The synthesis of -(8-guanyl)propionic acid and its chloride, methyl ester, bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amide, and bis(2-chloroethyl)amide has been effected. The latter readily rearranges under certain conditions into 2-chloroethylaminoethyl -(8-guanyl)propionate.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Analog wie in vorherigen Mitteilungen1–4 wurden -Pyridyl-hydrazono-cyanacetylcarbamidsäureäthylester (1), 1-(-Pyridyl)-5-cyan-6-azauracil (2), 1-(-Pyridyl)-6-azauracil-5-carbonsäure (3), deren Thioamid (4), und Amidoxim (5), welches in 1-(-Pyridyl)-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracil (6) überge-führt wurde, hergestellt.
-Pyridylhydrazono-cyanacetylcarbamic acid ethyl ester (1), l-(-pyridyl)-5-cyano-6-azauracil (2), 1-(-pyridyl)-6-azauracil-5-carboxylic acid (3), its thioamide (4) and amidoxime (5) were prepared as described in preceding communications. (5) was converted into l-(-pyridyl)-5-[5-methyl-1,2,4-oxdiazolyl(3)]-6-azauracil (6).

In neutral and alkaline solutions, tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) and tetrakis(4-sulfonatophenyl)porphyrin (TSPP) form 1:1 and 2:1 host–guest inclusion complexes with -cyclodextrin (-CD), -cyclodextrin (-CD), and 6-deoxy-6-diethylamino--CD (DEA--CD), except for DEA--CD in alkaline solution. On the other hand, TCPP and TSPP form only 1:1 inclusion complexes with 6-deoxy-6-dihexylamino--CD (DHA--CD). The limited solubilities of DEA--CD in alkaline solution and DHA--CD are likely responsible for no observation of the 2:1 inclusion complex containing DEA--CD in alkaline solution and that containing DHA--CD. The equilibrium constants (Ks) of TCPP and TSPP for the formation of the inclusion complexes have been estimated from the absorption and/or fluorescence intensity changes in neutral and alkaline solutions. The K2 values, which are the equilibrium constants for the formation of the 2:1 host–guest inclusion complex from the 1:1 inclusion complex, are about one tenth the corresponding K1 values, except for the -CD–TSPP system in alkaline solution. In neutral solution, where DEA--CD and DHA--CD are in protonated forms, the electrostatic force operates between DEA--CD (DHA--CD) and TCPP (TSPP), leading to the greater K values than those in alkaline solution, where DEA--CD and DHA--CD exist as neutral species.  相似文献

Conclusions When heated in the presence of a catalytic amount of BF3 etherate,-trifluoromethyl--diethylamino--fluoroacrylic acid N, N-dimethylamide is reversibly isomerized to-trifluoromethyl--dimethylamino--fluoroacrylic acid N, N-diethylamide. A general method is developed for synthesizing methacrylic esters with a 5-, 6-, or 7-membered lactam ring to the carboxyl group, by reacting the sodio-derivatives of the lactams with -chloroethyl methacrylate. The esters synthesized are prone to thermal polymerization, and able to copolymerize with other monomers in the presence of azodiisobutyronitrile. The following copolymers are prepared; -(N-pyrrolidonyl) ethyl acrylate with methyl acrylate, -(N-pyrrolidonyl) ethyl, -(N-2-oxotetramethyleneimino) ethyl, and -(N-2-oxopentamethyleneimino) ethyl methacrylates withmethyl methacrylate.  相似文献

One- and two-dimensional homo- and heteronuclear correlation proton, carbon, proton—proton, and proton—carbon NMR spectra of fifteen drimanic sesquiterpenoids: 11,12-dibromodrima-5,8-dien-7-one, drim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11,12-dihydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-ol, 11,12-diacetoxydrim-8-en-7-ol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, 7,8-isopropylidenedioxydriman-11-al, 9, 11-dihydroxydrim-7-en-6-one, drimane-7,8,9-triol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, and drim-8-ene-7,11,12-triol were studied. Syntheses of N,N,N-trimethyl[2-(3-cholesteryloxy)syccinyloxyethyl]ammonium iodide, N,N-dimethyl-N-2-hydroxyethyl[2-(3-cholesteryloxy)syccinyloxyethyl]ammonium iodide, and N-[(3-cholesteryloxy)syccinyl]piperazine were performed. Solasodine (I) has been subjected to a number of transformations. The following compounds have been obtained from it by described procedures: 3-acetoxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one (II), 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (III), and 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (IV). The oxidation of (III) and (IV), the formation of an oxime, and the reduction of the oxime with sodium in ethanol, followed by Hess methylation, has led to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (IX) and to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (X). From compounds (IX) and (X), by analogy with (III) and (IV) by their oxidation and the preparation of oximes, which were then reduced and methylated, the following were obtained: 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVII) and 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVIII), and also quaternary salts of the latter.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. In an effort to modify the solubility and dissolution rate of the contraceptive steroid, 19-norprogesterone in order to improve its bioavailability, the cyclodextrin complexation approach was chosen. In solution, the complex formation with -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxyethyl -cyclodextrin (HE--CD) and hydroxypropyl -cyclodextrin (HP--CD) was confirmed by using solubility, UV, IR and 1H-NMR spectrophotometric techniques. The phase solubility diagrams were categorized as AL-type. The complexing affinity of the CDs investigated were ranked as follows: -CD > HP--CD > HE--CD. The complexation thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the temperature dependence of the dissociation constants. In the solid state, differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) and optical microscopy methods were utilized to characterize the complexes. Dissolution studies showed that such molecularly encapsulated forms offered a marked improvement in the dissolution rate compared to the parent drug.  相似文献

