A novel design for initiating radical-based chemistry in a catalytic fashion is described. The design of the concept is based on the phenylselenyl group transfer reaction from alkyl phenyl selenides by utilizing PhSeSiR(3) (1) as a catalytic reagent. The reaction is initiated by the homolytic cleavage of -C-Se- bond of an alkyl phenyl selenide by the in situ generated alkylsilyl radical (R(3)Si(*)), obtained by the mesolysis of PhSeSiR(3)](*)(-)( )()(1(*)(-)). The oxidative dimerization of counteranion PhSe(-) to PhSeSePh functions as radical terminator. The generation of 1(*)(-) is achieved by the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) promoted reductive activation of 1 through a photosystem comprising of a visible-light (410 nm)-absorbing electron rich DMA as an electron donor and ascorbic acid as a co-oxidant (Figure 1). The optimum mole ratio between the catalyst 1 and alkyl phenyl selenides for successful reaction is established to be 1:10. The generality of the concept is demonstrated by carrying out variety of radical reactions such as cyclization (10, 15-18), intermolecular addition (25), and tandem annulations (32).  相似文献

The C-ON bond homolysis in alkoxyamine 2a can be chemically triggered by the protonation of the 4-pyridylalkyl fragment. The resulting 15-fold increase in k(d) (Chem. Commun. 2011, 47, 4291-4293) was investigated experimentally and theoretically by quaternization of the pyridyl moiety using methylating (MeOTs), acylating (AcCl), and benzylating (PhCH(2)Br) agents as well as by oxidation of the pyridyl moiety into N-oxide and by the formation of a dative bond with BH(3) as a Lewis acid.  相似文献

The conversion of ammonium (NH(4) (+)) to 1-sulfonato-iso-indole has been examined as a method for natural abundance measurement of delta(15)N of NH(4) (+). The reaction is complete within 2 h and is based on the derivatisation of NH(4) (+) by o-phthaldialdehyde and sodium sulfite at a high pH, 11.2. The product is readily concentrated from dilute solutions by reverse-phase solid-phase extraction (SPE). The method is compound-specific despite partial derivatisation of potentially interfering amino acids, as their derivatives are not extracted by SPE. delta(15)N values of NH(4) (+) in KCL soil extracts can be measured within 48 h by automated continuous-flow IRMS with a precision of 0.23 per thousand (1 SD). Parallel measurements of NH(4) (+) standards of known delta(15)N are made to allow correction for the isotopic dilution by non-sample NH(4) (+). The practicality of this method is demonstrated by measuring the changes in NH(4) (+) concentration and delta(15)N following the addition of urea as a nitrogen source to inorganic N-depleted soil.  相似文献

采用油包水反相乳液法, 以马来酸酐酯化葡聚糖-氨基吡啶偶联物(Dex-MA-AP)为功能大单体、过渡态类似物p-硝基苯磷酸酯(NPP)为模板分子、Co2+为中心离子, 制得分子印迹微凝胶模拟酶(MIGs). 用紫外光谱研究了Dex-MA-AP上吡啶功能基团与NPP之间的相互作用. 用SEM观察了MIGs的形貌和大小. 研究发现, MIGs催化活性受模板分子和交联剂用量的影响,MIGs催化p-硝基乙酸苯酯(NPA)水解反应行为可用Michaelis-Menten方程进行描述, 其最大催化水解反应速率(Vm)和Michaelis-Menten常数(Km)分别为25.1 nmol/h和0.030 mmol/L, 且具有较好的催化选择性.  相似文献

以双醛葡聚糖-组氨酸偶连物(PAD-His)为功能大单体、过渡态类似物p-硝基苯磷酸酯(NPP)为模板分子、Co2+为中心离子,采用油包水反相乳液法首次制得具有酯酶活性的温敏型分子印迹微凝胶(MIGs).催化水解实验表明,MIGs催化活性受模板分子用量的影响,并可通过温度进行有效调控.MIGs催化p-硝基乙酸苯酯(NPA)水解反应行为可用Michaelis-Menten方程进行描述,其最大催化水解反应速率和Michaelis-Menten常数分别为2.04×10-8mol/h和2.2×10-5mol/L,且具有较好的催化选择性.  相似文献

