The SrFe12O19/poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) composite fiber precursors were prepared by the sol-gel assisted electrospinning with ferric nitrate, strontium nitrate and PVP as starting reagents. Subsequently, the M-type strontium ferrite (SrFe12O19) nanofibers were derived from calcination of these precursors at 750–1,000 °C.The composite precursors and strontium ferrite nanofibers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. The structural evolution process of strontium ferrite consists of the thermal decomposition and M-type strontium ferrite formation. After calcined at 750 °C for 2 h the single M-type strontium ferrite phase is formed by reactions of iron oxide and strontium oxide produced during the precursor decomposition process. The nanofiber morphology, diameter, crystallite size and grain morphology are mainly influenced by the calcination temperature and holding time. The SrFe12O19 nanofibers characterized with diameters of around 100 nm and a necklace-like structure obtained at 900 °C for 2 h, which is fabricated by nanosized particles about 60 nm with the plate-like morphology elongated in the preferred direction perpendicular to the c-axis, show the optimized magnetic property with saturation magnetization 59 A m2 kg−1 and coercivity 521 kA m−1. It is found that the single domain critical size for these M-type strontium ferrite nanofibers is around 60 nm.  相似文献

Nano-crystalline La0.8Sr0.2Co0.5Fe0.5O3±δ powder has been successfully synthesized by microwave assisted sol–gel (MWSG) method. The decomposition and crystallization behavior of the gel-precursor was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. From the result of FT-IR and X-ray diffraction patterns, it is found that a perovskite La0.8Sr0.2Co0.5Fe0.5O3±δ was formed by irradiating the precursor at 700 W for 3 min, but the well-crystalline perovskite La0.8Sr0.2Co0.5Fe0.5O3±δ was obtained at 700 W for 35 min. Morphological and specific area analysis of the powder were done by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET). The surface areas measured was 38.9 m2/g and the grain size was ∼23 nm. Electrochemical properties of pure LSCF cathode on YSZ electrolyte at intermediate temperatures were investigated by using AC impedance analyzer, which shows a low area specific resistance (0.077 Ω cm2 at 1073 K and 0.672 Ω cm2 at 953 K). Moreover, the synthesis period of 20 h usually observed for conventional heating mode is reduced to a few minutes. Thus, the MWSG method is proved to be a novel, extremely facile, time-saving and energy-efficient route to synthesize LSCF powders.  相似文献

Thick film of nanocrystalline Co0.8Ni0.2Fe2O4 was obtained by sol–gel citrate method for gas sensing application. The synthesized powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy. The XRD pattern shows spinel type structure of Co0.8Ni0.2Fe2O4. XRD of Co0.8Ni0.2Fe2O4 revels formation of solid solution with average grain size of about 30 nm. From gas sensing properties it observed that nickel doping improves the sensor response and selectivity towards ammonia gas and very low response to LPG, CO, and H2S at 280 °C. Furthermore, incorporation of Pd improves the sensor response and stability of ammonia gas and reduced the operating temperature upto 210 °C. The sensor is a promising candidate for practical detector of ammonia.  相似文献

Three selected materials have been prepared and shaped as cathode of half cells using the proton-conducting electrolyte BaCe0.9Y0.1O3 − δ (BCY10): two perovskite compounds, Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3 − δ (BSCF) and La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.8Co0.2O3 − δ (LSFC), and the praseodymium nickelate Pr2NiO4 + δ (PRN) having the K2NiF4-type structure. The electrochemical properties of these compounds have been studied under zero current conditions (two-electrode cell) and under polarization (three-electrode cell). Their measured area-specific resistances were about 1–2 Ω cm2 at 600 °C. Under direct current polarization, it appears that the three compounds show almost similar values of current densities at 625 °C; however, at lower temperatures, BSCF appears to be the most efficient cathode material.  相似文献

Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanofibers with addition of 0–5 wt% Bi2O3 were synthesized by calcination of the electrospun polyvinylpyrrolidone/inorganic composite nanofibers at the temperature below the melting point of Bi2O3. The effects of Bi2O3 addition on the phase structure, morphology and magnetic properties of the nanofibers were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, selected area electron diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer. It is found that the nanofiber diameter, crystallite size and magnetic parameters can be effectively tuned by simply adjusting the amount of Bi2O3 addition. The average diameter of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanofibers doped with different contents of Bi2O3 ranges from 40 to 63 nm and gradually decreases with increasing Bi2O3 content. The addition of Bi2O3 does not induce the phase change and all the samples are a single-phase spinel structure. The amorphous Bi2O3 tends to concentrate on the nanoparticle surface and/or grain boundary and can retard the particles motion as well as the grain growth, resulting in a considerable reduction in grain size compared to the pristine sample. The specific saturation magnetization and coercivity of the nanofibers gradually decrease with the increase of Bi2O3 amount. Such behaviors are explained on the basis of chemical composition, surface effect, domain structure and crystal anisotropy.  相似文献

