3-Bromo-1,1,1-trifluoropropan-2-one ( 2 ) reacted with thiourea and N-monosubstituted thioureas to give the corresponding 4-trifluoromethylthiazoles, respectively. In the reactions with N,N'-diphenylthiourea and thioamides, the considerably stable intermediates, 4-hydroxy-4-trifluoromethylthiazoline derivatives 7 and 8 , were isolated. The reaction of ethyl 2-bromo-4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate ( 4 ) with thiourea was carried out under the gentle conditions to give both thiazole-5-carboxylate 10 and 4-hydroxythiazoline 11 . The thiazole 10 was applied to the azo dye synthesis and the absorption maxima of thus obtained azo dyes were discussed. 相似文献

Diazotized aryl amines were coupled with two stenhouse salt namely, N-(5-phenylamino-penta-4-ol-2,4-diene-1-ylidene)anilines hydrochloride [S1 (RH) or S2 (ROH)] to furnish two series of disazo disperse dyes (S1D1–10 and S2D1–10). The structure of all the dyes was established by estimating number of azo groups, elemental analysis and spectral studies (IR, 1H-NMR, UV/Visible). The structure–property relationship was discussed by using electronic absorption spectra of the dyes. These dyes were applied to polyester and nylon fabrics as disperse dyes by using temperature exhaust dyeing method. The relevant dyeing characteristics, such as dyeability on fabrics, wash-fastness and light-fastness were evaluated. Fabrics dyed with these dyes furnished generally deep and bright intense hues ranging from light yellow to orange to reddish brown. The color fastness of the dyed fabric was assessed by determining wash-fastness and light-fastness properties. 相似文献

A novel organophosphorus containing spiro and caged bicyclic phosphate, 3,9‐Bis‐(1‐oxo‐2,6,7‐trioxa‐1‐phospha‐bicyclo[2.2.2]oct‐4‐ylmethoxy)‐2,4,8,10‐tetraoxa‐3,9‐diphospha‐spiro[5.5]undecane 3, 9‐dioxide (SBCPO), was synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), hydrogen‐1 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and phosphorus‐31 NMR. The flame retardancy of polypropylene (PP) containing the novel intumescent flame retardant (IFR) based on the combination between SBCPO and melamine (MA) was studied by limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94 test and cone calorimeter test. Results indicated that this combination showed the excellent flame retardancy for PP at appropriate proportions (with the total loading of 30 wt. % and SBCPO: MA = 4:1). The value of LOI was as high as 31.6, and the rating in UL94 reached to V‐0. Moreover, the HRR and THR of IFR/PP decreased significantly in comparison with that of neat PP. The scanning electron microscopy results indicated that the incorporation of SBCPO could induce the formation of intumescent char layer, which retarded the degradation and combustion process of PP. The thermal oxidative degradation of the PP samples at different temperature was analyzed by FTIR. The thermal stabilities of the composites were further investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. It was found that the amount of residues was increased greatly with the addition of SBCPO that remained in the form of polyaromatic stacks and phosphoric or polyphosphoric acid at the residual chars. Two carbazole-based polymerization initiators possessing blue fluorescence emission have been synthesized via Wittig reaction
in the solid phase at room temperature. Two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) spectra for them were investigated under 800
nm fs laser pulse and two-photon absorption cross sections were determined by the Z-scan technique. Then two-photon initiating
polymerization (TPIP) microfabrication experiments were successfully carried out. Three-dimensional lattice and artificial
defects were gained, indicating that they were viable candidates for the two-photon polymerization initiator in practical
application of microfabrication.

