Calculations at the CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVDZ//B3LYP/6-31G* level of theory indicate that doublet [CCCCO]-* is a stable species which should undergo collision-induced Franck-Condon vertical oxidation under neutralisation-reionisation conditions (-NR+) to produce both triplet CCCCO (ground state) and singlet CCCCO. Some of the neutral CCCCO species formed (particularly the triplet) should be stable for the microsecond duration of the NR experiment, whereas others will be energised (particularly the singlet) and should decompose to C3 and CO. The [CCCCO]-* radical anion has been formed in the ion source of the mass spectrometer by the reaction CH3OCH2C[triple bond]C-CO-CH(CH3)2 + O-* --> [CCCCO]-* + CH3O* + H2O + (CH3)2CH*. The -NR+ spectrum of [CCCCO]-* shows a recovery signal at m/z 64 corresponding to ionised CCCCO, together with a pronounced peak at m/z 36 (CCC+*) produced by ionisation of CCC (formed by the reaction CCCCO --> CCC + CO). The experimental observations are in agreement with the predictions of the theoretical study.  相似文献

Computations at the RCCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVDZ//B3LYP/6-31G* level of theory indicate that neutral C(6)CO is a stable species. The ground state of this neutral is the singlet cumulene oxide :C=C=C=C=C=C=C=O. The adiabatic electron affinity and dipole moment of singlet C(6)CO are 2.47 eV and 4.13 D, respectively, at this level of theory. The anion (C(6)CO)-* should be a possible precursor to this neutral. It has been formed by an unequivocal synthesis in the ion source of a mass spectrometer by the S(N)2(Si) reaction between (CH(3))(3)Si-C(triple bond)C-C(triple bond)C-C(triple bond)C-CO-CMe(3) and F(-) to form (-)C(triple bond)C-C(triple bond)C-C(triple bond)C-CO-Me(3) which loses Me(3)C* in the source to form C(6)CO(-)*. Charge stripping of this anion by vertical Franck-Condon oxidation forms C(6)CO, characterised by the neutralisation-reionisation spectrum (-NR(+)) of C(6)CO(-*), which is stable during the timeframe of this experiment (10(-6) s).  相似文献

The beta-fluorinated derivative (2b) of the 1,3-dipyrrolyl-1,3-propanedione BF2 complex has been prepared from 3,4-difluoropyrrole and malonyl chloride, followed by treatment with BF3.OEt2. Despite the simple, acyclic, and neutral structure, 2b exhibits efficient 1:1 binding for anions in CH2Cl2 using the bridging CH and pyrrole NH as interaction sites. The binding constant (Ka) of 2b for acetate (CH3CO(2-)), associating more effectively than anions such as F-, Cl-, Br-, H2PO(4-), and HSO(4-), is estimated to be 9.6 x 10(5) M(-1), approximately 9 times larger than that of the beta-H derivative 2a (1.1 x 10(5) M(-1)). The UV-vis and fluorescence spectral changes of 2b elucidate the effective recognition of an amino acid, such as phenylalanine, in the anionic form; this is also supported by CD spectral changes with mirror images by L- and D-isomers. Furthermore, in the solid state, BF2 complex 2b provides Cl- -bridged supramolecular networks and, in sharp contrast, deprotonated "anionic" self-assembled structures by F- binding.  相似文献

Franck-Condon one-electron oxidation of the stable anions -CH2CN, CH3-CHCN and -CH2CH2CN (in the collision cell of a reverse-sector mass spectrometer) produce the radicals .CH2CN, CH3.CHCN and .CH2CH2CN, which neither rearrange nor decompose during the microsecond duration of the neutralisation-reionisation experiment. Acetonitrile (CH3CN) and propionitrile (CH3CH2CN) are known interstellar molecules and radical abstraction of these could produce energised .CH2CN and CH3.CHCN, which might react with NH2. (a known interstellar radical) on interstellar dust or ice surfaces to form NH2CH2CN and NH2CH(CH3)CN, precursors of the amino acids glycine and alanine.  相似文献

A series of platinum(II) terpyridyl alkynyl complexes that have been derivatized with basic amino functionalities, [Pt(tpy)(C[triple bond]C-C6H4-NR2-4]X (X = OTf-, R = CH3 1, R = CH2CH2OCH3 2, R = H 3; X = Cl-, R = CH3 4, R = CH2CH2OCH3 5, R = H 6) (tpy = 2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine), have been synthesized and characterized. Their photophysical responses at various acid concentrations were studied. The abilities of the complexes to function as colorimetric and luminescence pH sensors were demonstrated with dramatic color changes and luminescence enhancement upon introduction of acid.  相似文献

