° V = 1857.8(3) Å3 and Z = 4. The chloro-perchlorato complex, [Cu(DEAP)Cl(ClO4)], (2) obtained in near quantitative yield by reacting (1) with an excess of NaClO4 in EtOH, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/ n with cell constants, a = 7.965(1); b = 25.827(2); c = 10.046(1) Å β = 98.81(1)° V = 2042.2(4) Å3 and Z = 4. Both (1) and (2) contain 5-coordinated copper linked to DEAP through O~N~O donor set of atoms with covalently bonded chlorine atoms in (1) and chlorine and perchlorate groups in (2). The coordination geometry is intermediate between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal, and is probably best described as a trigonally distorted rectangular pyramid.  相似文献

Actinide(III), (IV), (V) and (VI) ions were extracted by N,N-dimethyl-N,N-dihexyl-3-oxapentanediamide (DMDHOPDA) and thenoyltrifluoroacetone (HTTA). The extraction behaviors suggested the possibility of the mutual separation, and the convenient separation method of actinide ions (III), (IV), (V) and (VI) without reducing and oxidizing agents was studied. Th(IV) was extracted from the aqueous phase by HTTA (5 mM in toluene) in the first step. The Am(III) and U(VI) ions can be extracted by 1 and 20 mM DMDHOPDA in toluene, and the Np(V) ion can be extracted into nitrobenzene with 100 mM DMDHOPDA in the last step. The residual activities in the aqueous phase were much lower than the initial activities. These activities in the fractions were confirmed by the gamma- and the alpha-spectrometry. The one-through and rough separation is advanced, and in case of the fine isolation of actinide elements, each fraction should be purified in more detail.  相似文献

Summary MnII, NiII and CuII complexes of (1,3-bis-aminomethyl)-cyclohexane-N,N,N,N-tetrakisbenzimidazole (CDTB) have been prepared and characterized by spectral techniques. The complexes are monomeric and pseudo-octa-hedral, as evidenced by their e.p.r. spectra and analytical data. Parameters 2, 2, 2 and for CuII complexes, and the crystal field splitting parameter (10 Dq) together with the Nephelauxetic ratio (), for NiII complexes, are reported.  相似文献

A reaction of g -carbonyl phosphorus ylides with imidoyl halides gives hitherto unknown g -( N -acylamino)vinylphosphonium salts. The same product can be obtained using the N-monosubtituted amide/Ph 3 PBr 2 /Et 3 N system instead of imidoyl halide. The key step of the reaction probably involves an intramolecular [1,3] O-to-N migration of the vinyl group, converting the primary O -imidoylation product into g -( N -acylamino)vinylphosphonium salt.  相似文献

The results of monitoring of85Kr volume activity in ground-level air of Prague over the period 1989–1995 are summariyed. Seasonal dependence with a maximum in late spring and summer months and a gradual increase of85Kr concentration in the atmosphere were observed. Linear approximation of long-term trend in the period 1983–1995 gives the growth rate of 35 mBq·m–3 per year. Exponential approximation provides an inter-year growth by 3.7% The measured values were compared to the prognosis of85Kr contamination development of the atmosphere from the early 1980s. They were found to be near to the low estimate of the assumed development.  相似文献

Aquabis(N,N-dimethylglycinato)copper(II) dihydrate, [Cu(dmg)2(H2O)]·2H2O, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, magnetic data, thermal analysis, solution UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray crystal structure analysis and electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. The square pyramidal copper(II) complex crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121. The complex cleaves circular plasmid DNA (pBR322) in the presence of H2O2. The extent of cleavage varies with the concentration range of the complex, the type of buffer used, pH of buffer and the concentration of H2O2. Hydroxyl radical scavenger can inhibit the nucleolytic ability of this complex.  相似文献