Cyclodextrin-modified graphene oxide nanosheets (denoted as CD/GO) were synthesized by an in-situ polymerization method and characterized by as well as Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and potentiometric acid-base titration. The characterization results indicated that CD was successfully grafted onto GO surfaces by forming a chemical bond. Mutual effects on the simultaneous removal of hexavalent uranium and humic acid by CD/GO from aqueous solution were investigated. The results indicated that U(VI) and humic acid (HA) sorption on CD/GO were greatly affected by pH and ionic strength. The presence of HA enhanced U(VI) sorption at low pH and reduced U(VI) sorption at high pH, whereas the presence of U(VI) enhanced HA sorption. The surface adsorbed HA acted as a “bridge” between U(VI) and CD/GO, and formed strong inner-sphere surface complexes with U(VI). Sorption isotherms of U(VI) or HA on CD/GO could be well fitted by the Langmuir model. This work highlights that CD/GO can be used as a promising material in the enrichment of U(VI) and HA from wastewater in U(VI) and humic substances obtained by environmental pollution cleanup.  相似文献

Gold nanorod (GNR)–photosensitizer (PS) complex was prepared using anionic PS (sodium salt of purpurin‐18) and cationic poly(allylamine hydrochloride) by layer‐by‐layer method, and was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, UV‐vis spectroscopy, and zeta potential. The GNR–PS complex is a promising agent for synergistic (photothermal and photodynamic) therapy (PTT/PDT), in which PTT generates heat as well as operates the PS release which maximize the following PDT activity. The combined dual therapy, PTT followed by PDT, exhibits a significantly higher photocytotoxicity result based on synergistic effect of hyperthermia from PTT as well as singlet oxygen photogeneration from PDT.  相似文献

The investigation of the host-guest complex formations between cyclophane (TGDMAP) (1) as a host and L-acidic amino acids such as L-glutamic acid (Glu) and L-aspartic acid (Asp) as guests was carried out using fast atom bombardment (FAB), electrospray ionization (ESI) and cold-spray ionization (CSI) mass spectrometry (MS). The stability constant (K(s)) values obtained by the three different MS methods almost agreed. However, the complex ion peaks of a novel cyclophane (CPCn) (2) with Glu and Asp were not observed in FAB-MS. Then, these host-guest complex formations by use of CSI-MS and ESI-MS was examined, as the results, these complex ion peaks were observed clearly and the measurement values by the two MS methods are mostly in agreement. It was concluded that ESI-MS and CSI-MS are available for the determination of K(s) value as well as FAB-MS.  相似文献

Self-stabilized magnetic polymeric composite nanoparticles (SS-MPCPs) were prepared by emulsifier-free miniemulsion polymerization using styrene (St) as a monomer, sodium p-styrenesulfonate (NaSS) as an ionic comonomer, hexadecane (HD) as a hydrophobe, and 2,2'-azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator in the presence of hydrophobic magnetite particles. The hydrophobic magnetite particles with an average size of about 10 nm were prepared by the acidification of the water-based magnetite ferrofluid, previously synthesized by a chemical coprecipitation method. Some colloidal features of the synthesized SS-MPCPs were analyzed. The morphology and the particle size distributions (PSDs) of the SS-MPCPs were observed and analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface charge density was determined by conductometric titration. The surface hairy layer and the colloidal stability of SS-MPCPs against different electrolytes were determined by photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS). The average Fe3O4 content of SS-MPCPs was determined by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) was used to analyze the magnetic properties of the SS-MPCPs under dry conditions. The results show that the encapsulation of magnetite is successful and the distribution of magnetite particles inside SS-MPCPs is mainly in the core of the particles. The best SS-MPCPs prepared had a relatively narrow PSD, exhibited superparamagnetism, and possessed some magnetic response.  相似文献