Ba1−x Sr x TiO3(x = 0–0.5, BST) nanofibers with diameters of 150–210 nm were prepared by using electrospun BST/polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) composite fibers by calcination for 2 h at temperatures in the range of 650–800 °C in air. The morphology and crystal structure of calcined BST/PVP nanofibers were characterized as functions of calcination temperature and Sr content with an aid of XRD, FT-IR, and TEM. Although several unknown XRD peaks were detected when the fibers were calcined at temperatures less than 750 °C, they disappeared with increasing the temperature (above 750 °C) due to its thermal decomposition and complete reaction in the formation of BST. In addition, the FT-IR studies of BST/PVP fibers revealed that the intensities of the O–H stretching vibration bands (at 3430 and 1425 cm−1) became weaker with increasing the calcination temperature and a broad band at 540 cm−1, Ti–O vibration, appeared sharper and narrower after calcination above 750 °C due to the formation of metal oxide bonds. However, no effect of Sr content on the crystal structure of the composites was detected.  相似文献

Nickel zinc ferrite (Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4) films on Si (100) substrate were synthesized using a spin-coating method. The crystallinity of the Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4 films with the thickness of about 386 nm became better as the annealing temperature increased. The films have smooth surface, relatively good packing density and uniform thickness. The volatilization of Zn is serious at 900 °C. With the increase of annealing temperature, the saturation magnetization M s increases in the temperature ranging from 400 to 700 °C, however, decreases above 700 °C, and the coercivity H c increases in the temperature range 400–800 °C, decreases above 800 °C. After annealed at 700 °C for 2 h in air with the heating rate 2 °C/min, the film shows a maximum saturation magnetization M s of 349 emu/cc and low coercivity H c of 66 Oe. The M s is higher than others which prepared by this method, however, the H c is lower. The M s of Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4 films annealed at 700 °C increases with increasing annealing time and the H c changes slightly.  相似文献

Cobalt zinc ferrite, Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4, nanoparticles have been synthesized via autocatalytic decomposition of the precursor, cobalt zinc ferrous fumarato hydrazinate. The X-ray powder diffraction of the ‘as prepared’ oxide confirms the formation of single phase nanocrystalline cobalt zinc ferrite nanoparticles. The thermal decomposition of the precursor has been studied by isothermal, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis. The precursor has also been characterized by FTIR, and chemical analysis and its chemical composition has been determined as Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2(C4H2O4)3·6N2H4. The Curie temperature of the ‘as-prepared oxide’ was determined by AC susceptibility measurements.  相似文献

New solid solutions La1.8Sr0.2Ni0.8M0.2O4 (M = Fe, Co, or Cu) have been prepared, and their crystal- chemical characteristics and electric properties studied. The studied materials have been shown to have activation-time conductivity. Structural distortions have been found to affect the dielectric properties of ceramic samples. La1.8Sr0.2Ni0.8M0.2O4 is observed to have the greatest distortion of АО9 coordination polyhedra and a higher dielectric constant.  相似文献

Zn-doped LiNi0.8Co0.2O2 exhibits impressive electrochemical performance but suffers limited cycling stability due to the relative large size of irregular and bare particle which is prepared by conventional solid-state method usually requiring high calcination temperature and prolonged calcination time. Here, submicron LiNi0.8Co0.15Zn0.05O2 as cathode material for lithium-ion batteries is synthesized by a facile sol-gel method, which followed by coating Al2O3 layer of about 15 nm to enhance its electrochemistry performance. The as-prepared Al2O3-coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Zn0.05O2 cathode delivers a highly reversible capacity of 182 mA h g?1 and 94% capacity retention after 100 cycles at a current rate of 0.5 C, which is much superior to that of bare LiNi0.8Co0.15Zn0.05O2 cathode. The enhanced electrochemistry performance can be attributed to the Al2O3-coated protective layer, which prevents the direct contact between the LiNi0.8Co0.15Zn0.05O2 and electrolyte. The escalating trend of Li-ion diffusion coefficient estimated form electrochemical impedance spectroscopic (EIS) also indicate the enhanced structural stability of Al2O3-coated LiNi0.8Co0.15Zn0.05O2, which rationally illuminates the protection mechanism of the Al2O3-coated layer.  相似文献

