A series of Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts with different iron loadings were prepared by impregnation method.Characterization was performed by N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),temperature-programmed reduction (TPR),temperature-programmed oxidation(TPO)and thermogravimetry(TG)analysis.Iron content in the synthesized samples varied from 1.1 wt%to 20 wt%.The obtained samples have been used for ethanol conversion into light olefins. It was found that the amount of strong acidity at 300 -5 50-C on Fe-modified samples was decreased, going with another new acid site appearance at 550- 600-C and that Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts were highly selective towards light olefins, especially the 9FZ sample. In addition,Fe-modified catalysts suppressed the conversion of ethanol to aromatics and paraffins and enhanced their anti-carbon deposit ability.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline tin oxide samples were prepared by using Sn2 (NH4 )2 (C2O4)3 as the precursor. The thermal decompositions were respectively conducted at 250,450 and 650 ℃. TG-DTA, XRD, TEM, FTIR were used to characterize the samples. The indirect heating sensors by using these materials as sensitive bodies were fabricated on an alumina tube with Au electrodes and platinum wires. Sensing properties of these sensors were investigated. It was found that the tin oxide sample obtained by thermal decomposition at 450 ℃ has a higher sensitivity to C2H5OH and a higher selectivity to hexane and ammonia than those obtained via the conventional precipitate method and the working temperatures needed were greatly decreased.  相似文献

Dry reforming of methane by CO2 using nickel ferrite as precursor of catalysts was investigated.Nickel ferrite crystalline particles were prepared by coprecipitation of nitrates with NaOH or ammonia followed by calcination,or by hydrothermal synthesis without calcination step. The textural and structural properties were determined by a number of analysis methods, including X-ray diffraction (XRD),Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),among which X-ray diffraction (XRD) was at room and variable temperatures. All synthesized oxides showed the presence of micro or nanoparticles of NiFe2O4 inverse spinel, but Fe2O3 (hematite) was also present when ammonia was used for coprecipitation. The reducibility by hydrogen was studied by temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and in situ XRD,which showed the influence of the preparation method. The surface area (BET),particle size (Rietveld refinement),as well as surface Ni/Fe atomic ratio (XPS) and the behavior upon reduction varied according to the synthesis method. The catalytic reactivity was investigated using isopropanol decomposition to determine the acid/base properties. The catalytic performance of methane reforming with CO2 was measured with and without the pre-treatment of catalysts under H2 in 650-800 C range. The catalytic conversions of methane and CO2 were quite low but they increased when the catalysts were pre-reduced.A significant contribution of reverse water gas shift reaction accounted for the low values of H2 /CO ratio. No coking was observed as shown by the reoxidation step performed after the catalytic reactions. The possible formation of nickel-iron alloy observed during the study of reducibility by hydrogen was invoked to account for the catalytic behavior.  相似文献

A series of ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by treating ZrO(OH)2 hydrogel with different alcohol solvents (C2-C4 alcohols) and calcining under N2 flow at 773 K for 3 h. The obtained ZrO2 catalysts were systematically characterized by the methods of N2 adsorption-desorption, powder X-ray diffraction, NH3 temperature-programmed desorption, and CO2 temperature-programmed desorption. The catalytic performance of each catalyst was evaluated in the selective synthesis of iso-C4 (isobutene and isobutane) and light olefins (C2= ~C4= ) from CO hydrogenation. The specific surface area increased for the ZrO2 catalysts obtained by treating ZrO(OH)2 hydrogel with different alcohol solvents. The amounts of both acidic and basic sites on the catalyst surface increased obviously. The catalytic activity (CO conversion) of ZrO2 catalysts also increased after the treatment with different alcohol solvents. The highest activity was obtained over the catalyst which was pretreated with isopropanol. However, alcohol solvent treatment retarded the transformation of ZrO2 crystal structure from tetragonal phase to monoclinic phase, and subsequently resulted in the decrease of monoclinic phase in ZrO2, which led to the decrease of olefin selectivity in corresponding hydrocarbon products (C2=~C4= /CH).  相似文献