以聚乙二醇(PEG)和N -苄氧羰基 -L- 天冬氨酸酐为原料,通过溶液缩聚法制备了聚(聚乙二醇 -co -L -天冬氨酸)交替预聚物(PEG- ASP) n;进一步以辛酸亚锡为催化剂、(PEG- ASP) n 为共引发剂引发D ,L- LA和GA开环共聚合成了带有侧氨基功能基团的PLGA (PEG- ASP) n 共聚物.用GPC、FT -IR、1 H -NMR、DSC等研究了共聚物的结构和性能.结果表明,共聚物表现为典型的无定形聚合物;(PEG- ASP) n 的含量对共聚物的性能有显著影响,随(PEG- ASP) n 含量增加,共聚物的亲水性增强,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)下降;以Pd(5wt% ) C为催化剂,采用催化加氢方法可完全脱除共聚物侧氨基上的保护基团;脱除侧氨基上的保护基团后,共聚物的分子量和Tg 值均略有增大,亲水性有所提高.  相似文献

Single-crystal cerium hydroxide carbonate (Ce(OH)CO3) triangular microplates with the hexagonal phase have been successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method at 150 degrees C using cerium nitrate (Ce(NO3)3.6H2O) as the cerium source, aqueous carbamide as both an alkaline and carbon source, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a surfactant. Single-crystal ceria (CeO2) triangular microplates have been fabricated by a thermal decomposition-oxidation process at 650 degrees C for 7 h using single-crystal Ce(OH)CO3 microplates as the precursor. The shape of the Ce(OH)CO3 microplate was sustained after thermal decomposition-oxidation to CeO2. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), differential scanning calorimetric analysis (DSC), and thermogravimetric analysis (TG).  相似文献

Solid-phase extraction (SPE) with a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as sorbent has been investigated for the clean-up of the broad-spectrum bacteriostatic antibiotic chloramphenicol (CAP) in honey samples. The MIP was prepared by using methacrylic acid (MAA) as functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as cross-linker, chloroform as porogen and CAP as template molecule. The binding behaviour of the template CAP on the MIP was evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography, and then the MIP was applied as a sorbent in SPE to selectively extract CAP from honey. It was shown that recoveries of nearly 100% of a CAP standard solution and up to 94% from spiked honey samples could be obtained after SPE.  相似文献

Crystalline ZrPO(4)Cl(CH(3))(2)SO was prepared by direct precipitation in the presence of oxalic acid as a zirconium complexing agent. The structure of ZrPO(4)Cl(CH(3))(2)SO, refined with the Rietveld method using X-ray powder diffraction data, was confirmed to be close to that of the compound prepared using gamma-zirconium phosphate as a precursor. Chloride anions directly bonded to zirconium were found to act as weak ligands; this made possible their replacement with other monodentate anionic ligands. The preparation and a preliminary characterization of a series of inorganic derivatives obtained by topotactic replacement of Cl with OH, Br, MSO(4) (M = H, NH(4), Na), NaMoO(4), and HCrO(4) anions is reported. The possibility of replacement of chloride also with organic anions, such as alkoxides and carboxylates, and the possibility of substituting also dimethyl sulfoxide with other neutral ligands, as shown by preliminary study, makes ZrPO(4)Cl(CH(3))(2)SO a useful and very flexible precursor for materials chemistry.  相似文献

