In this Letter we report exact results on the infrared asymptotics of the one-particle dynamical correlation function of the gas of impenetrable spin 1/2 fermions at infinitesimal temperature. The correlation function shows signs of spin-charge separation with scaling behavior in the charge part and exponential decay as a function of the space coordinate in the spin part. Surprisingly, the anomalous dimensions in the charge part do not correspond to any unitary conformal field theory. We find that the fermion spectral weight has a power law divergency at low energy with the anomalous exponent -1/2.  相似文献

We present an explanation for the anomalous behavior in tunneling conductance and noise through a point contact between edge states in the Jain series nu=p/(2np+1), for extremely weak backscattering and low temperatures [Y. C. Chung, M. Heiblum, and V. Umansky, Phys. Rev. Lett. 91, 216804 (2003)10.1103/PhysRevLett.91.216804]. We consider edge states with neutral modes propagating at finite velocity, and we show that the activation of their dynamics causes the unexpected change in the temperature power law of the conductance. Even more importantly, we demonstrate that multiple-quasiparticle tunneling at low energies becomes the most relevant process. This result will be used to explain the experimental data on current noise where tunneling particles have a charge that can reach p times the single-quasiparticle charge. In this Letter, we analyze the conductance and the shot noise to substantiate quantitatively the proposed scenario.  相似文献

We study the dielectric relaxation and ac conductivity behavior of MWCNT-COOH/Polyvinyl alcohol nanocomposite films in the temperature (T) range 303–423 K and in the frequency (f) range 0.1 Hz–1 MHz. The dielectric constant increases with an increase in temperature and also with an increase in MWCNT-COOH loading into the polymer matrix, as a result of interfacial polarization. The permittivity data were found to fit well with the modified Cole-Cole equation. Temperature dependent values of the relaxation times, free charge carrier conductivity and space charge carrier conductivity were extracted from the equation. An observed increment in the ac conductivity for the nanocomposites was analysed by a Jonscher power law which suggests that the correlated barrier hopping is the dominant charge transport mechanism for the nanocomposite films. The electric modulus study revealed deviations from ideal Debye-type behavior which are explained by considering a generalized susceptibility function. XRD and DSC results show an increase in the degree of crystallinity.  相似文献

A microscopic theory describing the peak in the temperature dependence of the nonlocal resistance of three-terminal NSN devices is developed. This peak emerges at sufficiently high temperatures as a result of the competition between quasiparticle/charge imbalance and subgap (Andreev) contributions to the conductance matrix. Both the height and the shape of this peak demonstrate the power law dependence on the superconductor thickness L in contrast to the zero-temperature nonlocal resistance, which decays (roughly) exponentially with an increase in L. 针对含铝炸药非理想性显著的特点,探索其水中爆炸后远场冲击波相似律的适用性。实验在8 kg当量TNT的爆炸水池中进行,在距离爆心不同位置处测量了冲击波压力剖面曲线,得到了峰值压力和压力衰减时间,结合量纲分析方法和含铝炸药的特点,对冲击波相似律适用性问题进行了探讨。实验结果表明,对于含铝炸药来说,存在着峰值压力相似而时间常数不太相似的特点,这与铝粉的二次反应放能有关。  相似文献

A scaling law is derived which gives the rate of ablation of a frozen hydrogen pellet immersed in a plasma without the presence of a magnetic field or space charge. Plasma particles penetrate the ablating gas-plasma cloud to the evaporating pellet surface and deliver power to the cloud to drive its expansion. The evaporation rate is determined by a "self-regulating" mechanism. The ablation time is shown to be proportional to a5/3?o-2/3?o-1/3 where a is the pellet radius, ?o is the effective penetration depth of the incident particle into solid hydrogen and ?o is the power flux density of the incident particles. It is found that for ablation in a thermonuclear plasma, the alpha particles significantly affect the ablation rate. For thermonuclear plasma electrons and alpha particles, the energy required to ablate one molecule is shown to be of the order of 10 eV or less. The scaling law is applied to presently available experimental results, and reasonable agreement is found.  相似文献

