The structures of 2,7′-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline and its derivatives were optimized at the ground states using ab initio HF and B3LYP methods. At the same time, the molecular structures of the first singlet excited state for 2,7′-(ethylene)-bis-8-hydroxyquinoline and its derivatives were optimized by CIS/6-31G(d). The absorption and emission spectra based on the above structures were obtained by the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) by the B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d) basis set. The calculated results of luminescence originate from the electronic transition from the hydroxphenol ring of 8-hydroxyquinoline A to the pyridine ring of 8-hydroxyquinoline B. Their luminescence wave bands can be tuned by different substituents on the ligand of 8-hydroxyquinoline.  相似文献

By means of ab initio HF and DFT B3LYP methods, the structure of Gaq3 (q = 8-hydroxyquinoline) was optimized. The frontier molecular orbital characteristics and energy levels of Gaq3 have been analyzed systematically in order to study the electronic transition mechanism in Gaq3. Three derivatives of Gaq3 and their polymers were designed and the possibilities that they were employed as luminescent materials were discussed. The regularities and characteristic of energy bands of Gaq3 and its derivatives were also investigated. The results show that the electronic π-π* transitions in Gaq3 are localized on the quinolate ligands. The emission of Gaq3 is due to the electron transitions from a phenoxide donor to a pyridyl acceptor. Two possible electron transfer pathways are presented, one by carbon atoms, and the other via metal cation Ga3 . The derivatives of Gaq3 may possess high luminescence efficiency.  相似文献

The structures, ionization potentials (IP), electron affinities (EA) and HOMO-LUMO gaps (AEH.L) of the terfluorene oligomers were studied by the density functional theory with B3LYP functional. The characters of the front orbitals were analyzed on the basis of the ground structure. The vertical excitation energies Ev and the maximal absorption wavelengths λabs of a series of ter(9,9-diarylfluorene) compounds were studied employing the time dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) and ZINDO. The calculated maximal absorption wavelengths by both methods are in good agreement with the experimental data. The results show that the differences between terfluorene hh and ter(9,9-diarylfluorene) derivatives are slight in the structures and the electronic states except that there is the spiroconjugation in the latter. The spiroconjugation made these derivatives far from optimization in terms of stability. Excited structure of hh was calculated to be compared with the ground structure, which indicats that it has strong coplanar tendency of aromatic ring with the neighbour in the excited state. Consequently, they are good blue emitting materials with promising thermal stability.  相似文献

The geometry structures of 6 triazolone compounds containing benzenesulfonic amide were fully optimized with DFT (Density Functional Theory) method at the B3LYP/6-31G level, and the structural and electronic parameters of the compounds were calculated. The hydrophobic and topological parameters of the title compounds were calculated by HyperChem software. The mono-and bi-parametric models between the parameters and biological activity of the compounds were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression method based on Hansch-Fujita model. The results show that the activities of the title compounds were increased with higher hydrophobic property logP and molecular volume V, lower molecular energy ETOTAL and elec-tronegative of benzene ring Qph.  相似文献

The condensation of benzaldehyde, urea, and ethyl acetoacetate according to the procedure described by Biginelli was investigated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d), B3LYP/6-31 +G(d,p), and B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) levels to explore the reaction mechanism. According to the mechanism proposed by Kappe, structures of five intermediates were optimized and four transition states were found. The calculation results proved that the mechanism proposed by Kappe is right.  相似文献

N-Methyl-2-(4-N,N-diphenylaminophenyl)fulleropyrrolidine and N-methyl-2-(4-di-p-tolylaminophenyl)fulleropyrrolidine were synthesized via the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions under microwave irradiation. The molecular structures were identified and characterized by MS, UV-Vis, FT-IR, ^1H NMR and fluorescence spectra. Photoinduced intramolecular electron transfer process from C60 moiety to triphenylamine moiety have been studied by nanosecond laser flash photolysis. The optimized structure and the distribution of the frontier molecular orbitals for C60-TPA were obtained by using DFT method at B3LYP/6-31G(d) level. The results indicated that the intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer could occur in these compounds, which were in excellent agreement with the nanosecond transient absorption spectra observed experimentally in polar solvent. The electronic spectrum of the compound C60-TPA was studied by ZINDO method on the basis of the optimized geometrics, which was essentially consistent with experimental values.  相似文献

Two new 1,3-dithiole derivatives, 4,4'-{9-[4,5-bis(methylthio)-1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene]-9H-fluorene-2,7- diyl} dipyridine(2a) and 3,3'-{9-[4,5-bis(methylthio)-1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene]-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl} dipyridine(2b) were synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR), 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopies. The crystal structure of compound 2b was also studied. The optimized conformations and molecular orbital diagrams of compounds 2a and 2b were illustrated via density functional theory(DFT). By the time-dependent DFT(TD-DFT) method, electronic absorption spectra of compounds 2a and 2b were predicted and the results achieved were in good agreement with the experimental data. The formation of the cationic radical during the electrochemical oxidation process was also proposed.  相似文献

Nine novel triazole compounds containing ester group were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by elemental, ^1H NMR and IR analyses, and optimized by means of DFF (Density Functional Theory) method at the B3LYP/6-31G* level. Based on the quantum-chemical calculation results and the Pearson coefficients between FA and quantum- chemical parameters, V, LogP, MR and EHOMO are shown to be the important relative factors which affect FA of the title compounds.  相似文献

