One of the most important features of the synthesis of camphor-derived compounds is the control of the stereochemistry at the C2 position. According to this, reduction of bridgehead-substituted 2-norbornanones 1 and 2-norbornanoximes 3 has been considered by us as a very convenient method for the preparation of different classes of enantiomerically pure 1,2- and 1,3-difunctionalised norbornane derivatives. Factors controlling the stereoselectivity in these reductions, as well as the role played by the nature of the bridgehead functional groups are discussed.  相似文献

It was observed that the relative position of the arene substituents has a profound influence on the strength of π-π stacking in the 9-benzyl-substituted triptycene system. A new series of model compounds (3a-i) capable of revealing quantitatively π-π stacking interactions was studied. This series of compounds (3a-i) has an ortho-substituted methyl group in one of the two interacting arenes and the syn/anti ratios were determined and compared to a series previously studied compounds (4a-i) that have a para methyl group on the corresponding arene. A greater than 50% increase in the strength of π-π stacking interactions was observed with the methyl group in the ortho position comparing to that in the para position. No difference in π-π stacking interactions was observed when the other aromatic ring was a pentafluorobenzoate group.  相似文献

Few researches have been reported on the long-term germination characteristics and the effect of high gamma radiation dose on cereal seeds. In this paper, to observe the effects of gamma irradiation (0-3 kGy) on the germination of wheat seed in long-term (within 20 months), wheat seed was dried after irradiation and the germination experiment during storage time was conducted. It was found that the lengths of buds of irradiated wheat seeds diminished, the roots of irradiated wheat seeds disappeared, and no germinations in irradiated wheat seed was found. The influence of γ-ray irradiation on roots was more significant than that on buds. After long-term storage, the germination of irradiated wheat seeds increased.  相似文献

SR-method has been used for studying reactions of muonium as an analogue of a light hydrogen isotope with impurity atoms and point-like defects. The relaxation rate of muonium polarization Mu was measured for 11 samples with different concentrations of impurity atoms and defects. The rate constants of reactions of muonium with Fe, Al, Li, Ba, Cu, Mn, Ti and Pb atoms in quartz were defined.  相似文献

A series of experiments were designed to understand the effects of substituent and solvent on the Sonogashira coupling reaction of β-bromoporphyrin using a Pd2(dba)3/AsPh3 system as the catalyst. Electron-efficient groups and aprotic solvents are conducive to the reaction. A possible explanation was given. A new family of β-pyrrole substituted porphyrins was also synthesized during the study.  相似文献

We studied electronic structures and reactivity patterns of azo-compound I species (RN-Cpd I) by comparison to O-Cpd I of, e.g., cytochrome P450. The study shows that the RN-Cpd I species are capable of C=C aziridination and C-H amidation, in a two-state mechanism similar to that of O-Cpd I. However, unlike O-Cpd I, here the nitrogen substituent (R) exerts a major impact on structure and reactivity. Thus, it is demonstrated that Fe=NR bonds of RN-Cpd I will generally be substantially longer than Fe=O bonds; electron-withdrawing R groups will generate a very long Fe=N bond, whereas electron-releasing R groups should have the opposite effect and hence a shorter Fe=N bond. The R substituent controls also the reactivity of RN-Cpd I toward C=C and C-H bonds by exerting steric and electronic effects. Our analysis shows that an electron-releasing substituent will lower the barriers for both bond activation reactions, since the electronic factor makes the reactions highly exothermic, while an electron-withdrawing one should raise both barriers. The steric bulk of the substituent is predicted to inhibit more strongly the aziridination reactions. It is predicted that electron-releasing substituents with small bulk will create powerful aziridination reagents, whereas electron-withdrawing substituents like MeSO(2) will prefer C-H bond activation with preference that increases with steric bulk. Finally, the study predicts (i) that the reactions of RN-Cpd I will be less stereospecific than those of O-Cpd I and (ii) that aziridination will be more stereoselective than amidation.  相似文献

