Synthesis and Structure of the Platinum(0) Compounds [(dipb)Pt]2(COD) and (dipb)3Pt2 and of the Cluster Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 (dipb = (i-Pr)2P(CH2)4P(i-Pr)2) The reduction of (dipb)PtCl2 with Na/Hg yields (dipb)Pt as an intermediate which reacts with the amalgam to form the cluster Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 ( 3 ) or decomposes to (dipb)3Pt2 ( 2 ) and Pt. In the presence of COD [(dipb)Pt]2(COD) ( 1 ) is obtained. 1 crystallizes monoclinicly in the space group P21/c with a = 1596.1(4), b = 996.5(2), c = 1550.4(3) pm, β = 113.65(2)°, Z = 2. In the dinuclear complex two (dipb)Pt units are bridged by a 1,2-η2-5,6-η2 bonded COD ligand. Whereby the C = C double bonds are lengthened to 145 pm. 2 forms triclinic crystals with the space group P1 and a = 1002.0(2), b = 1635.9(3), c = 868.2(2) pm, α = 94.70(2)°, β = 94.45(2)°, σ = 87.95(1)°, Z = 1. In 2 two (dipb)Pt moieties are connected by a μ-dipb ligand in a centrosymmetrical arrangement. 3 is monoclinic with the space group C2/c and a = 1273.8(3), b = 4869.2(6), c = 1660.2(3) pm, β = 95.16(2)°, Z = 4. The clusters Hg6[Pt(dipb)]4 have the symmetry C2. Central unit is a Hg6 octahedron of which four faces are occupied by Pt(dipb) groups. The bonding in the cluster is discussed on the basis of eight Pt? Hg two center bonds of 267.6 pm and two Pt? Hg? Pt three center bonds with Pt? Hg = 288.0 pm.  相似文献

N-(2-Hydroxybenzyl)aminopyridines (Li) react with Cu(II) and Pd(II) ions to form complexes in the compositions Cu(Li)2(CH3COO)2 · nH2O (n = 0, 2, 4), Pd(Li)2Cl2 · nC2H5OH (n = 0, 2) and Pd(L2)2Cl2 · 2H2O. In the complexes, the ligands are neutral and monodentate which coordinate through pyridinic nitrogen. Crystal data of the complexes obtained from 2-amino pyridine derivative have pointed such a coordinating route and comparison of the spectral data suggests the validity of similar complexation modes of other analog ligands. Cu(II) complex of N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-2-aminopyridine (L1), [Cu(L1)2(CH3COO)2] has slightly distorted square planar cis-mononuclear structure which is built by two oxygen atoms of two monodentate carboxylic groups disposed in cis-position and two nitrogen atoms of two pyridine rings. The remaining two oxygen atoms of two carboxylic groups form two Cu and H bridges containing cycles which joint at same four coordinated copper(II) ion. IR and electronic spectral data and the magnetic moments as well as the thermogravimetric analyses also specify on mononuclear octahedric structure of complexes [Cu(L2)2(CH3COO)2 · 2H2O] and [Cu(L3)2(CH3COO)2 · 4H2O] where L2 and L3 are N-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-2- or 3-aminopyridines, respectively.  相似文献

On bisphenyl-bis(dipyridyl) chromium(II) and lithium tetraphenylo chromate(II) By reaction of Ph2CHCrCl2 · 2 THF with two moles of phenyl lithium Ph2CHCrPh2 is obtained in solution. With this solution we prepared the new Cr(II) compounds CrPh2 · 2 bipy and Li2Ph4 · 4 THF by addition of 2,2′-bipyridine and two moles of further phenyl lithium, respectively. During this reactions the diphenylmethyl group is cleaved under reduction of Cr(III) to Cr(II). Li2CrPh4 · 4 THF is an example of a new group of high spin organochromates(II).  相似文献

