A mononuclear manganese complex Mn(SCN)2(H2O)4(2C6H12N4 (C14H32O4N10MnS2, C6H12N4 = hexamethylenetetramine) has been synthesized. The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of tetragonal, space group P42/mnm with a = 9.5591(7), b = 9.5591(7), c = 13.8253(15) (A), V = 1263.31(19) (A)3, Z = 2, Mr = 523.56, Dc = 1.376 g/cm3, μ = 0.727 mm-1, F(000) = 550, Rint = 0.0302, T = 293(2) K, R = 0.0380 and wR = 0.1184 for 549 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from isothiocyanato anion and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral geometry. Hexamethylenetetramine molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(SCN)2(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding and S...S interac- tions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

The title compound, spiro[1-bromo(S)-4-(R)-hydroxy-5-oxa-6-oxo-bicyclo[3.1.0]-hxane-2,2'-(3'-diethyl-α-(S)-4'-Cl-benzyloxyphosphonyl-4'-(1R,2S,5R)-menthyloxybutyrolactone)] has been synthesized via the tandem asymmetric reaction and it crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 11.067(3), b = 12.484(2), c = 12.356(2)(A), β = 101.95°,C29H39BrC1O10P, Mr = 693.93, V= 1670.2(6) (A)3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.380 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.071073nm, μ = 1.410 mm-1, F(000) = 720, the final R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.0758 for 6190 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure is characterized by the special combination of biologic phosphonyl group and one cyclopropane as well as two butyrolactones. The title compound, {[Cu(2,2'-bipy)(C7H4O5S)(H2O)2](H2O}n (2,2'-bipy = 2,2'- bipyridine), was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(NO3)2(3H2O, 2,2'-bipyridine and 2-sulphobenzoic acid, and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. With an aim to discover novel AHAS inhibitors,the title compound (S)-ethyl-2(2-methoxy-phenylsulfenamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (C 21 H 22 N 2 O 4 S,M r=398.47) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with a=8.078(2),b=12.824(4),c=18.788(6),V=1946.2(10) 3,Z=4,F(000)=840,D c=1.360 mg/m 3,μ=0.197 mm-1,the final R=0.0433 and wR=0.1035 for 3075 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The absolute structure Flack parameter X of this compound is 0.00(8).A total of 14375 reflections were collected,of which 3431 were independent (R int=0.0437).X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves two intermolecular N-H···O and one N-H···S intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the neighboring molecules.The crystal structure was compared with our previously reported (S)-methyl 2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (R=H(1) and Cl(2)),which provided some useful information of these compounds.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 6.6276(13), b = 10.993(2), c = 25.027(5) , β = 90°, V = 1823.4(6)3, Z = 4, C16H20N3O5S, Mr = 366.41, Dc = 1.335 g/cm3, μ = 0.208 mm-1, F(000) = 772, S = 1.007, the final R = 0.0465 and wR = 0.1061 for 3251 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Compound 1 (C18H18N2O4S) belongs to orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.6348(14), b = 11.1517(17), c = 16.412(3) A, V = 1763.4(5) A^3, Mr = 358.40, Z = 4, De = 1.350 g/cm^3,/t = 0.209 mm^-1, F(000) = 752, R = 0.0348 and wR = 0.0714. Compound 2 (CI8H17ClN2O4S) crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 9.3128(14), b = 10.9655(16), c = 17.783(3) A, V = 1815.9(5) A^3, Mr = 392.85, Z = 4, De = 1.437 g/cm^3, p = 0.352 mm^-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0845. A three-dimensional Cu2+ supramolecular complex [Na2Cu(BTA)2(H2O)8]·H2O 1 (H2BTA = bistetrazolylamine) was synthesized by reacting the aqueous solution of CuSO4·5H2O and H2BTA under stirring. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The result indicates that 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1,with a = 7.0518(2),b = 12.2692(2),c = 13.8583(3) ,α = 115.7260(10),β = 93.2440(10),γ = 98.3610(10)o,Mr = 573.90,V = 1059.01(4) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.800 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.155 mm-1,F(000) = 586.0,S = 1.074,the final R = 0.0273 and wR = 0.0744 for 4334 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Cu2+ ion is five-coordinated with a N4O1 donor set with τ = 0.153 according to the method of Addison et al. And the Na+ ions form an infinite main chain through bridging O atoms from coordinated water molecules. A POMs-based 3D zeolike ionic crystal 1, {[Co(dpdo)2(CH3CN)(H2O)2]2(SiMo12O40)- (HEO)2}n (dpdo = 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide), was constructed via self-assembly by embedding Keggintype [SiMo12O40]^4- polyanions within the intercrystalline voids as pillars and structurally characterized. Flack factor is 0.22(3). Compound 1 is a pillar-layered framework with the [SiMo12O40]^4- anions linearly located on the square voids between the 2D bilayers which are formed by the dpdo ligands and cobalt(II) ions.  相似文献

La3+ ion is eight-coordinated by three DMSO molecules, three H2O molecules and two [Cr(CN)6]3- units. The structure of the title complex possesses a cyano-bridged onedimensional zigzag chain structure with alternating La(DMSO)3(H2O)3 and Cr(CN)6 moieties, which are linked by some hydrogen bonds to form a 3D network structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm-1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.  相似文献