Three new binuclear w -oxalato copper(II) complexes of composition [(Cu(N,N' -dieten) H2O)2ox](ClO4)2 ·H2O (1) (N,N'-dieten = N,N'-diethylethylenediamine, H2ox = oxalic acid), [(Cu(trimeen)H2O)2ox](ClO4)2·2H2O (2) (trimeen = N,N,N'-trimethylethylenediamine) and [(Cu(trimeen)H2O)2ox](NO3)2 ·2H2O (3) have been isolated from the reactions of Cu(ClO4)2 ·6H2O (or Cu(NO3)2 ·3H2O), the appropriate amine and Na2ox in water and have been characterized by IR and electronic spectroscopy and magnetic measurements. The crystal structure of [(Cu(N,N' -dieten)H2O)2 ox](ClO4)2.H2O (1) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of ( 1 ) consists of binuclear cations [(N,N'-dieten)H2O)Cu(ox)Cu(N,N'-dieten)H2O)]2+, perchlorate anions and water molecules of crystallization. The copper atom is coordinated by two oxygen atoms of the oxalato ligand, two nitrogen atoms belonging to N,N'-dieten and one oxygen atom of water in a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibilities (78-293 K) was measured for 1-3 . Magnetochemical measurements show that copper(II) ions in these compounds are antiferromagnetically coupled with J = -172 cm-1, -172 cm-1 and -168 cm-1 (H = -2JS 1 S 2, S 1= S 2 = 1/2) for 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

Neutral complexes of Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), and Zn(II) have been synthesized from the oxamide-based ligand derived from leucine and diethyloxalate. The structural features have been deduced from their microanalytical, IR, UV/Vis, mass, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. The Co(II) and Ni(II) chelates have octahedral geometries and the Cu(II) chelate is a square-pyramidal geometry. The non-electrolytic and monomeric nature of the complexes is shown by their magnetic susceptibility and low conductance data. The biological activities of the ligand and its metal chelates against gram-positive and negative bacteria and fungi are also reported. All the compounds are antimicrobially active and show higher activity than the free ligand.  相似文献

Two substituted N-acylthioureas and the respective Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were synthesized, namely: N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthiourea (Hnbtu); N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthiourea (Hibtu); bis[N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]nickel(II), [Ni(nbtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-n-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]copper(II), [Cu(nbtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]nickel(II), [Ni(ibtu)2]; bis[N,N-di-iso-butyl-N′-thenoylthioureato]copper(II), [Cu(ibtu)2]. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation and sublimation of the two N-acylthioureas were measured, at T = 298.15 K, by rotating-bomb combustion calorimetry and Calvet microcalorimetry, respectively. The standard (p° = 0.1 MPa) molar enthalpies of formation of the Ni(II) and Cu(II) complexes were determined, at T = 298.15 K, by high precision solution–reaction calorimetry. From the results obtained, the enthalpies of hypothetical metal–ligand and metal–metal exchange reactions, in the gaseous phase, were derived, thus allowing a discussion of the gaseous phase energetic difference between the complexation of Ni(II) and Cu(II) to 1,3-ligand systems with (S,O) ligator atoms.  相似文献

The ligating properties of Me3N(+)–N(−)X trimethylammonio-stabilised nitrogen ylides have been investigated. The electron-rich nitrogen atom of the ylide can be attached to silver(I) and mercury(II), giving rise to new solids with unusual architectures. The mono-ylide complex LAgNO3 [L=Me3N(+)–N(−)C(O)C6H4Cl-p] contains chains in which LAg units are μ2-bridged through nitrate oxygen atoms, whereas the di-ylide species L2AgNO3 [L=Me3N(+)–N(−)SO2C6H4CH3-p] contains L2Ag units with nearly linear coordination (N–Ag–N 158°); if account is taken of weaker Ag⋯O interactions the crystal is built from discrete L2AgNO3 molecules containing chiral tris(chelate)silver(I) ions which have spontaneously resolved during crystallisation. The ylide L=Me3N(+)–N(−)CO2Me forms catena-[LHgCl2] in which the planar LHgCl2 sub-units are weakly linked into chains through Hg⋯Cl contacts of 3.12 Å. Treatment of L=Me3N(+)–N(−)C(O)C6H4Cl-p with HgCl2 leads to hydrolysis and formation of [LH][Hg2Cl5] which contains a novel [Hg2Cl5] sheet structure formed by 2:1 association of linear HgCl2 molecules with dinuclear Hg2Cl6 2− anions.  相似文献

