酱油铁强化是国家营养改善项目的一部分,旨在改善我国人口铁营养缺乏状况和控制缺铁性贫血。质量稳定、可接受性好的EDTA铁钠强化酱油,已进入推广应用阶段。其中EDTA铁钠是一种新型食品添加剂和铁的强化剂,本文介绍了其结构、理化性质及生物利用率等,指出了推行铁强化酱油对改善国家公众营养、增进国民健康的意义。 相似文献

为进一步提升图像比色法测定补铁药物中铁含量的准确性及普适性,考察了拍摄环境对结果的影响,确定了适用于图像比色分析的定量参数,比较使用不同容器来盛装溶液所获得的比色结果,在最优条件下测定了实际样品中铁的含量及加标回收率。结果显示,获得可靠数据的关键是将标准溶液、待测液以及空白溶液拍摄在同一张图片上;由溶液图像R值换算的吸光度值与浓度具有最佳的线性关系;分析以比色皿、试管、点滴板为容器获得的溶液图片,都能得到适合于定量比色分析的数据;测定的加标回收率大于95%。该方法操作简便,测定结果准确,可在各种条件下的高中化学实验室中开展。 相似文献

为了评价食物中可被吸收利用的铁的量,采用体外法模拟人体胃肠道的消化吸收,考查了八种不同食物的可溶性铁、可吸收铁和铁的可利用率、铁的可吸收率,它们分别在0.006×10-3~0.176×10-3、0.24×10-6~3.09×10-6、4.08%~38.46%和0.11%~1.66%之间。发现摄食相同重量的黑木耳、紫菜或空心菜,可以获得比猪肝或菠菜更多的可吸收铁;就可吸收率而言,蔬菜类食物高于豆制品类食物,富含动物蛋白的食物高于它含植物蛋白的食物。 相似文献

Six new iron arsenate framework structures, Fe(2)As(2)O(7) x 2H(2)O, [Fe(6)As(8)O(32)H(4)](2-)(1,4-butanediamininium(2+)) x 2H(2)O, [Fe(4)As(6)O(22)H(2)](2-)(piperazinium(2+)), [Fe(5)As(5)O(24)H(4)](2-)(piperazinium(2+)) x 2H(2)O, [Fe(6)As(7)O(31)H(5)](2-)(dabco(2+)) and LiFeAsO(4)OH have been synthesised under hydrothermal conditions. Incorporation of the amine cation templates leads to more open framework geometries and, in contrast to iron phosphates which have topologies based on PO(4) tetrahedra, the iron arsenate structures typically contain protonated As(O,OH)(4) units. The magnetic properties of the iron arsenates studied show Curie-Weiss behaviours with maxima in the chi(T) vs.T plots in the range 10-50 K. 相似文献

The photodissociation of (56)FeO was studied by means of the velocity map imaging technique. A molecular beam of iron atoms and iron monoxide molecules was created using an electrical discharge with an iron electrode in a supersonic expansion of molecular oxygen. The ground state iron atom Fe((5)D(4)) and FeO concentrations in the molecular beam have been estimated. The dissociation energy of the FeO X (5)Delta ground electronic state was found to be D(0) (0)(FeO)=4.18+/-0.01 eV. The effective absorption cross section of FeO at 252.39 nm (vac), leading to the Fe((5)D(4))+O((3)P) dissociation channel, is approximately 1.2 x 10(-18) cm(2). A (1+1) resonantly enhanced multiphoton ionization spectrum of (56)FeO in the region 39 550-39 580 cm(-1) with rotational structure has been observed, but not assigned. Angular distributions of Fe((5)D(4)) and Fe((5)D(3)) products for the channel FeO-->Fe((5)D(4,3))+O((3)P) have been measured at several points in the 210-260 nm laser light wavelength region. The anisotropy parameter varies strongly with wavelength for both channels. 相似文献

Differential scanning and high temperature reaction calorimetry have been used to characterize a series of natural iron ore
and flux samples commonly used during iron ore sintering. Most iron ore samples were shown to contain measurable quantities
of goethite, with a characteristic dehydration peak in DSC and TG between 200 and 400°C. At higher temperatures, all samples
decomposed to produce magnetite with an accompanying mass loss in the TG profile due to the evolution of oxygen.
High temperature reaction calorimetry has been used to measure the heat of solution of the ore in the melt formed during iron
ore sintering. The dehydration and calcination of iron ore and flux samples was also examined using high-temperature reaction

Abstract Reactions of O-tolyldithiocarbonate ligands, (o-, m-, and p-CH3C6H4O)CS2Na, with anhydrous FeCl2 (1:2 molar ratio) and with FeCl3 (1:1 and 1:3 molar ratio) yielded the complexes [{(CreO)CS2}2Fe] and [{(CreO)CS2}nFeCl3–n] (Cre = o-, m-, and p-CH3C6H4; n = 1 and 3), respectively. These complexes were reacted with nitrogen and phosphorus donor ligands in dichloromethane, which afforded the adducts corresponded to [{(CreO)CS2}2Fe.xL] and [(CreO)CS2FeCl2.xL] {x = 1, L = N2C12H8; x = 2, L = NC5H5, P(C6H5)3}. Elemental analyses and IR, UV-visible, and mass spectroscopic and magnetic studies indicated bidentate mode of bonding by dithiocarbonate ligands leading to sixcoordination around the iron atom as a consequence of Fe…Fe interaction in the complexes [{(CreO)CS2}2Fe] and [(CreO)CS2FeCl2]. The complexes exhibited antifungal activity. The fungicidal activity of the complexes has been tested by poisoned food technique using fungi Fusarium sp. The traditional luminol–H2O2 electrochemiluminescence (ECL) sensing platform suffers from self-decomposition of H2O2 at room temperature, hampering its application for quantitative analysis. In this work, for the first time we employ iron single-atom catalysts (Fe-N-C SACs) as an advanced co-reactant accelerator to directly reduce the dissolved oxygen (O2) to reactive oxygen species (ROS). Owing to the unique electronic structure and catalytic activity of Fe-N-C SACs, large amounts of ROS are efficiently produced, which then react with the luminol anion radical and significantly amplify the luminol ECL emission. Under the optimum conditions, a Fe-N-C SACs–luminol ECL sensor for antioxidant capacity measurement was developed with a good linear range from 0.8 μm to 1.0 mm of Trolox. 相似文献

We show that alpha-Fe2O3- and Fe3O4-pillared graphites can be prepared by pillaring graphite oxide with trinuclear iron acetato complex ion and calcining it in air and in vacuo, respectively. A pillared graphite structure is confirmed by transmission electron microscopy observations. The adsorption isotherms of water indicate that the mesopores of Fe3O4-pillared graphite constitute a hydrophobic nanospace. 相似文献
