The title compounds, trans‐dichlorobis[(1R,2R,3R,5S)‐(−)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II), [PdCl2(C10H19N)2], and trans‐dichlorobis[(1S,2S,3S,5R)‐(+)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II) hemihydrate, [PdCl2(C10H19N)2]·0.5H2O, present different arrangements of the amine ligands coordinated to PdII, viz. antiperiplanar in the former case and (−)anticlinal in the latter. The hemihydrate is an inclusion compound, with a Pd coordination complex and disordered water molecules residing on crystallographic twofold axes. The crystal structure for the hemihydrate includes a short Pd⋯Pd separation of 3.4133 (13) Å.  相似文献

The reaction of dichlorido(cod)palladium(II) (cod = 1,5‐cyclooctadiene) with 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline followed by heating in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) produces the linear trinuclear Pd3 complex bis(μ2‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolato)bis[μ2‐2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinido]dichloridotripalladium(II) N,N‐dimethylformamide disolvate, [Pd3(C7H4NS2)2(C13H12NS)2Cl2]·2C3H7NO. The molecule has symmetry and a Pd...Pd separation of 3.2012 (4) Å. The outer PdII atoms have a square‐planar geometry formed by an N,S‐chelating 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)anilinide ligand, a chloride ligand and the thiolate S atom of a bridging 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligand, while the central PdII core shows an all N‐coordinated square‐planar geometry. The geometry is perfectly planar within the PdN4 core and the N—Pd—N bond angles differ significantly [84.72 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to the same outer Pd atom and 95.28 (15)° for the N atoms of ligands coordinated to different outer Pd atoms]. This trinuclear Pd3 complex is the first example of one in which 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands are only N‐coordinated to one Pd centre. The 1,3‐benzothiazole‐2‐thiolate ligands were formed in situ from 2‐(benzylsulfanyl)aniline.  相似文献

Tetrakis(p‐tolyl)oxalamidinato‐bis[acetylacetonatopalladium(II)] ([Pd2(acac)2(oxam)]) reacted with Li–C≡C–C6H5 in THF with formation of [Pd(C≡C–C6H5)4Li2(thf)4] ( 1a ). Reaction of [Pd2(acac)2(oxam)] with a mixture of 6 equiv. Li–C≡C–C6H5 and 2 equiv. LiCH3 resulted in the formation of [Pd(CH3)(C≡C–C6H5)3Li2(thf)4] ( 2 ), and the dimeric complex [Pd2(CH3)4(C≡C–C6H5)4Li4(thf)6] ( 3 ) was isolated upon reaction of [Pd2(acac)2(oxam)] with a mixture of 4 equiv. Li–C≡C–C6H5 and 4 equiv. LiCH3. 1 – 3 are extremely reactive compounds, which were isolated as white needles in good yields (60–90%). They were fully characterized by IR, 1H‐, 13C‐, 7Li‐NMR spectroscopy, and by X‐ray crystallography of single crystals. In these compounds Li ions are bonded to the two carbon atoms of the alkinyl ligand. 1a reacted with Pd(PPh3)4 in the presence of oxygen to form the already known complexes trans‐[Pd(C≡C–C6H5)2(PPh3)2] and [Pd(η2‐O2)(PPh3)2]. In addition, 1a is an active catalyst for the Heck coupling reaction, but less active in the catalytic Sonogashira reaction.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[bis[(triazacyclononane‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II)]‐di‐μ‐cyanido‐κ4N:C‐palladate(II)‐di‐μ‐cyanido‐κ4C:N] dibromide bis[[(triazacyclononane‐κ3N,N′,N′′)copper(II)]‐μ‐cyanido‐κ2N:C‐[dicyanidopalladate(II)]‐μ‐cyanido‐κ2C:N] monohydrate], {[Cu2Pd(CN)4(C6H15N3)2]Br2·[Cu2Pd2(CN)8(C6H15N3)2]·H2O}n, (I), was isolated from an aqueous solution containing tacn·3HBr (tacn is 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane), Cu2+ and tetracyanidopalladate(2−) anions. The crystal structure of (I) is essentially ionic and built up of 2,2‐electroneutral chains, viz. [Cu(tacn)(NC)–Pd(CN)2–(CN)–], positively charged 2,4‐ribbons exhibiting the composition {[Cu(tacn)(NC)2–Pd(CN)2–Cu(tacn)]2n+}n, bromide anions and one disordered water molecule of crystallization. The O atom of the water molecule occupies two unique crystallographic positions, one on a centre of symmetry, which is half occupied, and the other in a general position with one‐quarter occupancy. One of the tacn ligands also exhibits disorder. The formation of two different types of one‐dimensional structural motif within the same structure is a unique feature of this compound.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pd(C23H29N2OS2)2], the PdII atom displays the expected square‐planar coordination geometry. However, the trans configuration, which allows the PdII atom to be located on a crystallographic inversion centre, is unusual with respect to the cis arrangement found in analogous Pd complexes comprising similar N,S‐chelating ligands.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, dipotassium bis[hexaaquanickel(II)] tris(μ2‐methylenediphosphonato)tripalladium(II) hexahydrate, K2[Ni(H2O)6]2[Pd3{CH2(PO3)2}3]·6H2O, consists of half a {[Pd{CH2(PO3)2}]3}6− anion [one Pd atom (4e) and a methylene C atom (4e) occupy positions on a twofold axis] in a rare `handbell‐like' arrangement, with K+ and [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations to form the neutral complex, completed by three solvent water molecules. The {[Pd{CH2(PO3)2}]3}6− units exhibit close Pd...Pd separations of 3.0469 (4) Å and are packed via intermolecular C—H...Pd hydrogen bonds. The [KO9] and [NiO6] units are assembled into sheets coplanar with (011) and stacked along the [100] direction. Within these sheets there are [K4Ni4O8] and [K2Ni2O4] loops. Successive alternation of the sheets and [Pd{CH2(PO3)2}]3 units parallel to [001] produces the three‐dimensional packing, which is also supported by a dense network of hydrogen bonds involving the solvent water molecules.  相似文献

