Weighted composition operators from weighted Bergman spaces to weighted-type spaces on the unit ball

We calculate the operator norm of the weighted composition operator from a weighted Bergman space to a weighted-type space on the unit ball of Cⁿ. We also characterize the compactness of the operator.     

Toeplitz algebras on the disk

Let B be a Douglas algebra and let B be the algebra on the disk generated by the harmonic extensions of the functions in B. In this paper we show that B is generated by H^∞(D) and the complex conjugates of the harmonic extensions of the interpolating Blaschke products invertible in B. Every element S in the Toeplitz algebra TB generated by Toeplitz operators (on the Bergman space) with symbols in B has a canonical decomposition for some R in the commutator ideal CTB; and S is in CTB iff the Berezin transform vanishes identically on the union of the maximal ideal space of the Douglas algebra B and the set M₁ of trivial Gleason parts.     

THE BOUNDEDNESS OF MULTILINEAR COMMUTATORS ON WEIGHTED SPACES AND HERZ-TYPE SPACES

The boundedness of maximal multilinear commutator on certain weighted spaces is obtained. The boundedness of mulitilinear commutators of singular integrals with Calderon-Zygmund kernel on Herz-type spaces is also considered.     

Composition operators from the space of Cauchy transforms to Bloch and the little Bloch-type spaces on the unit disk

We completely characterize the boundedness and compactness of composition operators from the space of Cauchy transforms on the unit disk D, into the Bloch-type space B_ν as well as the little Bloch-type space B_ν,0, consisting respectively of all holomorphic functions f on D such that sup_z∈Dν(z)|f^′(z)|<∞, that is, of all holomorphic functions f on D such that lim_|z|→1ν(z)|f^′(z)|=0, for some weight function ν. As a byproduct of our results, norm of the operator is calculated when B_ν is replaced by B_ν/C.     

Commuting dual Toeplitz operators on weighted Bergman spaces of the unit ball

In this paper, we study the commutativity of dual Toeplitz operators on weighted Bergman spaces of the unit ball. We obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the commutativity, essential commutativity and essential semi-commutativity of dual Toeplitz operator on the weighted Bergman spaces of the unit ball.     

On the wiener type regularity of a boundary point for the polyharmonic operator

It is shown that the Wiener regularity of a boundary point with respect to the m-harmonic operator is a local property for the space dimensions n=2m,2m+1,2m+2 with m > 2 and n = 4,5,6,7 with m = 2. An estimate for the continuity modulus of the solution formulated in terms of the Wiener type m-capacitary integral is obtained for the same n and m.     

On Hardy, BMO and Lipschitz spaces of invariantly harmonic functions in the unit ball

The invariantly harmonic functions in the unit ball Bⁿ in Cⁿare those annihilated by the Bergman Laplacian . The Poisson-Szegökernel P(z,) solves the Dirichlet problem for : if f C(Sⁿ),the Poisson-Szegö transform of f, where d is the normalized Lebesgue measure on Sⁿ,is the unique invariantly harmonic function u in Bⁿ, continuousup to the boundary, such that u=f on Sⁿ. The Poisson-Szegötransform establishes, loosely speaking, a one-to-one correspondencebetween function theory in Sⁿ and invariantly harmonic functiontheory in Bⁿ. When n 2, it is natural to consider on Sⁿ functionspaces related to its natural non-isotropic metric, for theseare the spaces arising from complex analysis. In the paper,different characterizations of such spaces of smooth functionsare given in terms of their invariantly harmonic extensions,using maximal functions and area integrals, as in the correspondingEuclidean theory. Particular attention is given to characterizationin terms of purely radial or purely tangential derivatives.The smoothness is measured in two different scales: that ofSobolev spaces and that of Lipschitz spaces, including BMO andBesov spaces. 1991 Mathematics Subject Classification: 32A35,32A37, 32M15, 42B25.     

Mapping properties of certain oscillatory integrals on modulation spaces

Suppose β1 α1 ≥0,β2 α2 ≥ 0 and(k,j) ∈R2. In this paper, we mainly investigate the mapping properties of the operator T_αβf(x,y,z)=∫_Q~2f(x-t,y-s,z-t~ks~j)e~(-2πit-β1_s-β2)t~(-1-α1)s~(-1-α2)dtds on modulation spaces, where Q~2 = [0,1] x [0,1] is the unit square in two dimensions.

A class of integral operators on mixed norm spaces in the unit ball

Bounded Toeplitz products on Bergman spaces of the unit ball

We consider the question for which square integrable analytic functions f and g on the unit ball the densely defined products are bounded on the weighted Bergman spaces. We prove results analogous to those we obtained in the setting of the unit disk and the polydisk.

Algebraic properties of Toeplitz and small Hankel operators on the harmonic Bergman space

In this paper,we discuss some algebraic properties of Toeplitz operators and small Hankel operators with radial and quasihomogeneous symbols on the harmonic Bergman space of the unit disk in the complex plane C.We solve the product problem of quasihomogeneous Toeplitz operator and quasihomogeneous small Hankel operator.Meanwhile,we characterize the commutativity of quasihomogeneous Toeplitz operator and quasihomogeneous small Hankel operator.     

A note on the boundedness of Calderón-Zygmund operators on Hardy spaces

It was well known that Calderón-Zygmund operators T are bounded on Hp for provided T^∗(1)=0. A new Hardy space , where b is a para-accretive function, was introduced in [Y. Han, M. Lee, C. Lin, Hardy spaces and the Tb-theorem, J. Geom. Anal. 14 (2004) 291-318] and the authors proved that Calderón-Zygmund operators T are bounded from the classical Hardy space Hp to the new Hardy space if T^∗(b)=0. In this note, we give a simple and direct proof of the boundedness of Calderón-Zygmund operators via the vector-valued singular integral operator theory.