The proximal heme axial ligand plays an important role in tuning the reactivity of oxoiron(IV) porphyrin π-cation radical species (compound I) in enzymatic and catalytic oxygenation reactions. To reveal the essence of the axial ligand effect on the reactivity, we investigated it from a thermodynamic viewpoint. Compound I model complexes, (TMP(+?))Fe(IV)O(L) (where TMP is 5,10,15,20-tetramesitylporphyrin and TMP(+?) is its π-cation radical), can be provided with altered reactivity by changing the identity of the axial ligand, but the reactivity is not correlated with spectroscopic data (ν(Fe═O), redox potential, and so on) of (TMP(+?))Fe(IV)O(L). Surprisingly, a clear correlation was found between the reactivity of (TMP(+?))Fe(IV)O(L) and the Fe(II)/Fe(III) redox potential of (TMP)Fe(III)L, the final reaction product. This suggests that the thermodynamic stability of (TMP)Fe(III)L is involved in the mechanism of the axial ligand effect. Axial ligand-exchange experiments and theoretical calculations demonstrate a linear free-energy relationship, in which the axial ligand modulates the reaction free energy by changing the thermodynamic stability of (TMP)Fe(III)(L) to a greater extent than (TMP(+?))Fe(IV)O(L). The linear free energy relationship could be found for a wide range of anionic axial ligands and for various types of reactions, such as epoxidation, demethylation, and hydrogen abstraction reactions. The essence of the axial ligand effect is neither the electron donor ability of the axial ligand nor the electron affinity of compound I, but the binding ability of the axial ligand (the stabilization by the axial ligand). An axial ligand that binds more strongly makes (TMP)Fe(III)(L) more stable and (TMP(+?))Fe(IV)O(L) more reactive. All results indicate that the axial ligand controls the reactivity of compound I (the stability of the transition state) by the stability of the ground state of the final reaction product and not by compound I itself.  相似文献

A series of six perylene bisimides (PBIs) with hydrophilic and hydrophobic side chains at the imide nitrogens were applied for a comparative study of the solvent and structural effects on the aggregation behaviour of this class of dyes. A comparison of the binding constants in tetrachloromethane at room temperature revealed the highest binding constant of about 10(5) M(-1) for a PBI bearing 3,4,5-tridodecyloxyphenyl substituents at the imide nitrogens, followed by 3,4,5-tridodecylphenyl and alkyl-substituted PBIs, whereas no aggregation could be observed in the accessible concentration range for PBIs equipped with bulky 2,6-diisopropylphenyl substituents at the imide nitrogens. The aggregation behaviour of three properly soluble compounds was investigated in 17 different solvents covering a broad polarity range from nonpolar n-hexane to highly polar DMSO and water. Linear free energy relationships (LFER) revealed a biphasic behaviour between Gibbs free energies of aggregation and common empirical solvent polarity scales indicating particularly strong π-π stacking interactions in nonpolar aliphatic and polar alcoholic solvents whilst the weakest binding is observed in dichloromethane and chloroform. Accordingly, PBI aggregation is dominated by electrostatic interactions in nonpolar solvents and by solvophobic interactions in protic solvents. In water, the aggregation constant is increased far beyond LFER expectations pointing at a pronounced hydrophobic effect.  相似文献

The medium band gap donor-acceptor(D-A) copolymer J61 based on bi(alkylthio-thienyl)benzodithiophene as donor unit and fluorobenzotriazole as acceptor unit and thiophene as π-bridge has demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance as donor material in nonfullerene polymer solar cells(PSCs) with narrow bandgap n-type organic semiconductor ITIC as acceptor.For studying the effect of π-bridges on the photovoltaic performance of the D-A copolymers,here we synthesized a new D-A copolymer J61-F based on the same donor and acceptor units as J61 but with furan π-bridges instead of thiophene.J61-F possesses a deeper the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) level at-5.45 eV in comparison with that(-5.32 eV) of J61.The non-fullerene PSCs based on J61-F:ITIC exhibited a maximum power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 8.24%with a higher open-circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of 0.95 V,which is benefitted from the lower-lying HOMO energy level of J61-F donor material.The results indicate that main chain engineering by changing π-bridges is another effective way to tune the electronic energy levels of the conjugated D-A copolymers for the application as donor materials in non-fullerene PSCs.  相似文献