A Contribution to Rhenium(II)‐, Osmium(II)‐, and Technetium(II)‐Thionitrosyl‐Complexes: Preparation, Structures, and EPR‐Spectra The reaction of [ReVINCl4] and [OsVINCl4] with S2Cl2 leads to the formation of the thionitrosyl complexes [MII(NS)Cl4] (M = Re, Os) which could not be isolated as pure compounds. Addition of pyridine to the reaction mixture results in the formation of the stable compounds trans‐(Ph4P)[OsII(NS)Cl4py], trans‐(Hpy)[OsII(NS)Cl4py], trans‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py], and cis‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py]. The crystal structure analyses show for trans‐(Ph4P)[OsII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 12.430(3)Å, b = 18.320(4)Å, c = 15.000(3)Å, β = 114.20(3)°, Z = 4), trans‐(Hpy)[OsII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.689(1)Å, b = 10.202(2)Å, c = 20.485(5)Å, β = 92.878(4)°, Z = 4), trans‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py] (triclinic, P1¯, a = 9.331(5)Å, b = 12.068(5)Å, c = 15.411(5)Å, α = 105.25(1)°, β = 90.23(1)°, γ = 91.62(1)°, Z = 2), and cis‐(Ph4P)[ReII(NS)Cl4py] (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 10.361(1)Å, b = 16.091(2)Å, c = 17.835(2)Å, β = 90.524(2)°, Z = 4) M‐N‐S angles in the range 168‐175°. This indicates a nearly linear coordination of the NS ligand. The metal atom is octahedrally coordinated in all cases. The rhenium(II) thionitrosyl complexes (5d5 “low‐spin” configuration, S = 1/2) are studied by EPR in the temperature range 295 > T > 130 K. In addition to the detection of the complexes formed during the reaction of [ReVINCl4] with S2Cl2 EPR investigations on diamagnetically diluted powders and single crystals of the system (Ph4P)[ReII/OsII(NS)Cl4py] are reported. The 185, 187Re hyperfine parameters are used to get information about the spin‐density distribution of the unpaired electron in the complexes under study. [TcVINCl4] reacts with S2Cl2 under formation of [TcII(NS)Cl4] which is not stable and decomposes under S8 elimination and rebuilding of [TcVINCl4] as found by EPR monitoring of the reaction.  相似文献

