Recently, fermions tunneling beyond semiclassical approximation from an uncharged static black hole was investigated by Majhi, which was based on the work of Banerjee and Majhi, it was found that the black hole entropy correction can be produced as the quantum effect of a particle is taken into account. In this paper, we further extend this idea to the stationary Kerr black hole to discuss its entropy correction. To get the corrections correctly, the proportionality parameters of quantum corrections of action I i to the semiclassical action I 0 in this case are regarded as the inverse of the product of Planck Length and Planck Mass. The result shows that entropy corrections to the stationary black hole also include the logarithmic term and inverse area term in Bekenstein–Hawking entropy beyond semiclassical approximation.  相似文献

In this paper, we use semi-classical tunneling approach to calculate the quantum corrections to the Hawking temperature as well as entropy of the Kehagias-Sftesos asymptotically flat black hole solution and charged regular black hole with Fermi-Dirac distribution. For this purpose, we apply the first law of black hole thermodynamics to investigate the semi-classical entropy of both black holes having mass as well as charge or coupling constant. For both black holes, the entropy corrections contain the logarithmic term as a leading order correction term. For Kehagias-Sftesos asymptotically flat black hole, the semi-classical Hawking temperature and black hole entropy will behave asymptotically by considering the vanishing coupling constant b = 0. We have obtained the same analysis for the corrected thermodynamical quantities for this BH. For charged regular black hole with Fermi-Dirac distribution, if we neglect the charged effects in our analysis, i.e., q = 0, then these corrections approximately leads to the Schwarzschild black hole which is already given in the literature.  相似文献

We revisit in detail the paradox of black hole information loss due to Hawking radiation as tunneling. We compute the amount of information encoded in correlations among Hawking radiations for a variety of black holes, including the Schwarzchild black hole, the Reissner–Nordström black hole, the Kerr black hole, and the Kerr–Newman black hole. The special case of tunneling through a quantum horizon is also considered. Within a phenomenological treatment based on the accepted emission probability spectrum from a black hole, we find that information is leaked out hidden in the correlations of Hawking radiation. The recovery of this previously unaccounted for information helps to conserve the total entropy of a system composed of a black hole plus its radiations. We thus conclude, irrespective of the microscopic picture for black hole collapsing, the associated radiation process: Hawking radiation as tunneling, is consistent with unitarity as required by quantum mechanics.  相似文献

Hawking radiation from a black hole can be viewed as quantum tunneling of particles through the event horizon. Using this approach we provide a general framework for studying corrections to the entropy of black holes beyond semiclassical approximations. Applying the properties of exact differentials for three variables to the first law thermodynamics, we study charged rotating black holes and explicitly work out the corrections to entropy and horizon area for the Kerr–Newman and charged rotating BTZ black holes. It is shown that the results for other geometries like the Schwarzschild, Reissner-Nordström and anti-de Sitter–Schwarzschild spacetimes follow easily.  相似文献

We studied the correction of the quantum tunneling radiation of fermions with spin 1/2 in Kerr anti-de-Sitter black hole. First, the dynamic equation of spin 1/2 fermions was corrected using Lorentz’s violation theory. Second, the new expressions of the fermions quantum tunneling rate, the Hawking temperature of the black hole and the entropy of the black hole were obtained according to the corrected fermions dynamic equation. Our results show that Hawking temperature increases with the enhancement of both the coupling strength and the radial component of ether-like field, but is independent of non-radial components of ether-like field. At last, some comments are made on the results of our work.  相似文献

Applying Parikh's quantum tunneling method, the tunneling characteristics of stationary Kaluza-Klein black hole is researched. The result shows that the tunneling rate across the event horizon of the black hole is relevant to the change of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and the derived radiation spectrum deviates from pure thermal when the self-gravitation, energy conservation and angular momentum conservation are taken into consideration. Finally, we use the obtained results to reduce to stationary Kerr black hole and static Swarzschild black hole, and find that only ignoring the spectrum at higher energies the tunneling radiation spectrum is consistent with Hawking pure thermal one. By calculating the change of entropy, we prove that the first law of black hole thermodynamics leads to the tunneling probability of massive particles through the horizon, including the tunneling probability of massive charged particles from the Reissner–Nordström black hole and the Kerr–Newman black hole. Novelly, we find the trajectories of massive particles are close to that of massless particles near the horizon, although the trajectories of massive charged particles may be affected by electromagnetic forces. We show that Hawking radiation as massive particles tunneling does not lead to violation of the weak cosmic-censorship conjecture.  相似文献

In this paper, we derive the deformed Hamilton-Jacobi equations from the generalized Klein-Gordon equation and generalized Dirac equation. Then, we study the tunneling rate, Hawking temperature and entropy of the higher-dimensional Reissner-Nordström de Sitter black hole via the deformed Hamilton-Jacobi equation. Our results show that the deformed Hamilton-Jacobi equations for charged scalar particles and charged fermions have the same expressions. Besides, the modified Hawking temperatures and entropy are related to the mass and charge of the black hole, the cosmology constant, the quantum number of emitted particles, and the term of GUP effects β.  相似文献

Applying Parikh-Wilzcek's semi-classical quantum tunneling model, we study the Hawking radiation of charged particles as tunneling from the event horizon of a cylindrically symmetric black hole in anti-de Sitter space-time. The derived result shows that the tunneling rate of charged particles is related to the change of Bekenstein-Hawking entropy and that the radiation spectrum is not strictly pure thermal after taking the black hole background dynamical and self-gravitation interaction into account, but is consistent with the underlying unitary theory.  相似文献

