Abstract  Addition of one equivalent of CrI2 to two equivalents of lithium cyclohexylamino-pent-2-en-4-onate results in bis[(cyclohexylamino)pent-2-en-4-onato]-chromium(II). Crystallization in diethylether reaction solvent forms the hemi-etherate A with the asymmetric unit showing two target compounds and one molecule of cocrystallized diethylether in the P-1 space group with crystal cell parameters a = 12.931(4) Å, b = 13.207(4) Å, c = 16.104(5) Å, α = 66.559(5)°, β = 77.670(5)°, γ = 81.562(5)°, V = 2,459.1(14) Å3 and Z = 4. Drying A in vacuo and recrystallization in pentane yields a nonsolvated crystalline phase B with an asymmetric unit displaying only one molecule of the target compound in the P21/c space group with crystal cell parameters a = 14.290(7) Å, b = 14.082(7) Å, c = 11.246(6) Å, β = 94.807(8)°, V = 2,255.1(19) Å3 and Z = 4. Graphical Abstract  A Cr(II) complex supported by two β-enaminoketiminato ligands, bis[(cyclohexylamino)pent-2-en-4-onato]-chromium(II), has been synthesized and has been structurally characterized in two different crystal phases.   相似文献

Abstract

The syntheses and structural characterizations of two novel 2-bromobenzoatozinc(II) complexes—[Zn(2-BrC6H4COO)2] n (I) and [Zn(2-BrC6H4COO)2(mnad)]2 (II), where mnad is N-methylnicotinamide are reported. Compound (I) crystallized with a monoclinic lattice (space group P21/c) and is polymeric in solid state. Its cell parameters are: a = 7.37220(10) Å, b = 19.9639(3) Å, c = 30.2756(5) Å, β = 94.7510(7)°, V = 4440.59(12) Å3, Z = 4. The coordination environments of all zinc atoms are distorted tetrahedra built from four carboxylate oxygen atoms coming from four 2-bromobenzoato ligands. Compound (II) crystallized with a monoclinic lattice (space group P21/c) with a = 11.7488(2) Å, b = 20.3683(3) Å, c = 9.30130(10) Å, β = 100.3941(11)°, V = 2189.30(5) Å3, Z = 2. This dimeric molecule features a paddle-wheel [Zn2O8] cage in solid state; the coordination environment of the central atom is square pyramidal consisting of four carboxylate oxygen atoms and the pyridine N atom of the mnad ligand.  相似文献

Abstract  Two new palladium(II) complexes, dichloro-{bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II)PdCl2(3,5-Me2bpza)], (1) (3,5-Me2bpza = 3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid) and dichloro-{bis(3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II), [PdCl2(3,5-tBu2bpza)], (2a) [3,5- t Bu2bpza = 3,5-ditertiarybutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid] complexes, were synthesized from the reactions of pyrazol-1-yl ligands with palladium salts. Attempts to crystallize 2a led to a hydrolyzed product, dichloro-{3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-yl}palladium(II) (2b), in which the acetic acid moiety in the ligand backbone of 1 is lost. Both complexes 1 and 2b have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Both complexes crystallized in triclinic system (− 1 space group). The cell parameters are: complex 1 (a = 8.7960(14) Å, b = 16.238(2) Å, c = 16.430(2) Å, α = 78.038(10)°, β = 77.817(11)°, γ = 89.970(10)°) and complex 2b (a = 10.1492(2) Å, b = 12.4001(2) Å, c = 13.108(3) Å, α = 103.0690(10)°, β = 97.4120(10)°, γ = 107.2450(10)°). The asymmetric unit of 1 contains two crystallographic independent monomeric units of 1 and three molecules of DMSO solvent, whilst that of 2b has got one monomeric unit with one molecule of chloroform solvent. Index Abstract  Two palladium complexes, dichloro-{bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II), PdCl2(3,5-Me2bpza)], (1) (3,5-Me2bpza = 3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid) and dichloro-{bis(3,5-ditertbutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid}palladium(II), [PdCl2(3,5- t Bu2bpza)], (3,5- t Bu2bpza = 3,5-ditertiarybutylpyrazol-1-yl)acetic acid) complexes, were synthesized from the reactions of pyrazol-1-yl ligands with palladium salts. Attempt to obtain crystals of tertiarybutylpyrazolyl analogue led to hydrolysis, the crystal structure of the hydrolysis product was established by single crystal X-ray crystallography.   相似文献

