研究了Co2+掺杂TiO2纳米粒子在光信号诱导下产生的超氧阴离子自由基在纳米粒子表面的吸附和解吸特性. 当以该纳米粒子为光催化氧化剂进行原位光致化学发光反应时, 光诱导产生的超氧阴离子自由基通过扩散穿过纳米粒子表面的双电层到达本体溶液, 与溶液中的化学发光试剂进行化学发光反应. 由于超氧阴离子自由基在纳米粒子表面的吸附、解吸和双电层效应, 使得光化学反应和其后的光生氧化剂的化学发光反应具有时间和空间的分辨特性. 将 Co2+掺杂TiO2纳米粒子光致化学发光反应的特点与鲁米诺化学发光体系结合, 建立了一种原位光致化学发光反应的新方法, 并提出了一种基于纳米技术调控化学发光反应的新思路. 在最佳反应条件下, 该方法对格列本脲响应的线性范围为2.0×10-8~1.0×10-6 g•mL-1, 检出限为6×10-9 g•mL-1.  相似文献

Colloidal cobalt-doped TiO(2) (anatase) nanocrystals were synthesized and studied by electronic absorption, magnetic circular dichroism, transmission electron microscopy, magnetic susceptibility, cobalt K-shell X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and extended X-ray absorption fine structure measurements. The nanocrystals were paramagnetic when isolated by surface-passivating ligands, weakly ferromagnetic (M(s) approximately 1.5 x 10(-)(3) micro(B)/Co(2+) at 300 K) when aggregated, and strongly ferromagnetic (up to M(s) = 1.9 micro(B)/Co(2+) at 300 K) when spin-coated into nanocrystalline films. X-ray absorption data reveal that cobalt is in the Co(2+) oxidation state in all samples. In addition to providing strong experimental support for the existence of intrinsic ferromagnetism in cobalt-doped TiO(2), these results demonstrate the possibility of using colloidal TiO(2) diluted magnetic semiconductor nanocrystals as building blocks for assembly of ferromagnetic semiconductor nanostructures with potential spintronics applications.  相似文献

利用钛酸丁酯水解浸渍方法制备了几种不同浓度NH4H2PO4掺杂改性的TiO2纳米复合粉体材料并作了XRD、BET等表征。以正己烷的气相光催化氧化降解为探针反应研究了NH4H2PO4掺杂TiO2催化剂的光催化活性。并和未掺杂TiO2及商品TiO2 Degussa P-25作了比较.结果表明。掺杂NH4H2PO4能够显著地细化TiO2的晶粒度。增大TiO2的比表面积。同时,适量掺杂NH4H2PO4对TiO2的光催化活性也有较大的促进作用。  相似文献

发现了在甲醛存在的条件下, 可溶性锰(IV)与30余种有机物和无机物的化学发光反应. 以头孢菌素类药物(头孢曲松钠、头孢唑啉钠、头孢拉定和头孢哌酮钠)为分析对象优化了可溶性锰(IV)-甲醛-头孢菌素类药物化学发光反应的条件, 建立了测定四种头孢菌素类药物的流动注射化学发光新方法, 并将建立的方法用于药物制剂中头孢菌素类药物的含量测定.同时, 对化学发光反应的机理进行了初步探讨.  相似文献

The nanoparticles of Yb3+-doped (0.125 wt.%) and pure TiO2 were prepared by an acid-catalyzed sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and surface photovoltage spectroscopy; the specific surface of the samples was measured using the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method. The photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue in aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to estimate the photocatalytic activity of the prepared nanoparticles. The photocatalytic activity of Yb3+/TiO2 composite nanoparticles is much higher than that of pure TiO2. A low amount of Yb3+ in TiO2 can inhibit the anatase-rutile phase transformation of TiO2, prevent grain growth increasing the specific surface area, and favor the high-temperature stabilization of the pores. According to the surface voltage spectroscopy data, Tb3+-doping prevents recombination of photoinduced electrons and holes and improves the light absorption capacity of the particle surface. Photocurrent and photoconductivity measurements have been used in combination with absorption and magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectroscopic measurements to elucidate the mechanism of photoinduced carrier generation in nanocrystalline Co(2+):ZnO electrodes. These experiments allowed direct observation of two broad Co(2+) charge transfer (CT) bands extending throughout the visible energy range. The lower energy CT transition is assigned as a Co(2+) --> conduction band excitation (ML(CB)CT). Sensitization of this ML(CB)CT level by (4)A(2) --> (4)T(1)(P) ligand-field excitation is concluded to be responsible for the distinctive structured photocurrent action spectrum of these electrodes at ca. 14 000 cm(-1). The higher energy CT transition is assigned as a valence band --> Co(2+) excitation (L(VB)MCT) and is found to have an internal quantum efficiency for charge separation that is approximately four times larger than that of the ML(CB)CT excitation. The different internal quantum efficiencies for the two CT excitations are related to differences in excited-state wave functions arising from configuration interaction with the 1S excitonic levels of ZnO. Whereas the ML(CB)CT excited state is best described as a localized Co(3+) + e(-)(CB) configuration, the L(VB)MCT excited state (Co(+) + h(+)(VB)) has a 4-fold greater admixture of delocalized excitonic (Co(2+) + h(+)(VB) + e(-)(CB)) character in its wave function, a conclusion supported by quantitative analysis of the CT absorption intensities. Practical factors controlling the overall photovoltaic efficiencies of the photoelectrochemical cells, including electrode conductivity and porosity, were also examined.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜光催化剂,着重考察了掺杂铈、镧、钨等金属离子改性的TiO2薄膜的光催化活性,研究了其紫外-可见光透过性能,甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解实验表明:掺杂铈、镧、钨三种金属离子后,TiO2薄膜的光催化活性均有不同程度的提高,最佳掺杂浓度分别为3.0%、1.0%、0.5%,其中掺杂铈的TiO2薄膜光催化活性最高。  相似文献

