A new component, namely, the cyclic tautomer of previously unknown (24Z)-3, 23-dioxolanosta-8,24-dien-26-oic acid, was isolated from the acidic fraction of the extract from Siberian fir needle. Three new nordammarane triterpenoids, 12βO‐acetyl‐3β,22‐dihydroxy‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane ( 1 ), 12β,22‐dihydroxy‐3‐oxo‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane ( 2 ), and 3β,12β‐dihydroxy‐23,24,25,26,27‐pentanordammarane‐22‐carbaldehyde ( 3 ), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis. Phytochemical investigation on the leaves of Ilex hainanensis Merr . led to the isolation of four new ursane‐ and oleanane‐based triterpenoids, ilexhainanins A–D ( 1 – 4 ), as well as two known compounds, 2α,3β,19α‐trihydroxyurs‐12‐ene‐23,28‐dioic acid and 2α,3β,19α‐trihydroxyolean‐12‐ene‐23,28‐dioic acid. Four new lanostane triterpenoids, namely (3β)‐3‐hydroxy‐24‐methylenelanost‐8‐ene‐7,11‐dione ( 1 ), (3β)‐3‐hydroxylanosta‐8,24‐diene‐7,11‐dione ( 2 ), (3β,7α)‐3,7‐dihydroxylanosta‐8,24‐dien‐11‐one ( 3 ), and (3β,11β)‐3,11‐dihydroxylanosta‐8,24‐dien‐7‐one ( 4 ) were isolated from Euphorbia humifusa, together with 2 known compounds. A new pentacyclic triterpenoid, 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and a rarely encountered pentacyclic triterpenoid, 3beta-hydroxylup-12-en-28-oic acid (2), together with five known compounds, friedelin (3), 3beta-friedelinol (4), betulinic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6) and beta-sitosterol (7) were isolated from the chloroform extract of stem bark of Eugenia grandis (Syn: Syzygium grande). The structure and stereochemistry of the new compound (1) and the rarely encountered compound (2) were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. All the above isolated compounds from this plant are reported for the first time.  相似文献

The structure and stereochemistry of abiesonic acid — a new triterpenoid with a modified 3,4-secolanostane carbon skeleton isolated in the form of the dimethyl ester from the oleoresin of the Siberian fir — has been established with the aid of x-ray structural analysis. Three new triterpenoids with the rarely occurring nigrum skeleton, namely (20E)‐22‐hydroxynigrum‐20‐en‐3‐one ( 1 ), 21β‐hydroxynigrum‐22(29)‐en‐3‐one ( 2 ), and 21α‐hydroxynigrum‐22(29)‐en‐3‐one ( 3 ), were isolated from the mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus. Additionally, five known triterpenoids including friedelin ( 4 ), 12‐oleanen‐3β‐ol ( 5 ), 3β‐hydroxy‐12‐oleanen‐28‐oic acid ( 6 ), 20(29)‐lupen‐3β,28‐diol ( 7 ), and cucurbita‐5,23‐dien‐3β,25‐diol ( 8 ) were also isolated and identified. The latter structures were elucidated by a detailed NMR and MS analyses, as well as by comparison with reported literature data.  相似文献

Two new triterpenoids, 24(E)-3α,12α-dihydroxyl-lanost-9(11),24-dien-26-oid acid (1) and 3,4-seco-24(Z)-6α,7β-dihydroxyl-cycloart-4(28),24-dien-3,26-dioic-3-methyl ester (2), and ten known ones (3–12), together with eight lignans (13–20), were isolated from the stems of Schisandra glaucescens. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 1–3, 5–7, 9, 11–13 and 15–18 were isolated from this species for the first time. 1 and 2 were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicities against the mouse cancer B16 cell line, human cancer HepG2 and MCF7 cell lines by MTT assay.  相似文献

Two new cycloartane triterpenoids, (23R)‐21,23:23,27‐diepoxycycloarta‐1,24‐diene‐3,27‐dione ( 1 ) and (3α)‐(α‐L ‐arabinopyranosyloxy)‐1α‐hydroxy‐23‐oxocycloartan‐28‐oic acid ( 2 ), together with six known pentacyclic triterpenoids, 3 – 8 , and five known C29 steroids, 9 – 13 , were isolated from Kleinhovia hospita. The structures of these compounds were determined by analysis of their spectroscopic data. Moreover, the absolute configuration of 1 was confirmed by quantum‐chemical TDDFT calculation of its ECD spectrum. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against human colon carcinoma (HCT116) and gastric carcinoma (SGC7901) cell lines, and compounds 6, 7, 8, 11 , and 12 exhibited antiproliferative activities with IC50 values ranging from 23.0 to 91.8 μM .  相似文献

Two new cucurbitane triterpenoids, kuguacin X ( 1 ) and kuguaglycoside I ( 2 ), together with three known analogs, were isolated from immature fruits of Momordica charantia. By detailed analysis of IR, NMR, and MS data, acid hydrolysis, and comparison with spectroscopic data of known compounds, the new compounds were determined to be (23E)‐5β,19‐epoxycucurbita‐6,23‐diene‐3β,22ξ,25‐triol ( 1 ) and (23E)‐5β,19‐epoxycucurbita‐6,23‐dien‐19‐on‐3β,25‐diol 3‐Oβ‐D ‐allopyranoside ( 2 ).  相似文献
