In order to find high-acitivity and low-toxicity pesticidal lead compounds, a type of novel, asymmetric cyclic phosphorothonamides containing substituted pyridine were synthesized via the condensation reactions of 2-chloro-4-substitutedphenyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinane 2-sulfide with 3-aminomethylpyridine. The cis and trans isomers of the products were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel. The structures of the products were characterized by 1 H NMR, 31 P NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. The configuration of 3a was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The results of the preliminary bioassay showed that the new compounds possess potential fungicidal activities.  相似文献

Zinc enolates of 3-alkyl-6-aryl-5,5-dimethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydropyrane-2,4-diones react with acyl chlorides to form O-acylation products, 4-acyloxy-3-alkyl-6-aryl-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydropyrane-2-ones. Sodium enolates of these pyranediones react in DMSO with substituted benzyl bromides to give mainly C-alkylation products, 3-alkyl-6-aryl-3-(4-R-benzyl)-5,5-dimethyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydropyrane-2,4-diones, as single geometric isomers. In some cases, O-alkylation products, 4-alkoxy-3-alkyl-6-aryl-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydropyrane-2-ones, are formed as by-products (10-15%).  相似文献

A series of 3-aryl-3-(5,5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexene-1-one-2-yl) propanic esters were synthesized by reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione and isopropylidene malonate in alcohols catalyzed by KF-Al2O3. The structure of 4a was determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Organozinc compounds obtained from 1-aryl-2-bromo-2-methylpropanone and zinc react with N-benzyl-3-aryl-2-cyanoacrylamides or N-[6-(2-cyano-1-oxo-3-phenylprop-2-enylamino)hexyl]-2-cyano-3-phenylacrylamide to give 4,6-diaryl-1-benzyl-6-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxopiperidine-3-carbonitriles or 1,6-bis(6-aryl-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-4-phenylpiperidyl)hexanes as a single isomer with trans-located piperidine hydrogen atoms.  相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salt of 2-formyldimedone with hydrochlorides of 4-chloro-, 3-chloro-, 2-chloro-, 2,4-dichloro-, and 2,4-difluorophenylhydrazines gave the corresponding 2-arylhydrazinomethylene-dimedones which cyclized in acid media to 1-substituted 6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles. Oxidation of the latter with selenious acid gave the corresponding 4,5-dioxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles which were further converted into 3-aryl-5,5-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrazolo[4,3-a]phenazines and 2,6-diaryl-4,4-dimethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H(3H)-indazolo[4,5-g]imidazoles.Riga Technical University, Riga LV-1658, Latvia; e-mail: marina@osi.lv. Reactions of arylamines with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids gave rise to 4-aryl-2-arylamino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-aryl-amino-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids that existed in solutions as Z- and E-isomers or in a ring form as 3-arylamino-5-tert-butyl-5-hydroxyfuran-2(5H)-ones. The probable cyclization mechanism of these compounds into 5-R-3-arylimino-3H-furan-2-one derivatives was considered.  相似文献

Summary Nitrile oxides add regioselectively to the carbon-carbon double bond of 3,3-methylene-5,5-dimethyl-2-pyrrolidinone (1), giving exclusively spiro-isoxazolines: 3-aryl-6-oxo-8,8-dimethyl-1-oxa-2,7-diazaspiro[4.4]non-2-enes3 a–l. Abstract

Thirteen novel cyclic phosphates were rationally designed and synthesized by introducing diary ethers containing pyrimidine. All the target compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and HRMS. The test of herbicidal activity indicated that most of the compounds showed good herbicidal activities against Amaranthus retroflexus. The compounds IA-2 (1-(5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)propyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) and IA-3 ((5,5-dimethyl-2-oxido-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinan-2-yl)(phenyl)methyl-2-((4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)oxy)benzoate) exhibited remarkable post-emergency herbicidal activity against the tested monocotyledonous weed at the dosage of 112.5?g ai/ha.  相似文献

The reaction of (2-phenylaminobenzoyl)hydrazine with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids results in the formation of 4-aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoyl-hydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids. The products in solutions are present as mixtures of a Z,E-hydrazono form and a cyclic pyrazolinic form, and under the action of acetic anhydride they cyclize in 5-aryl- and 5-tert-butyl-3-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-furan-2,3-diones. 4-Aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenyl-aminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids were tested for antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activity.

