Noncovalent immobilization of Arsenazo I, Alizarin Red, Xylenol Orange, and diphenylcarbazone by incorporation into silicic acid xerogels and modification of silica gels was studied, and procedures for determining fluoride and chloride ions by solid-phase spectrophotometry and test methods were developed. Reactions of immobilized reagents with aluminum(III), zirconium(IV), and mercury(II) were studied. The possibility of using immobilized reagent–metal ion–halide ion systems for the determination of halide ions was assessed. Indicator powders were proposed for determining 0.5–10 mg/L fluoride ions and 1–30 mg/L chloride ions, and indicator tubes were developed for determining 20–200 mg/L chloride ions. The determination of fluoride and chloride ions is based on exchange complexation reactions proceeding in the systems immobilized Xylenol Orange–zirconium(IV) and immobilized diphenylcarbazone–mercury(II), respectively. Performance characteristics of the developed procedures were estimated. The procedures were verified by determining halide ions in Narzan mineral water.  相似文献

抗坏血酸的催化动力学光度法测定   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
建立了一种测定抗坏血酸的方便、快速、高灵敏度的催化动力学光度法。对氨基苯磺酸与亚硝酸根进行重氮化反应生成重氮盐,抗坏血酸对重氮盐的分解有催化作用。利用加入8-羟基喹啉与该重氮盐反应生成偶氮染料来终止反应。在波长495nm处,用1cm比色皿以水作参比测定其吸光度,最佳测定酸度为pH9.0。吸光度与空白体系的差值△A与抗坏血酸的质量浓度呈线性关系。该法测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为0.16-6.3mg/L,检出限为0.005mg/L。利用该法测定了维生素C片剂及荔枝晶中的抗坏血酸含量,并与碘量法进行对照,结果基本吻合。  相似文献

Abstract

A microdetermination method at μg 1?1 levels for vanadium by solid-phase spectrophotometry has been developed. 5-Bromosalicylhydroxamic acid was used as chromogenic reagent to form a 1:2 violet complex which is easily sorbed and concentrated on a dextran-type anion-exchange resin. The resin-phase absorbances at 560 and 850 nm were measured directly. Vanadium can be determined in the 5 - 60 μg 1?1 range with a RSD of 4.3%. The method is applied to the determination of vanadium in pet roleiim crudes and natural water, samples.  相似文献

确定了亚甲蓝与抗坏血酸褪色反应的最佳条件,在 pH=2的缓冲溶液和对氨基苯磺酸存在的条件下,抗坏血酸能够很快还原亚甲蓝并使之褪色,褪色反应的体系具有很好的稳定性。该反应的摩尔吸光系数为 2.0× 103 L· mol- 1· cm- 1,线性范围 0.4~ 40.0 mg/L。该法具有优良的选择性,常见的能够与抗坏血酸共存的阴、阳离子和还原剂、表面活性剂不干扰测定,应用于药品、饮料、蔬菜中抗坏血酸的测定,获得满意结果。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Atomic spectroscopy has dominated the field of trace inorganic analysis because of its high sensitivity and selectivity. The advantages gained by the atomic spectroscopies come with the disadvantage of expensive and often complicated instrumentation. Solid-phase spectroscopy, in which the analyte is preconcentrated on a solid medium followed by conventional spectrophotometry or fluorometry, requires less expensive instrumentation and has considerable sensitivity and selectivity. The sensitivity gains come from preconcentration and the use of chromophore (or fluorophore) developers and the selectivity is. achieved by use of ion exchange conditions that favor the analyte in combination with speciative chromophores. Little work has been done to optimize the ion exchange medium (IEM) associated with these techniques. In this paper we present a method for making ion exchange polymer films which considerably simplify the solid-phase spectroscopic techniques. They are mechanically sturdy and optically transparent in the ultraviolet and visible portion of the spectrum, which makes them suitable for spectrophotometry and fluorometry.  相似文献