The extraction of copper(II) with the para-tert-butylbenzoic acid hydrazide and related N??,N??-dimethyl derivative was studied. The composition and structure of the extracted complexes were determined, the mechanism of extraction of copper(II) in different media was suggested, the extraction constant was calculated. Atomization energies at 0 K and heats of formation at 0 and 298 K are predicted for the neutral and ionic N(x)F(y) and O(x)F(y) systems using coupled cluster theory with single and double excitations and including a perturbative triples correction (CCSD(T)) method with correlation consistent basis sets extrapolated to the complete basis set (CBS) limit. To achieve near chemical accuracy (±1 kcal/mol), three corrections to the electronic energy were added to the frozen core CCSD(T)/CBS binding energies: corrections for core-valence, scalar relativistic, and first order atomic spin-orbit effects. Vibrational zero point energies were computed at the CCSD(T) level of theory where possible. The calculated heats of formation are in good agreement with the available experimental values, except for FOOF because of the neglect of higher order correlation corrections. The F(+) affinity in the N(x)F(y) series increases from N(2) to N(2)F(4) by 63 kcal/mol, while that in the O(2)F(y) series decreases by 18 kcal/mol from O(2) to O(2)F(2). Neither N(2) nor N(2)F(4) is predicted to bind F(-), and N(2)F(2) is a very weak Lewis acid with an F(-) affinity of about 10 kcal/mol for either the cis or trans isomer. The low F(-) affinities of the nitrogen fluorides explain why, in spite of the fact that many stable nitrogen fluoride cations are known, no nitrogen fluoride anions have been isolated so far. For example, the F(-) affinity of NF is predicted to be only 12.5 kcal/mol which explains the numerous experimental failures to prepare NF(2)(-) salts from the well-known strong acid HNF(2). The F(-) affinity of O(2) is predicted to have a small positive value and increases for O(2)F(2) by 23 kcal/mol, indicating that the O(2)F(3)(-) anion might be marginally stable at subambient temperatures. The calculated adiabatic ionization potentials and electron affinities are in good agreement with experiment considering that many of the experimental values are for vertical processes.  相似文献

The effect of the metal center of [ML] complexes [M = Ni(II), Cu(II); L = N,N′-ethylenebis(acetylacetoniminato)] on their electrochemistry and electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of CO2 and protons has been studied using cyclic voltammetry and bulk electrolysis. The two complexes exhibit different electrochemistries, which are not significantly dependent on the nature of the solvent. The electrocatalytic activity of [NiL] is significantly higher than that of [CuL] for CO2 reduction, due to the higher stability of the electrochemically generated [Ni(I)L] complex, relative to the Cu(I) analog. The diffusion coefficient of [NiL] calculated from the steady-state diffusion limiting current is 3.0 × 10?6 cm2 s?1. The catalytic efficiency of [NiL] in non-aqueous solvents in terms of i p(CO2)/i p(N2) per nickel center is smaller than that of [Ni(cyclam)]2+, but greater than those of sterically hindered mononuclear [Ni(1,3,6,8,10, 13,15-heptaazatricyclo(11.3.1.1) octadecane)]2+ or multinuclear [Ni3 (X)]6+ where X = 8,8′,8″-{2,2′,2″(-nitrilotriethyl)-tris(1,3,6,8,10,13,15-heptaazatricyclo(11.3.1.1) octadecane}. Both [NiL] and [CuL] are also electrocatalysts for the reduction of carboxylic acid protons, with the catalytic pathway being different for acetic and trifluoroacetic acids in MeCN.  相似文献

Mononuclear Co(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes derived from bidentate or tridentate N,N′,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)amines (Ln = LA, LB), where LA is N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-3-methoxypropan-1-amine and LB is 3-methoxy-N,N-bis((3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)propan-1-amine, have been synthesized and characterized. The geometry at Co(II) and Cd(II) for [LACoCl2], [LBCoCl2] and [LBCdBr2] with N,N′,N-tridentate ligands (Ln = LA, LB) can be described as a distorted trigonal bipyramid achieved by coordinative interaction of Npyrazole, two halides and the nitrogen of amine moiety. However, the molecular structure of four-coordinate [LAZnCl2] can be best described as tetrahedral, resulting in an eight-membered chelate ring. [LACoCl2] polymerized methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane at 60 °C and resulted in poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) with higher molecular weight and narrower polydispersity index compared to the other synthesized complexes. However, all the synthesized complexes yielded syndiospecific PMMA, characterized using 1H NMR spectroscopy, with ca. 0.70.  相似文献