Reaction of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline ligand (L) with Cu(NO3)2, Cu(ClO4)2, Zn(ClO4)2, Ni(NO3)2 and PdCl2 gives complexes with stoichiometry [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, [Zn(L)2(H2O)2] (ClO4)2, [Ni(L)2(H2O)Cl](NO3) and PdLCl2. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and infrared spectra. The crystal structures of [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, and [Zn(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The cation complexes [M(L)2(H2O)2] contain copper(II) and zinc(II) with distorted octahedral geometry with two N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands occupying the equatorial sites. The hexa-coordinated metal atoms are bonded to two pyridinic nitrogens, two carbonyl oxygens and two water molecules occupying the axial sites. Both the coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated amide NH groups of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding, resulting in infinite hydrogen-bonded chains running in one and two-dimensions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, ammineaquadi‐μ5‐phosphato‐trizinc(II), [Zn3(PO4)2(H2O)0.8(NH3)1.2], consists of two parts: (i) PO4 and ZnO4 vertex‐sharing tetrahedra arranged in layers parallel to (100) and (ii) ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra located between the layers. Elemental analysis establishes the ammine‐to‐water ratio as 3:2. ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra are located at special position 4e (site symmetry 2) in C2/c. The two O atoms of ZnO2(N/O)2 are bonded to neighbouring P atoms, forming two Zn—O—P linkages and connecting ZnO2(N/O)2 tetrahedra with two adjacent bc plane layers. A noteworthy feature of the structure is the presence of NH3 and H2O at the same crystallographic position and, consequently, qualitative changes in the pattern of hydrogen bonding and weaker N/O—H...O electrostatic interactions, as compared to two closely related structures.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Cu(C7H4NO3S)2(C2H7NO)2], the CuII centre lies on an inversion centre and exhibits octahedral coordination, with the two ethano­lamine (Hea) and two saccharinate [sac; anionic 1,2-benziso­thia­zol-3(2H)-one 1,1-dioxide] ligands in a trans configuration. The bidentate Hea ligands bridge axial and equatorial positions and the sac anions occupy equatorial sites around the distorted octahedral copper(II) centre [Cu—O = 2.3263 (16), Cu—NHea = 1.9923 (16) and Cu—Nsac = 2.1776 (16) Å].  相似文献

In the title compound, (2-chloro­benzyl)­tris­(pyridine-2-thiol­ato)-κ2N,S2N,SS-tin(IV), [Sn(C7H6Cl)(C5H4NS)3], two of the three pyridine-2-thiol­ato ligands (SPy) are bidentate and one is monodentate. The bonding C atom of the 2-chloro­benzyl group, the S atom of the monodentate SPy and the S and N atoms of the two bidentate SPy ligands form a distorted octahedron around the Sn atom. The three S atoms and the N atom of one of the bidentate SPy ligands occupy the equatorial positions, while the N atom of the second bidentate SPy ligand and the C(CH2) atom are axial. The axial N—Sn—C angle of 157.9 (1)° demonstrates the heavy distortion of the octahedron.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(SO4)2(C10H24N4)]·2H2O, is an unusual compound in that it is composed of a hexaaqua complex, formally a dication, and a mixed‐donor complex (four N and two O atoms), formally a dianion, with substantial charge separation between the two nickel centres (6.536 Å). The homoleptic dication complex consists of the weaker‐field ligands, whilst the dianion retains the coordination of all the higher‐field donors. Both nickel ions are located at centres of symmetry. This rare compound is placed in the context of previously reported structures which emphasizes its peculiarity.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(SeCN)2(pyCN)2], adopts an extended one‐dimensional chain structure in which the neighboring cadmium atoms are bridged by two selenocyanate ions. Abstract

Two new cadmium(II) complexes with phenylthiourea (PTU), namely Cd(PTU)4Cl2 (1) and [Cd2(NCS)22-SCN)2(PTU)22-PTU)2] n (2), have been prepared and characterized structurally by X-ray diffaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 27.057(13), b = 8.108(3), c = 16.751(8) Å, β = 114.46°, V = 3345(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.336(3), b = 14.686(5), c = 16.911(5) Å, α = 71.36(2), β = 84.31(2), γ = 72.470(10)°, V = 2095.0(12) Å3 Z = 4. The structural analysis shows that each metal atom in both the mononuclear complex 1 and polynuclear complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by four sulfur atoms and two chloro ligands or two nitrogen atoms from the thiocyanate groups, respectively. The PTU ligand can serve as either a monodentate ligand or a μ2-bridging ligand upon coordination to a metal atom.  相似文献