新亚铜灵光度法测定抗坏血酸具有灵敏、快速的特点。抗坏血酸的浓度在2~20 mg/L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。用于猕猴桃、西红柿、刺梨汁等样品的分析,其相对标准偏差在0.6~1.2%,测定各种样品抗坏血酸的含量与靛酚滴定法比较,获得一致的结果。  相似文献

本用四氰基醌二甲烷作价体,制成TCNQ-碳糊电极,研究了该电极的性能。电极对水溶液中的抗坏血酸在较宽的pH和浓度范围内均有良好的电催化氧化作用,电极的稳定性良好,在AH2浓度5.0×10^-5-5.0×10-2mol/L范围内,催化峰电流与AH2浓度呈线性关系,响应时间小于30s.  相似文献

介绍纳米金–壳聚糖修饰电极的制备方法及其测定抗坏血酸的分析应用。采用电沉积方法,将氯金酸与壳聚糖的混合电解液直接共沉积,制备了壳聚糖–纳米金修饰玻碳电极的电化学传感器。利用循环伏安法研究了抗坏血酸浓度、p H值等对抗坏血酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为的影响。实验结果表明,修饰电极对抗坏血酸具有良好的电催化氧化作用,抗坏血酸浓度在5×10~(–5)~1×10~(–3) mol/L范围内线性良好,回归方程为I_p=0.433 8c+0.881 9,相关系数为0.998 71。该法可指导纳米金–壳聚糖修饰电极的制备及抗坏血酸含量的测定。  相似文献

Development and use of highly ordered, vertically aligned TiO2 nanotube arrays modified with gold nanoparticles for the selective detection of ascorbic acid (AA) in the presence of uric acid and glucose are reported here. Gold nanoparticles were electrodeposited on the Nanotube arrays by CV. The sensor was characterized using SEM, EDS, CV, and EIS. It showed very good performance with a sensitivity of 46.8 μA mM?1 cm?2, response time below 2 seconds and linearity in the range of 1 μM to 5 mM with a detection limit of 0.1 μM and was tested for the AA concentration in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

分子印迹聚合物修饰电化学晶体管检测抗坏血酸分子   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以抗坏血酸(AA)为模板分子、邻苯二胺(o-PD)为功能单体,在金电极表面电聚合制备分子印迹聚合物膜(MIP),并以该MIP修饰的电极为栅极制备了具有高选择性、高灵敏度的AA电化学晶体管(OECT)传感器件。应用循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗法(EIS)对分子印迹聚合物电极进行一系列的表征与检测。实验结果表明:以pH=5.2,浓度为0.2mol/L HAc-NaAc(体积比2.1∶7.9)的缓冲液为背景溶液,o-PD与AA的物质的量之比为1∶2,以0.5V/s的扫描速率在0~0.8V内扫描20圈,所得分子印迹膜电极性能最佳。应用以该分子印迹修饰电极作为栅极的电化学晶体管检测AA,得到AA浓度的检测限为0.3μmol/L,沟道电流与AA浓度在0.3~3μmol/L(低浓度)与3~100μmol/L(高浓度)这2个范围内成线性关系。  相似文献

采用溶胶法制备了介孔碳/纳米金复合材料,并利用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪进行了表征。将合成的复合材料修饰于玻碳电极表面,用循环伏安法同时测定多巴胺(DA)、抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)。在pH 7.2磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,DA、AA和UA的氧化峰得到了很好的分离;和裸电极比,介孔碳/纳米金修饰电极对DA、AA和UA具有良好的电催化作用,DA、AA和UA的氧化峰的峰电流强度分别增加1.7,2.0,12倍,3种物质的浓度分别在0.20~45.8,4.0~792.0,0.06~166.0μmol·L-1范围内与其峰电流强度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.075,7.5,0.021μmol·L-1。  相似文献