The bimetallic title complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C12H30N6O2)(NO)] or [Cu(L)Fe(CN)5(NO)] [where L is 1,8‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,6,8,10,13‐hexaazacyclotetradecane], has a one‐dimensional zigzag polymeric –Cu(L)–NC–Fe(NO)(CN)3–CN–Cu(L)– chain, in which the CuII and FeII centres are linked by two CN groups. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by four N atoms from the L ligand [Cu—N(L) = 1.999 (2)–2.016 (2) Å] and two cyanide N atoms [Cu—N = 2.383 (2) and 2.902 (3) Å], and has an elongated octahedral geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment, with Fe—N(nitroso) = 1.656 (2) Å and Fe—C(CN) = 1.938 (3)–1.948 (3) Å. The one‐dimensional zigzag chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The preparation and X‐ray crystal structure analysis of {trans‐[Pt(MeNH2)2(9‐MeG‐N1)2]} ? {3 K2[Pt(CN)4]} ? 6 H2O ( 3 a ) (with 9‐MeG being the anion of 9‐methylguanine, 9‐MeGH) are reported. The title compound was obtained by treating [Pt(dien)(9‐MeGH‐N7)]2+ ( 1 ; dien=diethylenetriamine) with trans‐[Pt(MeNH2)2(H2O)2]2+ at pH 9.6, 60 °C, and subsequent removal of the [(dien)PtII] entities by treatment with an excess amount of KCN, which converts the latter to [Pt(CN)4]2?. Cocrystallization of K2[Pt(CN)4] with trans‐[Pt(MeNH2)2(9‐MeG‐N1)2] is a consequence of the increase in basicity of the guanine ligand following its deprotonation and Pt coordination at N1. This increase in basicity is reflected in the pKa values of trans‐[Pt(MeNH2)2(9‐MeGH‐N1)2]2+ (4.4±0.1 and 3.3±0.4). The crystal structure of 3 a reveals rare (N7,O6 chelate) and unconventional (N2,C2,N3) binding patterns of K+ to the guaninato ligands. DFT calculations confirm that K+ binding to the sugar edge of guanine for a N1‐platinated guanine anion is a realistic option, thus ruling against a simple packing effect in the solid‐state structure of 3 a . The linkage isomer of 3 a , trans‐[Pt(MeNH2)2(9‐MeG‐N7)2] ( 6 a ) has likewise been isolated, and its acid–base properties determined. Compound 6 a is more basic than 3 a by more than 4 log units. Binding of metal entities to the N7 positions of 9‐MeG in 3 a has been studied in detail for [(NH3)3PtII], trans‐[(NH3)2PtII], and [(en)PdII] (en=ethylenediamine) by using 1H NMR spectroscopy. Without exception, binding of the second metal takes place at N7, but formation of a molecular guanine square with trans‐[(Me2NH2)PtII] cross‐linking N1 positions and trans‐[(NH3)2PtII] cross‐linking N7 positions could not be confirmed unambiguously, despite the fact that calculations are fully consistent with its existence.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of bicyclo[4.1.0]heptenes from 1,6‐enynes through Pd‐catalyzed cycloisomerization has been developed. N‐ and O‐tethered 1,6‐enynes were successfully transformed to their corresponding 3‐aza‐ and 3‐oxabicyclo[4.1.0]heptenes in reasonable‐to‐high yields using the catalysts [PdCl2(CH3CN)2]/P(OPh)3 or [Pd(maleimidate)2(PPh3)2] in toluene. The computational calculations using density functional theory indicate that [PdCl2{P(OPh)3}] in the oxidation state PdII acts as the active catalyst species for the formation of 3‐azabicyclo[4.1.0]heptenes through 6‐endo‐dig cyclization.  相似文献

The reaction of Schiff base 1,7-bis-(pyridin-2-yl)-2,6-diaza-1,6-heptadiene (L) with either NiCl2·6H2O or [PdIICl2(CH3CN)2]/Na[BF4] in 1?:?1 stoichiometry yielded mononuclear ionic complexes, trans-[NiII(L)(H2O)2]Cl2·3H2O (1·3H2O) and [PdII(L)][BF4]2 (2), respectively; the reaction of L with [PdIICl2(CH3CN)2] in 1?:?2 ratio yielded dinuclear cis-[PdII 2(μ-L)Cl4] (3). Complexes 1–3 were characterized by vibrational spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction; diamagnetic 2 and 3 were also characterized by NMR in solution. The molecular structures of 1 and 2 displayed tetradentate coordination of L with formation of two five-membered and one six-membered chelate rings for both complexes. In 3, L showed bidentate coordination mode for each pyridylimine toward PdII. Complex 1 has distorted octahedral geometry around NiII and an extended hydrogen-bond network; distorted square planar geometry around PdII in 2 and 3 was observed.  相似文献

