Summary In the separation of the combined polar glycosides from the seeds ofErysimum cuspidatum (M.B.) DC, in addition to cardenolides isolated previously we also obtained cheirotoxin, glucoerysimoside, and a new glycoside which we have called glucolokundjoside. It has been shown that glucolokundjoside has the structure of bipindogenin 3-O-[O--D-glucosyl-(1 4)--L-rhamnopyranoside].The isothiocyanate cheiroline has been isolated from the chloroform fraction.A sample of glucoerysimoside was kindly given to us by I. The cardenolide composition ofErysimum contractum Somm. et Lew. familyBrassicaceae (Cruciferae) has been investigated. The seeds of this plant have yielded strophanthidin, erysimin, erysimoside, erycordin, and new cardiac glycoside which has been called nigrescigenin digitoxoside. It has mp 141–145°C, []D 20+16.0±2° (c 0.75; methanol), C29H42O10. On the basis of chemical transformations and spectral investigations it has been established that the new glycoside is 3--D-digitoxopyranosyloxy-5,11,14-trihydroxy-19-oxo-5,14-card-20(22)-enolide. The total content of cardiac glycosides in the seeds of this plant amounted to 3.2%, including 1.26% of erysimoside.All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of the Chemistry and Technology of Drugs, Kharkov. Two new cardiac glycosides called cheiranthosides VI (2) and VII (3) were isolated together with a known one, glucoerysimoside (1) from the seeds of Erysimum cheiranthoides. Based on spectroscopic data, the structures of 2 and 3 were characterized as periplogenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-fucopyranoside and periplogenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-beta-D-antiaropyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Three new cardiac glycosides named cheiranthoside VIII (1), cheiranthoside IX (2) and cheiranthoside X (3) were isolated from the seeds of Erysimum cheiranthoides. Based on spectroscopic data, the structures of 1-3 were characterized as strophanthidin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-antiaropyranoside, cheiranthidin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-boiviopyranoside and cheiranthidin 3-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-digitoxopyranoside, respectively. Summary The phospholipid complexes of the seeds ofErysimum diffusum andE. sylvestris have been investigated. It has been found that the amount of phospholipids in the seeds ofE. diffusum is lower than in those ofE. sylvestris, but their qualitative compositions are similar. The fatty-acid compositions of the triglycerides and of the total phospholipids of the two plants investigated have been studied. It has been established that the total phospholipids of the species ofErysimum under consideration and individual fractions of them differ by the degree of saturation and the qualitative and quantitative composition of the acids that they contain and, consequently, the phospholipids present in greatest amount differ in their molecular compositions.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent.