Abstract

Two lanthanide(III) coordination polymers, namely [Ce(pzdc)1.5(H2O)] n (1), [Er(pzdc)(μ2-OH)(H2O)] n ·nH2O (2) (H2pzdc = pyrazine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. Polymer 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P-1, with a = 6.2875(6), b = 6.7396(6), c = 13.3858(14) Å, α = 82.858(4), β = 83.118(4), γ = 63.452(4)°, V = 502.16(8) Å3, and Z = 2. Polymer 2 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 11.706(4), b = 6.151(2), c = 14.063(5) Å, β = 92.255(3), V = 502.16(8) Å3, and Z = 4. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 possess a 3D framework structure consisted of double chains. Compound 2 features a 3D open framework structure with a dinuclear Er(III) secondary building unit. Magnetic studies for complex 1 show stronger antiferromagnetic coupling between the Ce(III) ions.  相似文献

Abstract

Nine metal compounds of Mn(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) derived from dinitropyridone ligands (3,5-dinitropyrid-2-one, 2HDNP; 3,5-dinitropyrid-4-one, 4HDNP and 3,5-dinitropyrid-4-one-N- hydroxide, 4HDNPO) were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and partly by TG-DSC. Three of which were further structurally characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The structures of the three compounds, Mn(4DNP)2(H2O)4, 4, Zn(4DNPO)2(H2O)4, 8, and Cd(4DNPO)2(H2O)4, 9, crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n and Z = 2, with a = 8.9281(9), b = 9.1053(9), c = 10.6881(11) Å, β = 97.9840(10)° for 4; a = 8.4154(7), b = 9.9806(8), c = 10.5695(8) Å, β = 97.3500(10)° for 8; a = 8.5072(7), b = 10.2254(8), c = 10.5075(8) Å, β = 96.6500(10)° for 9. All three complexes are octahedral consisting of four equatorial water molecules, and two nitrogen or oxygen donor ligands (DNP or DNPO). The abundant hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions seem to contribute to stabilization of the crystal structures of the compounds. The TG-DTG results revealed that the complexes showed a weight loss sequence corresponding to all coordinated water molecules, nitro groups, the breaking of the pyridine rings and finally the formation of metal oxides.  相似文献

Abstract

Three new 1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole derivatives, 3-acetyl-2-ethyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (I), 2-benzyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (II), and 3-trimethylsilylethynyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)indole, (III), have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. (I), C18H17NO3S, is triclinic with space group P-1 and cell constants: a = 8.6129(2) Å, b = 8.8366(2) Å, c = 11.0108(2) Å, α = 72.7920(1)°, β = 75.0120(1)°, γ = 77.2550(1)°, V = 763.79(3) Å3 and Z = 2. (II), C21H17NO2S, is monoclinic with space group P21/n and cell constants: a = 10.8355(18) Å, b = 10.6987(19) Å, c = 14.472(3) Å, β = 75.0120(1), V = 1675.2(5) Å3 and Z = 4. (III), C19H19NO2SSi, is monoclinic with, space group P21/c and cell constants: a = 12.9596(1) Å, b = 10.543(3) Å, c = 13.543(2) Å, β = 93.58°, V = 1846.8(6)Å3 and Z = 4. All three have the same (phenylsulfonyl)indole skeleton with different ligands attached to the 2- and 3-sites of the indole ring. The angle between the mean planes of the indole and benzyl groups is 76.9(6)° (I), 82.9(3)° (II), 89.6(2)° (III) and between the sulfonyl group with the indole and benzyl rings is 61.2(9)° (I), 59.0((5)° (II), 51.5(6)°, 42.5(8)° (III) and 51.5(6)°(I), 44.3(8)° (II), 47.2(8)° (III), respectively. In addition to the ligand substitutions, weak intermolecular C–H···O hydrogen bond interactions and π stacking interactions between the π orbitals of nearby indole and phenyl rings influence these twist angles. Comparison to a MOPAC AM1 computational calculation supports these observations.  相似文献

To explore the characteristics of potential fluorescent probes that could be used to screen prospective HDS catalysts, new 5-thienyl dipyrromethene derivatives have been prepared. 5-(2-thienyl)- (1a), 5-(3-thienyl)- (1b), and 5-(3-(2,5-dibromothienyl))-dipyrromethane (1c), were oxidized with DDQ (2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone) separately to give the corresponding dipyrrins 2a2c. These were subsequently treated with F3B·OEt2 to afford the respective N,N′-difluoroboryl-5-(thienyl)dipyrrin compounds, 3a3c; the latter two may serve as polymer precursors. Significant fluorescence signal enhancement is achieved with 3a3c over 2a2c. Orange fluorescence is observed for 3a whereas its isomer 3b gives green fluorescence (365 nm). An X-ray diffraction study of 3a was performed (orthorhombic, P212121, a=10.684(10) ?, b=15.208(13) ?, c=7.256(6) ?, V=1179.0(17) ?3, Z=4, R 1=0.0428, wR 2=0.0686) and its geometry was studied by way of DFT (Gaussian 03; B3LYP/6-31G*) to give a HOMO/LUMO energy level difference of 414 nm, and a 2-thienyl group rotational barrier of 6 kcal/mol, compared to that of ∼12 kcal/mol for the phenyl derivative. Theoretical modeling of 2a demonstrated that the [N–H⋯N] interaction is favored by ca. 10 kcal/mol, whereas [N–H⋯S] bonding is sterically unattainable.  相似文献

