Supported Pd–S-methylisothiourea on magnetic nanoparticles (Pd–SMU-MNPs) as an efficient and magnetically reusable nanocatalyst was prepared and applied for the Heck and Suzuki cross-coupling reactions. All coupling reactions proceeded in short reaction times with good to excellent yields. After completion of reactions, the catalyst was easily separated from the reaction mixture using an external magnetic field and reused for several consecutive runs without significant loss of its catalytic efficiency and activity. This nanomagnetic catalyst was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, XRD, VSM, ICP-OES, TEM and SEM techniques. The leaching of the catalyst has been examined by a hot filtration test and ICP-OES analysis.  相似文献

A novel palladium(II) carboxymethylcellulose (CMC‐PdII) was prepared by direct metathesis from sodium carboxymethylcellulose and PdCl2 in aqueous solution. Its catalytic activities were explored for Heck–Matsuda reactions of aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborate with olefins, and Suzuki–Miyaura couplings of aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborate with arylboronic acid. Both reactions proceeded at room temperature in water or aqueous ethanol media without the presence of any ligand or base, to provide the corresponding cross‐coupling products in good to excellent yields under atmospheric conditions. The CMC‐PdII and carboxymethylcellulose‐supported palladium nanoparticles (CMC‐Pd0) formed in situ in the reactions were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, and scanning and transmission electron microscopies. The homogeneous nature of the CMC‐Pd0 catalyst was confirmed via Hg(0) and CS2 poisoning tests. Moreover, the CMC‐Pd0 catalyst could be conveniently recovered by simple filtration and reused for at least ten cycles in Suzuki–Miyaura reactions without apparently losing its catalytic activity. The catalytic system not only overcomes the basic drawbacks of homogeneous catalyst recovery and reuse but also avoids the need to fabricate palladium nanoparticles in advance. In this article, palladium nanoparticles supported on agarose were used as an efficient catalyst for Heck–Matsuda and Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of structurally different aryldiazonium tetrafluoroborate substrates in aqueous media. Heck–Matsuda reactions proceeded at 40°C whereas Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions were carried out at room temperature. Both reactions required low catalyst loading. The catalyst was also recycled for the model reaction for three runs. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The preparation of palladium nanoparticles supported on acetylacetone‐modified silica gel and their catalytic application for Heck olefination of aryl halides were investigated. The catalyst was characterized using X‐ray diffraction, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and transmission and scanning electron microscopies. The supported palladium nanoparticles are demonstrated to be a highly active and reusable catalyst for the Heck reaction. Several reaction parameters, including type and amount of solvent and base, were evaluated. The heterogeneity of the catalytic system was investigated with results indicating that there is a slight palladium leaching into the reaction solution under the applied reaction conditions. Despite this metal leaching, the catalyst can be reused nine times without significant loss of catalytic activity. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to synthesize and characterize a new magnetic polymer nanosphere‐supported palladium(II) acetate catalyst for reactions requiring harsh conditions. In this regard, an air‐stable, moisture‐stable and highly efficient heterogenized palladium was synthesized by the coordination of palladium(II) acetate with poly(2‐acrylamido‐2‐methyl‐1‐propanesulfonic acid)‐grafted modified magnetic nanoparticles with a core–shell structure. The structure of the newly developed catalyst was characterized using various techniques. The catalytic activity of the resultant nano‐organometallic catalyst was evaluated in Mizoroki–Heck and Suzuki–Miyaura reactions to afford the corresponding coupling products in good to excellent yields. High selectivity as well as outstanding turnover number (14 143, 4900) and turnover frequency (28 296, 7424) values were recorded for the catalyst in Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck reactions, respectively. Magnetic separation and recycling of the catalyst for at least six runs became possible without any significant loss of efficiency or any detectable palladium leaching.  相似文献

The palladium nanoparticles were successfully stabilized with an average diameter of 6–7 nm through the coordination of palladium and terpyridine‐based ligands grafted on graphene oxide surface. The graphene oxide supported palladium nanoparticles were thoroughly characterized and applied as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst in carbon–carbon (Suzuki‐Miyaura, Mizoroki‐Heck coupling reactions) and carbon–heteroatom (C‐N and C‐O) bond‐forming reactions. The catalyst was simply recycled from the reaction mixture and was reused consecutive four times with small drop in catalytic activity.  相似文献

A moisture‐ and air‐stable heterogenized palladium catalyst was synthesized by coordination of palladium with S‐propyl‐2‐aminothiobenzamide supported on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles. The prepared nanocatalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry, transmission and scanning electron microscopies, dynamic laser scattering and thermogravimetric analysis. This catalyst could be dispersed homogeneously in water or poly(ethylene glycol) and further applied as an excellent nano‐organometal catalyst for Suzuki and Heck reactions. The catalyst was easily separated with the assistance of an external magnet from the reaction mixture and reused for several consecutive runs without significant loss of its catalytic efficiency or palladium leaching. The leaching of catalyst was examined using hot filtration and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. Also, the effects of various reaction parameters on the Suzuki and Heck reactions are discussed. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, a highly active, air‐ and moisture‐stable and easily recoverable magnetic nanoparticles tethered mesoionic carbene palladium (II) complex (MNPs‐MIC‐Pd) as nanomagnetic catalyst was successfully synthesized by a simplistic multistep synthesis under aerobic conditions using commercially available inexpensive chemicals for the first time. The synthesized MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was in‐depth characterized by numerous physicochemical techniques such as FT‐IR, ICP‐AES, FESEM, EDS, TEM, p‐XRD, XPS, TGA and BET surface area analysis. The prepared MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst was used to catalyze the Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions and exhibited excellent catalytic activity for various substrates under mild reaction conditions. Moreover, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst could be easily and rapidly recovered by applying an external magnet. The recovered MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst exhibited very good catalytic activity up to ten times in Suzuki–Miyaura and five times in Mizoroki–Heck cross‐coupling reactions without considerable loss of its catalytic activity. However, MNPs‐MIC‐Pd nanomagnetic catalyst shows notable advantages such as heterogeneous nature, efficient catalytic activity, mild reaction conditions, easy magnetic work up and recyclability.  相似文献

