Thermal treatment of C9H7SiMe2C9H7 and C9H7Me2SiOSiMe2C9H7 with Ru3(CO)12 in refluxing xylene gave the corresponding diruthenium complexes (E)[(η5-C9H6)Ru(CO)]2(μ-CO)2 [E = Me2Si (1), Me2SiOSiMe2 (2)]. A desilylation product [(η5-C9H7)Ru(CO)]2(μ-CO)2 (3) was also obtained in the latter case. Similar treatment of C9H7Me2SiSiMe2C9H7 with Ru3(CO)12 gave a novel indenyl nonanuclear ruthenium cluster Ru9(μ6-C)(CO)14(μ3-η5:η2:η2-C9H7)2 (5) with carbon-centered tricapped trigonal prism geometry, in addition to the diruthenium complex (Me2SiSiMe2)[(η5-C9H6)Ru(CO)]2(μ-CO)2 (4) and the desilylation product 3. Complex 4 can undergo a thermal rearrangement to form the product [(Me2Si)(η5-C9H6)Ru(CO)2]2 (6). The molecular structures of 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 were determined by X-ray diffraction. 相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the novel tetranuclear complex (η2-dppe)PdMn(μ3-CCHPh)PdMn(μ-CCHPh)(CO)4Cp2 (5) has been investigated. The metal core of 5 is a bent chain Pd(2)-Mn(2)-Pd(1)-Mn(1). The bond distances and angles are Mn(1)-Pd(1) 2.6025(6), Pd(1)-Mn(2) 2.8913(5), Mn(2)-Pd(2) 2.6463(4) Å, Mn(1)-Pd(1)-Mn(2) 140.2(2)°, Pd(1)-Mn(2)-Pd(2) 69.6(1)°. Complex contains two bridging vinylidene ligands coordinated to metal atoms in different ways. The CC bond lengths are 1.347(4) and 1.372(4) Å in the μ2(η1,η1)-CCHPh and μ3(η1,η1,η2)-CCHPh ligands, respectively. The η2-dppe ligand is coordinated to the Pd(2) atom to form the chelate cycle. Each of Mn(1) and Mn(2) atoms is bonded with the η5-C5H5 ring and two CO groups. 相似文献

Oxo/hydoxo zirconium(IV) complex of the general formula [Zr6(μ3-O)4(μ3-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)9(μ2-OH)3]2 has been isolated, when Zr(OiPr)4 reacted with a 2-fold excess of 3,3-dimethylbutyric acid. Single crystal X-ray diffraction data, collected at 103 and 153 K, showed that the studied compound crystallizes in hexagonal system (P63/m (no. 176)). Structure consists of dimers composed of [Zr6(μ3-O)4(μ3-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)9] sub-units, linked by six μ2-OH bridges. Infrared spectroscopic studies proved the presence of hydroxo groups in the structure of studied clusters and formation of different types of oxo/hydroxo bridges. The application of variable temperature infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry revealed that the structure of this complex undergoes the phase transitions at 143–183 and 203–293 K. Comparison of spectral and crystallographic data suggests that these phase transitions might be related to changes in the strength of Zr–O bonds of μ2-OH bridges linking complex sub-units, and change in symmetry of the crystal lattice (from hexagonal to trigonal). Analysis of thermogravimetric data showed that decomposition of [Zr6(μ3-O)4(μ3-OH)4(OOCCH2tBu)9(μ2-OH)3]2 proceeds with complete conversion to ZrO2 (monoclinic form) between 603 and 803 K. 相似文献

Reactions of [(dtc)2Mo2(S)2(μ-S)2] with one or two equivalents of CuBr in CH2Cl2 afforded two new heterobimetallic sulfide clusters, [(dtc)2Mo2(μ3-S)(μ-S)3(CuBr)] (1) and [(dtc)2Mo2(μ3-S)4(CuBr)2] (2). Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-vis and X-ray analysis. Compound 1 contains a butterfly-shaped Mo2S4Cu core in which one CuBr unit is coordinated by one bridging S and two terminal S atoms of the [(dtc)2Mo2(S)2(μ-S)2] moiety. In the structure of 2, one [(dtc)2Mo2(S)2(μ-S)2] moiety and two CuBr units are held together by six Cu-μ3-S bonds, forming a cubane-like Mo2S4Cu2 core. 相似文献

The main structural units of crystals I and II are [(UO2)2(C2O4)(SO4)2(NCS)2]4− chains belonging to the crystal-chemical group A2K02B22M21 (A = UO22+, K02 = C2O42−, B2 = SO42−, M1 = NCS−) of the uranyl complexes. The uranium-containing chains are joined into a three-dimensional framework due to a system of
electrostatic interactions with the cesium or ammonium ions in the structure of I. In the structure of II, this framework is additionally stabilized by hydrogen bonds involving the outer-sphere water molecules and ammonium ions.