A novel photocatalytic material (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 was fabricated by successive intercalation and exchange reactions. The (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 possessed a gallery height less than 0.5 nm and showed a broad absorption with wavelength over 370-500 nm. Using (Pt,Cd0.8Zn0.2S)/HLaNb2O7 as catalyst, the photocatalytic H2 evolution was more than 160 cm3·h-1·g-1 in the presence of Na2S as a sacrificial agent under irradiation with wavelength more than 290 nm from a 100-W mercury lamp. Furthermore, the catalyst showed photocatalytic activity even under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

Nano-sized La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 prepared by the polyethylene glycol assisting sol–gel method was applied as oxygen reduction catalyst in nonaqueous Li/O2 batteries. The as-synthesized La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, and Brunauer–Emmet–Teller measurements. The XRD results indicate that the sample possesses a pure perovskite-type crystal structure, even sintered at a temperature as low as 600 °C, whereas for solid-state reaction method it can only be synthesized above 1,200 °C. The as-prepared nano-sized La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 has a specific surface area of 32 m2 g−1, which is much larger than the solid-state one (1 m2 g−1), and smaller particle size of about 100 nm. Electrochemical results show that the nano-sized La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 has better catalytic activity for oxygen reduction, higher discharge plateau and specific capacity.  相似文献

Single-phase perovskite La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ has been successfully prepared by using citrate-EDTA complexation method at relatively low calcination temperature. The structure and thermal decomposition process of the complex precursor have been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry-thermal gravimetric analysis (DSC/TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR) measurements. The precursor decomposed completely and started to form perovskite-type oxide above 420℃ according to the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) results. Single-phase perovskite La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ obtained has been confirmed from the XRD pattern, and no peak of SrCO3 was found by XR.D of the oxides synthesized at a relatively low temperature of 800 ℃. The reducibility of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ was also characterized by the temperature programmed reduction (TPR) technique. Disk shaped dense La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ membrane was prepared by the isostatical pressing method. The oxygen flux rate of dense La0.6Sr0.4Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ membrane was (2.8-18)×10-8 mol/(cm2·s) in the temperature range of 800-1 000℃.  相似文献

In this paper, the ionic conductivities of La0.54Sr0.44Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ and La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ were measured by electron-blocked alternating current impedance analysis technique. The results show that the oxygen ion conductivity of La0.54Sr0.44Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ is nearly five times higher than that of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ, which makes La0.54Sr0.44Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ cathode more conductive than YSZ electrolyte. Consequently, the electrochemical reaction region is extended from the interface between the cathode and the electrolyte to the whole surface of the cathode grains, with a result of the cathode polarization overpotential being decreased and the cell electrical performance being improved. Besides, the XRD results show that both La0.54Sr0.44Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ and La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ begin to react with 8YSZ([Y2O3]0.08·[ZrO2]0.92) at 850 °C, but La0.54Sr0.44Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ with a faster reaction rate. The thermal expansion experiments manifest that the two LSCFs have approximate thermal expansion coefficients, being about 14 × 10−6–15 × 10−6 K−1 from 500 °C to 700 °C, which is moderately higher than that of 8YSZ.  相似文献

Perovskite SrCo0.6Fe0.2Nb0.2O3-z attracts attention as a promising material with high oxygen conductivity. The sample was investigated by means of high-temperature X-ray powder diffraction and thermogravimetry. Phase transition was detected near 400 °C and accompanied with significant mass loss. The phase transition affects oxygen mobility, important for the synthesis of oxygen permeable membranes. The unit cell parameters are proved to change with temperature after two effects (1) reversible conventional thermal expansion and (2) irreversible contraction-expansion due to the changes in the oxygen content. In situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction experiments allowed us to separate the contributions and to measure them as a function of temperature.  相似文献

The cathodic overvoltage of composite cathodes 50 wt % La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 (LSM) + 50 wt % La10Ge6O27 (LGO) (further on, LSM-LGO), LSM-SSZ (Zr0.835Sc0.165O2?δ), Ag-Pd-LGO, and Ag-Pd-SSZ in contact with the LGO electrolyte is measured. The temperature dependences of the polarization conductivity and the working-current densities of the same composite cathodes are investigated. The study is performed at 700–900°C. A comparison with the SSZ electrolyte is conducted. The chemical interaction in the LSM-LGO composition is studied. It is demonstrated that the interaction of lanthanum-strontium manganite with lanthanum germanate occurs with the dissolution of the initial phases in one another and with the formation of fresh phases at elevated temperatures. Coefficients of linear thermal expansion of the LGO and SSZ electrolytes and the LSM, LSM-LGO, and LSM-SSZ electrode materials are compared at 40–900°C. Most of the studied electrodes in contact with the LGO electrolyte demonstrate thermomechanical stability and high electrochemical activity.  相似文献

