云纹干涉法现场测量技术及其在微电子封装中的应用 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
本文研制了多功能微观云纹干涉仪系统.该系统可以现场测量电子封装组件热疲劳、热湿耦合、热载荷引起的变形,被应用于电子封装组件的可靠性分析中.由现场云纹干涉技术测得的疲劳寿命与加速热循环实验的结果相吻合.本系统还被应用于铜焊点的断裂行为分析中.实验证明本系统可以测量多层结构材料的应力强度因子、应变能释放率以及位相角. 相似文献

为了提高云纹法的准确度,文中提出了使倍增后的云纹宽度变细并进行显微测量的技术,以及由密集云纹场测算应变的条纹间距插值和小间距均匀法。给出了估计由此法算得的应变的误差及其修正方法。所做的曲杆实验其数据与理论值符合得很好。文中还将云纹法中闪耀光栅与振幅栅相匹配的光学空间滤波系统改进为实时系统,导出其条纹倍增率及云纹图的最佳对比度条件。 相似文献

本文提出,对于具有双半圆孔的半有限平面模型,在应力波传播过程中,关于位移场和应变场的解答,该解答是用实验方法来实现,应用双脉冲红宝石激光器和使用云纹干涉。冲击载荷是用摆锤施加的,用两个适当的外部触发机构,在预先确定的时间间隔里触发红宝石激光器,冲击后,对应不同的时间延时,在一张全息胶片上记录下“和”位移场的云纹干涉图。 相似文献

fields are compared with GH theoretical field [12–14]. The size and shape of the experimental GH singularity fields are obtained.
The error in both the experimental and theoretical evaluations is controlled within ±10%. The experiments show that there
is
singularity dominant around a growing crack tip. The shape of this dominant region ranges from butterfly wing to oblate and
circular. Inside GH-field, there is a 3-D deformed damage zone where no GH singularity exists.

The shape of this dominant region ranges from butterfly wing to oblate or circular shape. The size and shape of GH dominant region depend on the material property, the specimen geometry and loading type. Inside GH-field, there is a 3-D deformed damage zone, where no GH singularity exists. 用云纹法和光学空间滤波技术,测量了六种不同应变硬化指数(n)的铝和铜金属材料双边裂纹,单向拉伸试件的扩展裂纹尖端三维位移场.利用试验得到的位移场,分析了位移奇异性,并与G-H 理论解进行了比较.由试验的位移场数据确定了理论解中两个待定常数A 和ε_■,给出了Ⅰ型、平面应力、幂硬化材料,扩展裂纹尖端奇异场的比较形式.在理论与试验位移场相差±10%的误差范围内,确定了试验的G-H 奇异场主导区范围、形状,并对结果进行了分析.试验表明:扩展裂纹尖端存在[ln(A/r)]~■奇异主导区.在本试验应变硬化指数为n=3.5→14的六种材料范围内,这个主导区形状由蝶形发展到扁圆或圆形.G-H 奇异主导区的尺寸和形状与材料、试件几何尺寸、外载形式有关.在G-H 场内部存在着三维变形区,裂纹尖端断裂过程区在此三维变形区内.随着外载荷不断增加,裂尖三维变形区内将出现典型的韧性损伤现象:首先在晶界或二相夹杂处,出现孔洞,然后孔洞逐渐长大,汇合,导致宏观裂纹扩展.载荷比较低时,在G-H 场外边还将有弹性场存在,随着载荷增加,G-H 场也在向外扩大. 相似文献

裂尖曲率对裂纹前缘塑性区的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
考虑尖端为圆弧形的钝头裂纹模型,在外围取线弹性无裂纹体的解,应用线场分析方法。形成一套估计钝头裂纹前缘塑性区尺寸的方法。对含径向裂纹和圆弧形裂尖的圆盘受均匀张力作用情况,给出了塑性区的裂纹前缘尺寸与裂纹尖端曲率的关系。得到的结论是,塑性区的裂纹前缘尺寸与裂纹尖端曲率有关;对于给定的塑性区的裂纹前缘尺寸,载荷反比于外缘尺寸的平方。前一结论说明了塑性区的裂前尺寸作为裂纹失稳扩展判断的局限性;后一结论说明了裂纹体强度失效的尺寸效应规律:抗断强度与总体线尺寸的平方成反比。 相似文献

含过渡层的柔性基底薄膜的力学性能对现代电子元器件的广泛应用至关重要,对其力学性能的深入研究变得极为迫切。本文针对其在双向拉伸载荷下的断裂损伤进行了实验研究。对125μm聚酰亚胺上沉积的不同薄膜结构进行不同加载比下的双轴拉伸实验,通过光学显微镜观察裂纹演化过程与饱和裂纹形态。根据最小应变能密度因子理论对裂纹演化的开裂角度进行了理论分析,用有限元分析了加载比例和过渡层泊松比对结构各层双向应力比传递的影响,并在不同薄膜结构和加载比下,对裂纹演化应变进行了比较。研究结果表明,在双向拉伸载荷作用下,薄膜裂纹呈现出网状分布,裂纹演化角度与加载比、裂纹初始角度相关;一级裂纹萌生的临界应变随着加载比降低而降低,二级及以上裂纹萌生的临界应变与各级裂纹的饱和应变随加载比降低而升高;在等双轴拉伸下,不同薄膜结构的含过渡层柔性基底薄膜一级裂纹的临界应变基本一致,二级及以上裂纹的临界应变显现明显差异。 相似文献

The singularity behavior of a crack on the interface of two different media under dynamic load is investigated. By introducing a small region in which the crack faces make frictionless contact and making use of a kind of integral equations with moving boundaries, it is proved that there are only square-root singularities near the interface crack tips in case that a dynamic load acts on it. Numerical results show that the normal stress in the contact region remains negative. The results of the stress intensity factor and the length of the crack face contact region are given to illustrate the dynamic behavior of the interface crack.This work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. 相似文献