The one‐dimensional chain catena‐poly[[aqua(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridyl‐κ3N)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐κ2N:C‐[bis(cyano‐κC)nickelate(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐κ2C:N], [Ni(terpy)(H2O)]‐trans‐[Ni‐μ‐(CN)2‐(CN)2]n or [Ni2(CN)4(C15H11N3)(H2O)], consists of infinite linear chains along the crystallographic [10] direction. The chains are composed of two distinct types of nickel ions, paramagnetic octahedral [Ni(terpy)(H2O)]2+ cations (with twofold crystallographic symmetry) and diamagnetic planar [Ni(CN)4]2? anions (with the Ni atom on an inversion center). The [Ni(CN)4]2? units act as bidentate ligands bridging through two trans cyano groups thus giving rise to a new example of a transtrans chain among planar tetracyanonickelate complexes. The coordination geometry of the planar nickel unit is typical of slightly distorted octahedral nickel(II) complexes, but for the [Ni(CN)4]2? units, the geometry deviates from a planar configuration due to steric interactions with the terpyridine ligands.  相似文献

Orange crystals of bis(acetonitrile‐κN)bis[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethanamine‐κ2P,P′]iron(II) tetrabromidoferrate(II), [Fe(CH3CN)2(C26H25NP2)2][FeBr4], (I), and red crystals of bis(acetonitrile‐κN)bis[N,N‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethanamine‐κ2P,P′]iron(II) μ‐oxido‐bis[tribromidoferrate(III)], [Fe(CH3CN)2(C26H25NP2)2][Fe2Br6O], (II), were obtained from the same solution after prolonged exposure to atmospheric oxygen, resulting in partial oxidation of the [FeBr4]2− anion to the [Br3FeOFeBr3]2− anion. The asymmetric unit of (I) consists of three independent cations, one on a general position and two on inversion centres, with two anions, required to balance the charge, located on general positions. The asymmetric unit of (II) consists of two independent cations and two anions, all on special positions. The geometric parameters within the coordination environments of the cations do not differ significantly, with the major differences being in the orientation of the phenyl rings on the bidentate phosphane ligand. The ethyl substituent in the cation of (II) and the Br atoms in the anions of (II) are disordered. The P—Fe—P bite angles represent the smallest angles reported to date for octahedral FeII complexes containing bidentate phosphine ligands with MeCN in the axial positions, ranging from 70.82 (3) to 70.98 (4)°. The average Fe—Br bond distances of 2.46 (2) and 2.36 (2) Å in the [FeBr4]2− and [Br3FeOFeBr3]2− anions, respectively, illustrate the differences in the Fe oxidation states.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Ag2Cd(CN)4(C12H12N2)2]·H2O or cis‐[Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2]·H2O, where 5,5′‐dmbpy is 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridyl, the asymmetric unit consists of a discrete neutral [Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2] unit and a solvent water molecule. The CdII cation is coordinated by two bidentate chelate 5,5′‐dmbpy ligands and two monodentate [AgI(CN)2] anions, which are in a cis arrangement around the CdII cation, leading to an octahedral CdN6 geometry. The overall structure is stabilized by a combination of intermolecular hydrogen bonding, and AgI...AgI and π–π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

The title imino–phosphine compound, [PdCl2(C26H22NP)]·CH3CN, was prepared by reaction of N‐[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)benzylidene]‐2‐methylaniline with dichlorido(cycloocta‐1,5‐diene)palladium(II) in dry CH2Cl2. The PdII cation is coordinated by the P and N atoms of the bidentate chelating ligand and by two chloride anions, generating a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry. There is a detectable trans influence for the chloride ligands. The methyl group present in this structure has an influence on the crystal packing.  相似文献

