The β-‘waiting point’nucleus 93Pd has been produced via 58Ni(40Ca,3n2p) reaction. A helium-jet fast tape transport system was used in combination with p-γ coincidence measurement to identify the β-delayed proton precursor 93 Pd, whose half-life has been measured to be 1.3±0.2s. The measured energy spectrum of β-delayed protons and relative branching ratios to the final states in the daughter nucleus 92Ru are fitted by a revised statistic model calculation, and then the ground state spin of 93Pd are assigned to be 9/2. Meanwhile, a nuclear energy-potential-surface (EPS) calculation is performed by using the Woods-Saxon Strutinsky method. The calculated result supports the ground state spin and parity of 9/2+ assignment.  相似文献

140Tb and 141Dy were produced via fusion evaporation in the reaction 40Ca+106Cd. Their β-delayed proton decays were studied by means of “p-γ” coincidence in combination with a He-jet tape transport system, including half-lives, proton energy spectra, γ-transitions following the proton emissions, and the branching ratios to the low-lying states in the grand-daughter nuclei. The ground-state spins and parities of 140Tb and 141Dy were extracted as 7± and 9/2±, respectively, by fitting the experimental data with a statistical model calculation. The configuration-constrained nuclear potential energy surfaces (NPES) of 140Tb and 141Dy were calculated by using the Woods-Saxon Strutinsky method, which indicate the ground-state spins and parities of 140Tb and 141Dy to be 7+and 9/2, respectively. In addition, the configuration-constrained NPES of 143Dy was also calculated by using the same method. From the NPES a 1/2+ ground state and a 11/2 isomer with the excitation energy of 198keV were found. The calculated results are consistent with our experimental data on the decay of 143Dy reported in Eur. Phys. J., 2003, A16: 347—351.  相似文献

By irradiation of an enriched target of 96Ru with 40Ca and using a helium-jet fast tape transport system in combination with X-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements,the very neutron deficient isotope 133Sm was produced and studied. A simple(EC+β+) decay scheme of Sm is proposed for the first time. A by product 133Pr was produced simultaneously because of the 98-102Ru contents of the ruthenium target. The half-life of an 11/2 low-lying isomeric state in 133Pr has been measured to be (1.1±0.2)s. Using single-particle model,the reduced transition probabilities of the 11/2 isomers in 131,133,135,137Pr are extracted from their experimental half-lives and compared with the Weisskopf estimate.  相似文献

The level schemes of neutron-rich nuclei,141Xe、152Ce、153Nd and 160Sm have been established for the first time through measuring the prompt γ-rays from spontaneous fission of 252Cf.The highest spin state is up to 16+.The collective band structures in these neutron-rich nuclei are discussed.  相似文献

In the framework of the projected shell model, we investigate the competition between the two-quasineutron and two-quasiproton Kπ=6+ states in the ytterbium isotopes and N =104 isotones adjacent to 174Yb. The 174Yb results are compared with the experimental data.The Kπ =6+ isomer observed in 174 Yb is assigned as an admixture of the ν7/2-[514] ν5/2-[512] and π7/2+ [404]π5/2+ [402] intrinsic structure, which explains the experimental |g K-g R | value. Similar mixing would appear in 174 Yb, 176 Hf,and 178 W. The low-lying Kπ=6+ states are also predicted in 170-178 Yb.  相似文献

Isotopes,130Nd and 140Tb were produced using enriched targets 96Ru and 106Cd, respectively,bombarded by 36Ar ion beam. The two nuclides were identified and studied by a He-jet tape transport system in combination with "X-γ" and "γ-γ" coincidence measure- ments. The half-life of 130Nd was determined to be (13±2)s. The EC/β+ decay scheme of 130Nd was proposed for the first time, and the spins and parties of the ground-state and observed low-lying states in the daughter nucleus 130Pr were speculated tentatively. The previous simple EC/β+ decay scheme of 140Tb was revised, and the spin-parity of its groundstate was assigned to be 7+.  相似文献

With the effective interactions consisting of a pairing force,a quadrupole pairing force and a quadrupole-quadrupole force among valence nucleons,the microscopic approach based on the generalized Dyson expansion theory is applied in studying both the low-lying and high spin states for the isotones 154Dy,156Er and 158Yb.In the truncated state space,the configurations(sd)N and (sd)N-1,+neutron-pair are assumed,respectively,for the low-lying and high spin states,although the same values of strength parameters are taken in the numerical calculations in the two subspaces.The calculated results are in good agreement with experiment,especially the data of first backbendings are reproduced satisfactorily.  相似文献

The β-delayed proton decay of 147Er is studied experimentally using the 58 Ni+92Mo reaction at a beam energy of 383 MeV. Based on a He-jet apparatus coupled with a tape transport system, the β-delayed proton radioactivities both from the vδl/2 ground state and the vh11/2 isomer in 147 Er are identified by proton-7 coincidence measurements. By analyzing the time distribution of the 4+ → 2+-γ transition in the grand-daughter nucleus 146Dy, a half-life of 1.6 ± 0.2s is determined for the Vh11/2 isomer in 147 Er. The half-life for the ground state of 147Er is estimated to be 3.2±1.2 s.  相似文献