The reaction between O-. and MeO-CH2-C identical to C-CDO in the ion source of a VG ZAB 2HF mass spectrometer gives a number of product anions including [H2CCCCO]-. and [HCCCCDO]-. (in the ratio 1:5). Neutralisation-reionisation (NR+) of [H2CCCCO]-. results in the sequential two-electron vertical oxidation [H2CCCCO]-.-->H2CCCCO-->[H2CCCCO](+.). Singlet H2CCCCO lies 158 kJ mol-1 below the triplet [at the CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVDZ//B3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory]. The majority of neutrals H2CCCCO are stable for the microsecond duration of the NR experiment, but some are energized and decompose to give H2CCC and CO. A similar NR+ experiment with [HCCCCDO]-. yields neutrals HCCCCDO, some of which are excited and rearrange. Calculations show that it is the singlet form of HCCCCHO which rearranges (the singlet lies 36 kJ mol-1 above the ground state triplet): the rearrangement occurs by the sequential H transfer process, HCCCCHO-->HCC(CH)CO<--H2CCCCO. Neutral HCCCCHO needs an excess energy of only 43 kJ mol-1 to effect this reaction, which is exothermic by 230 kJ mol-1. Both HCC(CH)CO and H2CCCCO formed in this way should have sufficient excess energy to cause some loss of CO. The anions [CC(CH)CHO]-. and [CC(CD)CHO]-. are formed in the ion source of the mass spectrometer by the reactions of HO- with Me3SiC identical to C-CH = CHOMe and Me3SiC identical to C-CD = CHOMe respectively. NR+ of these anions indicate that energized forms of CC(CH)CHO and CC(CD)CHO may rearrange to isomer(s) which decompose by loss of CO. Singlet CC(CH)CHO rearranges to HCC(CH)CO and H2CCCCO, both of which are energized and fragment by loss of CO.  相似文献

The previously unknown radical anions of unsaturated E2N4S2 ring systems (E=RC, R2NC, R2P) can be generated voltammetrically by the one-electron reduction of the neutral species and, despite half-lives on the order of a few seconds, have been unambiguously characterized by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroelectrochemistry using a highly sensitive in situ electrolysis cell. Cyclic voltammetric studies using a glassy-carbon working electrode in CH3CN and CH2Cl2 with [nBu4N][PF6] as the supporting electrolyte gave reversible formal potentials for the [E2N4S2]0/- process in the range of -1.25 to -1.77 V and irreversible peak potentials for oxidation in the range of 0.66 to 1.60 V (vs the Fc+/0 couple; Fc=ferrocene). Reduction of the neutral compound undergoes an electrochemically reversible one-electron transfer, followed by the decay of the anion to an unknown species via a first-order (chemical) reaction pathway. The values of the first-order rate constant, kf, for the decay of all the radical anions in CH2Cl2 have been estimated from the decay of the EPR signals for (X-C6H4CN2S)2*-, where X=4-OCH3 (kf=0.04 s(-1)), 4-CH3 (kf=0.02 s(-1)), 4-H (kf=0.08 s(-1)), 4-Cl (kf=0.05 s(-1)), 4-CF3 (kf=0.05 s(-1)), or 3-CF3 (kf=0.07 s(-1)), and for [(CH3)3CCN2S]2*- (kf=0.02 s(-1)), [(CH3)2NCN2S]2*- (kf=0.05 s(-1)), and [(C6H5)2PN2S]2*- (kf=0.7 s(-1)). Values of kf for X=4-H and for [(CH3)2NCN2S]2*- were also determined from the cyclic voltammetric responses (in CH2Cl2) and were both found to be 0.05 s(-1). Possible pathways for the first-order anion decomposition that are consistent with the experimental observations are discussed. Density functional theory calculations at the UB3LYP/6-31G(d) level of theory predict the structures of the radical anions as either planar (D2h) or folded (C2v) species; the calculated hyperfine coupling constants are in excellent agreement with experimental results. Linear correlations were observed between the voltammetrically determined potentials and both the orbital energies and Hammett coefficients for the neutral aryl-substituted rings.  相似文献