Two one-dimensional complexes, [Ni(SCN)2(abba)2] n (abba?=?4-(4-aminobenzyl)benzenamine) (1) and [Ni(SCN)2(aptba)2] n (aptba?=?4-(4-aminophenylthio)benzenamine) (2), were synthesized and characterized by EA, IR, X-ray crystallography and thermal analysis. The single crystal X-ray structural analyses of 1 and 2 show the complexes to be 1D chain polymers as a result of dibenzenamine (dba) bridging. Each Ni is six-coordinate and adopts a slightly distorted octahedral geometry with four N atoms from four dba ligands and two N atoms from two NCS-groups. Adjacent Ni atoms and two dba ligands form a 24-membered macrocycle. Thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermogravimetric analysis of 2 show that the thermal decomposition of 2 includes four transitions.  相似文献

Bis(hinokitiolato)copper(II), Cu(hino)2, exhibits both antibacterial and antiviral properties, and has been previously shown to exist in two modifications. A third modification has now been confirmed, namely tetrakis(μ2‐3‐isopropyl‐7‐oxocyclohepta‐1,3,5‐trien‐1‐olato)bis(3‐isopropyl‐7‐oxocyclohepta‐1,3,5‐trien‐1‐olato)tricopper(II)–bis(μ2‐3‐isopropyl‐7‐oxocyclohepta‐1,3,5‐trien‐1‐olato)bis[(3‐isopropyl‐7‐oxocyclohepta‐1,3,5‐trien‐1‐olato)copper(II)] (1/1), [Cu(C10H11O2)2]3·[Cu(C10H11O2)2]2, where 3‐isopropyl‐7‐oxocyclohepta‐1,3,5‐trien‐1‐olate is the systematic name for the hinokitiolate anion. This new modification is composed of discrete [cis‐Cu(hino)2]2[trans‐Cu(hino)2] trimers and [cis‐Cu(hino)2]2 dimers. The Cu atoms are bridged by μ2‐O atoms from the hinokitiolate ligands to give distorted square‐pyramidal and distorted octahedral CuII coordination environments. Hence, the CuII environments are CuO5/CuO6/CuO5 for the trimer and CuO5/CuO5 for the dimer. Each trimer and dimer has crystallographically imposed inversion symmetry. The trimer has never been observed before, the dimer has been seen only once before, and the combination of the two together in the same lattice is unprecedented. The CuO5 cores exhibit four strong basal Cu—O bonds [1.915 (2)–1.931 (2) Å] and one weak apical Cu—O bond [2.652 (2)–2.658 (2) Å]. The CuO6 core exhibits four strong equatorial Cu—O bonds [1.922 (2)–1.929 (2) Å] and two very weak axial Cu—O bonds [2.911 (3) Å]. The bite angles for the chelating hinokitiolate ligands range from 83.13 (11) to 83.90 (10)°.  相似文献

A mixed complex aqua(2.2.2-cryptand)(perchlorato-O)lead(II) diaqua(2.2.2-cryptand)lead(II) tris(perchlorate), [Pb(2.2.2-Crypt)(CIO4)(H2O)]+ [Pb(2.2.2-Crypt)(H2O)2]2+ (ClO 4 ? )3, is synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are orthorhombic: space group Pbca, a = 19.118 Å, b = 15.360 Å, c = 39.020 Å, Z = 8. The structure is solved by a direct method and refined by the full-matrix least-squares method in the anisotropic approximation to R = 0.089 for 7712 reflections (CAD-4 automated diffractometer, λMoK α radiation). In each of the two complex cations of the host-guest type in the structure, the Pb2+ cation is coordinated by all the eight heteroatoms (6O + 2N) of the cryptand ligand and by two O atoms of the water molecule and ClO 4 ? anion or by two O atoms of two water molecules. In the crystal, alternating complex cations and ClO 4 ? anions are linked into infinite chains (along the z axis) through interionic hydrogen bonds O-H···O-Cl.  相似文献