The behavior of a scalar field theory near the event horizon in a rotating black hole background can be effectively described by a two dimensional field theory in a gauge field background. Based on this fact, we proposal that the quantum tunneling from rotating black hole can be treated as “charged” particle’s tunneling process in its effectively two dimensional metric. Using this viewpoint and considering the corresponding “gauge charge” conservation, we calculate the non-thermal tunneling rate of Kerr black hole and Myers–Perry black hole, and results are consistent with Parikh–Wilczek’s original result for spherically symmetric black holes. Especially for Myers–Perry black hole which has multi-rotation parameters, our calculation fills in the gap existing in the literature applying Parikh–Wilczek’s tunneling method to various types black holes. Our derivation further illuminates the essential role of effective gauge symmetry in Hawking radiation from rotating black holes.  相似文献

In the tunneling framework of Hawking radiation, charged particle’s tunneling in the modified Reissner-Nordstrom black hole from gravity’s rainbow is investigated. To this end, following the Schwarzschild solution in gravity’s rainbow, the metric of the modified Reissner-Nordstrom black hole is given. In the tunneling process, the metric fluctuation is taken into account, due to not only the energy conservation and electric charge conservation, but also the spacetime quantum effects. The calculation shows out that the emission rate satisfies the first law of black hole thermodynamics and is consistent with an underlying unitary theory. In addition, it is found that the entropy of the modified black hole is different to the Benkestein-Hawking entropy and the quantum corrections of the entropy appears.  相似文献

Recent research shows that Hawking radiation from black hole horizoncan be treated as a quantum tunneling process, and fermions tunneling method can successfully recover Hawking temperature. In this tunneling framework, choosing a set of appropriate matrices γμ is an important technique for fermions tunneling method. In this paper, motivated by Kerner and Man's fermions tunneling method of 4 dimension black holes, we further improve the analysis to investigate Hawking tunneling radiation from a rotating charged black hole in 5-dimensional gauged supergravity byconstructing a set of appropriate matrices γμ for general covariant Dirac equation. Finally, the expected Hawking temperature of the black hole is correctly recovered, which takes the same form as that obtained by other methods. This method is universal, and can also be directly extend to the other different-type 5-dimensional charged black holes.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the Hawking radiation of vector particles from a quantum correction black hole by the mean of quantum tunneling. In order to achieve this purpose, based on the Proca field equation and WKB approximation, the quantum tunneling method is used to calculate the tunneling rate and Hawking temperature of the black hole. According to the analysis of the consequences, we find that the tunneling rate and Hawking temperature are related to the quantum parameter besides the horizon radius and mass of the black hole. Furthermore, when the results are compared with those of scalar particles and fermions of the black hole, no difference is found. Therefore, the tunneling rate and Hawing temperature of the black hole do not change with the type of radiation particles.

We study Hawking radiation in a new class of black hole solutions in Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet theory. The black hole has been argued to have vanishing mass and entropy, but finite Hawking temperature. To check if it really emits radiation, we analyze Hawking radiation using the original method of quantization of a scalar field in the black hole background and with the quantum tunneling method, and confirm that it emits radiation at the Hawking temperature. A general formula is derived for the Hawking temperature and backreaction in the tunneling approach. Physical implications of these results are discussed.  相似文献

The Banerjee-Majhi's recent work shows that the Hawking radiation and entropy/area quantum of the black hole horizon (EH) can be well described in the tunneling picture. In this paper, we develop this idea to the case of a de Sitter tunneling from the cosmological horizon (CH), and obtain the Hawking emission spectrum and entropy/area spectroscopy from the CH of the purely de Sitter black hole as well as the Schwarzschild-de Sitter black hole. It is interestingly found that the area of the CH is quantized by Δ A=4lpl2, as was given by Hod for the area quantum of -the EH by considering the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and Schwinger-type emission process. Also, we conclude from our derivation that the entropy/area quantum of the CH is universal in the sense that it is independent of the black hole parameters. This realization implies that, (at least) at a semiclassical level, the de Sitter gravity shares the similar quantum behavior as the usual gravity without presence of a cosmological constant.  相似文献

In this paper, the method of semi-classical fermion tunneling is extended to explore the fermion tunneling behavior of a Kerr–Newman–Kasuya black hole. Thus, the Hamilton–Jacobi equation in Kerr–Newman–Kasuya space–time is derived by the method presented in Refs. Lin and Yang (2009) [24], [25], [26], the Hawking temperature at the horizon and the tunneling probability of spin- 1/2 fermions are finally obtained following the semi-classical quantum equation. The results indicate the common features of this black hole.  相似文献

Hawking temperature of a static and spherically symmetric black hole beyond semiclassical approximation is studied. The calculations show us that different definition of the particle’s energy gives different Hawking temperature. However, we argue that the result obtained using the standard definition of the particle energy is reasonable because it keeps the validity of the first law of the thermodynamics, i.e., both the Hawking temperature and entropy are not modified by the quantum tunneling beyond semiclassical approximation. The result shows us that any hypothetical (h/2p){\hbar} corrections to the tunneling rate are to be interpreted not as quantum corrections to the Hawking temperature but as fluctuations about a thermal background.  相似文献