The alkaline condensation of -aceto-and -propionaphthalenes with furfural has given, respectively, 2-(-furfuryl)-1, 3-di(-naphthoyl)-propane and 3-(-furyl)-2,4-di(-naphthoyl)pentane; both -diketones have also been obtained by the Michael condensation. Under more severe conditions, two molecules of furfural condense with three molecules of -acetonaphthalene to form 2, 4-di(-furyl)-1, 3, 5-tri(-naphthoyl)pentane. Under similar conditions, benzaldehyde exhibits only a feeble capacity for triketone condensation with -acetonaphthalene. The condensation of -propionaphthalene with furfural has given the new compound furylidenepropionaphthalene. It has been shown that both under the conditions of the improved Chichibabin pyridine synthesis and under the conditions of the Leuckhardt reaction, 3-(-furyl)-1, 3-di(-naphthoyl)propane gives 4-(-furyl)-2, 6-di(-naphthyl)pyridine.  相似文献

Two new steroid glycosides have been isolated from an ethanolic extract of the starfishCrossaster papposus — crossasterosides P1 and P2. On the basis of chemical transformations and spectral characteristics, the structure of crossasteroside P1 has been established as (24R)-24-ethyl-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,29-hexaol 29-O-[2-O-methyl--D-xylopyranosyl-(1 2)--D-galactofuranoside]. 4-(,-Dicarboethoxy--acetylamino) ethyl-7-aminobenzo-2,1, 3-thiadiazole (IV) and ethylene oxide form mainly the 7-(-hydroxyethyl) amino derivative (V); the 7- di (-hydroxyethyl) amino derivative VII was isolated in low yield. Action of POCl3 on compound VII gave the 7-di (-chloroethyl) amino derivative VIII, which was converted into 4-(-amino--carboxy)-ethyl-7 -di (-chloroethyl) aminobenzo-2, 1, 3-thiadiazole (IX). 5-(, -dicarboethoxy--acetylamino) ethyl-4-nitrobenzo-2, 1, 3-thiadiazole (XI) was converted to 5-(-carboxy--amino) ethyl-4-nitrobenzo-2, 1, 3-thiadiazole hydrochloride (XII), from which was prepared, by known routes, and in satisfactory yield, 5-(-carboxy--amino) ethyl-4-di (-chloroethyl)-aminobenzo-2, l, 3-thiadiazole hydrochloride (XVII).For Part XXXIX see [8].  相似文献

The color fading caused by the addition of-cyclodextrin or-cyclodextrin to an aqueous solution of a tautomeric mixture of methyl orange or methyl yellow is studied spectrophotometrically at pH 1.1 and 25.0°C. A model involving 1 : 1 stoichiometry has been used to analyze the spectrophotometric data. The addition of a cyclodextrin shifts the tautomeric mixture towards the side of the ammonium tautomer. An expression allowing the calculation of the tautomeric equilibrium constant of the inclusion complexes is derived. The formation constants of the inclusion complexes of the individual tautomers are determined. Both- and-cyclodextrins bind the ammonium tautomer stronger than the azonium tautomer. The inclusion complexes of-cyclodextrin are more stable than the corresponding ones of-cyclodextrin.  相似文献

The compounds, 6-per-O-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)--cyclodextrin(1), 2,3-per-O-benzyl-6-per-O-(t-butyldimethylsilyl)--cyclodextrin(2), 2,3-per-O-benzyl--cyclodextrin (3),2,3,6-per-O-benzyl--cyclodextrin (4),2,3,6-per-O-benzoyl--cyclodextrin (5), are used as keyintermediates in the synthesis of selectively substituted -CD derivatives. Simple and assignable 1H and 13C NMR spectra (chemical shifts and coupling constants) were obtained for compounds1–4 indicating C7 symmetry, 4C1 glucose conformation and major arrangement of H6, H6' atoms at the primary side. The derivative 5, however, gave very broad peaksat room temperature. The peaks could partially be assigned at 270 K, but the broadening was still present at 220 K. This implies that there exist several conformers of similar energyand C1 symmetry that continuously interchange, since there is not a single type of stabilizing interaction thatpredominates. We attributed this phenomenon to the presence of the carbonyl group, which probablydisfavors - stacking and induces random arrangements of the aromatic rings.  相似文献

Monosubstituted - and -alkylthiophans and -, -, and -alkylthiacyclohexanes were subjected to a comparative mass spectrometric study. The stability of the M+ ion increases on passing from - to -alkylthiophans and from - to - and -alkylthiacyclohexanes. In the case of -alkylthiophans and - and -alkylthia-cyclohexanes the principal process is associated with ejection of the substituent as a whole, whereas a portion of the alkyl substituent, with retention of one CH2 group in the composition of the charged fragment, is eliminated from the molecular ions of -alkylthiophans and -alkylthiacyclohexanes.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 176–181, February, 1978.  相似文献
