With the increase of the 3-substituted ether side-chain, the polarity of the molecules decreases. However, this decrease is not accompained by a great variation in the TLC properties, and so derivatives the molecular weights of which are not very different are difficult to separate.On the other hand, ethers containing an iso, unsaturated, cycloalkyl or aromatic side-chain can readily be separated.The separation of the esters similarly causes no problems.For the ketones the linear polarity-decrease as a function of the molecular weight is the most pronounced for the oximes, but it also appears for the lactams in certain systems.For the d-homo-lactams, which have the same molecular weights as the oximes, the separation can be solved only in those systems where the nonpolar component is in great excess over the polar one.  相似文献

Reactions of (4,6-disubstituted 1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)trimethylammonium chlorides with glycine sodium salt in the presence of Et3N afforded bis(triazin-2-yl) ethers instead of the expected triazinylaminoacetic acids. The structures of the resulting compounds were established by the independent synthesis, spectroscopic data, and X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A series of metal(II) complexes ML and ML2 [where M?=?Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Mn(II), Cd(II), and VO(II); L?=?2-hydroxyphenyl-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-prop-2-en-1-one (HPIP)] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductance, IR, UV-Vis, NMR, Mass, and ESR spectral studies. Conductivity measurements reveal that the complexes are non-electrolytes, except VO(II) complex. Spectroscopy and other data show square pyramidal geometry for oxovanadium and octahedral geometry for the other complexes. Redox behavior of the copper(II) and vanadyl complexes has been studied with cyclic voltammetry. Antimicrobial activities against several microorganisms indicate that a few complexes exhibit considerable activity. The nuclease activity shows that the complexes cleave DNA. All synthesized compounds can serve as potential photoactive materials as indicated from their characteristic fluorescence properties. The second harmonic generation efficiency of the ligand is higher than that of urea and KDP.  相似文献

1,5-Dicarbonyl derivatives of piperidine and tropane were studied in the heterocyclization with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Six new copper(II) complexes, CuLCl·H2O (1), CuL(NO3)·2H2O (2), [Cu(L)2] (3), CuL(SCN)·2H2O (4), CuL(ClO4)·2H2O (5) and (CuL)2(SO4)·4H2O (6), where HL = 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-(N-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzaldehyde)-3-pyrazolin-5-one, have been synthesized. The characterization of the newly formed compounds was done by 1H NMR, UV-Vis, IR, ESR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and molar electric conductivity. The crystal structure of 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-(N-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzaldehyde)-3-pyrazolin-5-one has been determined by X-ray diffraction studies, as well as the crystal structure of one of its copper(II) complexes, [Cu(L)2] (3). The copper atom is coordinated to two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms of the Schiff base ligand. The in vitro antibacterial activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae ATCC 100131, Staphylococcus aureus var. Oxford 6538, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027 and Escherichia coli ATCC 10536 strains was studied and compared with that of free ligand. The anti-microbial activity was dependent on the microbial species tested and the metal salt anion used.  相似文献

The new polymer-forming diimide-diacid, 2,3-bis(4-trimellitimidophenoxy) naphthalene (I), was readily obtained by the condensation reaction of 2,3-bis (4-aminophenoxy) naphthalene with trimellitic anhydride. A series of novel aromatic poly (amide-imide)s were prepared by the direct polycondensation of diimide-diacid I with various aromatic diamines using triphenyl phosphite in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP)/pyridine solution containing dissolved calcium chloride. The resultant polymers have inherent viscosities in the range of 0.65–1.02 dL/g at 30°C in N, N-dimethylacetamide. These polymers were readily soluble in various organic solvents and could be cast into transparent, tough, and flexible films. Their casting films showed tensile strength at break up to 86 MPa, elongation to break of 5–9%, and initial moduli up to 2.35 GPa. The wide-angle X-ray diffraction revealed that those polymers containing p-phenylene or p-oxyphenylene group are partially crystalline, and the other polymers are evidenced as amorphous patterns. These polymers show a glass transition in the range of 213–290°C in their differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) traces. The thermal stability of the polymers was evaluated by thermogravimetry analysis, which showed the 10% weight-loss temperatures in the range of 508–565°C in nitrogen and 480–529°C in air atmosphere. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

The reactivity of Lawesson's reagent (LR) toward some steroidal hormones was studied, 4-androsten-3,17-dione 2 reacted with LR to produce the corresponding thioxosteroids 3 and 4. Epi-androsterone 5 showed a great activity to LR and produced 3β-mercaptospiro-(androstan-17,4′dithiaphosphetan)thione 8 and the sulfide derivative 9. Also progesterone 10 reacted with LR to yield the thiaphospholo[3′, 4′:16,17]androsten-3-one 13 and the sulfide product 16. The new modified steroidal derivatives thieno[2′,3′:2,3]cholestan 18 and thieno[2′,3′:2,3]-androstan 20 were synthesized and examined against LR, the corresponding thiazaphosphorinothieno steroidal derivatives 23 and 24 were isolated respectively. The in vitro biological activity of some newly synthesized compounds against bacteria, yeast, and fungi was studied.  相似文献

Novel derivatives of pyrido-[2,3-d] pyrimidines were synthesized via an efficient and catalyst- free, one-pot, three-component reaction of 3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-3-oxopropanenitrile, 6-amino-(ethylthio)pyrimidine-4(3H)-one, and arylaldehydes under ultrasonic irradiations. This practical method furnished the desired pyridopyrimidines in high yields (79–89%) and short reaction times (25–40 min).  相似文献