The basic process of an exotic decay mode namely β-delayed fission is simply introduced. The progress status of the study in the world is essentialized. The observation of β-delayed fission of 228Ac is reported. The radium was radiochemically separated from natural thorium. Thin Ra sources in which 228Ac was got through 228Ra →β-228Ac were prepared for observing fission fragments from β-delayed fission of 228Ac. They exposed to the mica fission track detectors, and measured by an HPGe γ-ray detector. The β-delayed fission events of 228Ac were observed and its β-delayed fission probability was found to be (5±2)×10-12.  相似文献

利用40Ca+96Ru融合蒸发反应产生了近质子滴线核133Sm, 配合氦喷嘴带传输系统采用“质子-γ”符合方法观测了它们的β缓发质子衰变, 其中包括半衰期、质子能谱、第二代子核低位态之间的γ跃迁, 并估计出衰变到第二代子核不同低位态的分支比. 通过统计理论拟合上述实验数据, 指认了133Sm的自旋宇称的可能范围. 并用Woods-Saxon Strutinsky方法计算了限制组态的133Sm的核势能面, 通过对比发现133Sm的自旋宇称可能有两种成分:5/2+和1/2. 这一结果与2001年发表的133Sm(EC+β+)衰变的简单衰变纲图是相容的. 此外用同一方法分析了2001年Eur. Phys.J.A12:1—4中发表的有关149Yb的β缓发质子衰变实验数据, 由此指认了149Yb的基态自旋宇称为1/2.  相似文献

The β-delayed neutron and γ spectra of neutron-rich nucleus 21N using β-γ and β-n coincidence measurements were presented in this paper. Thirteen new neutron groups ranging from 0.28 MeV to 4.98 MeV and with a total branching ratio 88.7±4.2% were observed. One γ transition among the excited states of 21O, and four γ transitions among the excited states of 20O were identified in the β decay chain of 21N. The ungated half-life of 83.8±2.1 ms was also determined for 21N.  相似文献

Using the method of QCD factorization, we calculate the branching ratio and the CP violation for pure annihilation decay BS→ππ in the Standard Model. Meanwhile, we employ an effective gluon mass resulted in the study of the infrared behaviour of gluon propagators to avoid the soft endpoint divergence. We find that the CP-averaged branching ratio is about 1.24×10-7, and the penguin diagram contributions is dominant in this process. The direct CP violation parameter is about -0.05, while the mixing-induced CP asymmetry is a quite large number of 0.18. Once these quantities can be measured in the future LHC-b experiments, studying such a process will enrich our knowledge on the dynamics of the charmless hadronic decay of B-meson and the property of gluon.  相似文献

The energy spectra and angular distribution of α particles emitted from 12C induced reactions with 58Ni,115In and 197Au have been measured.Three moving sources of emitting α particle are clearly seen from invariant cross section distribution in velocity coordinates.The experimental data were analyzed by using three moving sources.Extracted parameters of the source with half-beam velocity are in agreement with the systematic values from Fermi Gas Model.The energy spectra and the extracted parameters for various targets are discussed.The low energy peak in energy spectra is possibly from the emitted α particle from equilibrium system after pre-equilibrium emission of target-like products.The energetic α particles are mainly from projectile fragmentation and projectile-like fragmentation.  相似文献

Previous experimental results of (EC+β+) decay for the medium-heavy nuclei reported by our group since 1996, including 153Er, 157Yb, 209Fr, 128Ce, 130Ce, and 128Pr have been briefly summarized. The observed low-lying states in their daughter nuclei have been reviewed in a systematic way and compared with different model calculations. Energy spectra of complex fragments emitted in the reactions of 46.7MeV/u 12C with different targets 197Au,115In and 58Ni have been measured by telescopes,consisting of a gis ionization counter followed by a position Sensitive semiconductor detector.Tha most probable kinematical energies.Ep of complex fragments and temperature parameters of long-live intermediate systems have been deduced by complex fragment ernergy spectra.The experimental values of Ep are lower than the calculated ones by E=Vcoul+2T.The experimental values of complex fragment yields can be reproduced by simple A.Friedman statistical evaporation model satisfactorily.  相似文献

Using the particle-number-conserving (PNC) method,the microscopic mechanism of the variation of the ground band moments of inertia with neutron numbers in 166—176Yb is investigated in the cranked shell model (CSM).The K-structure and seniority structure of the PNC CSM wave function are analyzed carefully.The distribution of the low-lying high-j intruder pair-broken (v=2)Kπ=1+ configurationsplays a crucial role for the magnitude of the ground band moments of inertia.  相似文献
