In this paper, we study the global exponential stability in Lagrange sense for continuous recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with multiple time delays. Three different types of activation functions are considered, which include both bounded and unbounded activation functions. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov-like functions, we provide easily verifiable criteria for the boundedness and global exponential attractivity of RNNs. These results can be applied to analyze monostable as well as multistable neural networks.  相似文献

Convergence dynamics of reaction–diffusion recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with continuously distributed delays and stochastic influence are considered. Some sufficient conditions to guarantee the almost sure exponential stability, mean value exponential stability and mean square exponential stability of an equilibrium solution are obtained, respectively. Lyapunov functional method, M-matrix properties, some inequality technique and nonnegative semimartingale convergence theorem are used in our approach. These criteria ensuring the different exponential stability show that diffusion and delays are harmless, but random fluctuations are important, in the stochastic continuously distributed delayed reaction–diffusion RNNs with the structure satisfying the criteria. Two examples are also given to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

In general, a proportional function is obviously not antiperiodic, yet a very interesting fact in this paper shows that it is possible there is an antiperiodic solution for some proportional delayed dynamical systems. We deal with the issue of antiperiodic solutions for RNNs (recurrent neural networks) incorporating multiproportional delays. Employing Lyapunov method, inequality techniques and concise mathematical analysis proof, sufficient criteria on the existence of antiperiodic solutions including its uniqueness and exponential stability are built up. The obtained results provide us some lights for designing a stable RNNs and complement some earlier publications. In addition, simulations show that the theoretical antiperiodic dynamics are in excellent agreement with the numerically observed behavior.  相似文献

In this paper, the robust global exponential stability is investigated for the discrete-time recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with time-varying interval delay. By choosing an augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, delay-dependent results guaranteeing the global exponential stability and the robust exponential stability of the concerned neural network are obtained. The results are shown to be a generalization of some previous results, and less conservative than the existing works. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the influence of the noise and delay upon the stability property of reaction-diffusion recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with the time-varying delay is discussed. The new and easily verifiable conditions to guarantee the mean value exponential stability of an equilibrium solution are derived. The rate of exponential convergence can be estimated by means of a simple computation based on these criteria.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problems of determining the global exponential stability and estimating the exponential-convergence rate for a class of recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with mixed discrete and distributed delays. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and employing linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique, new delay-dependent exponential-stability criteria are derived in term of LMIs and the exponential-convergence rate is estimated. In this paper, we investigate the problem of robust global exponential stability analysis for a class of neutral-type neural networks. The interval time-varying delays allow for both slow and fast time-varying delays. The values of the time-varying uncertain parameters are assumed to be bounded within given compact sets. Improved global exponential stability condition is derived by employing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the integral inequality. The developed nominal and robust stability criteria is delay-dependent and characterized by linear-matrix inequalities (LMIs). The developed results are less conservative than previous published ones in the literature, which are illustrated by representative numerical examples.  相似文献