The ion chemistry of the title compounds, a nonafluorobutyl methyl ether and a hydrofluoropropane, is elucidated by a combination of studies using atmospheric pressure ionization mass spectrometry and triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. In the positive ion mode, the hydrofluoroether readily forms an [M - F]+ ion, attributable to hydronium ion induced dehydrofluorination, the product of which can be further hydrated to give a protonated hydrofluoroester. By contrast, the hydrofluoropropane does not react with the hydronium ion but rather gives hydrofluoroalkenylium cations via H atom and F atom abstraction by the dioxygen radical cation. In the negative ion mode, the fluorobutyl methyl ether undergoes dissociative electron capture with O2-*, O2-*(H2O), O3-*, and NO2- to generate the fluorobutoxy anion, which can dissociate by CF2[doublebond]O loss to give the perfluorocarbanion when the precursor ions are internally excited. The hydrofluoropropane reacts readily with common atmospheric anions to form molecular complexes with F-, O2-*, and O3-* and the strongly H-bonded species, O2-*(HF) and F-(HF). Interestingly, isomeric pentafluoropropanes form in the reaction with O2-*, either O2-*(HF) or F-(HF), depending on the specific pattern of the fluoro substitution.  相似文献

The microwave spectrum of 3-butyne-1-selenol has been studied by means of Stark-modulation microwave spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculations employing the B3LYP/aug-cc-pVTZ and MP2/6-311++G(3df,3pd) methods. Rotational transitions attributable to the H80SeCH2CH2C[triple bond]CH and H78SeCH2CH2C[triple bond]CH isotopologues of two conformers of this molecule were assigned. One of these conformers possesses an antiperiplanar arrangement for the atoms Se-C-C-C, while the other is synclinal and seems to be stabilized by the formation of a weak intramolecular hydrogen bond between the hydrogen atom of the selenol group and the pi electrons of the CC triple bond. The energy difference between these conformers was determined to be 0.2(5) kJ/mol by relative intensity measurements, and the hydrogen-bonded form was slightly lower in energy.  相似文献

Ab initio and density functional methods have been used to examine the structures and energetics of the hydrated clusters of methane sulfonic acid (MSA), CH3SO3H.(H2O)n (n = 1-5). For small clusters with one or two water molecules, the most stable clusters have strong cyclic hydrogen bonds between the proton of OH group in MSA and the water molecules. With three or more water molecules, the proton transfer from MSA to water becomes possible, forming ion-pair structures between CH3SO3- and H3O+ moieties. For MSA.(H2O)3, the energy difference between the most stable ion pair and neutral structures are less than 1 kJ/mol, thus coexistence of neutral and ion-pair isomers are expected. For larger clusters with four and five water molecules, the ion-pair isomers are more stable (>10 kJ/mol) than the neutral ones; thus, proton transfer takes place. The ion-pair clusters can have direct hydrogen bond between CH3SO3- and H3O+ or indirect one through water molecule. For MSA.(H2O)5, the energy difference between ion pairs with direct and indirect hydrogen bonds are less than 1 kJ/mol; namely, the charge separation and acid ionization is energetically possible. The calculated IR spectra of stable isomers of MSA.(H2O)n clusters clearly demonstrate the significant red shift of OH stretching of MSA and hydrogen-bonded OH stretching of water molecules as the size of cluster increases.  相似文献

The reactions of the ethynyl radical (C(2)H) with propyne and allene are studied at room temperature using an apparatus that combines the tunability of the vacuum ultraviolet radiation of the Advanced Light Source at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory with time-resolved mass spectrometry. The C(2)H radical is prepared by 193-nm photolysis of CF(3)CCH and the mass spectrum of the reacting mixture is monitored in time using synchrotron-photoionization with a dual-sector mass spectrometer. Analysis using photoionization efficiency curves allows the isomer-specific detection of individual polyynes of chemical formula C(5)H(4) produced by both reactions. The product branching ratios are estimated for each isomer. The reaction of propyne with ethynyl gives 50-70% diacetylene (H-C[triple bond]C-C[triple bond]C-H) and 50-30% C(5)H(4), with a C(5)H(4)-isomer distribution of 15-20% ethynylallene (CH(2)=C=CH-C[triple bond]CH) and 85-80% methyldiacetylene (CH(3)-C[triple bond]C-C[triple bond]CH). The reaction of allene with ethynyl gives 35-45% ethynylallene, 20-25% methyldiacetylene and 45-30% 1,4-pentadiyne (HC[triple bond]C-CH(2)-C[triple bond]CH). Diacetylene is most likely not produced by this reaction; an upper limit of 30% on the branching fraction to diacetylene can be derived from the present experiment. The mechanisms of polyynes formation by these reactions as well as the implications for Titan's atmospheric chemistry are discussed.  相似文献