A novel poly(vinyl chloride)-supported Pd complex was found to be a highly active catalyst for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions of aryl halides under aerobic conditions. The complex is thermally stable, and can be easily recovered and reused. The catalyst was recycled for the Heck and Sonogashira reactions for five runs without appreciable loss of its catalytic activity, and with negligible metal leaching.

A suitable approach to stabilize palladium nanoparticles (Pd NPs), with an average diameter of 3–4 nm, on magnetic polymer is described. A new magnetic polymer containing 4′‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine (HPTPy) ligand was prepared by the polymerization of itaconic acid (ITC) as a monomer and trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) as a cross‐linker and fully characterized. Pd NPs embedded on the magnetic polymer were successfully applied in Suzuki–Miyaura and Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions under low palladium loading conditions, and provided the corresponding products with excellent yields (up to 98%) and high catalytic activities (TOF up to 257 hr?1). Also, the catalyst can be easily separated and reused for at least consecutive five times with a small drop in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Biochar is a stable and carbon‐rich solid which has a high density of carbonyl, hydroxyl and carboxylic acid functional groups on its surface. In this work, the surface of biochar nanoparticles (BNPs) was modified with 3‐choloropropyltrimtoxysilane and further 2‐(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐1H‐benzo[d]imidazole was anchored on its surface. Then, palladium nanoparticles were fabricated on the surface of the modified BNPs and further the catalytic application was studied as recyclable biocatalyst in carbon–carbon coupling reactions such as Suzuki–Miyaura and Heck–Mizoroki cross‐coupling reactions. The structure of the catalyst was characterized using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The catalyst can be reused several times without a decrease in its catalytic efficiency. In addition to the several advantages reported, application of biochar as catalyst support for the first time is a major novelty of the present work.  相似文献

A Pd(II) Schiff base complex as an efficient and highly heterogeneous catalyst was developed by immobilization of a palladium complex on the surface of modified Fe3O4 magnetite nanoparticles. These surface‐modified nanoparticles were characterized using various techniques such as transmission electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, vibrating sample magnetometry, elemental analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The palladium catalyst exhibited efficient catalytic activity in Suzuki and Heck coupling reactions. This method has notable advantages such as excellent chemoselectivity, mild reaction conditions, short reaction times and excellent yields. The yields of the products were in the range 85–100%. Also, the nanocatalyst can be easily recovered with a permanent magnet and reused at least five times without noticeable leaching or loss of its catalytic activity. A class of magnetic nanoparticles modified by 2-(aminomethyl)phenols has been successfully designed and synthesized as a reusable catalyst for Knoevenagel reaction. What's more, such nanomaterial also proved as suitable carrier for immobilization of palladium nanoparticles and the obtained composite exerted potent catalytic activity in Suzuki coupling reactions. Both of the (aminomethyl)phenols-modified nanoparticles and its related palladium nanocatalyst could be easily separated and reused for several consecutive runs by magnetic decantation without significant loss of their catalytic efficiency.  相似文献

A new heterogeneous cobalt catalyst has been synthesized by immobilizing Co species onto a nitrogen-rich porous organic polymer (Co@imine-POP). The heterogeneous catalyst synthesized was efficient in Heck and Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions in green media under mild reaction conditions without inert air and phase transfer agents. This phosphine-, copper-, and palladium-free catalyst was stable under the reaction conditions and could be reused for at least eight successive runs without a discernible decrease in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

The tetrakis(4‐N‐methylpyridinium)porphyrinatopalladium(II) iodide, [Pd(TMPyP)]I4, supported on Dowex 50WX8 and Amberlite IR‐120 ion‐exchange resins, was used as heterogeneous, recyclable and active catalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura and Heck cross‐coupling reactions. These catalysts were applied to coupling of various aryl halides with phenylboronic acid and styrene in Suzuki and Heck reactions, respectively, and the corresponding products were obtained in excellent yields and short reaction times. The catalysts could be recovered easily by simple filtration and reused several times without significant loss of their catalytic activity. The catalysts were characterized by diffuse‐reflectance UV–visible spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, and their stability was confirmed by TGA. Glucose stabilized palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs) have been prepared and the application of NPs in catalyzing both Suzuki and Heck reactions has been explored in aqueous media under microwave conditions. Both electron-rich and electron-deficient aryl halides can be coupled with a variety of boronic acids and styrene to access a wide variety of biaryl compounds and substituted alkenes in good to excellent yields. The catalyst can be recycled and reused four times with minimally affecting the morphology and efficiency of the nanoparticles. A plausible reaction mechanism has been proposed.  相似文献