Three photoluminescent complexes containing either ZnII or CdII have been synthesized and their structures determined. Bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (I), bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (II), and bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(tricyanomethanido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C4N3)2], (III), all crystallize in the space group P , with the metal centres lying on centres of inversion, but neither analogues (I) and (II) nor CdII complexes (II) and (III) are isomorphous. A combination of N—H…N and C—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions generates three‐dimensional framework structures in (I) and (II), and a sheet structure in (III). The photoluminescence spectra of (I)–(III) indicate that the energies of the π–π* transitions in the coordinated triazole ligand are modified by minor changes of the ligand geometry associated with coordination to the metal centres.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the monomeric palladium(II) azide complexes of the type L2Pd(N3)2 (L = PPh3 ( 1 ), AsPh3 ( 2 ), and 2‐chloropyridine ( 3 )), the dimeric [(AsPh4)2][Pd2(N3)4Cl2] ( 4 ), the homoleptic azido palladate [(PNP)2][Pd(N3)4] ( 5 ) and the homoleptic azido platinates [(AsPh4)2][Pt(N3)4] · 2 H2O ( 6 ) and [(AsPh4)2][Pt(N3)6] ( 7 ) were determined by X‐ray diffraction at single crystals. 1 and 2 are isotypic and crystallize in the triclinic space group P1. 1 , 2 and 3 show terminal azide ligands in trans position. In 4 the [Pd2(N3)4Cl2]2– anions show end‐on bridging azide groups as well as terminal chlorine atoms and azide ligands. The anions in 5 and 6 show azide ligands in equal positions with almost local C4h symmetry at the platinum and palladium atom respectively. The metal atoms show a planar surrounding. The [Pt(N3)6]2– anions in 7 are centrosymmetric (idealized S6 symmetry) with an octahedral surrounding of six nitrogen atoms at the platinum centers.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C10H9N2O)2] or [CuII(CYMB)2], (I), was obtained in an attempt to reduce trans‐bis(2‐{[3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]iminomethyl}phenolato)copper(II), [Cu(TIMB)2], (II), with bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)cobalt(II) [decamethylcobaltocene, Cp*2Co, (III)]. The molecular structure of (I) has the CuII centre located on an inversion centre of the C2/c space group. A density functional theory (DFT) analysis at the B3LYP/Lanl2dz(CuF);6‐31G**(CHNO) level performed in order to optimize the structures of the free ligands CYMB and TIMB, and the metal complexes [CuI/II(CYMB)2]−/0 and [CuI/II(TIMB)2]−/0, reproduced well the X‐ray diffraction structure and allowed us to infer the insertion of the cyanomethide anion on the 3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl system from an evaluation of the Mulliken atomic charges and the electronic energies.  相似文献

Two zinc(II) and nickel(II) based coordination polymers, {[Zn(bibp)(MoO4)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ) [bibp = 4,4′‐bis(imidazol‐1‐yl)‐biphenyl] and [Ni2(CN)4(phen)2]n ( 2 ) (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline), were synthesized and structurally characterized under solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 can be viewed as the connection of the 1D W‐type chain [Zn(trans‐bibp)] with the MoO42– anion to form a uninodal 4‐connected net, whereas 2 features one‐dimensional NiII cyanide chains decorated either with linear Ni(CN)4 side chains or with 1,10‐phenanthroline ligands bound directly to the NiII sites of the parent chain. In addition, in vitro anticancer activities of compounds 1 and 2 on four human breast cancer cells (MDA‐MB‐231, MDA‐MB‐468, SK‐BR‐3, and MCF7) was further determined.  相似文献

Partial reduction of the CuII ions in the aqueous system CuII–en–[Ni(CN)4]2? (1/1/1) (en is 1,2‐diaminoethane) yields a novel heterobimetallic mixed‐valence compound, poly[[aquabis(1,2‐diaminoethane)copper(II)] [hexa‐μ‐cyano‐tetracyanobis(1,2‐diaminoethane)tricopper(I,II)dinickel(II)] dihydrate], [Cu(C2H8N2)2(H2O)][Ni2Cu3(CN)10(C2H8N2)2]·2H2O or [Cu(en)2(H2O)][Cu(en)2Ni2Cu2(CN)10]·2H2O. The structure is formed by a negatively charged two‐dimensional array of the cyano complex [Cu(en)2Ni2Cu2(CN)10]n2n?, [Cu(en)2(H2O)]2+ complex cations and water molecules of crystallization. These last are involved in a complicated hydrogen‐bonding system. The cyano groups act as terminal, μ2‐bridging or μ3‐bridging ligands.  相似文献
