食物过敏是由食物引起的机体对免疫系统的异常反应,近几十年来,世界范围内食物过敏反应症患者呈逐年上升趋势,食物过敏已成为一个新兴的食品安全问题。极其微量的过敏原即能导致一些患者出现强烈的过敏反应,因此寻求降低食物过敏原的活性处理方法显得格外重要。该文综述了近年来关于食物过敏原的低过敏性处理方法及其评价体系的研究进展,通过对低过敏性生物处理方法中的酶解法、物理方法和生物物理结合法,以及食物过敏原性的体外评价方法和动物模型评价体系进行对比分析和讨论,探讨了食物过敏原的低过敏性处理方法及其评价体系的发展方向。 相似文献

Interest in peptide-based supramolecular materials has grown extensively since the 1980s and the application of computational methods has paralleled this. These methods contribute to the understanding of experimental observations based on interactions and inform the design of new supramolecular systems. They are also used to virtually screen and navigate these very large design spaces. Increasingly, the use of artificial intelligence is employed to screen far more candidates than traditional methods. Based on a brief history of computational and experimentally integrated investigations of peptide structures, we explore recent impactful examples of computationally driven investigation into peptide self-assembly, focusing on recent advances in methodology development. It is clear that the integration between experiment and computation to understand and design new systems is becoming near seamless in this growing field. 相似文献

In recent years, the interest in new extraction methods with lower sample volume requirements, simpler equipment and handling, and lower reagent consumption, has led to the development of a series of microextraction methods based on extraction phases in the microliter order. Nowadays, many references can be found for several of these methods, which imply a wide range of applications referred to both the analyte and the sample nature. Complex polymer systems, which exhibit multiple distributions in their molecular parameters can be characterized by coupled
liquid chromatographic methods. The latter combine entropic (exclusion) and enthalpic (interaction) retention mechanisms.
However, recent experimental results suggest that some coupled liquid chromatographic methods may suffer from incomplete sample
recovery. This refers, for example, to liquid chromatography under critical conditions of enthalpic interactions and to eluent
gradient liquid chromatography. Sample recovery in both latter methods was investigated for selected model systems applying
adsorption retention mechanism. Reduced sample recovery was confirmed for both methods. It was revealed that even very high
final strength of mobile phase may be insufficient for complete elution of polymer samples in eluent gradient polymer liquid

For the fabrication of next-generation flexible metal oxide devices, solution-based methods are considered as a promising approach because of their potential advantages, such as high-throughput, large-area scalability, low-cost processing, and easy control over the chemical composition. However, to obtain certain levels of electrical performance, a high process temperature is essential, which can significantly limit its application in flexible electronics. Therefore, this article discusses recent research conducted on developing low-temperature, solution-processed, flexible, metal oxide semiconductor devices, from a single thin-film transistor device to fully integrated circuits and systems. The main challenges of solution-processed metal oxide semiconductors are introduced. Recent advances in materials, processes, and semiconductor structures are then presented, followed by recent advances in electronic circuits and systems based on these semiconductors, including emerging flexible energy-harvesting devices for self-powered systems that integrate displays, sensors, data-storage units, and information processing functions. 相似文献

Neutron scattering is a valuable tool not only in studying the structure but also the dynamics of nanoscale soft matter systems. By combining different neutron scattering methods, it is possible to observe energy changes from millielectronvolt to nanoelectronvolt. A unique advantage of neutron scattering is the possibility to highlight different parts of a system simply by changing its isotopic composition, allowing to study specific parts of complex systems. This review tries to give an overview of the possibilities of neutron scattering methods together with some recent examples, mostly from neutron spin-echo spectroscopy, which is the method allowing to measure the smallest changes in energy. 相似文献

The aim of a more precise knowledge about molecular structures and the nature of chemical bonds is the driving force behind the development of numerous experimental methods and theories. Recent soft X-ray based techniques provide novel opportunities for tackling the structure and the dynamics of chemical and biochemical systems in solution. In our research group we are developing experimental methods for mapping the electronic structure and dynamics of molecular systems in solution during bond-building and breaking using soft X-ray absorption and emission spectroscopy. The combination of such recent developments with conventional spectroscopy as well as theoretical modeling allows us to address open questions about hydrogen bonds, thermodynamics and active centers of biological systems. Based on the core-hole clock and pump-probe spectroscopy dynamics on the time scale from sub-femtoseconds up to picoseconds can be revealed. 相似文献