In the title compound, C18H29BrCl2N2O3S, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a = 15.8326(4) Å, b = 8.9915(10) Å, c = 16.7528(5) Å, β = 100.808(10)°, V = 2,342.6(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0590 and wR 2 = 0.0940. The morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation. The morpholine ring and the butadiene group are inclined at an angle of 113.4 (1)°. The butadiene unit is not planar as can be expected if the two double bonds are fully conjugated.  相似文献

Abstract  Two structures containing pseudo-tetrahedral Cu(II)N2Cl2 coordination complexes are reported. The first molecular structure (A) of the compound, 1,1′bis(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)propane copper(II) dichloride (triEtBBIM)Cu(II)Cl2, 1, is reported. The complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.616(3) ?, b = 9.302(3) ?, c = 14.314(4) ?, α = 85.613(6)°, β = 85.170(6)°, γ = 66.117(6)° and V = 1044.1(5) ?3 with Z = 2. The second structure (B) contains 1 and (3,3′bis(1-ethylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pentane) copper(II) dichloride (tetEtBBIM)Cu(II)Cl2, 2, both of which, cocrystallize in an equal molar ratio with a nitromethane solvate molecule. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 18.876(4) ?, b = 14.975(3) ?, c = 18.344(4) ?, β = 116.75(3)°, and V = 4630.3(16) ?3 with Z = 4. The cocrystallization of such discrete complexes has been coined a chemical Janus. Graphical Abstract  The title complexes contain pseudo-tetrahedral Cu(II)N2Cl2 coordination. One of the structures is the result of an unusual cocrystallization, in which two different discrete Cu(II) molecules cocrystallize in an equimolar ratio with a nitromethane solvate molecule.   相似文献

Abstract

A novel 3,4,7,8-tetrachloro-1,10-phenanthroline (Cl4phen) Zn(II) complex has been synthesized. The complex, [Zn(Cl4phen)2(H2O)2](NO3)2·CH3CH2OH (1), has been identified and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis and photoluminescence studies. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex (1) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, a = 10.061(2) Å, b = 18.924(4) Å, c = 18.189(4) Å, β = 100.94(3)°, and Z = 4. Complex (1) consists of cationic species [Zn(Cl4phen)2(H2O)2]2+, NO3 and CH3CH2OH. The zinc atom displays a distorted cis-N4O2 octahedral geometry. Via extended Zn–O–H···O–N–O···H–O–Zn bridge, every mononuclear unit is linked with other ones to form one-dimensional (1D) infinite chain of hydrogen bond system. Three-dimensional (3D) polymeric network arrangement was built via weak C–H···O and π-stacking interactions between Cl4phen moieties. A solvent-dependency effect of complex (1) was observed in spectroscopic properties.  相似文献