Three novel dehydroabietate oxime derivatives were synthesized from dehydroabietic acid and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystallographic techniques. All of these 12-oxime dehydroabietic acid derivatives crystallize in orthorhombic system, space group P212121. In the structures, rings A and B exhibit chair and half-chair configurations, respectively and form trans ring junction with two methyl groups(C(19) and C(20)) in the axis positions. The oxime groups have E conformations. Comparison of conformations reveals subtle differences principally in ring B due to the modification in C(12). The E-acetaldehyde oxime derivative 2c showed distinct BKα gate-opening activity with an ionic current increase of 164% at 30 μM versus the control current.  相似文献

采用从头算(ab initio)和密度泛函理论(DFT B3LYP)方法, 对配合物8-巯基喹啉锌Zn(tq)2及其5种衍生物基态结构进行优化, 用含时密度泛函理论(TD-DFT/B3LYP)及6-31+G(d)基组计算吸收光谱; 同时用ab initio HF 单激发组态相互作用(CIS)法在6-31G(d)基组上优化其最低激发单重态几何结构, 用含时密度泛函理论计算发射光谱. 结果表明, 电子在基态与激发态间的跃迁, 主要是在配体8-巯基喹啉(tq)环内的电荷转移, 电子从含S的苯硫酚环转移至含N的吡啶环上; 吸收光谱和发射光谱的计算值与实验值基本符合. 该类配合物都是优良的电子传输材料, 改变金属离子和取代基均可以调控发光材料的光谱波段.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论, 在B3LYP/6-31G水平上对5,7′-(亚甲胺基)-二-羟基喹啉及其3种金属M(M=Zn, Mg, Be)有机配合物M(5,7′-Iminomethylq2)2的结构进行了全优化, 并用TDDFT方法计算了吸收光谱. 同时, 利用自然键轨道理论(NBO)和电子密度拓扑分析(AIM)方法对分子内氢键进行了分析. 结果表明, 光谱计算值与实验值基本符合, 该类化合物均具有较大的电子亲和能, 改变中心金属原子对配合物吸收光谱性质的影响不大. 和5,7′-Iminomethylq2相比, M(5,7′-Iminomethylq2)2的吸收光谱产生明显红移. 5,7′-Iminomethylq2及其M(5,7′-Iminomethylq2)2分子内存在较强的氢键, 可形成三元环, 五元环和六元环. 分子内氢键的存在使分子的稳定性增加.  相似文献

In this work, we investigate oligopyrroles and derivatives, which serve as models for corresponding polymers. In order to discuss these materials, we carried out DFT calculations and used DFT methods to calculate ground state electronic structures. We are particularly interested in exploring the potential of several substituent groups as electron donors with numerous ties to electronic materials by exploring and comparing the energies of HOMO, LUMO, Gap energies, and structural properties. Results are discussed in comparison with the properties of the doped oligomers. The theoretical ground-state geometry and electronic structure of the studied molecules were obtained by the DFT method at B3LYP level with 6-31G(d) basis set. The opto-electronic properties of these materials were determined by ZINDO/s and TD//B3LYP/6-31G(d) calculations performed on the B3LYP/6-31(d) optimized geometries. The results of this study demonstrate how electronic properties can be tuned by the backbone ring or side group and suggest these compounds as good candidates for opto-electronic applications.  相似文献

The B3LYP/6-31+G(d) molecular geometry optimized structures of 17 five-membered heterocycles were employed together with the gauge including atomic orbitals (GIAO) density functional theory (DFT) method at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p) levels of theory for the calculation of proton and carbon chemicals shifts and coupling constants. The method of geometry optimization for pyrrole (1), N-methylpyrrole (2) and thiophene (7) using the larger 6-311++G(d,p) basis sets at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p), B3LYP/6-31+G(2d,p) and B3LYP/cc-pVTZ levels of theory gave little difference between calculated and experimental values of coupling constants. In general, the (1)H and 13C chemical shifts for all compounds are in good agreement with theoretical calculations using the smaller 6-31 basis set. The values of nJHH(n=3, 4, 5) and rmnJ(CH)(n=1, 2, 3, 4) were predicted well using the larger 6-31+G(d,p) and 6-311++G(d,p) basis sets and at the B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p), B3LYP/6-31+G(2d,2p) levels of theory. The computed atomic charges [Mülliken; Natural Bond Orbital Analysis (NBO); Merz-Kollman (MK); CHELP and CHELPG] for the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) geometry optimized structures of 1-17 were used to explore correlations with the experimental proton and carbon chemical shifts.  相似文献

Theoretical study on the geometries and electronic properties of new conjugated compounds based on thiophene and phenylene was carried out. The theoretical ground-state geometries and electronic structures of the studied molecules were obtained using the density functional theory (DFT) method at B3LYP level with 6-31G(d) basis set. The electronic properties were determined by ZINDO/s, CIS/3-21G(d), and TD//B3LYP/3-21G(d) calculations performed on the B3LYP/6-31(d) optimized geometries. The effects of the ring structure and the substituents on the geometries and electronic properties of these materials were discussed. The results of this study indicate how the electronic properties can be tuned by the backbone ring or side group and suggest these compounds as good candidates for opto-electronic applications.  相似文献

The structures and isomerization of magnesium fluorosilylenoid H2SiFMgF were investigated by ab initio molecular orbital theory. Four equilibrium structures and three isomeric transition states were located and fully optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) and G3MP2B3 levels, respectively. Based on the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) optimized geometries, harmonic frequencies of various structures were obtained and 29Si chemical shifts were calculated. The solvent effects were investigated by means of the polarizable continuum model using THF as a solvent at B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level. Isomerization paths for isomers were confirmed by intrinsic reaction coordinate calculations. The calculated results show that tetrahedral structure has the lowest energy and is the most stable; tetrahedral, three-membered ring, and p-complex structures are suggested to be the experimentally detectable ones; and σ-complex structure has the highest energy and will not exist.  相似文献