A novel Schiff base, N-(4-amino-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one)pyridoxaldimine (HL·HCl), was prepared and structurally characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, 1H and 13C NMR, and IR spectral data. The synthesis and characterization of several Cu(II) (1-6) and V(IV) (7) complexes with N-(4-amino-2,3-dimethyl-1-phenyl-3-pyrazolin-5-one)pyridoxaldimine are reported. The composition and structures of the copper(II) and vanadium(IV) complexes were proposed based on elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility measurements, IR, electronic and EPR spectroscopy. In addition, the structures of the ligand and the complex [CuL(H2O)2]NO3·2.25H2O (1) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, showing that the Cu(II) center has a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The ligand and the complexes were also tested for their in vitro antibacterial activity.  相似文献

On the basis of the interesting structures and biological activities exhibited by several heterocyclic systems possessing the pyridone nucleus such as mappcine and camptothecin, we have planed to design the synthesis, crystal studies and antibacterial activity of the new 1-((2- chloroquinolin-3yl)-methyl)-pyridine-2(1H)-one building block. An X-ray analysis has provided valuable insight into the effect of steric factors on the three-dimensional shape of this compound which serves as a useful advanced intermediate in the synthesis of these biologically active molecules. A multistep synthesis of camptothecin (5) has been designed by retrosynthetic analysis as part of an ongoing program on lead anticancer drug.  相似文献

This article presents a brief overview of the reactions of2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tptz) in presence of rhodium(III), ruthenium(II) and osmium(II) under various experimental conditions. Under certain experimental conditions tptz exhibits metal-assisted hydrolysis/hydroxylation at the triazine ring. However, synthetic methods have also been developed to prepare complexes with intact tptz. Molecular structures of some of the complexes, especially stereoisomers of the hydroxylated products, are established by single crystal X-ray studies. A critical analysis of all data suggests that the electron-withdrawing effect of the metal ion (L→Mσ donation) is the predominant factor, rather than angular strain, that is responsible for metal-promoted reactivities. Electrochemical properties of all of these complexes have been investigated, Rh(III) complexes are excellent catalysts for electrocatalytic reduction of CO2, and dinuclear Ru(II) and Os(II) complexes exhibit strong electronic communication between the metal centres.  相似文献

设计合成了一系列未见文献报道的5-叔丁基-3-[4-取代-5-(氢)甲基嘧啶-2-基]-1,3,4-噁二唑-2(3H)-酮的衍生物, 其结构均经过1H NMR, IR和元素分析表征. 生测结果显示, 部分化合物表现出较好的除草活性. 定量的结构与活性关系研究表明, 它们的除草活性与取代基的立体效应参数和电性参数呈现很好的相关性, 相关系数r大于0.8. 当作用对象为油菜时, 化合物的活性可能主要与取代基R2的邻位立体效应参数Es和电性参数相关; 当作用对象为稗草时, 化合物的活性主要与取代基R2邻位立体效应参数Es和间位取代基电性参数相关.  相似文献

Abstract

The reaction of thionyl chloride with amidines 2, derived from N-benzimidazol-2-yl imidates 1, leads to [1,2,4,6]thiatriazino[2,3-a][1,3]benzimidazol-1(2H)-one 3 in good yields. [1,3,5]Thiadiazino[3,4-a][1,3]benzimidazol-2-imine 4 was prepared by condensation of NaSCN with benzimidazol-2-yl imidate 1. The isolated compounds 3 and 4 were identified by spectroscopic methods including IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR as well as elemental analyses and MS of 3d and 4b.

Methyl(oxo)bis(η2-peroxo)rhenium(VII)1, the active species of the system CH3ReO3/H2O2 in the catalytic oxidation of different organic and organometallic compounds, is stabilized by a water molecule attached to the rhenium center. This water molecule can be removed and substituted by hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) to yield (hexamethylphosphoramide)methyl(oxo)bis(η2-peroxo rhenium(VII) (3). The synthesis, crystal structure (X-ray difraction study), and catalytic properties of which compound are reported. Crystal data are as follows: monoclinic, space group P21/n, A = 900.76(7) pm, B = 1229.80(11) pm, C = 1318.57(11) pm, β = 90.251(7)°, Rw = 0.034 for 1878 reflections. The catalytic properties of compound 3 in the oxidation of olefins with H2O2 are similar to those of 1.  相似文献

The reaction of cobalt(II) chloride with the tridentate ligand 2-oximino-3-thiosemicarbazone-2,3-butanedione [Hotsb (1)] leads to the formation of the novel six-coordinated complex [Co(otsb)2]·2H2O (2). This complex has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric measurements. The ligand Hotsb (1) obtained by the condensation of 2,3-butanedione monoxime and thiosemicarbazide is used for the preparation of complex 2. The Hotsb (1) crystallizes into a monoclinic lattice with space group P21/c. The crystal structure of 2 shows a distorted mer-octahedral geometry in which the ligands are coordinated as uninegatively charged tridentate chelating agents via the hydrazine nitrogen atoms, the azomethine nitrogen atoms, and the thiolate sulfur atoms. The cyclic voltammogram of 2 undergoes two irreversible one-electron waves corresponding to CoII/CoIII and CoII/CoI processes.  相似文献

Two compounds,3-oxo-N-o-tolylbenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (1) and N-(2-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazole-2(3H)-carboxamide (2),were synthesized from the initial compound benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one (BIT) and characterized by 1 H NMR,IR and elemental analysis,respectively.The single crystals of compounds 1 and 2 were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.The preliminary results of biological activity experiment show that some of the title compounds exhibited a favorable antimicrobial activity.  相似文献