Zn-doped α-FeOOH nanofiber was synthesized by coprecipitation method. Then the α-FeOOH was enwraped by the complex of the Mn2+ and citric acid. The morphology of α-FeOOH did not transform after the calcination process and Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanofiber was successfully prepared. The phase, morphology, particle diameter and the magnetic properties of samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanofibers with an aspect ratio over 40 and a diameter of 20 nm were prepared. Compared with the amorphous Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4, the anisotropy of the Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanofiber increased, resulting in the higher coercivity and magnetization of the obtained sample. With an increase in the calcination temperature, the diameter and the saturation magnetization of the sample increased, while the aspect ratio and coercivity decreased. The coercivity of the sample obtained at 700 °C was maximal (up to 185.4 Oe). The saturation magnetization of the sample obtained at 900 °C was maximal (up to 65.3 emu/g). The use of citric acid method prevented the presence of Mn(OH)2, resulting in the decrease of the calcination temperature.  相似文献

Remarkable power density was obtained for anode-supported solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) based on La0.8Sr0.2Ga0.8Mg0.2O3−δ (LSGM) electrolyte films, fabricated following an original procedure that allowed avoiding undesired reactions between LSGM and electrode materials, especially Ni. Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) was used for the fabrication of 30 μm-thick electrolyte films. Anode supports were made of La0.4Ce0.6O2−x (LDC). The LSGM powder was deposited by EPD on an LDC green tape-cast membrane added with carbon powder, both as pore former and substrate conductivity booster. A subsequent co-firing step at 1490 °C produced dense electrolyte films on porous LDC skeletons. Then, a La0.8Sr0.2Fe0.8Co0.2O3−δ (LSFC) cathode was applied by slurry-coating and calcined at 1100 °C. Finally, the porous LDC layer was impregnated with molten Ni nitrate to obtain, after calcination at 900 °C, a composite NiO–LDC anode. Maximum power densities of 780, 450, 275, 175, and 100 mW/cm2 at 700, 650, 600, 550, and 500 °C, respectively, were obtained using H2 as fuel and air as oxidant, demonstrating the success of the processing strategy. As a comparison, electrolyte-supported SOFCs made of the same materials were tested, showing a maximum power density of 150 mW/cm2 at 700 °C, more than 5 times smaller than the anode-supported counterpart.  相似文献

Oxygen dissociation on metal oxides is a key reaction step, limiting the efficiency of numerous technologies. The complexity of the multi‐step oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) makes it difficult to investigate the oxygen dissociation step independently. Direct observation of the oxygen dissociation process is described, quantitatively, on perovskites La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3‐δ and (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95MnO3±δ, using gas‐phase isotope‐exchange with a 1:1 16O2:18O2 ratio. Oxygen transport mechanisms between gas–surface reactions and surface–bulk exchange are deconvoluted. Our findings show that regardless of participation of lattice oxygen, La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3‐δ is better at oxygen dissociation than (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95MnO3±δ. Heteroexchange, involving lattice oxygen, dominates on La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3‐δ. In contrast, (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95MnO3±δ shows both homoexchange and heteroexchange, with the latter only happening above 600 °C. Using a 1:1 isotope mixture, a simple method is presented for separation of the oxygen dissociation step from the overall ORR.  相似文献

In this work, the synthesis of Nd-doped SrSnO3 by the polymeric precursor method, with calcination between 250 and 700 °C is reported. The powder precursors were characterized by TG/DTA and high temperature X-ray diffraction (HTXRD). After heat treatment, the material was characterized by XRD and infrared spectroscopy. Ester and carbonate amounts were strictly related to Nd-doping. According to XRD patterns, the orthorhombic perovskite was obtained at 700 °C for SrSnO3 and SrSn0.99Nd0.01O3. For Sr0.99Nd0.01SnO3, the kinetics displayed an important hole in the crystallization process, as no peak was observed in HTXRD up to 700 °C, while a XRD patterns showed a crystalline material after calcination at 250 °C.  相似文献