Preparation and Some Characteristics of Copper(I)-Copper(II) Selenocyanates From the system Cu2+-H2O-en-SeCN-in dependence on the conditions two new complexes have been prepared: Cu3en2(SeCN)(CN)3· H2O(I) and Cu3en2(SeCN)2(CN)2· H2O(II). They were studied by the methods of infra-red and EPR spectra as well as by those of X-ray diffraction. It has been found that Cu2+ is coordinated in these complexes with two molecules of ethylene diamine and one molecule water. The anion ligands have a bridging function and coordinate the copper(I). The EPR spectra show that the two complexes exhibit around the atom Cu2+ have different ligand field symmetry. For complex (I) it is a typically axial spectrum with two values of the gfactor g⊥? 2.18 and g⊥? 2.05 while complex (II) has an asymmetrical isotropic spectrum with one g-factor value only g⊥? 2.07.  相似文献

Details of the structures of two polymorphs of tris(ethylenediamine)cobalt(III) tetrathioantimonate(V), [Co(C2H8N2)3][SbS4], are reported. The first polymorph crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna21, whereas the second polymorph belongs to the tetragonal space group P42bc. Both structures contain octahedral [Co(en)3]3+ cations (en is ethylenediamine) and tetrahedral [SbS4]3− anions, which are interconnected via various N—H...S hydrogen bonds to form two different types of three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title ionic solid, [Ti(C2H6N)3(C2H7N)2][Ti(C18BF15N)(C18H2BF15N)Cl(C2H7N)2]·C7H8, (I), comprises a cation with three dimethylamide ligands in the equatorial plane and two dimethylamine ligands positioned axially in a trigonal–bipyramidal geometry about the central TiIV atom. The anion has a highly distorted octahedral structure. The two dimethylamine ligands are coordinated mutually trans. The chloride is trans to the tris(pentafluorophenyl)boron–amide, while the sixth coordination site is occupied by an ortho‐F atom of the tris(pentafluorophenyl)boron–amide group in a trans disposition with respect to the tris(pentafluorophenyl)boron–nitride ligand. The most significant feature of the anion is the presence of an unprecedented terminal Ti[triple‐bond]N moiety [1.665 (2) Å], stabilized by coordination to B(C6F5)3, with a Ti[triple‐bond]N—B angle of 169.50 (19)°.  相似文献

The electrochemical behaviour of [Ir(bipy)2Cl2]+ and [Ir(phen)2Cl2]+ (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been investigated in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). In potential sweep voltammetry [Ir(bipy)2Cl2]+ exhibits four reduction peaks. The first two processes involve one electron and are reversible in our conditions. The third reduction step is irreversible and has been attributed to the addition of three electrons to [Ir(bipy)2Cl2]+ followed by fast liberation of ligands. The data obtained for the fourth peak are consistent with a one-electron reversible process. The behaviour of [Ir(phen)2Cl2]+ is more complicated than that found for the bipy complex. In this case in fact, in addition to the four peaks observed in the case of the bipy complex, two other peaks appear. The latter have been attributed to the reduction of phen molecules liberated by the reduction of the complex. A qualitative MO discussion of the nature of the molecular levels involved in the reduction processes is also reported.  相似文献

The title compound, [HgI2(CH4N2S)2]·2C11H6N2O, is comprised of the Hg(II)–thiourea complex and free 4,5-diazafluoren-9-one (DAFONE). The complex assumes a distorted tetrahedral geometry at mercury formed by two thiourea molecules and two I? ions, the S–Hg–S angle [103.7°] being significantly smaller than S–Hg–I angles (115.2 and 114.3°). The complex and DAFONE molecules link to each other via hydrogen bonding to form a supramolecular structure. Significant π–π stacking is observed between neighboring DAFONE molecules.  相似文献

The mononuclear title complex, [MnCl2(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2], is located on a crystallographic inversion center. The MnII ion is coordinated by two imidazole ligands [Mn—N = 2.2080 (9) Å], two Cl atoms [Mn—Cl = 2.5747 (3) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.2064 (8) Å]. These six monodentate ligands define an octahedron with almost ideal angles: the adjacent N—Mn—O, N—Mn—Cl and O—Mn—Cl angles are 90.56 (3), 92.04 (2) and 90.21 (2)°, respectively. Hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and Cl atoms form a two‐dimensional network parallel to (100) involving R42(8) rings. The two‐dimensional networks link into a three‐dimensional framework through weaker N—H...Cl interactions. Thermogravimetric analysis results are in accordance with the water‐coordinated character of the substance and its dehydration in two successive steps.  相似文献
