在二维复式正方Heisenberg铁磁系统的基础上建立了磁振子-声子相互作用模型.利用松原格林函数理论研究了系统的磁振子寿命,计算了布里渊区的主要对称点线上的磁振子衰减的变化曲线,比较了磁性离子的与非磁性离子的光频支声子对磁振子衰减的影响以及各项参数的变化和温度对磁振子衰减的影响.发现光频支声子-磁振子耦合对磁振子衰减起主要作用,尤其是纵向光频支声子对磁振子衰减起更大的作用,并且非磁性离子的光频支声子对磁振子衰减的作用比磁性离子的光频支声子对磁振子衰减的作用更显著.根据关系式-Im*(1)(k)=/(2τ)可以对磁振子寿命进行判断. 关键词: 光频支声子-磁振子相互作用 磁振子衰减 磁振子寿命 绝缘复式正方铁磁体系统  相似文献

在二维正方绝缘铁磁系统基础上建立了一个磁振子-声子相互作用模型. 利用格林函数方法研究了磁振子-声子相互作用下的二维绝缘铁磁体的磁振子衰减(即-ImΣ*(1)(k)), 计算了布里渊区的主要对称点线上的-ImΣ*(1)(k).发现在布里渊区边界区域磁振子衰减很明显, 但小波矢区(kxa/π<0.22附近)磁振子衰减非常弱, 而且温度很低时磁振子衰减有极大值. 比较了纵向声子与横向声子对磁振子衰减的影响, 也讨论了各项参数的变化对磁振子衰减的影响. 根据关系式-Im*(1)(k)=/(2τ)可以对磁振子寿命进行判断. 关键词: 磁振子-声子相互作用 磁振子衰减 铁磁体 磁振子寿命  相似文献

Resonance enhancement of one‐phonon, two‐phonon, and two‐magnon Raman scattering in a general, exactly solvable, multiband model is explained in a way that is in accordance with the general analytical properties of the total optical conductivity tensor. Using this approach, the charge‐transfer limit of the Emery three‐band model is examined to explain resonance enhancement of the two‐magnon Raman spectra of high‐Tc cuprates, which is found in experiments to be of 3 orders of magnitude. While previous Raman and optical conductivity analyzes of the cuprates, based on the single‐band Hubbard model, are found to be consistent with the picture where one hole per one CuO2 unit is localized on the Cu ion, the present three‐band approach allows the study of the opposite, strong copper‐oxygen hybridization limit, which is found to be in agreement with the results of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and one‐phonon Raman scattering experiments. 磁子是自旋波量子化的准粒子。磁子具有在绝缘磁性材料中无热耗散、低阻尼、长距离传输自旋的优势,避免了因电荷流动而产生焦耳热,可以克服日益显著的器件发热问题,因此磁子器件在低功耗信息存储与计算领域具有潜在应用前景。文章首先介绍了自旋波和磁子的概念,磁子具有的优势和研究价值;然后总结了磁子在铁磁和反铁磁绝缘体中输运以及新型磁子器件方面的最新研究结果;最后详细介绍了室温下实现磁子转矩驱动磁矩翻转的最新研究工作。这些工作对发展磁子学,实现低功耗、高速磁子型器件及应用具有较为重要的现实意义。  相似文献

Temperature‐dependent magnetization and magnon Raman spectra were measured for anti‐ferromagnetic NiO‐nanoflowers. The results show several new magnetic behaviors, including the appearance of a ferromagnetic phase, a reduced Néel temperature (TN) and a reduced Curie temperature (TC). The temperature dependencies of the double magnon (2M) Raman wavenumber and intensity are similar to those of magnetization. A magnetic granules model (MGM) consisted of a crystalline core enclosed by a shell is proposed. The model suggests that the large quantity of spins induced by specific surface effect in the shell plays a key role in nano‐magnetism. Based on the MGM, the micro‐mechanism of the observed new magnetic behavior is understood by the magnon Raman spectra. The MGM is based on the general features of magnetic nano‐particles, and thus it should be generally applicable to common magnetic nano‐particles. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Nonreciprocal microwave devices, in which the transmission of waves is non-symmetric between two ports, are indispensable for the manipulation of information processing and communication. In this work, we show the nonreciprocal microwave transmission in a cavity magnonic system under the joint mechanism of phase modulation and magnon Kerr nonlinearity effect. In contrast to the schemes based on the standard phase modulation or magnon Kerr nonlinearity, we find that the joint mechanism enables the nonreciprocal transmission even at low power and makes us obtain a high nonreciprocal isolation ratio. Moreover, when two microwave modes are coupled to the magnon mode via a different coupling strength, the presented strong nonreciprocal response occurs, and it makes the nonreciprocal transmission manipulating by the magnetic field within a large adjustable range possible, which overcomes narrow operating bandwidths. This study may provide promising opportunities to realize nonreciprocal structures for wave transmission.  相似文献

