We investigate single-particle coherence and spin squeezing in four-qubit phase state governed by an one-axis twisting Hamiltonian. In particular, we are interesting in the dependence of single-particle coherence and spin squeezing on the nonlinear interaction. It is shown that single-particle coherence and spin squeezing parameter only depend on the nonlinear interaction and they are periodic function of nonlinear interaction.  相似文献

We consider single-particle coherence and spin squeezing in Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) with Josephson-like coupling when the BEC is initially in a coherent spin state. Josephson-like coupling gives vanishing contribution to single-particle coherence and spin squeezing. The stronger squeezing can be achieved by increasing the number of atoms.  相似文献

We present a scheme for controlling single-particle coherence and spin squeezing of atom-photon with stimulated Raman transition. Here we are focus on the dependence of spin squeezing parameter on the mean photon number. We first derive the effective Hamiltonian and then obtain the analytical solution for state vector, the single-particle coherence and spin squeezing parameter. We investigate phase coherence and spin squeezing of a collective spin governed by one-axis twisting Hamiltonian with decay. Here we are interested in the dependence of phase coherence and spin squeezing parameter on the decay. The analytical expressions of phase coherence and spin squeezing parameter are obtained. The stronger decay can induce a stronger spin squeezing, and the squeezing can maintain a longer time interval. Moreover, more squeezing can be achieved by increasing the number of particles.  相似文献

We consider the superpositions of spin coherent states and study the coherence properties and spin squeezing in these states. The spin squeezing is examined using a new version of spectroscopic squeezing criteria. The results show that the antibuching effect can be enhanced and spin squeezing can be generated in the superpositions of two spin coherent states.  相似文献

We investigate quantum coherence and spin squeezing in optomechanical system. We first determine the mean spin direction, the optimally squeezed angle and then calculate the first-order temporal correlation function, the squeezing parameter, which are independent of the frequency of the cavity field. The lager coupling strength more rapidly generates spin squeezed state, but the corresponding spin squeezed state maintains shorter time interval.  相似文献

We propose a scheme to generate and detect quantum coherence and quantum entanglement in a spin-1 Bose-Einstein condensate with the help of spin squeezing parameter and quantum Fisher information. It is shown that quantum coherence and quantum entanglement are independent of the Rabi frequency and the better entanglement can be achieved by increasing the number of atoms.  相似文献

拉曼散射过程中利用原子系综中初始制备的自旋激发(原子相干性),以及注入与原子系综中初始制备的自旋激发相关联的种子光场都可以极大的提高光场频率转换的效率,实现增强拉曼散射.本文理论上计算了增强拉曼散射过程中原子-光场量子界面的正交分量的量子起伏,得到了相干性导致的增强拉曼散射,只能在一定的范围内稍微提高初始光子-原子的压缩度;而关联增强拉曼散射,能够制备很强的光子-原子间的双模压缩.这样强压缩度的光子-原子量子界面,对于利用光场和原子系统实现量子精密测量研究有着非常重要的应用.  相似文献

We investigate coherence and squeezing of a two-mode Bose-Einstein condensate trapped in a double-well potential. By analytically deriving the form of coherence and numerically calculating the squeezing parameter, we show that the coherence and the squeezing may be controlled by adjusting some parameters of the two-mode Bose-Einstein condensate.  相似文献

We investigate spin squeezing for superpositions of Dicke states. We derive the mean spin direction, the length of mean spin, the optimally squeezed angle and numerically calculate the spin squeezing parameter, which is determined by on the superposed coefficients and the relative phase. Approximate same superposed amplitude and the smaller relative phase lead to the larger the length of mean spin, the stronger spin squeezing and spin squeezing maintains in a longer time interval.  相似文献

We propose a scheme to coherently control spin squeezing of atomic Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) via the technique of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT). We study quantum dynamics of the mean spin vector and spin squeezing. It is shown that the mean spin vector and spin squeezing of the BEC can be controlled and manipulated by adjusting the external coupling fields or/and internal nonlinear interactions of the BEC. It is indicated that the spin squeezing can be generated rapidly in the dynamical process and maintained in a long time interval. It is found that a larger effective Rabi coupling between atoms and lasers can produce a stronger spin squeezing, and the squeezing can maintain a longer time interval.  相似文献

We show that the spin squeezing can be associated with a fixed-point bifurcation in the classical dynamics, namely, it acts as an indicator of the classical bifurcation. For the ground state of a system with coupled giant spins, we find that the spin squeezing achieves its minimum value near the bifurcation point. We also study the dynamics of the spin squeezing, for an initial state corresponding to one of the fixed point, we find that in the stable regime, the spin squeezing exhibits periodic oscillation and always persists except at some fixed times, while in the unstable regime, the periodic oscillation phenomenon disappears and the spin squeezing survives for a short time. Finally, we show that the mean spin squeezing, which is defined to be averaged over time, attains its minimum value near the bifurcation point.  相似文献

在周期脉冲撞击的两分量Bose-Einstein凝聚系统中,研究了量子混沌对单粒子相干和对纠缠性质的影响.研究表明,混沌促使单粒子相干发生强烈衰减并保持着较低的相干度,同时对纠缠出现最大值并在较短时间后消失.利用单粒子相干的这种性质可以直接测量量子混沌存在的相空间结构,有利于预防Bose-Einstein凝聚的瓦解和控制凝聚体的混沌行为。  相似文献

We investigate how an appropriate choice of the external field allows one to control spin squeezing of a collective spin governed by one-axis twisting with decay. By adopting frozen-spin approximation, we succussed in obtaining analytical expressions of the optimally squeezing angle and the spin squeezing parameter. The squeezing parameter is a periodical function, the period depends on the decay rate and the strength of the linear interaction, while the degree of squeezing is only determined by the external field, the smaller external field induces the stronger spin squeezing.  相似文献

We investigate spin squeezing of a collective spin system governed by mixed Hamiltonian of the one-axis twisting and two-axis counter-twisting with decay. The analytic solutions of the optimally squeezed angle and the spin squeezing parameter are derived. It is shown that the two-axis counter-twisting Hamiltonian induces stronger spin squeezing than the one-axis twisting one. It is also shown that the decay rate has no effect on the size of the squeezing parameter, it only affects the period of squeezing parameter.  相似文献

By using short-time approximation solutions of the angular momentum operators, we analytically and numerically calculate the spin squeezing parameter. It is shown that smaller linear interaction can produce a stronger spin squeezing and maintain a longer time interval. 量子化的Dicke模型在非旋波近似条件下表现为量子混沌动力学特征.利用单粒子一阶时间关联函数,通过数值计算详细考察了Dicke模型中单粒子相干动力学特性.结果表明:当初始相干态处在混沌区域时,一阶时间关联函数曲线衰减较快,而当初始相干态处在规则区域时,一阶时间关联函数曲线衰减较慢,单粒子相干动力学对初态具有较强的敏感性,经典混沌抑制量子相干.考察单粒子相干动力学在相空间的平均演化性质,得到一种较好的量子经典对应关系.最后研究了相空间单粒子相干的整体动力学性质,更好地揭示了相空间的混沌和规则结构.  相似文献