Abstract

A new polymer (polyhistidine) modified electrode has been fabricated and was applied to the catalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid (AA), reducing the overpotential by 400 mV. The catalytic rate constant of the modified electrode for the oxidation of AA was determined using a rotating electrode. The catalytic current was linearly dependent on the ascorbic acid concentration between 5×10?5 and 2×10?3 M. The catalytic effect on the AA resulted in the separation of the overlapping voltammograms of AA and dopamine (DA) in a mixture. This allowed the determination of AA in the presence of DA. The electrode was rather stable even after several months; a reproducible response of AA was obtained.  相似文献

利用电化学生长法制备了纳米银DNA修饰电极.在pH 4.1的磷酸盐(PBS)缓冲溶液中研究了抗坏血酸(AA)在该电极上的电化学行为,实验得到电荷传递系数α=0.41、扩散系数D=1.22×10-5 cm2 /s.建立了利用修饰电极催化作用快速测定抗坏血酸的方法,修饰电极对抗坏血酸的催化氧化峰与抗坏血酸的浓度分别在1.0×10-2~5.0×10-5 mol/L、5.0×10-6~5.0×10-8 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-9 mol/L.该方法快速、灵敏.  相似文献

采用循环伏安(CV)法制备了聚对苯二酚薄膜修饰玻碳电极,利用其电催化氧化作用建立了抗坏血酸的定量分析方法,探讨了其催化氧化机理。研究发现:在0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4(PBS,pH 7.0)缓冲溶液中,以0.1 mol/L KC l作支持电解质,聚对苯二酚修饰电极(PHQ/CME)对抗坏血酸(AA)存在灵敏的催化氧化作用,氧化峰电位负移177 mV。应用微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对AA进行定量分析,其氧化峰电流与AA浓度在3.3×10-5~1.7×10-2mol/L和1.7×10-2~1.2×10-1mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.3×10-6mol/L。机理研究结果表明:PHQ/CME上带有的酚羟基与脱氢抗坏血酸自由基之间形成的氢键是电催化氧化的主要原因。  相似文献

Octakis(3-chloropropyl)octasilsesquioxane (S) was organofunctionalized with the PAMAM Dendrimer G.0 (SPD). After functionalization, silsesquioxane interacts with copper chloride and subsequently with potassium hexacyanoferrate (III) to produce the structure CuHSPD. The silsesquioxane functionalized with the PAMAM dendrimer (SPD) and the obtained novel hybrid composite (CuHSPD) were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The CuHSP voltammogram showed two well-defined redox pairs with Eθ′= 0.27 and 0.74 V, that are assigned to the CuI/CuII and FeII(CN)6/FeIII(CN)6 redox pairs, respectively. The graphite paste electrode containing CuHSPD allowed the electrocatalytic determination of ascorbic acid using various electrochemical techniques such as cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry, and chronoamperometry.  相似文献

制备了甘氨酸-壳聚糖复合膜修饰玻碳电极(Gly-CTS/GCE),研究了抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明在pH=5.59的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,AA、UA在Gly-CTS/GCE上均产生灵敏的不可逆氧化峰,其峰电流与浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系。对AA和UA混合溶液平行测定7次,相对标准偏差分别为4.6%、2.9%,表明该电极重现性和稳定性良好。AA、UA在Gly-CTS/GCE电极上的氧化峰峰电位相差340mV,据此可实现对二者的同时检测,并可应用于实际样品测定。  相似文献

采用电氧化法制备了一种新型γ-氨基丁酸(ABA)修饰的玻碳电极.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和循环伏安法研究表明,ABA以单分子层状态以C—N键牢固地共价键合在电极表面.该修饰电极对多巴胺(DA)、尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)都具有良好的电化学催化特性.在pH=7.0磷酸缓冲溶液中,DA,UA和AA分别于0.45,0.25和0.07V(vs.Ag/AgCl)有一个良好的、独立的阳极方波伏安峰,表明此修饰电极可用于这3种物质的同时测定.与DA,UA和AA的方波伏安峰电流呈线性关系的浓度范围分别为4.0~400,2.0~500和1.0~600μmol/L,检测限(3δ)分别为1.6,1.2和0.8μmol/L.该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,并具有抗污染能力.  相似文献