A novel In(3+)-doped TiO(2) and TiO(2)/In(2)S(3) nanocomposites for photocatalytic degradation of environmental pollutants and stoichiometric degradation of warfare agents were prepared by a homogeneous hydrolysis with urea and thioacetamide, respectively. The prepared samples series TiInTAA were annealed at 600°C. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, specific surface area (BET) and porosity determination. The method of UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was employed to estimate band-gap energies. The photocatalytic activity (PCA) was tested by degradation of Orange dye, whereas stoichiometric activity was studied by degradation of sulfur mustard. Incorporation of In(3+) into titania lattice increases PCA of TiO(2) in the visible light and increases stoichiometric decomposition of sulfur mustard against nondoped TiO(2) as well. PCA of TiO(2)/In(2)S(3) composite depends on the optimal ratio of TiO(2):In(2)S(3) in composite, while the activity for stoichiometric decomposition of sulfur mustards depends on the content of In(2)S(3) in nanocomposite.  相似文献

高效液相钴离子催化化学发光抑制法测定茶叶中的茶氨酸   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
 研究了用高效液相分离、抑制化学发光测定茶叶中茶氨酸的分析方法。该法采用YWG C18(10μm,250mm×5 0mmi d )柱,以0 01mol·L-1醋酸钠 醋酸缓冲液(pH5 5)为流动相,流速为0 8mL·min-1。对茶氨酸抑制Co2+催化鲁米诺(luminol)与过氧化氢(H2O2)化学发光反应的条件进行了优化:Co2+的质量浓度为2μg·L-1,鲁米诺浓度为0 25mmol·L-1,H2O2浓度为0 5mmol·L-1。在茶氨酸的质量浓度为0 2g·L-1~5 0g·L-1时,茶氨酸抑制化学发光产生负峰的相对峰面积Y(将实际峰面积缩小至万分之一)与其质量浓度X(kg·L-1)的线性回归方程为Y=33862X+1 0605(r=0 9983)。  相似文献

Na2S2O3在中性水溶液中还原KMnO4可制备得到暗棕色的可溶性MnO2溶胶.所制备的MnO2溶胶透明、稳定,最大吸收波长位于357 nm处,平均粒径约40 nm.研究发现,所制备的MnO2纳米溶胶在酸性介质中与甲醛反应可产生弱的化学发光.考察了近30种药物分子在MnO2纳米溶胶-甲醛体系中的化学发光行为.结果表明,吩噻嗪类药物、氨基硫醇类药物等对该体系的化学发光信号具有显著的增强作用.据此,建立了利用这一化学发光体系测定五种吩噻嗪类药物和四种氨基硫醇类药物新的流动注射化学发光分析方法.所建立的方法被成功地用于片剂中奋乃静含量和猪饲料中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定.通过对化学发光光谱、荧光光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱等实验的研究,提出了可能的化学发光反应机理.所有反应的化学发光光谱的最大发射波长均位于630~640 nm间,与分析物的种类无关.当向反应体系中加入单线态氧清除剂叠氮化钠和三亚乙基二胺时,反应的化学发光强度被不同程度的抑制,这表明单线态氧可能是该化学发光反应的发光体.  相似文献

K+-doped Bi0.02Co was investigated as catalyst for N2O decomposition. It was found that the catalytic performance of the Bi0.02Co catalyst, which was prepared by coprecipitation method, can be effectively modified by potassium cations via impregnation. The optimized K0.01Bi0.02Co catalyst exhibited much higher activity compared with Bi0.02Co and K0.01Co for the reaction in feed gas 0.2% N2O/Ar, irrespective of the presence or absence of impurity gas(volume fraction) 5%O2, 2%H2O, 0.12%NO and 10%CO2. Characterization of the catalysts with H2 temperature programmed reduction(H2-TPR) and O2 temperature programmed desorption(O2-TPD) indicate that the Co-O bond in Bi0.02Co was weakened by the K+doping, and hence the K0.01Bi0.02Co catalyst has much higher turnover frequency(TOF) than Co3O4 spinel and Bi0.02Co for the reaction.  相似文献