A “3/2 law” law has been established for the vertical charge concentration profile (i.e., the particle concentration is proportional to temperature to a power of 3/2). The expression is derived for the electric field potential produced by charged particles at the upper boundary of the viscous sublayer, as well as for the density current produced by charged particles moving in the air flow streamlining an aircraft. It is shown that all these parameters increase with altitude and assume maximum values at the turbulent layer surface.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the large-time behavior of solution of a simple kinetic model of Boltzmann–Maxwell type, such that the temperature is time decreasing and/or time increasing. We show that, under the combined effects of the nonlinearity and of the time-monotonicity of the temperature, the kinetic model has non trivial quasi-stationary states with power law tails. In order to do this we consider a suitable asymptotic limit of the model yielding a Fokker-Planck equation for the distribution. The same idea is applied to investigate the large-time behavior of an elementary kinetic model of economy involving both exchanges between agents and increasing and/or decreasing of the mean wealth. In this last case, the large-time behavior of the solution shows a Pareto power law tail. Numerical results confirm the previous analysis.  相似文献

介质材料表面电荷的积累和衰减行为是制约众多高压直流电力设备研制的关键因素. 薄片状介质试样的表面电荷密度与表面电位近似呈线性关系, 因此常通过表面电位衰减行为研究表面电荷的衰减特性. 基于电晕充电、表面电荷沉积和脱陷、介质体内单极性电荷输运等3个物理过程, 建立表面电位动态响应的物理模型. 通过计算环氧树脂的表面电位衰减行为, 得到栅极电压、相对介电常数和体电导率等对其表面电位衰减特性的影响. 栅极电压越高, 表面电位的衰减速度越快; 环氧树脂材料参数典型值(相对介电常数3.93, 体电导率10-14 S· m-1)下, 归一化表面电位的衰减速率随时间变化的曲线可拟合为分段幂函数, 其中, 分段幂函数的特征时间、指数系数与栅极电压分别呈幂函数和线性变化关系. 相对介电常数越大, 表面电位的衰减速度越慢; 环氧树脂相对介电常数典型范围(3–4)内, 表面电位衰减时间常数由1720 s增大到2540 s, 两者呈线性关系. 体电导率越大, 表面电位的衰减速度越快; 环氧树脂体电导率典型范围(10-15–10-13 S· m-1)内, 表面电位衰减时间常数由24760 s 减小到260 s, 两者呈幂函数变化关系.  相似文献

The effect of charge exchange collisions on the properties of a fully collisional, static ion sheath is considered. The existing collisional law, which excludes the effect of electrons, is derived from the fluid equations. The effect of electrons are later considered and an approximate power law solution for the potential is obtained. The effect of collisionality on the sheath properties is discussed. The approximate power law solution, derived with the help of fluid equations, is applied to find the ion energy distribution at the electrode  相似文献

Two-dimensional fronts and coarsening dynamics with a t{1/2} power law are analyzed experimentally and theoretically in a nonlinear optical system of a sodium vapor cell with single-mirror feedback. Modifications of the t{1/2} power law are observed in the vicinity of a modulational instability leading to the formation of spatial solitons of different sizes. The experimental and numerical observations give direct evidence for the locking of fronts as the mechanism of soliton formation. A phenomenological equation for the dynamics of the domain radius explains the observed behavior.  相似文献

The temporal variability of the telluric sodium layer is investigated by analyzing 28 nights of data obtained with the Colorado State University LIDAR experiment. The mean height power spectrum of the sodium layer was found to be well fitted by a power law over the observed range of frequencies, 10 microHz to 4 mHz. The best-fitting power law was found be be 10(beta)nu(alpha), with alpha=-1.79+/-0.02 and beta=1.12+/-0.40. Applications to wavefront sensing require knowledge of the behavior of the sodium layer at kilohertz frequencies. Direct measurements at these frequencies do not exist. Extrapolation from low-frequency behavior to high frequencies suggests that this variability may be a significant source of error for laser guide star adaptive optics in large-aperture telescopes.  相似文献