Two models of heterocyclic reactive dyes based on disazo pyrazoloprymidine derivatives and possessing a sulfatoethylsulfone reactive group were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The dyes were applied to cotton, wool and silk fabrics. Effects of varying dyeing conditions were investigated. The results assessed for the exhaust dyeing methods on the different fabrics indicate that these reactive dyes showed high exhaustion and fixation values. The dyed fabrics also showed very good light fastness and good to excellent washing, rubbing and perspiration fastness. 相似文献

In this study, acrylamide (AAm)/aconitic acid (ACA) copolymers were prepared with two different mol% of aconitic acid 4%, 17% and were irradiated with gamma irradiation at different irradiation doses (4 - 25kGy). The percent yield was assigned by gravimetrical method. The effect of irradiation dose, pH and involved amounts of monomers (AAm/ACA) in hydrogels on swelling properties were investigated. The conversion of monomers to hydrogels was 100% at 25kGy. Poly(acrylamide-co-aconitic acid) P(AAm/ACA) hydrogels have been used for the adsorption of some aqueous solutions of dyes such as Methylene Blue (MB) and Safranine-O (S). The hydrogels were swollen in distilled water at pH 3, 5, 7, 8 and in aqueous solutions of dyes. The initial swelling rates of hydrogels are increased by increasing of pH. The effects of concentration of the aqueous solutions of dye and hydrogel composition on the adsorption were investigated. Syndiotactic polypropylene (sPP) was quenched from the melt in an ice‐water bath, and changes in the structural organization, during the aging time, were followed by X‐rays, differential scanning calorimetry, and transport properties of dichloromethane at low activities. After 1 month, an increase of crystallinity from 19 to 26% was observed. In addition, the results of sorption and diffusion indicated a consistent increase of an intermediate phase not crystalline, yet impermeable to the vapors. The study of the mechanical properties showed that there is a remarkable increase of all the mechanical parameters with the aging time, and this effect was associated to the increase of the intermediate phase. Various methacrylic ester derivatives were synthesized from glycidyl methacrylate and aromatic amines or phenol. The homopolymerization and graft copolymerization of these compounds were carried out using azobisisobutyronitrile. These methacrylic derivatives reacted with diazonium salts to give azo compounds which have a double bond. Nanofiber membranes have huge potential applications in many areas due to their unique properties. However, the thermoplastic micro/nanofiber membranes were rarely reported. In this paper, polypropylene (PP) nanofibers were prepared by melt extrusion of immiscible blends of PP, cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), and subsequent removal of the CAB matrix. The wet‐laid application was used to make PP nanofiber membranes and PP‐g‐MAH/nonwoven micro/nanofiber membrane. The properties of membranes including morphology, apparent density, porosity, contact‐angle, pore size distribution, and water flux were characterized. The results showed that the consequent membranes were provided with optimistic porosity and pore size distribution. Moreover, they were all with high pure water fluxes, which were superior to that of PP microporous membrane. They performed an excellent separation performance of TiO2 suspension and dyeing wastewater. The work revealed this method could be an efficient one to make thermoplastic polymer micro/nanofiber membranes, and they would have a brilliant potential application for water treatment. Several Ziegler-Natta copolymers of iPP with ethylene or 1-butene, and terpolymers with both counits have been characterized, devoting special attention to the effect of composition and processing conditions on the crystal structure and final properties. DSC and X-ray diffraction were used to study the polymorphism of copolymers and terpolymers. Comonomer insertion interrupts the isotactic sequences, acting as a structural defect, and the formation of γ form is enhanced. Moreover, crystallinity decreases and crystal structure is modified. Comonomer type and concentration determine the extent of these modifications, resulting in important changes in macroscopic properties. In particular, the excellent optical properties of the analyzed terpolymers make them very attractive for applications such as transparent film or packaging. 相似文献

Two novel cationic mono‐s‐chloro triazinyl (MCT) reactive dyes together with their analogues were synthesized via reacting an N,N‐dimethyl dodecylamine with p‐nitrobenzyl bromide. The resultant was reduced using stannous chloride and hydrochloric acid to produce the primary amine. The quaternary ammonium salt containing primary amine was then diazotized and coupled to H‐acid/J‐acid reacted with cyanuric chloride and sulfanilic acid. The analogue dyes were prepared via the same route without quaternary ammonium salt making stage. The dyes were characterized using FTIR, 1H NMR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The substantivity, exhaustion and fixation of the dyes were investigated on cotton fabric. It was found that these functional dyes could be effectively introduced to cotton for achieving simultaneous coloration and functional finishing effects. All the dyed fabrics exhibited softening efficacy. The washing and light fastness of the dyed samples were further studied. 相似文献