A novel method for synthesizing long afterglow silicate phosphor Sr3MgSi2O8:Eu^2+,Dy^3+using TEOS and inorganic powders as reactants was reported. Acetic acid as a catalyzer controlled the hydrolysis of TEOS by adjusting pH value of the system. The morphologies of precursor were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The structure and optical properties of the phosphor powders were systematically investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and spectrofluorometry. TEM images have reflected the core-shell structure and quasi-spherical morphology of the precursor particles. It was found that the single-phase Sr3MgSi2O8 crystalline structures were obtained at 1050 and 1250 ℃ for the samples prepared with the nano-coating method and the solid state reaction, respectively. The emission intensities of the phosphors prepared by the present method were higher than those by the conventional process. Also, the afterglow characteristic was better than that prepared by solid-state reaction in the comparable condition.  相似文献

Monodispersed colloidal copper oxide nanoparticles were synthesized by water-in-oil microemulsion using CuCl 2·H2O and NaOH.The effect on CuO particle size was studied by varying the water-to-surfactant molar ratio, precursor concentration and molar ratio of NaOH to CuCl2.The morphology, size and size distribution of the particles were studied by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering.Dispersion destabilization of the colloidal copper oxide nanoparticles was detected by a Turbiscan apparatus.CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by dispersing highly stable CuO nanoparticles on γ-alumina by mechanical stirring. The catalysts were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron, and X-ray diffraction, which confirmed the uniform dispersion of CuO on the support. The reduction of the nitro aromatic compounds,4-nitrophenol,3-nitrophenol,and 2-nitrophenol,were studied. The CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were active for the reduction of these nitro aromatic compounds.  相似文献

In this work, we have reported the influence of the addition of base (KOH) on the physicochemical property of ceria synthesized by alcohothermal process, and the alcohothermal mechanism was also put forward. Furthermore, the prepared CeO2 was used as the support to prepare CuO/CeO2 catalysts via the wet impregnation method. The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and temperature-programmed reduction by H2 (H2-TPR). The catalytic properties of the CuO/CeO2 catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation were studied using a microreactor-GC system. The crystal size of CeO2-A was much smaller than that of CeO2-B, and the corresponding copper oxide catalysts exhibited higher catalytic activity than that of the CeO2-B-supported catalysts under the same reaction conditions. The alcohothermal mechanism indicated that KOH plays a key role in determining the physicochemical and catalytic properties of ceria-based materials.  相似文献

Cr-free bi-metallic SBA-15-supported Co–Cu catalysts were examined in the conversion of biomass-derived α-, β-unsaturated aldehyde(furfural) to value-added chemical furfuryl alcohol(FOL).Co–Cu/SBA-15 catalysts with a fixed Cu loading of 10 wt% and varying Co loadings(2.5, 5, and 10 wt%) were prepared by the impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 sorption, H2 temperature-programmed reduction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, CO chemisorption, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The influence of different reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, catalyst dosage, and furfural concentration on the catalyst performance was evaluated. Relative to catalysts supported on amorphous silica, the current SBA-15-supported Co–Cu catalysts displayed higher performance, attaining a furfural conversion of 99% and furfuryl alcohol selectivity of 80%. The catalytic reactions were conducted in a 100-mL autoclave at 170 °C and 2 MPa H2 pressure for 4 h.  相似文献