The coordination chemistry of 2-aminopyrimidine (PymNH2) with nickel(II) and cobalt(II) nitrate and chloride is reported, including seven new X-ray crystal structures. Two [Ni(NO3)2(PymNH2)2(OH2)] isomers were found (A: C2/c, a=13.3006(5), b=7.9727(3), c=28.5453(11), β=101.758(2), V=2963.48(19), Z=8 and B·1/2 acetone: P21/c, a=7.66060(10), b=10.6792(2), c=20.6790(3), β=100.2970(10), 1664.48(5), Z=4). In both cases one nitrate is monodentate and the other is chelating and the PymNH2 ligands coordinate through ring nitrogen atoms. Hydrogen bonding results in double sheet structure for isomer A, and a three dimensional channeled network for isomer B. [Co(NO3)2(PymNH2)2(OH2)] (C2/c, a=13.3507(2), b=7.99520(10), c=28.6734(3), β=102.3540(10), V=2989.77(7), Z=8) is isostructural to Ni isomer A. [CoCl2(PymNH2)] (Cmcm, a=3.6139(2), b=14.3170(7), c=12.9986(7), V=672.55(6), Z=4) is a sheet coordination network, consisting of corner-sharing chains of Co2(μ-Cl)2 bridged by PymNH2 through ring nitrogen atoms; [CoCl2(PymNH2)2] (C2/c, a=11.2774(6), b=6.5947(4), c=16.5687(9), β=92.269(3), V=1231.27(12), Z=4) is a tetrahedral molecule knit into a ribbon structures through pairs of hydrogen bonds. Isostructural trans-[NiCl2(PymNH2)4] (C2/c, a=7.67760(10), b=18.7224(3), c=15.0418(2), β=99.6740(10), V=2131.41(5), Z=4) and trans-[CoCl2(PymNH2)4] (C2/c, a=7.69120(10), b=18.5957(2), c=15.1091(2), β=99.5280(10), V=2131.14(5), Z=4) are simple octahedral molecules, with hydrogen-bonding producing sheet structures.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis, thermal and spectral characterization, and crystal structure of isomorphous thiocyanate cobalt(II) and nickel(II) complexes with 3-hydroxypicolinamide (3-OHpia), [M(C6H6N2O2)2(NCS)2]·2H2O, are reported. The metal(II) ions are chelated by two cis-oriented 3-OHpia and two thiocyanate ligands in distorted octahedral geometry. The distortion within the coordination sphere is mainly imposed by formation of the chelate rings. The compounds crystallize in monoclinic space group P2/c with two symmetrically independent molecules and a = 14.4945(2) ?, b = 8.5906(1) ?, c = 16.3865(3) ?, β = 105.987(2)°, Z = 4 (1) and a = 14.4927(5) ?, b = 8.5912(3) ?, c = 16.2712(6) ?, β = 105.740(4)°, Z = 4 (2). Commonly observed supramolecular amide synthons are not robust enough to accommodate thiocyanate ions and H2O molecules. But instead, neutral complexes are linked through hydrogen bonds leading to two different hydrogen bonding ribbon motifs involving amide moieties and H2O molecules [C(8)R 22(12) along c axis] and amide moieties and thiocyanate ions [C(8)R 22(16) along b axis] for symmetrically related molecules labelled as 1 [Co1 (1) and Ni1 (2)] and 2 [Co2 (1) and Ni2 (2)], respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new dimeric complexes of Ni and Co with pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid were synthesized, the structure of both these complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography and was characterized spectrally with the help of IR and UV spectrometers and the magnetic moments of both the reported complexes were recorded. Both of these complexes crystallize in the monoclinic space group P 21/c1. For the dimeric cobalt complex, formula C14 H21 Co2 N2 O15; a = 8.3950(3) ?; α = 90°, b = 27.3702(8) ?; β = 98.211(2)°, c = 9.6235(3) ?; γ = 90° and Z = 3. For the dimeric Nickel complex, formula C14 H21 Ni2 N2 O15, a = 8.330(10) A; α = 90°, b = 27.266(5) A; β = 98.61(10)o, c = 9.653(10) A; γ = 90° and Z = 4. Both the dimeric complexes were observed to be hexa-coordinated with two different types of donor atoms (nitrogen and oxygen). Details of the synthesis, structures and spectroscopic properties have been discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, 3-methyl-4-phenyl-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole was synthesized by reaction of diphenylphosphazoanilide with N-acetyl-N′-(2-pyridoyl)hydrazine. Crystals suitable for X-ray analysis were obtained from a mixed solution of water and ethanol in a one-to-one volume ratio. The crystal is orthorhombic, space group P212121 with crystallographic parameters: a = 19.414(4) Å, b = 17.172(3) Å, c = 7.4850(15) Å, β = 90.00°, μ = 0.079 mm−1, V = 2495.3(8) Å3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.258 g/cm3, F(000) = 992, T = 295(2) K. The X-ray results showed that in the crystal structure of the title compound, the 1,2,4-triazole, pyridine and benzene rings are not coplanar.  相似文献

The title compounds, (Z)-1-[(2′,4′-dimethoxy-3′-nitro)-phenyl]-2-[(3″,4″,5″-trimethoxy)-phenyl]ethene, C19H21O7N (I), and 2-amino-4-methyl-6-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl)-pyrimidine, C14H17O3N3 (II), were obtained unexpectedly from a reaction involving (Z)-1-[(2′,3′-dinitro-4′-methoxy)-phenyl]-2-[(3″,4″,5″-trimethoxy)-phenyl]ethene (IV). The molecular structures of these compounds were obtained by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallization of I occurs in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/c (No. 14) with a=7.7311(5), b=19.9239(13), c=11.5725(8); and β=92.193(3) and Z=4. Crystallization of II occurs in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group C2/c (No. 15) with a=21.296(2), b=6.8963(7), c=20.001(2); and β=114.121(6) and Z=8. Details of the synthesis and the structural characterization of the title compounds are presented and discussed.  相似文献