真空二极管是电子束源装置中的一个关键部件, 其阴极发射的电子束进入二极管阴阳极间隙区会产生很强的空间电荷限制效应. 本文针对平板真空二极管中的空间电荷限制效应物理模型, 从库仑定律的积分形式出发, 选取了不同参数的阴极半径与阴阳极间隙距离之比, 计算得到了真空二极管阴阳极间隙区的电场分布情况, 从而避免了采用Poisson方程求解时需要处理复杂的非线性偏微分方程这一问题. 结果表明, 基于库仑定律的计算结果与从Child-Langmuir定律分析得到的结果仅相差一个与二 极管极板边界条件有关的修正量. 当二极管阴极半径与阴阳极间隙距离之比 R/D>10时,一维空间电荷限制定律将是一个较好的近似结果,当 R/D较小时, 用该定律计算误差较大,在实际物理问题中需要谨慎使用.  相似文献

Hopfield neural networks on scale-free networks display the power law relation between the stability of patterns and the number of patterns.The stability is measured by the overlap between the output state and the stored pattern which is presented to a neural network.In simulations the overlap declines to a constant by a power law decay.Here we provide the explanation for the power law behavior through the signal-to-noise ratio analysis.We show that on sparse networks storing a plenty of patterns the stability of stored patterns can be approached by a power law function with the exponent-0.5.There is a difference between analytic and simulation results that the analytic results of overlap decay to 0.The difference exists because the signal and noise term of nodes diverge from the mean-field approach in the sparse finite size networks.  相似文献

It was recently conjectured that 1/f noise is a fundamental characteristic of spectral fluctuations in chaotic quantum systems. This conjecture is based on the power spectrum behavior of the excitation energy fluctuations, which is different for chaotic and integrable systems. Using random matrix theory, we derive theoretical expressions that explain without free parameters the universal behavior of the excitation energy fluctuations power spectrum. The theory gives excellent agreement with numerical calculations and reproduces to a good approximation the 1/f (1/f(2)) power law characteristic of chaotic (integrable) systems. Moreover, the theoretical results are valid for semiclassical systems as well.  相似文献

自然界与社会生活中存在多种性质迥异的幂律分布现象,因而对它们的研究具有广泛而深远的意义.研究了一类由于人类的选择行为而产生的幂律现象,提出了人类选择行为的两个特性:理性与自利.据此,通过小球选择试验构建了模型.研究发现,这类幂律现象中随机变量服从一种近似于Zipf分布的分布.此分布为首次提出的一种新分布,将它命名为偏序分布.网络中已有的统计数据表明,偏序分布比Zipf分布更真实的反应了网络中统计变量服从的分布.文中对偏序分布进行了理论分析,并通过约束条件的改变,生成了Yule分布;表述了Yule分布的物理意义,并构造了比Yule分布更具现实意义的分布.说明了选择理论在解释幂律现象方面的普遍适用性及模型的可扩展性.文中在幂律现象的成因上支持还原论,即简单的人类选择行为导致了普遍的幂律现象. 关键词: 选择行为 幂律分布 偏序分布 Yule分布  相似文献

基于量子分子动力学模型,系统地研究了从48Ca到298114一系列核素在不同温度下的最大Lyapunov指数、密度涨落以及体系多重碎裂之间的关系.发现最大Lyapunov指数随温度变化有一峰值出现(该峰值所对应的温度为"临界温度"),在该临界温度时体系的密度涨落达到最大,碎块的质量分布能够给出较好的PowerLaw指数.通过对最大Lyapunov指数与密度涨落随时间变化行为的研究,发现密度涨落的时间尺度要大于混沌的时间尺度,意味着混沌的概念可以用来研究体系的多重碎裂过程.最后还给出了有限体系相变的临界温度随体系大小变化的规律. Within a quantum molecular dynamics model we calculate the largest Lyapunov exponent (LLE), the density fluctuation, and the mass distribution of fragments for a series of nuclear systems at different initial temperatures. 结合原子核电荷半径实验数据, 对885个中子数N≥8和质子数Z≥8的核电荷半径做了系统的研究. 对于单参数核电荷半径公式, Z1/3律公式计算的结果优于A1/3律的结果, 而对于两参数和三参数公式, Z1/3律和A1/3律的结果基本相当. 考虑到壳效应及奇偶摆动现象, 在原有的三参数公式基础上提出了加入Casten因子项和δ项的核电荷半径新公式. 利用该公式计算得到的核电荷半径理论值和实验值符合得非常好, 均方根偏差仅为σ=0.0266 fm, 此值比常用的三参数公式的结果下降了近50%, 理论计算值能更好地反映出壳效应及核电荷半径奇偶摆动的变化趋势.  相似文献