?). The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system with unit cell parameters a = 19.3781(9) ?, b = 12.2898(7) ?, c = 10.1726(4) ?, V = 2422.6(2) ?3, space group Pnma, Z = 4, composition C18H10O12Ru4S, d
x = 2.343 g/cm3. The molecule of point symmetry C
1 is situated on the mirror plane of the space group Pnma, two carbonyl groups at Ru2 and Ru3 atoms overlapping with the allylic ligand with a weight of 50% so that carbon atoms coincide.
Thus, we have a racemic structure with two overlapping enantiomers of the molecule of Ru4(μ4-S)(μ,η3-C3H5)2(CO)12.

A phosphido-bridged unsymmetrical diiron complex (η5-C5Me5)Fe2(CO)4(μ-CO)(μ-PPh2) (1) was synthesized by a new convenient method; photo-dissociation of a CO ligand from (η5-C5Me5)Fe2(CO)6(μ-PPh2) (2) that was prepared by the reaction of Li[Fe(CO)4PPh2] with (η5-C5Me5)Fe(CO)2I. The reactivity of 1 toward various alkynes was studied. The reaction of 1 with tBuCCH gave a 1:1 mixture of two isomeric complexes (η5-C5Me5)Fe2(CO)3(μ-PPh2)[μ-CHC(tBu)C(O)] (3) containing a ketoalkenyl ligand. The reactions of 1 with other terminal alkynes RCCH (R=H, CO2Me, Ph) afforded complexes incorporating one or two molecules of alkynes and a carbonyl group. The principal products were dinuclear complexes bridged by a new phosphinoketoalkenyl ligand, (η5-C5Me5)Fe2(CO)3(μ-CO)[μ-CR1CR2C(O)PPh2] (4a: R1=H, R2=H; 4b: R1=CO2Me, R2=H; 4c: R1=H, R2=Ph). In the cases of alkynes RCCH (R=H, CO2Me), dinuclear complexes having a new ligand composed of two molecules of alkynes, a carbonyl group, and a phosphido group; i.e. (η5-C5Me5)Fe2(CO)3[μ-CRCHCHCRC(O)PPh2] (5a: R=H; 5b: R=CO2Me), were also obtained. In all cases, mononuclear complexes, (η5-C5Me5)Fe(CO)[CR1CR2C(O)PPh2] (6a: R1=H, R2=H; 6b: R1=H, R2=CO2Me; 6c: R1=H, R2=Ph) were isolated in low yields. The structures of 1, 4c, 5b, and 6a were confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The detailed structures of the products and plausible reaction mechanisms are discussed. 相似文献

The pyrolysis reaction of [Ru3(CO)10(dppe)], compound 1, in toluene yields as the main product [Ru4(CO)9(μ-CO){μ4-η2-PCH2CH2P(C6H5)2}(μ4-η4-C6H4)], compound 2. The X-ray structure of 2 shows a benzyne group coordinated to a square of ruthenium atoms and a μ4-η2-PCH2CH2PPh2 fragment. Variable-temperature NMR experiments showed three independent dynamic processes: a rotation of the benzyne group, CO migration and a twisting movement of the CH2CH2 fragment. The thermolysis of [Ru3(CO)10(dfppe)], compound 3, (dfppe=1,2-bis(dipentafluorophenylphosphino)ethane, carried out under the same conditions, showed 3 to be stable. 相似文献