The gas-phase reactions of the ion [CH(3)CHO/H(2)O](+*) have been investigated by mass spectrometry. The metastable ion (MI) mass spectrum reveals that this ion-molecule complex decomposes spontaneously by the losses of H(2)O, CO, and (*)CH(3). The structures of stable complexes and transition states involved in the potential energy surface (PES) have been studied by the G3//B3-LYP/6-31+G(d) computational method. Hydrogen-bridged water complexes have been found to be the major products of the losses of CO and (*)CH(3). The CO loss produces the [(*)CH(3)...H(3)O(+)] ion and involves a "backside displacement" mechanism. The products corresponding to (*)CH(3) loss have been assigned by theory to be [OC...H(3)O(+)] and [CO...H(3)O(+)], and their 298 K enthalpy values, calculated at the G3 level of theory, are Delta(f)H[OC...H(3)O(+)] = 420 kJ/mol and Delta(f)H[CO...H(3)O(+)] = 448 kJ/mol. The PES describing the interconversions among water-solvated CH(3)CHO(+*), CH(3)COH(+*), and CH(2)CHOH(+*) have been shown to involve proton-transport catalysis (PTC), catalyzed 1,2 H-transfer, and an uncatalyzed H-atom transfer mechanism, respectively.  相似文献

Reactions of LAl with ethyne, mono- and disubstituted alkynes, and diyne to aluminacyclopropene LAl[eta2-C2(R1)(R2)] ((L = HC[(CMe)(NAr)]2, Ar = 2,6-iPr2C6H3); R1 = R2 = H, (1); R1 = H, R2 = Ph, (2); R1 = R2 = Me, (3); R1 = SiMe3, R2 = C[triple bond]CSiMe3, (4)) are reported. Compounds 1 and 2 were obtained in equimolar quantities of the starting materials at low temperature. The amount of C2H2 was controlled by removing an excess of C2H2 in the range from -78 to -50 degrees C. Compound 4 can be alternatively prepared by the substitution reaction of LAl[eta2-C2(SiMe3)2] with Me3SiC[triple bond]CC[triple bond]CSiMe3 or by the reductive coupling reaction of LAlI2 with potassium in the presence of Me3SiC[triple bond]CC[triple bond]CSiMe3. The reaction of LAl with excess C2H2 and PhC[triple bond]CH (<1:2) afforded the respective alkenylalkynylaluminum compounds LAl(CH=CH2)(C[triple bond]CH) (5) and LAl(CH=CHPh)(C[triple bond]CPh) (6). The reaction of LAl(eta2-C2Ph2) with C2H2 and PhC[triple bond]CH yielded LAl(CPh=CHPh)(C[triple bond]CH) (7) and LAl(CPh=CHPh)(C[triple bond]CPh) (8), respectively. Rationally, the formation of 5 (or 6) may proceed through the corresponding precursor 1 (or 2). The theoretical studies based on DFT calculations show that an interaction between the Al(I) center and the C[triple bond]C unit needs almost no activation energy. Within the AlC2 ring the computational Al-C bond order of ca. 1 suggests an Al-C sigma bond and therefore less pi electron delocalization over the AlC2 ring. The computed Al-eta2-C2 bond dissociation energies (155-82.6 kJ/mol) indicate a remarkable reactivity of aluminacyclopropene species. Finally, the 1H NMR spectroscopy monitored reaction of LAl(eta2-C2Ph2) and PhC[triple bond]CH in toluene-d8 may reveal an acetylenic hydrogen migration process.  相似文献

1,3-Dipyrrolyl-1,3-propanediones, synthesized from pyrroles and malonyl chloride, form BF2 complexes, which represent a new class of naked-eye sensors for halide and oxoanions. The association mode for the interactions of both the pyrrolyl NH and bridging CH protons with anions was confirmed by 1H NMR chemical shifts in CD2Cl2 and supported by theoretical studies. The binding constants (Ka) were estimated as 8.1x10(4), 2.0x10(3), 3.3x10(2), 1.3x10(4), and 80 M(-1) for F-, Cl-, Br-, H2PO4(-), and HSO4(-) by UV/Vis absorption spectral changes in CH2Cl2. Augmentation of Ka compared with dipyrrolylquinoxaline for H2PO4(-) is much larger than those for other anions. Contrary to other anions, F- quenches the emission almost completely, which was detected by the fluorescence spectrum as well as the naked-eye. In the case of the chloride anion complex, the formation of Cl(-)-bridged 1D networks, in which anion is associated with two BF2 complexes, is observed in the solid state.  相似文献

