A series of triorganotin chrysanthemumates (2,2‐dimethyl‐3‐(2‐methyl‐1‐propenyl)cyclopropanecarboxylates) (R3SnO2CC9H15) where R = methyl, ethyl, n‐butyl and phenyl was synthesized. The solid state structures were deduced using infrared (IR) and Mössbauer spectroscopies. The spectroscopic results indicated that all the compounds were found to be five‐coordinated in the solid state. Based on the NMR results, all the compounds are tetrahedral in solution. Larvicidal activities of the compounds were evaluated against the second instar stage of Aedes aegypti, Anopheles stephensi and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus mosquitoes. The toxicity results indicated that these compounds of triorganotins were effective larvicides against all three species of larvae. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The preparation and spectroscopic characterization of [R3Sn(O2CCH2SC5H4N-4)], R == Ph, benzyl (Bz), cyclohexyl (c-Hex) and n-Bu, and of [R3Sn(O2CCH2SC4H3N2-2,6)], R == Me, Ph and n-Bu, are reported. The 2-pyrimidyl compounds feature trigonal bipyramidal tin centres with trans-R3SnO2 geometries as was confirmed by X-ray crystallography for [Ph3Sn(O2CCH2SC4H3N2-2,6)]. ¶ By contrast the 4-pyridyl compounds have trigonal bipyramidal geometries in the solid state (arising from intermolecular Sn…N interaction) and tetrahedral geometries in solution. The biocidal activity of these compounds against the fungi Helminthosporium maydis (ITCC 2675) and H. oryzae (ITCC 2675), both of which damage crops such as maize and rice, shows promise. Encouraging is the observation that the compounds show no adverse phytotoxicity at concentrations to 10?3M.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of tetraethylammonium (diorgano)halogeno(2, 6-pyridinedicarboxylato)stannates are described. The solution structures of these complexes in CDCl3 and DMSO are discussed on the basis of 119Sn and 19F NMR data. The di-n-butyltin(IV) and diethyltin(IV) fluorobenzoates [FC6H4COO]2SnR2 and (FC6H4COOR2Sn)2O have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically. Their in vitro antitumor activity against two human tumor cell lines, MCF-7, a mammary tumor, and WiDr, a colon carcinoma, as well as against the NCI cell panel, is satisfactory.  相似文献

o-Cyclohexadiamine (the base component of tetraplatin) adducts of Ph2Sn(OCOCH3)2, nBu2Sn(OCOH3)2, (PhCH2)2Sn(OCOCH3)2, PhSn(OCOCF3)3, BuSn(OCOCH3)3 and Sn(OCOCH3)4 have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopy. Di-n-butyltin(IV) and diethyltin(IV) 2,3,4-, 2,4,5- and 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzoates [(CH3O)3C6H2COO]2SnR [Type a] and {[(CH3O)3C6H2COO]R2Sn}2O [Type b] have been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically. The crystal structure of bis[di-n-butyl(3,4,5- trimethoxybenzoato)tin] oxide has been determined. The triclinic unit cell contains one centrosymmetric dimer; a = 15.919(2) Å, b = 11.711(3) Å, c = 13.475(1) Å, and α = 63.63(2)°, β = 67.49(1)°, γ = 76.61(2)°. The geometry of the dimer is very similar to that of bis[di-n-butyl(5-methoxysalicylatotin] oxide), with two different types of five-coordinate tin atoms and one central planar Sn2O2 ring.  相似文献

Ten organotin derivatives of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (Hmbt), 2-mercaptobenzoxazole (Hmbo) and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (Hmbi) have been synthesised and thier structures characterised by spectroscopic methods. Triorganotin derivatives are all S-bonded to the ligand and four-coordinate at tin except Bu3Sn(mbo) which is five-coordinate trans-ONSnR3 polymer at 78K. The crystal structure of Cy3Sn(mbt) has been determined and confirms the tetrahedral geometry at tin. Bu2Sn(mbt)2 is weakly six-coordinate by N,S chelating ligands. Biocidal activity patterns are presented for Cy3Sn(mbt), Ph3Sn(mbt) and Ph3Sn(mbo).  相似文献