The novel nickel-based catalysts with a nickel content of 12 wt% were prepared with the zirconia-alumina composite as the supports. The new carriers, ZrO2 improved alumina, were synthesized by three methods, i.e., impregnation-precipitation, co-precipitation, and impregnation method. The catalytic properties of these catalysts were investigated in the methanation of carbon dioxide, and the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscope (XPS), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) techniques. The new catalysts showed higher catalytic activity and better stability than Ni/γ-Al2O3. Furthermore, as a support for new nickel catalyst, the ZrO2-Al2O3 composite prepared by the impregnation-precipitation method was more efficient than the other supports in the methanation of carbon dioxide. The highly dispersed zirconium oxide on the surface of γ-Al2O3 inhibited the formation of nickel aluminate-like phase, which was responsible for the better dispersion of Ni species and easier reduction of NiO species, leading to the enhanced catalytic performance of corresponding catalyst.  相似文献

CeO_2 supports were prepared by calcination or precipitation method and 5% MoO_3/CeO_2 catalysts were prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method. The catalytic performance of the 5% MoO_3/CeO_2 catalysts toward sulfur-resistant methanation was investigated. The results showed that the Mo/Ce-1 catalysts with CeO_2 support prepared by calcination method exhibited the best sulfur-resistant methanation activity and stability with CO conversion as high as 75% while the Mo/Ce-3 catalysts the poorest. The supports and catalysts were characterized by N_2-adsorption–desorption, temperature-programmed reduction(TPR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy(RS) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results indicated that the saturated monolayer loading MoO_3 on Ce-3 support was lower than 5% and there were some crystalline MoO_3 particles on the surface of the Mo/Ce-3. The preparation method of CeO_2 had a big influence on the specific surface area, the crystalline of CeO_2, and the catalytic performance of the corresponding Mo-based catalyst for sulfur-resistant methanation.  相似文献

The powder of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were prepared directly without artificial grinding and washing by a eutectic molten-salt mixture (0.38LiOH·H2O-0.62LiNO3) method. According to this method, the eutectic molten-salt mixture was self-mixed with precursor thoroughly at low temperature, and then sintered at a certain temperature. The tap-density of the powder obtained was 2.87 g·cm-3. The well-layered 琢-NaFeO2 structure and regular morphology were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM).XPSstudies showed that the predominant oxidation states of Ni, Co, andMn in the compound were 2+, 3+, and 4+, respectively. Cathodic behaviour was examined by charge-discharge cycling. The synthesized powder showed a reversible capacity of 160 mAh·g -1 at a specific current of 0.2C in the rang 3.0-4.3 V up to 50 cycles without noticeable capacity-fading.  相似文献

The relationship between particle size and catalytic activity of gold nanoparticle catalysts with γ-Al2O3 as support has been investigated. The catalysts were prepared via the gold sol with different particle sizes by micelle method, and their structures were characterized by HRTEM and XRD, respectively. Furthermore, the catalytic activities were tested by CO oxidation. Experimental results showed that the catalytic activity became much weaker when gold particles were increased from 3.2 to 6.6 nm. Additionally, the particle size was also a key factor to govern catalytic activity with regard to gold supported on TiO2 prepared by the methods of deposition-precipitation.  相似文献

A new type of Ni/MgO catalyst was prepared using atmospheric high-frequency discharge cold plasma. The influences of conventional method, plasma method, and plasma plus calcination method on the catalytic activity were studied and the CO2 reforming of methane was chosen as the probe reaction. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and CO2 temperature-programmed surface reaction techniques. The results suggested that the nickel-based catalyst prepared by plasma plus calcination method possessed a smaller particle size and a higher dispersion of active component, better low-temperature activity and enhanced anti-coking ability. The conversion of CO2 and CH4 was 90.70% and 89.37%, respectively, and the reaction lasted for 36 h without obvious deactivation under 101.325 kPa and 750°C with CO2/CH4 = 1/1.  相似文献