Reported are the preparations of cis-[PtCl(2)(quinoline)(2)] and cis-[PtCl(2)(3-bromoquinoline)(quinoline)] and an investigation of the stabilities and interconversion of the rotamer forms of these complexes. Both head-to-head (HTH) and head-to-tail (HTT) rotamer forms are found in the crystal structure of cis-[PtCl(2)(quinoline)(2)]. The NOESY NMR spectrum of cis-[PtCl(2)(quinoline)(2)] in dmf-d(7) at 300 K is consistent with conformational exchange brought about by rotation about the Pt-N(quinoline) bonds. H.H nonbonded distances between H atoms of the two different quinoline ligands were determined from NOESY data, and these distances are in accord with those observed in the crystal structure and derived from molecular mechanics models. cis-[PtCl(2)(3-bromoquinoline)(quinoline)] was prepared to alleviate the symmetry-imposed absence of inter-ring H2/H2 and H8/H8 NOESY cross-peaks for cis-[PtCl(2)(quinoline)(2)]. Molecular mechanics calculations on the complexes show the HTT rotamers to be 1-2 kJ mol(-)(1) more stable than the HTH forms, consistent with the (1)H spectra where the intensities of resonances for the two forms are approximately equal. Variable-temperature (1)H NMR spectra of cis-[PtCl(2)(quinoline)(2)] in dmf-d(7) indicate a rotational energy barrier of 82 +/- 4 kJ mol(-)(1). Variable-temperature (1)H NMR spectra indicate that the Br substituent on the quinoline ring does not affect the energy barrier to interconversion between the HTT and HTH forms (79 +/- 5 kJ mol(-)(1)). The steric contribution to the rotation barrier was calculated using molecular mechanics calculations and was found to be approximately 40 kJ mol(-)(1), pointing to a possible need for an electronic component to be included in future models.  相似文献

Haloacetonitrile anions CH2XCN- (X=F, Cl) were studied by HF-SCF, Becke3-LYP, and MP2 methods together with the Dunning's basis set aug-cc-PVTZ. The vertical electron attachments to the neutral are endothermic. The geometrically optimized CH2FCN- is mainly a valence-bounded anion and CH2FCN-→CH2CN+F- is a nonadiabatic dissociation. This theoretical study in good agreement with the experimental results shows that the Becke3-LYP method is reasonable in describing the electronic structures of anions and dissociative attachment dynamics, while significant differences between MP2 and Becke3-LYP results are shown for the dissociation potential curves of CH2ClCN-→CH2CN+Cl-.2,70-(Ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline was optimized with DFT/B3LYP and ab initio HF methods, so ionization potential and electron affinity could be determined. Absorption spectrum was calculated by ZINDO and TD-DFT. CIS method was used to calculate the S1 excited states of the compound and afterwards the emission spectrum was computed. When the solvent effect was taken into account, the computed results show encouraging agreement with known experimental data. The results of analyzing the relationship between the energies and absorption spectra indicate that the ability to transporting electrons is strengthened compared with 8-hydroxyquinoline and that absorption and emission spectra are red-shifted. The intramolecular reorganization energy of tris(2,70-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum implies its electron transporting property is worse than tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum. The predicted maximum emission wavelength is red-shifted compared with tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum.  相似文献

According to ab initio MO calculations at the G2(MP2) level of theory, branched isomers of dialkyl triselenides, R-Se(=Se)-Se-R (1; R = Me, Et), are less stable by more than 60 kJ mol(-1) than the isomeric unbranched chains R-Se-Se-Se-R (2). Therefore, species 1 cannot be generated in substantial concentrations under equilibrium conditions at moderate temperatures, as has recently been claimed by Meja and Caruso (Inorg. Chem. 2004, 43, 7486). Alternatively, the isomeric CH3-Se-CH2-Se-Se-Et (3) can be considered to explain the reported gas chromatograms and mass spectra previously assigned to Et-Se(=Se)-Se-Et (1b). However, the isomerization 2b --> 3 is also endothermic, by deltaG(o)298 = 63 kJ mol(-1). The isomeric selenols HSe-C2H4-Se-Se-Et (4) and CH3-CH(SeH)-Se-Se-Et (5) are also less stable than 2b (by ca. 56 kJ mol(-1)), but 4 is another candidate to explain the mass spectrum formerly assigned to 1b. The calculated structures of 1-5 are reported.  相似文献