The monoanions (η5-RC5H4)(CO)3Cr− (1, R=H; 2, R=Me; 3, R=CO2Et) reacted with tetrahedral cluster FeCo2(μ3-S)(CO)9 to give single isolobal displacement products (η5-RC5H4)FeCrCo(μ3-S)(CO)8 (4, R=H; 5, R=Me; 6, R=CO2Et) in 86-89% yields, whereas monoanion (η5-RC5H4)(CO)3Cr− (7, R=C(O)Me) reacted with FeCo2(μ3-S)(CO)9 to afford the expected single isolobal displacement product (η5-RC5H4)FeCrCo(μ3-S)(CO)8 (8, R=C(O)Me) in 5% yield and an unexpected square pyramidal cluster FeCo2(μ3-S)2(CO)9 (9) in 45% yield. Similarly, the dianions [η5-C5H4CH2(CH2OCH2)nCH2C5H4-η5][(CO)3Cr−]2 (10, n=1; 11, n=2; 12, n=3) reacted with two molecules of FeCo2(μ3-S)(CO)9 to produce double isolobal displacement products [η5-C5H4CH2(CH2OCH2)nCH2C5H4-η5][FeCrCo(μ3-S)(CO)8]2 (13, n=1; 14, n=2; 15, n=3) in 32-36% yields, while treatment of dianion [η5-C5H4C(O)CH2]2[(CO)3Cr−]2 (16) with two molecules of FeCo2(μ3-S)(CO)9 gave the unexpected square pyramidal cluster FeCo2(μ3-S)2(CO)9 (9) in 42% yield and the corresponding double isolobal displacement product [η5-C5H4C(O)CH2]2[FeCrCo(μ3-S)(CO)8]2 (17) in 8% yield. Oxidative-addition of PhTe2Ph to the furyne cluster [Ru3(CO)7(μ-H)(μ3-η2-C4H2O){μ-P(C4H3O)2}(μ-dppm)] (1) results in the isolation of four complexes; (i) the previously reported 54-electron cluster [Ru3(CO)6(μ3-Te)2(μ-TePh)2(μ-dppm)] (5) which results from elimination of trifuryl phosphine, (ii) the furenyl cluster [Ru3(CO)5(μ-η2-C4H3O){μ-P(C4H3O)2}(μ-TePh)2(μ-dppm)] (6) which results from carbon-hydrogen bond formation and (iii) two new 50-electron complexes [Ru3(CO)5(μ-H)(μ3-η2-C4H2O){μ-P(C4H3O)2}(μ-TePh)2(к2-dppm)] (7) and [Ru3(CO)4(μ-H){P(C4H3O)3}(μ3-η2-C4H2O){μ-P(C4H3O)2}(μ-TePh)2(к2-dppm)] (8) both containing unsymmetrical furyne ligands. The structures of all the new compounds have been unambiguously established by single crystal X-ray crystallography. Further reactivity studies have provided a clear understanding of the relative sequence of the key oxidative-addition and reductive-elimination processes, showing that 6 is an intermediate in the formation of 7. DFT calculations have been used to shed light on the unsymmetrical binding of the furyne ligand in 7 and also to show that the adopted position of the heteroatom within the furyne ring can vary within complexes of this type. 相似文献

A convenient synthesis and the characterization of six new electronically and coordinatively unsaturated complexes of the formula [Ru2(CO)4(μ-H)(μ-PtBu2)(μ-L2)] (2b-g) (RuRu) is described exhibiting a close relation to the known [Ru2(CO)4(μ-H)(μ-PtBu2)(μ-dppm)] (2a). The complexes 2b-g were obtained in a kind of one-pot synthesis starting from [Ru3(CO)12] and PtBu2H in the first step followed by the reaction with the bidentate bridging ligand in the second step. The method was developed for the following bridging ligands (μ-L2): dmpm (2b, dmpm = Me2PCH2PMe2), dcypm (2c, dcypm = Cy2PCH2PCy2), dppen (2d, dppen = Ph2PC(=CH2)PPh2), dpppha (2e, dpppha = Ph2PN(Ph)PPh2), dpppra (2f, dpppra = Ph2PN(Pr)PPh2), and dppbza (2g, dppbza = Ph2PN(CH2Ph)PPh2). Reaction of P2Ph4 with the diyne-diol complex [{Co2(CO)6}2(μ-η2:μ-η2-HOCH2CCCCCH2OH)] in toluene at 65 °C gives [{Co2(μ-P2Ph4)(CO)4}{Co2(CO)6}(μ-η2:μ-η2-HOCH2CCCCCH2OH)] (1). Thermolysis of 1 at 95 °C leads to [{Co2(CO)5}2(μ-P2Ph4)(μ-η2:μ-η2-HOCH2CCCCCH2OH)](2) and (μ2-PPh2)(μ2-CO)(CO)7] (3). The structures of 1-3 have been established by X-ray crystallography. In 1, a pseudoequatorial P2Ph4 ligand bridges the cobalt-cobalt bond of a Co2(CC)(CO)4 unit. By contrast, in isomeric 2, a pseudoaxial P2Ph4 ligand spans two Co2(CC)(CO)5 units, a new coordination mode for [{Co2(CO)5L}2(μ-η2:μ-η2-diyne)] complexes. Complex 3 arises from dehydration-cyclocarbonylation of the diyne-diol in 1 to give a 2(5H)-furanone, a process that has not been previously reported. Reaction of HOCH2CCCCCH2OH with [Co2(μ-PPh2)2(CO)6] at 80 °C in toluene gave [Co3(μ-PPh2)3(CO)6], [Co2(CO)6(μ-η2-HOCH2CCCCCH2OH)] and [Co2{μ-η4-PPh2C(CCCH2OH)C(CH2OH)CO}(μ-PPh2)(CO)4] (4). The hexaruthenium cluster complexes [Ru6(μ3-H)(μ5-κ2-L)(μ- CO)(CO)15], HL = 2-mercaptopyridine (1) and 2-mercapto-6-methylpyridine (2), have been prepared by heating [Ru3(CO)12] with 0.5 equiv. of HL in THF at reflux temperature. An X-ray diffraction study on a crystal of complex 2 has determined that its metallic skeleton, a basal-edge-bridged square pyramid, is hold up by a (6-methylpyrid-2-yl)thiolate ligand. This ligand is attached to the four basal ruthenium atoms of the pyramid through the sulfur atom and to the edge-bridging ruthenium atom through the nitrogen atom.