The immobilization of purpurogallin on the surface of amino group containing silica gel phase for the formation of a newly synthesized silica gel-bound purpurogallin (SGBP) is described. The surface modification was studied and evaluated by determination of the surface coverage value by both the elemental analysis and metal probe testing method, which was found to be 0.485 and 0.460 mmol g−1, respectively. The metal sorption properties of SGBP were examined by a series of di- and tri-valent metal ions. The metal capacity values (mmol g−1) for this series of metal ions were also determined under different buffer solutions (pH 1.0–6.0) as well as shaking times by the batch equilibrium technique. The results of this study confirmed the strong affinity and selectivity as well as the fast equilibration and interaction processes of SGBP and Fe(III) compared to the other tested metal ions. The reduction–oxidation process of iron(II)/iron(III) by SGBP was also studied and the results indicated only 2.1% reduction of iron(III) into iron(II). The selectivity incorporated into silica gel phase via the immobilization of purpurogallin was intensively studied for a several binary mixtures containing iron(III)—another interfering metal ion. The determined percentage extraction values of iron(III) from these mixtures were found to be in the range of 94–100%. The potential applications of SGBP as a selective solid extractor for iron(III) from natural tap water samples and real matrices were also studied and the results revealed good percentage extraction values of iron(III) (93.5−94.9±4.6−5.3%) of the spiked iron(III) in the acidified tap water samples as well as a high preconcentration factor of 500 was also established when SGBP was used as a selective solid phase extractor and preconcentration of iron(III) from acidified soft drink samples with percentage recovery values of (98.0−97.4±4.7−5.3%) of the spiked iron(III).  相似文献

Reactions of benzil bis(thiosemicarbazone), LH(6), with M(NO(3))(2).nH(2)O (M = Zn, Cd, and Ni), in the presence of LiOH.H(2)O, show the versatile behavior of this molecule. The structure of the ligand, with the thiosemicarbazone moieties on opposite sides of the carbon backbone, changes to form complexes by acting as a chelating molecule. Complexes of these metal ions with empirical formula [MLH(4)] were obtained, although they show different molecular structures depending on their coordinating preferences. The zinc complex is the first example of a crystalline coordination polymer in which a bis(thiosemicarbazone) acts as bridging ligand, through a nitrogen atom, giving a 1D polymeric structure. The coordination sphere is formed by the imine nitrogen and sulfur atoms, and the remaining position, in a square-based pyramid, is occupied by an amine group of another ligand. The cadmium derivative shows the same geometry around the metal ion but consists of a dinuclear structure with sulfur atoms acting as a bridge between the metal ions. However, in the nickel complex LH(6) acts as a N(2)S(2) ligand yielding a planar structure for the nickel atom. The ligand and its complexes have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, microanalysis, mass spectrometry, IR, (1)H, and (13)C NMR spectroscopies and for the cadmium complex by (113)Cd NMR in solution and in the solid state.  相似文献

Two Au(III) complexes of the type [Au(en)2]Cl3 (2a) and [Au(N-pr-en)2]Cl3 (3a) were synthesized by reacting Auric acid (HAuCl(4)·3H2O) with 2 equiv. ethylenediamine (en) or N-alkyl substituted ethylenediamine ligands. This metallodrug was characterized by various analytical and spectroscopic techniques such as elemental analysis, UV-Vis, Far-IR, 1H NMR and solution 13C as well as solid 13C and 15N NMR. Potentiality of [Au(en)2]Cl3 and [Au(N-pr-en)2]Cl3 as an anti-cancer agent were investigated by measuring some relevant physicochemical and biochemical properties such as stability of Au-N bonds by vibrational stretching from Far IR as well as cytotoxicity and stomach cancer cell inhibiting effect, respectively. The solid-state 15N NMR chemical shift shows that the ligand is strongly bound to gold(III) centre via N atoms. The computational study of 2a shows that the gold coordination sphere adopts distorted square planar geometry with bidentate ethylenediamine ligands acting as a tetradentate chelate. While stable in the solution state, the in vitro biological studies performed with these compounds 2a in solution showed higher activity towards the inhibitory effects of the human cancer cell lines such as prostate cancer (PC-3) and gastric carcinoma (SGC-7901) than that of the N-substituted gold(III) complex (3a). Cytotoxicity of the new compounds has also been estimated in PC-3 and SGC-7901 cells.  相似文献