Synthetic routes to methyl(aryl)alkynylpalladium(iv) motifs are presented, together with studies of selectivity in carbon-carbon coupling by reductive elimination from Pd(IV) centres. The iodonium reagents IPh(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CR)(OTf) (R = SiMe(3), Bu(t), OTf = O(3)SCF(3)) oxidise Pd(II)Me(p-Tol)(L(2)) (1-3) [L(2) = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane (dmpe) (1), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) (2), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (3)] in acetone-d(6) or toluene-d(9) at -80 °C to form complexes Pd(IV)(OTf)Me(p-Tol)(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CR)(L(2)) [R = SiMe(3), L(2) = dmpe (4), bpy (5), phen (6); R = Bu(t), L(2) = dmpe (7), bpy (8), phen (9)] which reductively eliminate predominantly (>90%) p-Tol-C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CR above ~-50 °C. NMR spectra show that isomeric mixtures are present for the Pd(IV) complexes: three for dmpe complexes (4, 7), and two for bpy and phen complexes (5, 6, 8, 9), with reversible reduction in the number of isomers to two occurring between -80 °C and -60 °C observed for the dmpe complex 4 in toluene-d(8). Kinetic data for reductive elimination from Pd(IV)(OTf)Me(p-Tol)(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CSiMe(3))(dmpe) (4) yield similar activation parameters in acetone-d(6) (66 ± 2 kJ mol(-1), ΔH(?) 64 ± 2 kJ mol(-1), ΔS(?)-67 ± 2 J K(-1) mol(-1)) and toluene-d(8) (E(a) 68 ± 3 kJ mol(-1), ΔH(?) 66 ± 3 kJ mol(-1), ΔS(?)-74 ± 3 J K(-1) mol(-1)). The reaction rate in acetone-d(6) is unaffected by addition of sodium triflate, indicative of reductive elimination without prior dissociation of triflate. DFT computational studies at the B97-D level show that the energy difference between the three isomers of 4 is small (12.6 kJ mol(-1)), and is similar to the energy difference encompassing the six potential transition state structures from these isomers leading to three feasible C-C coupling products (13.0 kJ mol(-1)). The calculations are supportive of reductive elimination occurring directly from two of the three NMR observed isomers of 4, involving lower activation energies to form p-TolC[triple bond, length as m-dash]CSiMe(3) and earlier transition states than for other products, and involving coupling of carbon atoms with higher s character of σ-bonds (sp(2) for p-Tol, sp for C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C-SiMe(3)) to form the product with the strongest C-C bond energy of the potential coupling products. Reductive elimination occurs predominantly from the isomer with Me(3)SiC[triple bond, length as m-dash]C trans to OTf. Crystal structure analyses are presented for Pd(II)Me(p-Tol)(dmpe) (1), Pd(II)Me(p-Tol)(bpy) (2), and the acetonyl complex Pd(II)Me(CH(2)COMe)(bpy) (11).  相似文献

Two new chromogenic and fluorescent probes for anions have been designed, synthesized, and characterized. These probes contain multiple hydrogen bonding donors including hydrazine, hydrazone, and hydroxyl functional groups for potential anion interacting sites. Despite the possible flexible structural framework due to the presence of sp3 carbon linkage, X-ray structure analysis of probe 2 displayed an essentially planar conformation in the solid state owing to strong crystal packing interactions comprising a combination of favorable pi-pi stacking effect and hydrogen bonding to cocrystallized CH3OH molecules. Both probes 1 and 2 display orange color in DMSO solution and show fairly weak fluorescence at room temperature. Binding studies revealed that both probes 1 and 2 show noticeable colorimetric and fluorescent responses only to F-, OAc-, and H2PO4- among the nine anions tested (F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, OAc-, H2PO4-, HSO4-, ClO4-, and NO3-). The general trend of the sensitivity to anions follows the order of F- > OAc- > H2PO4- > Cl- > Br- approximately I- approximately HSO4- approximately ClO4- approximately NO3-. A 1:2 (probe to anion) binding stoichiometry was found for probe 1 with OAc- and H2PO4- and probe 2 with F-, OAc-, and H2PO4-. The binding isotherm of probe 1 to F- was found to be complicated with apparent multiple equilibria occurring in solution. The formation of an aggregated supramolecular complex upon addition of fluoride is proposed to rationalize the observed optical responses and is supported by ESI mass spectrometry and pulsed-field gradient NMR spectroscopy. Data analysis suggests that the binding of probe 1 to F- shows positive homotropic cooperativity.  相似文献