The cavity magnomechanical system has become a promising platform for preparing macroscopic quantum states. In this work, a scheme for generating the steady-state quadrature squeezing of the magnon and phonon modes in a cavity magnomechanical system is presented. This scheme uses a degenerate microwave parametric amplifier (PA) inside the microwave cavity. It is found that the squeezing of the cavity mode produced by the PA can be transferred to the magnon mode due to the cavity-magnon beamsplitter-like interaction, and the squeezing of the magnon mode can be further transferred to the phonon mode due to the magnon-phonon beamsplitter-like interaction induced by driving the magnon mode with a red-detuned microwave field. The effects of the parametric gain and phase of the PA, the magnon-cavity coupling strength, the power of the magnon drive, and the temperature of the environment on the squeezing of the magnon and phonon modes have been evaluated. The results show that the squeezing of the magnon and phonon modes is robust against the temperature of the environment.  相似文献

Recently, the photon–magnon coherent interaction based on the collective spins excitation in ferromagnetic materials has been achieved experimentally. Under the prospect, the magnons are proposed to store and process quantum information. Meanwhile, cavity-optomagnonics which describes the interaction between photons and magnons has been developing rapidly as an interesting topic of the cavity quantum electrodynamics. Here in this short review, we mainly introduce the recent theoretical and experimental progress in the field of optomagnetic coupling and optical manipulation based on cavity-optomagnonics. According to the frequency range of the electromagnetic field, cavity optomagnonics can be divided into microwave cavity optomagnonics and optical cavity optomagnonics, due to the different dynamics of the photon–magnon interaction. As the interaction between the electromagnetic field and the magnetic materials is enhanced in the cavity-optomagnonic system, it provides great significance to explore the nonlinear characteristics and quantum properties for different magnetic systems. More importantly, the electromagnetic response of optomagnonics covers the frequency range from gigahertz to terahertz which provides a broad frequency platform for the multi-mode controlling in quantum systems.  相似文献

Recent experiments [1,2] on the measurement of the spectrum of the Goldstone collective mode of a coherently precessing state in 3He-B are discussed using the presentation of the coherent-spin precession in terms of the Bose-Einstein condensation of magnons. The mass in the spectrum of the Goldstone boson—a phonon in the superfluid magnon liquid—is induced by the symmetry-breaking field, which is played by the RF magnetic field. The influence of an intense radiation fieldE0 on the magnon damping in free carrier magnetic semiconductors is discussed. It is shown that the effect of the intense field is to give a drift velocity v0 = eE0/mΩ to the carriers such that when v0 exceeds the phase velocity of the spin waves the electrons are more able to emit magnons than they absorb and as a consequence the magnon population grows with time.  相似文献

Structural, electrical and magnetic measurements, as well as electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra, were used to characterise the single-crystalline CuCr1.6V0.4Se4 spinel and study the correlation between the negative magnetoresistance effect and magnon excitations. We established the ferromagnetic order below the Curie temperature T C ≈ 193 K, a p-type semiconducting behaviour, the ESR change from paramagnetic to ferromagnetic resonance at T C, a large ESR linewidth value and its temperature dependence in the paramagnetic region. Electrical studies revealed negative magnetoresistance, which can be enhanced with increasing magnetic field and decreasing temperature, while a detailed thermopower analysis showed magnon excitations at low temperatures. Spin–phonon coupling is explained within the framework of a complex model of paramagnetic relaxation processes as a several-stage relaxation process in which the V3+ ions, the exchange subsystem and conduction electron subsystem act as the intermediate reservoirs.  相似文献

Based on a theoretical model proposed for quasi-one-dimensional organic polymer ferromagnets, the ground state and low-lying magnetic excitation are studied. Within Hartree-Fock approximation, the ground state of the system is shown to be a stable ferromagnetic state due to the electron-electron correlation and topological structure of the system. The random-phase approximation is employed to explore the magnon excitation and the excitation spectrum is obtained, including an acoustic mode and four optical modes. It is found that the acoustic mode possesses the characteristic of the ferromagnetic magnon. Received 9 July 1999  相似文献

A magnon-phonon interaction model is developed on the basis of a two-dimensional square Heisenberg ferromagnetic system. By using Matsubara Green function theory we studied the transverse and longitudinal acoustic phonon dampings and calculated the transverse and longitudinal acoustic phonon damping curves on the main symmetric point and line in the first Brillouin zone. It is found that on the line Δ there is no damping for transverse acoustic phonon and on the line Z there is no damping for longitudinal acoustic phonon. In the first Brillouin zone the damping of transverse acoustic phonons is at least one order larger than that of longitudinal acoustic phonons. The influences of various parameters on transverse and longitudinal acoustic phonon dampings are discussed and the lifetime and the density of state of transverse and longitudinal acoustic phonons are explored as well according to the relation of the phonon damping and its lifetime and the relation of the phonon damping and its density of state.  相似文献

We study the magnon bands of twisted bilayer honeycomb quantum magnets using linear spin wave theory. Although the interlayer coupling can be ferromagnetic or antiferromagnetic, we keep the intralayer one ferromagnetic to avoid possible frustration. For the interlayer ferromagnetic case, we find the magnon bands have similar features with the corresponding electronic energy spectrums. Although the linear dispersions near the Dirac points are preserved in the magnon bands of twisted bilayer magnets, their slopes are reduced with the decrease of the twist angles. On the other hand, the interlayer antiferromagnetic couplings generate quite different magnon spectra. The two single-layered magnon spectra are usually decoupled due to the opposite orientations of the spins in the two layers. We also develop a low-energy continuous theory for very small twist angles, which has been verified to fit well with the exact tight-binding calculations. Our results may be experimentally observed due to the rapid progress in two-dimensional magnetic materials.  相似文献