The cyclization at the treatment of acetic anhydride of 4-aryl-2-arylamino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-arylamino-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids was investigated furnishing derivatives of 5-aryl-3-aryl-imino-3H-furan-2-ones and 4-arylamino-2-tert-butyl-2,5-dihydro-5-oxofuran-2-yl acetate respectively. 2-N2-Methylenesubstituted 4-aryl-2-hydrazino-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-hydrazino-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids cleanly underwent cyclization under the effect of acetic anhydride into 5-aryl-3-hydrazono-3H-furan-2-ones and 5-tert-butyl-3-hydrazono-3H-furan-2-ones.  相似文献

Zinc enolates derived from 1-aryl-2-bromoalkanones react with alkyl 5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-carboxylates to give alkyl 4-(1-alkyl-2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylates. Summary Condensation of 3-aryl-5-thio-1,2,4-4H-trizoles (2a–i) and 2-bromodimedone (3) inTHF/benzene gave 2-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-8-oxo-5a-hydroxy-5,5a,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-1,2,4-4H-triazolo[3,2-b]benzothiazoles (5a–i). These were also obtained by a one step synthesis on heating a mixture of dimedone,NBS, and2a–i in benzene containing a trace of benzoyl peroxide. Thermal dehydration of5a–i inPPA/anhydrous ethanol yielded the corresponding 2-aryl-6,6-dimethyl-8-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-4H-triazolo[3,2,b]benzothiazoles (6a–i). The formation of [3,4-b] fused isomers (4a–i) during the reaction of2 with3 was ruled out by an unambiguous synthesis of8a–i. Antibacterial screening of selected compounds againstEscherichia coli andStaphylococcus aureus was not encouraging.

Zusammenfassung Die Kondensation von 3-Aryl-5-thio-1,2,4-4H-triazolen (2a–i) mit 2-Bromdimedon (3) inTHF/Benzol ergab 2-Aryl-6,6-dimethyl-8-oxo-5a-hydroxy-5,5a,6,7,8,8a-hexahydro-1,2,4,-4H-triazolo[3,2-b]benzothiazole (5a–i). Dasselbe Ergebnis wurde durch Erhitzen einer Mischung von Dimedon,NBS und2a–i in Benzol unter Zusatz einer Spur Benzoylperoxid in einer einstufigen Synthese erreicht. Thermische Dehydrierung von5a–i inPPA/Ethanol(abs.) ergab die entsprechenden 2-Aryl-6,6-dimethyl-8-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-1,2,4-4H-triazolo[3,2-b]benzothiazole (6a–i). Die Bildung [3,4-b]-kondensierter Isomere (4a–i) während der Reaktion von2 mit3 konnte durch eine eindeutige Synthese von8a–i ausgeschlossen werden. Antibakterielles Screening ausgewählter Verbindungen gegenüberEscherichia coli undStaphylococcus aureus brachte keine ermutigenden Resultate.

A strategy toward the synthesis of functionalized 5,5-difluoropiperidines, a class of compounds with potential as building block in medicinal chemistry, was developed. In a three-step procedure 2,2-difluoroglutaric anhydride was synthesized starting from ethyl bromodifluoroacetate. This key intermediate reacts fluently with various imines to yield 5,5-difluoropiperidinone carboxylic acids. Subsequent esterification of the obtained carboxylic acids enabled the isolation of trans-substituted 5,5-difluoro-2-arylpiperidinone-3-carboxylates as the major isomers. Reduction of the difluorinated piperidinonecarboxylates using borane gave rise to new trans-2-aryl-1-benzyl-5,5-difluoro-3-hydroxymethylpiperidines in excellent yields.  相似文献

The 6-chloro-2-cyclohexenones 3, 6 and 11 , and the 5-chloro-2-cyclopentenone 15 were newly synthesized. The results obtained with compounds 3 and 15 in photocycloadditions to olefins show that the oxetane vs. cyclobutane product ratio is reduced by the substitution of florine by chlorine in the α′ -position of the enone. No oxetanes are formed in the intramolecular photocycloaddition of 6. Compound 11 does not photoadd to olefins. The newly synthesized 2-chloro-3-cyclohexenones 8 and 9 are also photostable towards light of λ=366 nm, but π-π*-excitation (λ=254 nm) in pentane leads to the formation of 4,4-dimethylcyclohexanone (29) .  相似文献

Aromatic hydrazides reacted with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl- 4-oxohex-2-enoic acids to give 4-aryl-2-(2-aroylhydrazinylidene)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(aroylhydrazinylidene)- 4-oxohexanoic acids. The products were found to exist in solution as mixtures of Z/E-hydrazinylidene and cyclic dihydropyrazole tautomers, and they underwent intramolecular cyclization to 5-aryland 5-tert-butyl-3-(aroylhydrazinylidene)furan-2(3H)-ones by the action of acetic anhydride.  相似文献

A series of novel title compounds were synthesized by the addition reaction of trans 2-isothiocyano-4-substitutedphenyl-5, 5-dimethyl-1,3,2-dioxaphosphinane 2-sulfide to 3-aminomethylpyridine or 2-chloro-5-amino methylpyridine. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analyses. The acids derivatives can exist in solutions as Z- and β-enehydrazino-or β-ketohydrazone forms, and under the treatment with acetic anhydride they undergo cyclization into 5-aryl- and 5-tert-butyl-3-[2-(2-oxo-1,2-diphenylethylidene)hydrazono]-2,3-furandiones.  相似文献