Nanosized Fe-Co catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method and studied for the conversion of synthesis gas to light olefins. In particular, the effects of a range of preparation variables such as Co/Fe molar ratios of the precipitation solution,pH value of precipitate, temperature of precipitation, promoters and loading of optimum promoter on the structure and catalytic performance are investigated. The optimal nano catalyst for light olefins (C2-C4) production was obtained over the catalyst with Co/Fe molar ratio of 3/1 which promoted with 2 wt% K.The results show that the best operational conditions were GHSV=2200 h-1 (H2/CO=2/1) at 260℃ under atmospheric pressure.Characterization of catalysts were carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 physisorption measurements such as Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) methods.  相似文献

A hydrotreating NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst(12 wt% Mo and 1.1 wt% Ni) was prepared by impregnation of the support with the Anderson-type heteropolyoxomolybdate(NH4)4Ni(OH)6Mo6O18.Before impregnation of the support,it was modified with an aqueous solution of H3BO3,Co(NO3)2,or Ni(NO3)2.The catalysts were investigated using N2 adsorption,O2 chemisorption,X-ray diffraction,UV-Vis spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,temperature-programmed reduction,temperature-programmed desorption, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The addition of Co,Ni,or B influenced the Al2O3 phase composition and gave increased catalytic activity for 1-benzothiophene hydrodesulfurization(HDS).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirmed that the prior loading of Ni,Co or B increased the degree of sulfidation of the NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalysts. The highest HDS activity was observed with the NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with prior loaded Ni.  相似文献

In this study, Fe3O4nanoparticles(Fe3O4NPs) were successfully prepared via oxidation–precipitation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The characterization results indicated that Fe3O4 NPs with regular crystal structure and a narrow of diameters had been synthesized successfully and had high purity. A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the degradation of Orange II by the obtained heterogeneous Fe3O4 catalysts in the presence of H2O2. The response surface methodology(RSM) based on Box–Behnken design(BBD) was employed to design and optimize individual and interactive effects of the four main independent parameters(catalyst loading, initial p H, reaction temperature and H2O2concentration) on decolorization efficiency of Orange II. A significant quadratic model(p-value 〈0.0001, R2= 0.9369) was derived using analysis of variance(ANOVA). Optimum conditions were catalyst loading of 1.5 g/L, initial p H of 2.7, reaction temperature of 42 8C and H2O2 concentration of 22 mmol/L, respectively. The predicted decolorization rate under the optimum conditions as determined by the proposed model was 99.55%. Confirmatory tests were carried out and the decolorization rate of 99.49% was observed under the optimum conditions, which agreed well with the model prediction.  相似文献

SiO2-supported Ni-Mo bimetallic phosphides were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction(TPR) method from the phosphate precursors calcined at different temperatures. Their properties were characterized by means of ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS), H2temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), CO chemisorption, H2 and NH3temperature-programmed desorptions(H2-TPD and NH3-TPD). Their catalytic performances for the deoxygenation of methyl laurate were tested in a fixed-bed reactor. When the precursors were calcined at 400 and 500?C, respectively, Ni Mo P2 phase could be formed apart from Ni2 P and Mo P phases in the prepared C400 and C500 catalysts. However, when the precursors were calcined at600, 700 and 800°C, respectively, only Ni2 P and Mo P phases could be detected in the prepared C600, C700 and C800 catalysts. Also, in C400, C500 and C600 catalysts, Mo atoms were found to be entered in the lattice of Ni2 P phase, but the entering extent became less with the increase of calcination temperature. As the calcination temperature of the precursor increased, the interaction between Ni and Mo in the prepared catalysts decreased, and the phosphide crystallite size tended to increase, subsequently leading to the decrease in the surface metal site density and the acid amount. C600 catalyst showed the highest activity among the tested ones for the deoxygenation of methyl laurate. As the calcination temperature of the precursor increased, the selectivity to C12 hydrocarbons decreased while the selectivity to C11 hydrocarbons tended to increase. This can be mainly attributed to the decreased Ni-Mo interaction and the increased phosphide particle size. In sum, the structure and performance of Ni-Mo bimetallic phosphide catalyst can be tuned by the calcination temperature of precursor.  相似文献