The reactivity of 3-hydroxy-2,4,6-tridehydropyridinium cation was found to be drastically different from the reactivity of 2,4,6-tridehydropyridinium cation. While the latter triradical reacts with tetrahydrofuran, dimethyl disulfide and ally iodide via three consecutive atom or group abstractions, the former triradical exhibits this behavior only with tetrahydrofuran. Only a single atom or group abstraction was observed for the 3-hydroxy-2,4,6-tridehydropyridinium cation upon interaction with dimethyl disulfide and allyl iodide. This change in reactivity is caused by the hydroxyl group that strengthens the interactions between the two radical sites adjacent to it, thus reducing their reactivity. This explanation is supported by the observation of similar behavior for related biradicals.  相似文献

The spectrophotometric characteristics of the solid charge-transfer molecular complexes (CT) formed in the reaction of the electron donors imidazole (IML) and 1-benzylimidazole (BIML) with the σ-acceptor iodine and π-acceptors 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone (DDQ), tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) and 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-1,4-benzoquinone (CHL) have been studied in chloroform at 25 °C. These were investigated through electronic and infrared spectra as well as elemental analysis. The results show that the formed solid CT-complexes have the formulas [(IML)2 I]I3, [(IML)(DDQ)], [(IML)2(TCNE)5] and [(IML)(CHL)] for imidazole and [(BIML) I]I3, [(BIML)(DDQ)2], [(BIML)(TCNE)2] and [(BIML)(CHL)2] for 1-benzylimidazole in full agreement with the known reaction stoichiometries in solution as well as the elemental measurements. The formation constant KCT, molar extinction coefficient ?CT, free energy change ΔG0, CT energy ECT and ionization potential Ip have been calculated for the CT-complexes [(IML)2 I]I3, [(IML)(DDQ)], [(IML)(CHL)], [(BIML) I]I3, [(BIML)(DDQ)2], [(BIML)(TCNE)2] and [(BIML)(CHL)2].  相似文献

The influence of substituents on the electrochemical potentials of aromatic and heterocyclic -systems has been analyzed from the standpoint of the relationship between the electronic effects of the substituents and the structure of the -molecular orbitals. Two new expanded porphyrins, naphthorubyrin and naphthosapphyrin, were synthesized. The π-extended rubyrin was isolated and structurally characterized in its monoprotonated form. The sapphyrin congener undergoes pyrrole inversion as a function of the protonation state. The viscosity property of Cr~(3 ),Al~(3 ),and compound ion cross-linked polymer gel solution in the anaerobic and aerobic environment was investigated aiming at meeting the practical demand of the oil field.The viscosity reserving effect after adding the biocide and the gelation in the anaerobic and aerobic environments was also studied in the paper.The results indicate that the viscosity of the cross-linked polymer gel solution caused by the water produced in aerobic environment is higher than that in anaerobic environment,and that the viscosity value of the cross-linked polymer gel solutions after adding biocides has improved to some extent and polymer gel has gelated well in anaerobic environment.  相似文献

The spectral properties of etoricoxib (ETR) at pH 2.0, 6.0 and 10.0 in the presence of cyclodextrins (CDs) were investigated. The absorption spectrum of ETR in acidic medium exhibited two bands centered at 236 and 273 nm, while in basic medium it exhibited two bands centered at 236 and 285 nm. No change in the spectrum was observed in the presence of CDs. The fluorescence emission spectra of ETR in acidic and basic media exhibited one band at 380 nm and another one at 484 nm. The emission band at 484 nm was enhanced when ETR was complexed with β-CD and γ-CD at pH 2.0, 6.0 and 10.0, while the band at 380 nm was enhanced selectively when ETR was complexed with α-CD at pH 2.0. Molecular dynamics simulations computations revealed that at pH 2.0, the sulfonyl moiety of H2ETR2+ is preferentially included within the α-CD cavity, which is believed to cause the enhancement of the band at 380 nm. Moreover, at pH 6.0 and 10.0, the enhancement of the band at 484 nm was related to the inclusion of the chloropyridinyl and methylpyridinyl groups of the bipyridine moiety of HETR+ and ETR within β-CD and γ-CD cavities. Benesi–Hildebrand analysis showed that the ETR/β-CD complex adopts a 1:1 stoichiometry with association constant of K 11?=?64.8 at pH 2.0, K 11?=?105.4 at pH 6.0 and K 11?=?520.5 at pH 10.0.  相似文献