采用69 ℃饱和水蒸气和H2混合气, 于927 ℃下处理金红石型TiO2, 得到不同氧缺位的光催化剂, 并用X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面(BET)、电子顺磁共振(EPR)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)、光电子能谱(XPS)对其进行了表征. 考察了热处理时间对氧缺位型TiO2光催化分解水析氧活性的影响. 结果表明, 适量的氧缺位能显著提高金红石型TiO2光催化分解水的析氧活性, 其最大析氧速率达222 μmol·L-1·h-1.  相似文献

以Ti(OCH2CH2CH2CH3)4为钛源,脱脂棉花纤维为模板,利用浸渍-热转化两步法制备了具有中空结构的Sn4+掺杂TiO2光催化纤维材料(Sn4+/TiO2),利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光谱(UV-vis)等技术对其晶体结构、形貌、尺寸、光吸收特性等进行了表征.以亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的脱色降解为模型反应,考察了样品Sn4+/TiO,在太阳光下的光催化性能.结果表明:利用该法制得的Sn4+/TiO2材料具有中空纤维结构;煅烧温度影响材料Sn4+/TiO2的相结构、组成、尺寸、形貌以及催化性能;Sn4+的掺入能够显著改善TiO2在太阳光条件下的催化性能,600℃煅烧2h所得的Sn4+掺杂量x=0.29%的TiO2中空纤维材料具有最佳的光催化活性,太阳光下2h即可使MB溶液的脱色降解率达97.28%;重复使用5次仍可使MB溶液的脱色降解率保持在90%以上,且该催化剂材料易于离心分离去除.  相似文献

A novel nanoparticle-nanorod composite TiO(2) photoelectrode is fabricated. A 3.20% efficiency is achieved by using a 2.1 μm-thick as-prepared photoelectrode, which is about 3 times of that obtained by a nanorod array electrode (1.05%). The results demonstrate that the composite nanostructure can take advantage of both fast electron transport (nanorod) and high surface area (nanoparticle).  相似文献

以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸铁为铁源,表面活性剂P123和F127为模板剂采用溶胶凝胶水热的方法制备了具有较高比表面积及可见光活性的Fe掺杂改性Ti O2光催化材料.采用粉末X射线衍射仪、氮气吸附-脱附仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、透射电子显微镜、紫外可见漫反射光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪等对催化剂进行了系统表征.以日用的1 W LED射灯为光源,将催化剂用于分子氧为氧化剂的芳香醇的氧化反应,考察了不同Fe掺杂量对反应的影响.结果表明,0.023%Fe-Ti O2的催化性能优良,具有点击反应的特点,在最佳反应条件下一些醛的选择性大于99%.  相似文献

ZnSe quantum dots doped with Co2+ have been prepared in aqueous solution by a one-pot method using thioglycolic acid as stabilizer. The quantum dots were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), UV?Cvisible spectrophotometry, and spectrofluorimetry. The results confirmed the quantum dots formed a single cubic phase with zinc blende structure. The average particle size of the quantum dots was approximately 5 nm. Co2+ ions were doped into ZnSe lattice sites by substitution. As a result, infrared (IR) emission of Co2+ 4T2(F) ?? 4A2(F) at approximately 3.5 ??m was detected on excitation with 755 nm radiation.  相似文献

Colloidal Co(2+):ZnSe diluted magnetic semiconductor quantum dots (DMS-QDs) were prepared by the hot injection method and studied spectroscopically. Ligand-field electronic absorption and magnetic circular dichroism (MCD) spectra confirm homogeneous substitutional speciation of Co(2+) in the ZnSe QDs. Absorption spectra collected at various times throughout the syntheses reveal that dopants are absent from the central cores of the QDs but are incorporated at a constant concentration during nanocrystal growth. The undoped cores are associated with dopant exclusion from the ZnSe critical nuclei. Analysis of low-temperature electronic absorption and MCD spectra revealed excitonic Zeeman splitting energies (DeltaE(Zeeman)) of these Co(2+):ZnSe QDs that were substantially smaller than anticipated from bulk Co(2+):ZnSe data. This reduction in DeltaE(Zeeman) is explained quantitatively by the absence of dopants from the QD cores, where dopant-exciton overlap would be greatest. Since dopant exclusion from nucleation appears to be a general phenomenon for DMS-QDs grown by direct chemical methods, we propose that DeltaE(Zeeman) will always be smaller in colloidal DMS-QDs grown by such methods than in the corresponding bulk materials.  相似文献

 采用光还原沉积贵金属法,制备了Ag/TiO2复合纳米催化剂.通过调节溶液的pH值控制TiO2表面负载银的形貌,利用AAS,XRD,TEM和XPS等手段对样品进行了表征.以苯胺氧化为模型反应,考察了Ag/TiO2复合纳米催化剂样品的光催化活性以及银沉积量和沉积形貌对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,通过调控光还原沉积条件,可在平均粒径为24nm左右的TiO2颗粒上获得3nm左右均匀分散的银粒子;在TiO2上沉积适量的具有较高分散度的金属Ag,能有效提高TiO2对苯胺氧化反应的光催化活性.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2,Co/TiO2粉体.掺杂钴能够延缓TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,从而提高纳米Co/TiO2粉体的催化活性.经500 ℃焙烧的纳米Co/TiO2粉体,在紫外光源下能有效催化直接溴酚兰染料降解.  相似文献
